Imagine if Tingle actually managed to become a fairy just like he wanted ;u;

Like since the koroks were the kokiri children that's why they are so small and since Tingle is an adult it would make sense if he became a much larger forest spirit.

As to how that happened, idk, magic ig. Rupees are magic so maybe his vast fortune he collected in windwaker did it. Or maybe the tingle we know is actually a bastardised version of Hestu that through the years of these legends being passed down went from being an abnormally large korok to just some guy.

Or maybe he got lost in the forest and managed to find his way to the deku tree and lived with the koroks and through some magic forest shenanigans he morphed into Hestu and after a while kinda just forgot himself. Forgot his "kooloo limpah" and it became "shakala - laka" as a way to relate to his prized maracas full of poop.

When Hestu does his little dance he does say something that sounds an awful lot like "kooloo limpah"
