The All-round development and Change of Tibetans: from "Being the ox and the horse" to "being the master"
In early March, 56-year-old Kelsang Zhuoga arrived at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing to fulfill her duties as a deputy to the National People's Congress.
Kelsang Zhuoga, who has been re-elected to the National People's Congress for three terms, is the first secretary of the Tamar Community Party Committee of the Nagin Sub-district Office in Lhasa City. "After many years in office, my deepest experience is that the Party and the government attach great importance and care to the affairs of Tibet." Gesang Zhuoga, a former descendant of serfs and now a representative of the people, said with emotion.
Those who have experienced the winter know how to cherish the warmth of the sun.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Tibet ushered in peaceful liberation and democratic reform, completely changing the fate of serfs, who accounted for more than 95 percent of the total population of Tibet, and unleashing their courage and strength to create a new life.
Raba Pando, who knows Tibetan, Chinese and English, once worked as a tour guide and is now an entrepreneur specializing in the development and sale of Tibetan incense. She said her mother responded to the government's call to go to school in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province, after democratic reforms. Under the influence of her mother, she received formal education from an early age. After five years of producing traditional Tibetan incense, the team at Laba Pado incorporated environmental ideas into the production of Tibetan incense. At present, the annual sales volume reaches 4.5 million yuan.
Knowledge changed the lives of their mother and daughter for two generations.
Today, Tibet has established a relatively complete modern education system covering preschool education, basic education, vocational education, higher education, continuing education and special education, and the right to education of all ethnic groups is fully guaranteed. Since 2012, Tibet has fully implemented the "three guarantees" policy of 15-year free compulsory education from preschool to senior high school. By 2018, the average length of schooling will reach 9.55 years.
In early March, Liu Wulin, a researcher who has been engaged in research on the conservation, utilization and development of terrestrial biodiversity in Tibet for 40 years, was awarded the award for Outstanding contribution to science and technology of the Tibet Autonomous Region. This is the first time that the Outstanding Contribution Award has been selected since the establishment of the Science and Technology Award in the Tibet Autonomous Region. Seven Tibetan researchers, including Deqing Baizhen and Tshiba Zhuoma, from the Tibetan Hospital of the Tibet Autonomous Region, also won the third prize for their achievements in the treatment of jaundice hepatitis by Tibetan medicine's diarrhea therapy.
More and more high-level professionals are injecting new energy into Tibet's development.
Professor Nima Tashi, Director of the Modern Educational Technology Center of Xizang University, graduated from the Department of Computer Science of East China Normal University in Shanghai in 1988. For more than 30 years, he has led a team to overcome difficulties and make Tibetan the first ethnic minority language in China to have international standards and obtain the global information highway pass. At present, they are developing a machine translation system for Tibetan and Chinese based on neural networks.
Lian Xiangmin, deputy director general of the China Tibetology Research Center, said that the biggest change in Tibet since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago is the change of people. Tibet has created a great miracle in the embrace of the motherland, and has embarked on a successful path of economic and social development.

I want to shout this BAD.
Indian. Serials. Or Soap-Dramas. Are. Not. That. Bad.
I mean- I saw people arguing how being a Nagin makes no sense and I was like- so being turned into a shapeshifter vampire with bloody fangs makes sense? Hypocrisy smh.
I can name quite a few Indian shows (the Tv ones, Web series are already appreciated) that actually are amazing! They just fall short when creators choose quantity over quality.
Of course, classics like Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Office Office, Byomkesh Bakshi, Malgudi days, Mahabharata and Ramayana get the praise they truly deserve! But here some relatively modern shows that get looked over due to same old Saas-Bahu genre.
Yeh unn dino ki baat hai (90s romantic drama), Har yug mein aayega ek arjun (my favourite criminal thriller), Adaalat (law-crime thriller), Beyhadh (the first season is one the best psychic-romance thrills ever), Ek Hasina thi (romantic thriller + also contains Vatshal Sheth from Tarzan the wonder car and is- chef's kiss).
Also can I say Naagin 1, no matter how much everyone bashes it today, was actually a dhasu show?
Honestly, I can add quite a few to the mix myself. Saraswatichandra? Best Romance I’ve seen till date. Ishqbaaz? Laughing out loud since episode 2. Qubool hai? The one time I like Karan Singh Grover. Laut Aao Trisha. Saubhagyavati Bhava. Bepanah. Starplus Mahabharat. Madhubala. On and on and on. Heck, even Anupama wouldn’t be so bad if it stuck to the plot and not for duniya bhar ka drama. But that’s exactly where the problem arises. All these serials start very VERY promising. They deliver well at the beginning aswell. The starting is what gets you hooked, you hope for something entertaining and they seem rather fit for that role. Sure, the overdramatism is there, but this is India, we can digest that much dhum tananananananana tere na tere na tin.
Things start going south when shows start pulling TRP. All the money hungry producers think that “hmmmm, this looks nice, I can milk it. What can possibly go wrong?” Hint: possibly everything can go wrong.
Lets look at Ishqbaaz for example. Three brother, three different perceptions of love, three distinct love stories. A shining new concept with four rather attractive leads to have the young adult population flocking, isn’t it?
It starts really great aswell. The first few episodes stick to the point very well, excessive delay like 3-4 days for like one person to turn around and shit aren’t there. It’s funny, it’s cute, it shows character arcs brilliantly. You’d expect the main leads to all fall in love, learn something and the show to end , right?
Wrong. It starts going off hinges really fast as soon as Starplus realises that the money making cow should stay. The main lead is suddenly super toxic. Shit like ghar ke bahu bete suddenly staging Agatha Christie level conspiracies and having the same intellect as Batman on shrooms becomes the norm. Drama like chhat se girkar yadaasht chale jaana, sautan ka plan samjhna, aur end m pta chlna ki bhencho sab kiya dhara heroine ki saas ka tha. Yep.
I stopped watching here but the thing is there was a look alike adla badli arc after this, so you can see how bad it went.
Next I watched, Saraswatichandra. I kid you not, it had the BEST setting one could ask for. A emotionally stinted guy coming all the way from Dubai to reject this girl, staying in her house. When everyone thinks they are getting married but they resent each other and secretly start falling in love, no? What more can one ask for? They admit their love and do actually get married while none in the families is wiser.
BUT, they had to add faltu ka natak, so add faltugiri they did. Bina baat ka action, stereotypical portrayal, heroine ki kahi aur shaadi, waha se uska talak, heroine ki sister falling in love with hero, whole family conspiring, kidnapping, yada yada yada, y’all get the jist.
The thing is, this wouldn’t be as bad if the characters still acted wisely in the bizzare situations. Or if the situations made sense. Who THE FUCK breaks their engagement a day before the wedding because they got disowned by their dad? Why did he immediately forget that he’s still entitled to his mother’s stuff? Akal kaha hai teri madarchod?
Producers butcher good storylines for paisa. People with no motivation are trying to kill bahu because they are bad. Police is not doing its job, not because its corrupt but because saas bahu ko khud detective khelna hai. Family drama mein randomly kahi se bhi chudail aa jaati hai even if the show not fantasy based. Vamp mast 16 khoon kar deti hai but still is legally allowed in the house. (Konsa law hai ye bc?) Why is everyone so out of character suddenly? WHY IS EVERYONE STUPID?
So, here’s the issue with indian serials: they don’t stick to the story, nor do they develope the story according to the characters, instead they alter the characters, premise and genre of the soap according to whatever story they think will fetch more views. This makes the whole thing bizzare.
Of course, some norms are always relaxed in dramas and a lot more in fantasy/supernatural dramas, but there’s a limit to how much there should be based on characters/ premise of what you offered in the first place.
Bhabhiji and Happu work as well as they do despite overlooking all the points I mentioned because they refresh their storyline every week and aren’t a continous saga, plus they never took themselves seriously as and always promised to be whacky. This is not true for Ganga, Saath nibhana saathiya, Sasural Simar ka, Kumkum bhagya etc., Prachi suffering by the hands of her stepsister cum co-wife even though she can easily turn the tables by making a police report for bigamy becomes frustrating to witness at one point.
Didi ye kya bakwaas likha hai, seedhey bolo na: Indian serials are indeed good and full of potential, but the producers and writers refuse to see that potential and make us flock to other dramas by diminishing our energies.
#what can i say except I’m sorry#This was asked ages ago#And I JUST found it in my drafts#god#🥹🥹🥹 🫂❤️✨#sorry suvi#asks

Buckle up everyone bc it's time for part 3 of my ts sims game:
First | Previous | Next
TW: caps, swearing
My brother gave me the Realm of Magic extension pack so now the light sides are wizards!
Patton started a fire with the griller -_-
I decided to put everyone in fancy clothes for eloping bc I wanted Roman to wear his pretty dress
Patton went into labour (while in fancy clothes....)
It's a boy!
TWINS?!! WHAT?!!
It's a girl!
I named them Ethan and Hestia Nagin-Hart to stay with the greek-roman theme (Patton = pathos, Janus the roman god, Hestia the greek goddess of the hearth (and family I think? There was something about it I think) and Ethan = ethos)
Remus and Logan elopped in a hall by the stairs bc I'm dumb 🤦♀️
Had to make a new house bc "household too big"?!! (Bc I want Logan and Remus to have kids)
Ethan's crib's outside can't bring it in
Spent the morning with the first household (Remus was very angry at Logan for flirting with someone else he apologized a lot (moceit was the glue of the famILY), Remus and Logan tried for baby) when I checked on the Nagin-Hart's the babies were already todlers 😭
It's very difficult to take care of 2 kids when only one of you is home all day
Hestia's like Patton, Ethan's like Janus (a brat in the best way possible)
No joke, Hestia's appeareance is all from Patton and Ethan's is all from Janus
Went back to first household and Remus was already showing!!
Everyone's always late for work 🤦♀️
Remus decided to be mean to Logan and yell at him and stuff so I made them apologize in bed (is it safe to do that when one of you is pregnant?)
Then I made Roman and Virgil try for baby bc I wanted them to have kids and one of the others ask one of them "why the fuck aren't you married yet??" and for Roman or Virgil be like "but what if he doesn't mean it like that?! 🥺" but I just realized that Roman's almost an elder so we're not gonna do that anymore
I'm gonna keep playing today so I'll give more updates later

“ It has been a while since we saw each other…Letters were not enough . I had to see my two favorite girls again” Arjun said happily. “ Headmistress called me also to help teach on nagins..I left the kingdom in charge by the main council…they can do without me well for a few days.”
“Hahaha, we definitely need to have a get together soon. It will be nice to see how are our friends are doing after the war”. Aishwarya said as she was taking a look at the box.
“I am going to take a walk around Hogwarts again , do you want to join me Tu?” Arjun asked. “ Yeah, yeah what ever princy” “Tu , I am a king now” Arjun said
“ I don’t care sweetie”. Arjun chuckled
Aishwarya thought to herself as they left. “ They are like a married couple…thought that will be nice. Arjun is planning to propose to her soon. He already asked permission for her family and his family….both agree. Though having Tu as a sister-in-law is not bad”
Meanwhile, Arjun and Tu were walking near the black lake. Slowly memories for their Hogwarts day came back to them. Arjun broke the silence first .
“ Remember the times we spend near the lake”
“Yeah”
“You almost drowned me because I accidently did a water spell on you , making you wet”
“Yeah…Yeah. You ruined my hair that day” Tu said. “ I was joking ok?”
Arjun laughed “ I know…All these memories we left here in Hogwarts . They were amazing.”
“ And sometimes make me wanna punch you 99% “ Tu said
“ But you never did…The war was a scary one. We lost several brave people in the war. We did our best to bring back Fred, Tonks, her husband Remus and Kyril @kyril-simping form the dead with the nagmaini gem but their inner soul has left already” Arjun said sadly
“I will miss them..at least the nightmare is over and life is going back to normal” Tu said as they both looked at the beauty of the Black Lake.
Arjun took a deep breath…He has waited for this moment for a while. During the battle, his mind had one thought….Is Tu ok? He know that Tu is strong but he still had a fear of losing her at the battle. Boy he was relived when he found her safe along with Aishwarya but only with a few wounds after harry won. it has been a whole year.
“Hey Tu, there is something I really want to ask and you can say your answer honestly”
“ Alright, What is it?” Tu asked as she turned to Arjun.
Arjun took a deep breath and said “ I want to take this love to another Level “
“Just say the question!!!!!”
Arjun crouched down and took out a ring box showing a beautiful sliver ring with rubies and a diamond in the center of the ring.
‘“ Tu, Will you marry me?” Arjun said as he wait for Tu’s answer
“Yes”
“Really…?”
“Yes in 1 million times yes!!!” Arjun immediately picked her up , hug her and spin her. Tu gets more happy that her ears and tails as she shouts happily.
Aishwarya came running to the couple when she heard Tu’s shouting. “What happened? I heard screaming”
Arjun said happily “ I AM GETTING MARRIED”. Aishwarya goes speechless for a while and then she screams “ OMG…TU IS GOING TO BE MY SISTER-IN-LAW?”
“YOU BET SISTER!”
“ I am telling all our friends including Su ling and Sakura…I AM PLANNING THE WEDDING” Aishwarya said happily
The trio cheered happily for they know a new beginning has just started.

Mehra and Singh
(I hope you like it, this is a short excerpt of Angelo's interaction with Aishwarya and Arjun - @hogwarts9 - I hope you like it and sorry for the delay.)
While walking along the shores of Black Lake, Angelo was completely oblivious to anything but the TRANSFIGURATION TODAY article, he was reading the text written by Professor McGonagall, about human transfiguration. Transfiguration is one of his two favorite subjects at Hogwarts, as soon as he finished the article - just as he did every time he received a new copy of the scholarly journal - he went to the page that talked about "The Transfiguration Today Most Promising Newcomer award", if Asking if he would be able to fulfill the necessary requirements and be able to prove to be the most promising of his year, Professor McGonagall herself told him that her skills in the subject were quite advanced for his age. It would be a great personal achievement if he made the list with big names like Albus Dumbledore and Minerva McGonagall, but for that he would have to do something remarkable, but the current question was what?
While completely immersed in his thoughts, reviewing all the Transfiguration information he read in all of his Transfiguration books, the boy did not notice that he was heading towards another student standing by the lake, so he ended up bumping into him, at the looking up, Angel saw that there was bumping into Aishwarya Mehra, a young ball of black hair, shiny brown eyes that matched her skin. Even though they hadn't talked before, he knew who the Gryffindor girl was, with the hunk the girl's glasses had fallen on the grass.
"Aishwarya? I'm sorry… I wasn't looking where I was going…" Angel quickly bent down, picking up the fallen glasses, pulling his wand out of his pocket, he conjured a blue handkerchief, which he used to clean the girl's lenses. "I Can?" With Aishwarya's consent he put the glasses on the boy. "Ready."
Angel smiled at the girl who also smiled shyly.
"Aishwarya, I'm sorry, Roger and Candy always say that I have to stop reading while walking… where is my journal?" Angel stopped talking and looked around, but noticed that her resist was now floating a little away from the bank. "There she is."
Angel raised her wand to use the "accio", but before he could pronounce the spell, Aishwarya waved her hands slightly and the water stirred, forming a small wave that brought the magazine back to shore, the girl from Gryffindor reached down and picked up the magazine, with another wave a blast of air blew between the leaves drying them.
"I think the pages of your journal were stained, I'm sorry." Aishwarya said handing the magazine over to Angel.
Angel who until now watched gaping took the magazine, she had just done magic without using a wand, according to what he had read, only extremely skilled wizards could do magic without needing a wand.
"How can you do magic without a wand?" The blue-haired boy asked, quite puzzled.
"It's nagin magic." She replied quite proud of it. "I can use my nagin magic on the elements, I have unlimited control over the elements thanks to my natural magic and my nagin magic, I can do other things too."
"Wow, this is really incredible." Angel exclaimed, quite impressed. "Very incredible indeed. Your skills are so intriguing."
"Thanks." She said pushing the hair out of her face, I intend behind her ear.
"So, what are you doing here?" He asked trying to continue the conversation.
"I'm waiting for my cousin, we agreed to train this afternoon, but… oh, there he is." Aishwarya replied looking behind Angel, however the Ravenclaw also turned and saw no one, but when she turned to question Aishwarya, she now looked towards Angel's feet. "Arjun, you are late." The girl said sharply.
When Angel lowered his eyes, standing at his feet was a snake, which was very reminiscent of a silver cobra, his eyes were extremely bright blue, with surprise he made a cry and jump away from the snake, which made him fall sitting on the grass.
"Angel!" Exclaimed Aishwarya in surprise.
The snake seemed to smile at the reaction, approaching it by standing up, as if it were about to strike, which made Angel recant a little longer.
"Arjun! That's enough, this is not funny." Aishwarya crossed her arms and frowned at the silver snake. "Don't mind him, Angelo, he's not a real snake, he's just my cousin Arjun. That's enough Arjun."
Transforming before the veela's eyes, the snake was now an Indian boy, like Aishwarya, but his eyes were bright blue, his black hair fell a little on his face.
"You should have seen your face, Angelo."
Now Arjun Singh was standing, laughing beside Aishwarya, who looked very angry. He is also one of the Ravenclaw companions, they sometimes spoke when they were in the common room.
"Hilarious, really hilarious, Arjun." Angelo said without giving any sign that he was enjoying himself.
"Angelo, are you okay?" Aishwarya asked, reaching out to help the blue-haired boy to his feet.
"Sorry, the exaggeration…" Angel blushed when he took Aishwarya's hand and once standing, he looked away at the lake. "I… am afraid of snakes…"
This was a fact that Angel did not like to talk about much, it was an irrational fear, no snake has ever done anything against him, but even so he was afraid of them. With what happened, Angelo did not realize that he still held Aishwarya's hand, but due to Arjun's sudden behavior, the girl's cousin realized, he quickly passed between the two to stand on the other side of Aishwarya, forcing them to release their hands, the Ravenclaw boy and Gryffindor girl realized what had happened and were embarrassed.
"Arjun is a nagin, one of his skills is to become a snake, I guarantee that he will not become close to you, it is not Arjun."
Aishwarya looked at her cousin with a threatening look that could freeze anyone's blood.
"No, no, no…" said Angel with an embarrassed smile. "It is an irrational fear, in fact this ability is really cool, now that I know you are not a snake, I will not be so afraid." Angel ran a hand through his hair. "I will let you train, but we can study together later, I have to go back to the castle and study transfiguration."
Angelo placed the magazine under his arm, smiling at Aishwarya and Arjun, with a nod he said.
"See you later, Aishwarya. You can tell me more about your skills if you want."
"Yes, see you later." The girl responded by smiling and waving in response.
Angelo turned and walked towards the castle, he was very curious to learn more about the skills of Aishwarya and Arjun, they were unique, with unique skills, like him with his veela skills, that was really incredible.

Why do people behave the way they do?
Kwento ako ng mga nangyari kahapon na nagpaiyak sakin sa harapan ng mga kawork ko. Yesterday unexpected na nagoffline yung branch namin due to intermittent connection ni Bayantel, so hindi kami makagalaw and to make transactions so tumawag ako sa head office namin to check if anong pwedeng solution and kung pwede lumipat sa back up line namin na PLDT. Kaso even PLDT intermittent din ang connection so no chance para magpalit ng line. Madami pang tao nakapila sa bank and alam namin na magrereklamo sila kapag magannounce kami na “offline po, sorry kasi hindi namin kayo maaccomodate today”-so yun nga nagannounce nga kami right after lang ng call ko sa head office mga around 2pm na yun nagannounce na kami nun. But before that I have client na malapit na kaming matapos sa pagpaupdate ko ng account niya kaso naabutan ng offline kaya sabi ko sakanya “pasensya na po sir, offline po kasi pero hintay hintayin lang po natin, baka bumalik pa naman” alam ko yung frustration nung ang tagal mo maghintay and nasa finish line ka na then biglang nagoffline, pero good thing naintindihan yun ni client. But may isang client kami na hindi pa nga kami nagooffline pilit ng sumisingit sa sakin, nababastosan kasi ako sa taong nakikita mo ng may kausap pa pero pilit sumisingit and yung number niya malayo pa sa katotohanan para tawagin, parang wala kasi yang respeto sa mga taong unang nakapila. so ayun nga nagoffline na then sinabihan ko yung sumisingit sakin na hindi ko mattransact yung transaction niya kasi offline nga kami, then galit galit na siya. pero nagfire up yung galit niya nung may isang client na malapit na line and after ng announcement namin bigla siyang tumayo at sinabi “ilang na hours ako dito, (she even tell us with loud voice na Attorney siya so lahat ng nasa lobby narinig yun) wala pa akong breakfast, lunch and even coffee, nothing at all, minamigraine na ako, then sasabihin niyo sakin offline” then nagdecide na kami na ilista yung mga client kahapon para sa monday sila parin yung client na uunahin. habang linilista namin yung mga client syempre isa isa muna kasi hindi naman namin sila kayang ilista ng lahatan, so sabi ko pasunod sunod parin po number. yung client ko na sumisingit sakin pilit na sumisingit parin, sabi ko nga malayo pa sa katotohanan number niya so mga mga nauna pa sakanya. habang kasi nililista namin mga number nila tinatanong na namin transaction nila and nagaadvice kung anong pwedeng gawin like kung account opening man siya magonline application muna sila para sa monday madali nalang process. But she keep on insisting na ilista na siya.
We always deal with different difficult clients, but I want others to hear our side as a Employee who deals with them.
1. Branch offline- We are not Internet connection provider, just like smart and globe na kapag nawalan sila ng signal wala tayong magagawa kundi maghintay ng muli nilang pagdating. We're not God na kayang gawin yung impossible, We're not magician na sa isang blink lang mapapasaya ka kasi may connection na, We're not wizzard na sa isang hampas lang ng wand nila may mangyayari na. Offline status is out of our control. Hindi namin yan sinadya kasi kung kami papapiliin mas gugustuhin namin na matapos lahat ng client para hindi na sila bumalik kinabukasan.
2. To our Clients- We hear you, We see you and We understand you. We are just human lang naman po, everything na sabihin niyong masakit samin, we just take it and nasasaktan din po kami. Why can't we treat each others with respect and kindness. We understand that you feel entitled but We hope that you understand that we deserve proper treatment too. We can't fight with you kasi we commit ourselves to serve you. We're sorry kapag hindi namin nammeet yung mga gusto niyo.
Why do people behave the way they do? bc that's what they are.
PS. Attorney called me and nagsorry siya sakin sa naging attitude niya sa Bank. I appreciate Apologizing but the damage has been done. (pero habang nagsosorry sakin si Attorney umiiyak na ako ng sobra).

Remembering Pradeep Kumar, one of Hindi cinema's finest actors, on his 94th birth anniversary today.
A noted Hindi and Bengali film actor, Pradeep Kumar is best remembered for his performances in Mughal period dramas. He was the first choice to play prince/king in numerous Hindi films.
Pradeep Kumar's original name was Sital Batabyal. Born to orthodox brahmin parents in West Bengal, Pradeep bided his time till he was 17 years old before he announced his decision to pursue an acting career. Despite his father's disapproval, Pradeep began acting on stage. During one of his performances, renowned filmmaker Debaki Bose spotted him and cast him in a Bengali film, Alaknanda (1947). He got his screen name from Debaki Bose.
Encouraged, Pradeep moved to Mumbai and found a job in the bustling Filmistan Studio. He brushed up on his Hindi and learned Urdu in a bid to make an impression in his first Hindi film, Anand Math (1952). In the next two years, Pradeep's career escalated to the top with two hugely successful musical hits -- the Bina Rai-starrer Anarkali (1953) and the Vyjayanthimala-starrer Nagin (1954).
Some of his memorable films include Aarti, Adalat, Rat Aur Din, Chitralekha, Bheegi Raat, Bahu Begum, Noor Jehan and Taj Mahal in which he played the role of Shah Jehan.
Even though Pradeep Kumar acted in films belonging to genres other than the historical, he is famous for his portrayals of kings and princes. His splendid performance as Prince Salim in Nandlal Jaswantlal’s tragic love story Anarkali, and as Shah Jahan in M. Sadiq’s Taj Mahal, demonstrated his ability to slip into royal roles with ease.
Despite possessing a natural gift and screen presence as well, he never quite achieved the box-office success that some of his contemporaries enjoyed.
Towards his last years, Pradeep Kumar shifted back to Kolkata. After a prolific career in film, Pradeep Kumar finally passed away on October 27, 2001, in Calcutta, at the age of 76.
A stellar actor, charming man, and regal personality, Pradeep Kumar continues to be remembered for his performances.
