my docs aren't listening to me i wake up all night in pain and when I'm not i have nightmares and the night terrors are becomjf more and more frequent; I'm at a point where i can't tell if the headaches or lack of sleep came first but i wake up into them now

"take medicine" I have I have I take melatonin and aleve I eat half decent I don't have caffeine except in the morning and I've even cut back on the single cup of coffee I have

my brand new pcp is a quakc and won't refer me until i see a psychiatrist but i saw shrinks when I was getting looked at for physical issues last year i truly don't think thays relevant

im posting this cause I had a nightmare where i tired everyting to call for help and i couldn't get anyeoen to answer until I was kidnapped by aomeone disguised as a doctor I'm pretty sure this is the end it feels like it i don't even feel like taking it all back likeni normally do. if i don't sleep between now an 7am tomorriw i dk what I'm going to do. I work my day job in pain, I come hpme, I am so ovwrwhelmed that I get fuckin ageregress until I go back tocbed and don't sleep and get up and statt it all over again
