So I ordered a custom Comfort Character back in August. It was supposed to be like a really late birthday gift for myself, and it was supposed to come in around the 13-20 of September. It's currently October 15 where I live, so it's already been a month since I was supposed to receive it. Now, I did message the seller and apparently they had a family emergency, so of course they need to put their needs first. But.... It's been literally over a week since I last messaged them and I still haven't seen hide nor hair of my package. But, I don't want to be a jerk and message them again about it. I'm stressed over this, and I feel bad being stressed over this because it's technically just a keychain, but I was looking forward to it. Especially after seeing the reviews on it. I guess I'll wait one more week before contacting the seller again.

So, no news today on what's going on inside my body yet. However, the antibiotics have worn some of the pain away, but I'm still in pain.
Also, I've been sleeping on the couch because its been helping me some.
I hope the storm tomorrow is bad enough to warrant me staying home, so I can take at least two more days off. Even though I know I can't afford that.

There's nothing like finding out that the city you work in just banned homosexuality in public. Welcome to the land of the fucking free I guess, and the Bible Belt, where sure the Bible says to love your neighbors and to never judge, but fuck what the Bible says you know.
I don't know what I'm going to do, my sister is a lesbian and married to a woman, and this city is where we hang out at the most, because there's nothing where we live and it's easier to access for my sister, and the other bigger city that we could go to, the mayor literally sides with Nazis.
I hope this gets undone quickly, mostly because the county and that city specifically has one of the highest queer populations in this part of the state.
Quick edit: I'm gonna post a few links. Slightly vent?
My back has been hurting all day, and I'm hoping that it's not my kidneys trying to off themselves.
My UTI has also not cleared up yet, and although it doesn't hurt as bad as it did, it still hurts.
And of all fucking days, after both my Sil and I finally both got approved to come in late to give the apartment people IDs and the applications tomorrow, my sis and sil decide to push off the applications and hide them from me so we could fill them all out together, and then they get into an argument (screaming match) because they put it off, so now I'm laying in bed, in pain and so overwhelmed.
I just want to cry.

Real negative vent real quick.
RSD has been kicking my ass lately. Sorry if I'm not as active. I'm trying to be, I promise. But finding out that I was the only one without a wedding invite really did a number on me and I'm trying not to have a meltdown over it.
I'm just tired of watching people make plans in front of me for them to all hang out after work, but they always consist of getting high or drunk. I've been invited for exactly two (2) outings by coworkers, and only one (1) of them actually came through. The other one took other coworkers because 'my schedule was too hard to work around'.
Maybe I'm just not good enough. I feel like I make everyone's lives living hell, and they only tolerate me because they have to, not because they want to. Sometimes I just want to share what's on my mind, but then I find that no one cares what I have to say, so I just.... Don't.
This isn't just at work, I feel it in my personal life as well. I feel pointless. Pathetic even. No one owes me anything, yet I feel like most of my relationships are one-sided. I get too attached to others, place too much of my emotional stability into them, and very quickly I get discouraged and disappointed if my interaction isn't how I planned. It's stupid I know. I hate that my brain does this, but I'm trying to get it to stop doing this.
Maybe I've just been disappointed and lied to too many times as a child by the adults in my life.
I don't want to make this a pity party, I just wished I was worth something to the people I know.

Mmmmmm.....
I feel like I'm just two steps away from a meltdown so bad, it's going to get me sent to a psychiatric ward.
I'm getting snippier towards everyone, I'm getting overwhelmed over the phone, Nothing I do feels like it's enough, and I'm rapidly changing from being happy and enthusiastic, to being upset and finding everything I do worthless. I'm tired constantly and I just want to cry all the time. I've started volunteering to do lunch early at work, I've stopped trying to act like I know what's going on at any moment, because apparently it's not worth telling me anything important. I'm starting to feel like no one at work or home actually likes me, even though they tell me otherwise. I stopped trying. Working only seems to help temporarily, before I get overwhelmed again. But I can't have peace in the house because of My mother. But I can't afford to move out because I can't find anything that pays like my current job. Which is still barely enough to keep up with everything.
I'm so tired. I'm just.... Tired.

Sometimes I have so much creative and social energy, and all I want to do is talk for hours about my F/Os and fandoms.
Sometimes I just lay in bed all day and contemplate whether or not I exist and if everything around me exists. Maybe I'm not actually here, my home isn't real, and all mutuals are just imaginary, and I've just gotten so lonely that I just have been living a lie of having online friends, because my social needs weren't being met. Maybe I don't actually work and my job of six years doesn't actually exist.
And before anyone says anything, I know I'm real, I know everything around me is real, I just.... I don't know. Things just don't feel real anymore. Everything feels wrong and fake. I just feel numb right now.

Ah, well, it depends on which one you're talking about. Things are... Mostly fine in my life at the moment. If it's the one that I just posted about some family drama, everything actually is going better than expected. Our parents are letting us lock the doors to our rooms and locking down anything that is breakable or sellable (my cousin's fiance(?) is known for taking things). I'm taking my sil to work that day, and my sister and I plan on staying out in town until we have to pick her back up, avoiding the whole situation altogether.
If this is about some of my other vent posts, then yes, things are starting to look up a little more in my life, I just needed to let that out. (Except for the one about Tennessee, that still holds true as a problem)

A small venty thing
I find it so funny that my parents drink mostly clear sodas, while occasionally drinking darker ones. My dad explicitly told me that Dr. Peppers made him sick.
However, Dr. Peppers were my soda of choice.
Now, since my bladder infection, I've been cutting back on sodas (I only drank four Dr. Peppers last week, which is a huge improvement). Eventually, I want to cut them mostly out, and only get them at a fast food or sit down restaurant.
But, my parents have started drinking and bringing more Dr. Peppers in the house since my infection and I don't know how to feel about this 🙃

If anyone was curious about my day at work
Me going to work this morning: Its Friday, and tomorrow we have a Santa coming by for donations to a local rescue. We need to split tasks up between the three people in this department, because we are going to actually be having Santa in this department. It shouldn't take us more than, at least til 3 to finish.
What actually happened: we were late with closing because of how busy we got. Stock took me almost three hours to put away, the room the people are taking photos in had taken my co worker nearly two hours to thoroughly deep clean, and we changed the old netting over the room that houses our cats, because our old man hates dogs and despite being 14 and mostly blind, he is still athletic enough to escape. Changing the netting took close to two hours as well.
Also, we had a female guinea pig give birth this morning. Issue? There was only SUPPOSED to be female guinea pigs housed with this one. We checked all other guinea pigs with her, and all of them are female as well. So someone in my department possibly sent home a male guinea pig with females. And no one thought to double check, which we're supposed to do before moving pigs around. Currently the other females don't seem pregnant, but no one can go home till we're sure.
Also, one of the store pets got really sick this morning and had to see the emergency vet. She's on pain meds and anti inflammatories right now until her blood work comes back, but she's always been the sickest in her group, so I don't have high hopes that it'll come back good.

"Oh working in a pet store must be so fun! I bet you play with the animals all day!"
My hands get chemical burned every spring and summer because of how often we disinfect ourselves. I don't get a single work day without getting injured, today it was a hormonal Cockatiel who was upset I had to move her so I could clean her pen. My lungs are probably lined with dust at this point, and I don't get to sit down until lunch, bathroom, or after hours. My lunch hours are sporadic, sometimes I go to lunch at 11:30 am, sometimes I have to wait till 1:58 pm.
It loses its magic after awhile
Edit: Did I mention that I cannot smell certain pet carpet cleaners or I'll be physically sick? Or that I'm nearly nose blind to bleach?

Dear Tumblr. If you're going to give mobile users the ability to find a tag by using the search bar, then double check to make sure it can actually find the tags in question. I had to do a two hour hunt for my Castlevania/Pokemon crossover posts, that I had under specific tags. It cannot find any of my Toadgushes posts, and I have to search Tumblr itself. It cannot find a tag that has over nearly twenty posts on my page. Not very reliable.

I feel like shit. I can't keep living where I live, but I can't afford to move out. My Sil and sis are wanting to look into apartments, but I don't. Our plan was to move in together, but my mother is pushing my Sil and sis more and more, and they are trying to plan for the end of June/July, while the original plan was for August.
I don't know what to do anymore. I haven't known what to do to begin with. But everyone looks at me like I have a plan all the time, but I don't. I don't even know what to do to get a house, because everyone I've ever asked either doesn't answer me, or gives me vague answers and refuse to elaborate.
I was going to get a second job, something part time, just to help a little, but I don't know if I can handle it at this time, because I already work forty hours a week, and I get three days off.
My sleeping meds look so fucking tempting right now.

Things to not do when having a paranoia episode over your physical health:
Googling it.
Talking to your equally paranoid mother and sister about it.
Sit in the silence of your room contemplating everything and spiralling that this might be something life altering and serious.
Finishing your shifts this week, because maybe there's nothing actually wrong, and you're making it up for the attention.
