I'm sure my 3 am sleep deprived posts are really important and meaningful for my 13 followers, thank you fam, you guys are the real one unless you're bots, but thank you nice bots i suppose 💜
It's 3am and i've got to finish drawing imaginary muscles over the body of this naked woman, kill me now aawjehriehieheiwgeueuwhwuwgwui
I kinda suck at imagining how het leg muscles are supposed to look like in that position. Send help, this is like 30% of my grade. (And if i don't pass all my classes i dont get my bonus government scholarship, oh joy)
That's kinda the question I've been asking myself for a few weeks now. Sometimes, I check AO3 creators with stories I really liked, and check which year they last interacted with the site.
And if it's between 2020 to 2022, sometimes I look at that and wonder: "Did they suddenly quit or did they die and we have no way of knowing?"
And because most of the time, those people have a ton of fics to their name and just suddenly disappear.
Like, for example, I've read this sonadow fic from Tirainy on Ao3, What it could be like, and they have like 54 works. Their last update was in September of 2020, right into Covid. Their last bookmark was also in September of 2020. It really got me wondering if they just completely and suddenly left the community of fanfictions. Their last answer to any comment also seemed to be in 2020. They posted from 2016 to 2020 and completely disappeared afterwards. It's possible they just moved on with their life, but I'm paranoid, need more sleep and am procrastinating a project for college, so this is what I'm thinking about at 1 AM.
And Tiranay isn't the only one.
Another creator from Ao3 who just completely disappeared which I also really enjoyed the works would be RuneLore, whom, from what I've seen, have been making mostly podfics. I just really love her voice and the podfics she reads. On a really extreme case, from september 2020 to August 2022 (when she last updated), RuneLore has made 103 works on Ao3 and bookmarked 302 stories. Then nothing else since then. Ah wait no, on her last fic published in 2022, RuneLore has answered a comment in 2023, so never mind I guess. I suppose it's more than possible that, after 103 goddamn works(that's so much omg) she decided to take a break or just completely stop. I'll still recommend you her reading of Viridian: the Green Guide from Clouds (myheadinthecoudsnotcomingdown).
I've listened to it many times while doing animation projects for school.
But still, we've got here two case that one is in the category of "might be dead, who knows" and the other in the "probably just stopped, they've already done a lot".
In any case, the fact that there are probably creators on Ao3 who are dead right now and we'll just keep reading their fics, none the wiser, has been in the forefront of my thoughts as soon as I read a fic that hasn't been updated in a long time.
If anyone feels like it, tell me what you think about that. I've been meaning to get into that conversation with someone.
Do you guys ever dream about doing the things that you know you have to do during the day and then you wake up and you're pissed because for a moment, you thought you had done all of those things?
Headcanon, inspired from @felsicveins ex au, where John Dory actually has at least one ex boyfriend or ex girlfriend in each Troll tribe so when Branch and Poppy travels to these tribes in Trolls World Tour, there's always at least one troll who looks at Branch and goes: "uh, you look oddly familiar... are you sure we never met before?"
Branch is just confused. John Dory spent most of his time while dating showing off photos of his little brothers. He keeps them on himself 24/7, because an occasion to show those photos might occur at all times.
I really want to either write a fanfic with this stupid prompt or draw about it. I think it'd be kinda funny.
Disturbing how if you don't write Generations after Sonic X Shadow, you barely find anything about the actual game. What you'll find is mostly sonadow kind of media. It's impossible they didn't know what they were doing there, like come on. Who chose the title of this game??? Was it their first day on the Internet???
There's no fucking way they just named their new sonic game "Sonic X Shadow". They're literally making me type "sonic x shadow" into the steam search bar to see this game I literally can't even comprehend this. Mom can I get the new sonic game for christmas sure little timmy whats it called? Okay let me just type "sonic x shadow" into the google search- . . . timmy . . .
... I'm not sure what's that supposed to mean about my 2024... am I gonna have to download those weird AI boyfriend texting Talkie Soulful something apps???
