Royal Christmas

Liam looks at the decorated tree and smiles “This is amazing”

“Dada!”

He looks over and sees his 2 year daughter Angel toddling towards him ornament in hand

He chuckles as he lifts her up and puts her near a branch “There you go my little princess”

Angel puts the ornament on and claps her hands “Yay!”

He kisses her on the cheek “Thanks for your help you love our Christmas tree”

“Ya!”

“I’m glad I know your mother would love it too can’t wait till she gets back and sees this”

“Juicy!”

Liam chuckles “Ok let’s get you some juice” He leads her to the kitchen and opens the fridge “What would you like” Angel thinks for a moment then points “The orange juice excellent choice” He sits her on the table and pours juice into her cup “Here you are your highness”

“Yay!” She takes the juice and shoves into her mouth

“Whoa!” He stops her then guides her cup slowly to her mouth “Slowly we changed your clothes once today”

“Sowy dada”

“It’s ok my princess now are you ready for Christmas and to open your presents”

“Ya!”

“Good Santa left many gifts under the tree and so did Daddy and Mommy and Uncle Drake Hana Maxwell and”

“Yay!” Angel throws her arms around him “Wub you dada”

He sighs tears coming to his eyes as he returns the embrace “I love you too my princess”

“Dada sad?”

“No sweetheart I just love you so much so glad you’re here with me”

“Aww look at my two favorite people”

Liam turns around and sees Riley standing there looking at them

“Mama!”

“Hi baby how are you”

Angel throws her arms up “Whee!”

Riley giggles “That’s good to hear” She kisses her cheek then turns to Liam “I see you’re having fun”

“Well I was just getting her juice and getting her excited for the holiday season”

“She sure is and so am I can’t wait to see what you’ve got planned for this year can’t I get a hint”

“Nope it’s a secret my love” He kisses her forehead

“Well ok can I at least see the tree”

“Right this way my queen” He takes Angel in his arms and walks to the Christmas tree

Riley grins “Liam this is amazing you out do yourself every year”

“That look on your face well worth it and this year I got some traditions I know you’ll love”

“Can we build gingerbread houses too?”

Liam chuckles “I didn’t forget about that we’re gonna do that every year”

Riley grins “I love it Liam”

“But you know the best part”

“What’s that Liam”

He wraps his arm around her waist pulling her closer “Spending the holidays with my two favorite girls”

“Aww Liam I love you”

“I love you too and your family is flying in right?”

“Yup mom and dad are boarding the next flight”

“Great this is gonna be an amazing Christmas”

He kisses her deeply “I love you”

“I love you too”

“Wub you too!”

They both laughs “We love you to cutie”

The Royal Romance Chapter 10 Part 4

Riley grins as she follows Hana onto her yacht Hana stretches out her arms “Welcome to my humble yacht”

Riley’s eyes go wide at the champagne and trays of chocolate covered strawberries she turns to Hana “How loaded are you?”

“I suppose I am from a noble family”

“So is Bertrand but he can’t afford a dinghy let alone an entire yacht and you usually seem so modest”

Hana shrugs “It’s not my style to show off but my parents wanted me to display their wealth for the royal family they think it’s the utmost importance that I impress everyone here no matter how extravagant the display”

Riley walks over and picks up a champagne bottle grinning “Well you can consider me impress seriously just one bottle of this champagne is worth more than what I make a whole week in New York waiting tables”

Hana smiles “Well what’s mine is yours please enjoy whatever you want” She nods to a waiter who brings a tray full of drinks “Well Riley what will you have”

Riley looks at the various drinks then plucks a champagne glass off the tray “I wanna try some of this fancy champagne you got here”

Hana giggles as she grabs a glass then raises it up “Cheers!”

They clink their glasses together as Riley takes a sip she notices all the champagne glasses in buckets of ice “This is a lot of champagne even for a party”

Hana sighs “Well the ship is new and hasn’t been named yet that would have called for a celebration” She grins “But since you’re here I’m hoping you can help me christen it?”

“You want my help?”

Hana nods “Yeah it’ll be fun!”

Riley thinks for a moment “What do you even name a ship? The Flying Cordornian? The Heart of Gold?”

“Aphrodite?”

Riley grins “Well since you’re picking a Greek goddess how about The Athena?”

Hana claps “The goddess of wisdom I love it!”

Riley puts her hands at the side of her mouth “All abroad The Athena!”

Hana giggles “Not so fast we have to christen her first” She gets a full bottle of champagne

Riley smiles “Let’s both christen it”

“All right we both named it after all”

They both walk over to the side of the ship and smash the bottle together on the railing watching the foaming liquid run down

Riley grabs another bottle and holds it high “Wooooo The Athena is officially in business!”

Hana giggles “Just in time for the race too the boats are taking their positions which boat do you think is gonna win”

“The pirate sails” Hana raises an eyebrow trying not laugh “What pirates are cool”

Hana giggles “Remind me to schedule a pirate themed party next time”

Liam stands at the elevated platform he lifts his binoculars as he sees the boats in the distance returning he looks around as he looks on Olivia’s boat Huh where is she? I thought she was going to Olivia’s boat hope she’s alright He searches around and then spots her with Hana There she is I wonder why they’re not on Olivia’s boat with the rest of the ladies He smiles Well whatever the reason is seems like they’re having a fantastic time over there He chuckles as he watches them break a champagne bottle on the boat She must be helping Hana christen that boat glad she’s with her and she’s safe He continues to watch her as she sits down watching the race I can’t get over how beautiful she is so perfect so amazing radiance just vibrates off her what I wouldn’t give to

“Liam it’s gonna be a close finish!”

Liam quickly turns his attention back to the boats “Yes father it is the pirate sailboat is about to cross the finish line”

“And they win! What an excellent race come let’s congratulate them” Constantine steps down to the winners

Liam follows him I’ll have to catch up with Riley at the beach party I hope I can get her alone

Riley grins as she points “The boats are back”

Hana nods “Let’s head back to see who’s the winner” They both watch as the pirate sails crosses the finish line Hana looks surprised “Pirate sails won”

Riley grins “Called it” They watch as the royal family presents each of the winners with a medal “Look at those smiles”

Hana sighs “Yeah”

“What’s wrong?”

“They look so happy I just my whole life I’ve done nothing but lose”

Riley looks at her confused “But you’re amazing at everything”

“Nothing that really counts I’ve lost my fiancé I’ve lost my families respect they think I’m a total failure”

“Oh who cares what they think once you realize that other peoples opinions don’t matter then it’s easy to see that the only person you need to please is yourself”

“There’s wisdom in that” She smiles “But I don’t mind praise from people who are really close to me like you Riley”

Riley smirks then grabs another champagne bottle “You know we can have our own victory celebration right now”

“For what?”

“We’re gonna celebrate our friendship I left New York not really know what was on the other side when I landed I’m just glad to have a friend like you” She give her a mischievous grin then she shakes the bottle and opens it spraying champagne everywhere

Hana ducks out of the shower laughing “That was a sneaky attack!”

Riley raises an eyebrow “Your point?”

Hana smirks before she grabs a bottle and shakes it then opens it Riley ducks as she laughs “Gotcha!”

“Oh it’s on” They run around deck chasing each other with bottles till it runs out

Hana looks around and sees the shore “We’re nearly at the shore I can’t believe the Regatta is already over I was really dreading today but thanks to you it was more fun than I expected”

Riley smiles “I have fun too”

“Good now the really part begins!” As the boat docks they walk off and join the other suitors  

They walk toward the other ladies Riley grins “Maxwell told me how excited he was for the beach party”

Olivia rolls her eyes “It’s not just a beach party it’s an extravaganza”

Kiara nods “The press will certainly be in attendance”

Penelope smiles “And it means more time with the Prince too”

Me when TRH book 3 was releasing: Why is no one calling Barthelemy out? He’s so clearly full of shit and very obviously a criminal extending his powers far beyond his station, this is insane. I can’t believe how unrealistic this book is. No one would stand for this behavior.
