hii hihihi what about transaspd tips?

ok!, so this one is kind of tricky to explain how aspd affects us for so i'll try to make each tip as simple as possible while also explaining the symptom the tip is related to I spend a lot of energy trying to stay popular to avoid getting bullied, so i try to remain neutral as possible in social situations i don't care about. for example, if two people are having a disagreement that you don't care about, don't force yourself to pick a side, either plant your foot and say you don't care, or if you care about how one of said people sees you more than the other, agree with the one who's view of you matters. i tend to manipulate people slightly, nothing harmful, just small harmless lies that tilt the favors in my odd, give people who you feel neutral about or want to get closer to small things you get and dont want, if you really want to you can say you got it for them to sweeten the deal, but there are consequences for being caught in lies so tread carefully i tend to not understand how my personal actions like getting hurt can affect others around me, so do things that might negatively affect you without overthinking how other people feel (that is if you do anything risky in the first place, i don't want to encourage you to endanger yourself, just don't think too much about how things you do affect others) if someone says something rude to you, feel free to laugh at them or be rude back, take them off at the knees i got into a lot of fights as a kid so if you're willing to take a risk and someone starts a fight with you, maybe engage in it Thats kind of the only tips i have for it, if you want i can make a post just explaining my symptoms for people to base their transition off of but this is kind of all i have for now.

TRANS - ASPD ...

Being unemotional and monotone ! I struggle with this a lot - being unable to change your tone to be more ' nicer ', so basically having a continues tone that is considered ' rude ' or ' mean ' !

Not understanding social cues - I think most people already struggle with this but being unable to understand when is an appropriate time to be serious, unable to comfort people or understand when its okay to do something !

Lack of remorse - doing things without much thought for others !

Lack of safety - so being reckless, doing things without second thought that can harm you or others !

Most people with ASPD have a history of drug addiction, have history with breaking the law, overall being reckless.

Hard time with animals - as people with ASPD lack remorse, they are more likely to feel a LITTLE bit of sympathy with animals, yet they tend to get irritated with them quicker when animals don't do what they want.

Unable to control anger / high uncontrollable aggression !

TRANS - NPD ...

People with NPD do not understand social cues, so not being able to understand when is an appropriate time to comment on something !

Feeling like you need to be better than people - So if your friend has achieved something, you would try to achieve it but at a bigger scale ! ( like getting accepted into something or being better at a hobby, knowing more about a subject )

Inability to feel remorse for others - so not knowing how to comfort or feel sympathy for someone !

MIRRORING !!! I don't see people talk about this enough but people with NPD have the tendency to mirror others, whether it would be someone they admire or just randomly for people they are speaking to ! For the second option - when speaking so someone, copying their mannerisms, way of speech, accents !

People with NPD feel emotions on a more heightened sense ( like emotional-highs! ), so feeling anger more fully, feeling happiness for days, ect ! But this also means that they are prone to get angrier quicker or switch moods quite fast !

NPD and ASPD have symptoms that overlap, so for you it can be quite easy to transition !! but hope this helped !!!

Having ASPD and BPD and seeing people be “transASPD and tranBPD” hurts me so much.

Cluster B disorders are incredibly stigmatised, having a lack of empathy is “dangerous” moon swings makes you “scary” having intrusive thoughts makes you “evil” in the eyes of society and people who are transASPD and transBPD will never understand how hard it is to be cluster B.

Even when ignoring how society views us, ASPD and BPD are awful, constantly being afraid of everyone leaving you, wanting to hurt yourself 24/7, your mood being erratic and unpredictable, being constantly only worsening the desire to SH, not understanding and not even caring about how people fear is scary to yourself.

I literally got told I am worth less than a dog because of my disorders.
