a/n. i love this prompt, it’s so easy to write :P

KENMA

☆ kenma isn’t usually very physically affectionate, but he likes to kiss your hands a lot. it’s simple and quick, and not that noticeable to other people. however, this particular time he kissed the back of your hand, you wiped it on your sweater directly after. he noticed, but didn’t really say anything because he hadn’t thought much of it at the time. but as the day went on, he realized that you were doing it every single time he kissed your hand. he knows you though, and he’s quick to catch on that you’re messing with him. he’s mildly amused at best, but doesn’t really get the point. you’re trying to provoke him, right? it kinda worked… he‘s not necessarily annoyed, but he doesn’t like that you’re wiping them off.

"quit it."

TSUKISHIMA

☆ he notices and instantly scowls at you. it was kind of your fault for making it so obvious though. he kissed your forehead and you immediately wiped it off with your hoodie sleeve, a disgusted look on your face. it was clearly fake and all a joke, seeing as you laughed right after, but he got petty nonetheless. you apologize through giggles when you see his annoyed expression, but he only rolls his eyes. he eventually gives in, like he always does, but you have to make it up to him by kissing him literally everywhere.

"fine then, wipe my kiss off. see if you get another one."

SUNA

☆ he was taking some selfies with you, and he gave your cheek a kiss for one of them. he was sort of rapid fire clicking, so he actually got a picture of you wiping the kiss off directly after. he looks at you with a confused expression, saying something like "the fuck was that?" you wave him off, but he just pulls up the picture he got and starts examining in. he doesn’t say anything else, just looking at you with an expecting look, silently telling you to explain yourself. you crack and tell him it was a prank, just to rile him up and see what’d he do. he rolls his eyes and places another kiss to your cheek, watching to make sure you don’t wipe this one off too.

Them as fathers

Characters: Kenma, Noya, Tsukki Gender neutral reader, it is not mentioned whether the children are adopted or biological, Kenma’s is longer than the others because i had way too many ideas for him

Kenma Kozume

First things first: I don’t think Kenma would have more than one kid, if you really wanted to have more he would relent but he is perfectly happy with just one, he thinks 3 people is the perfect number for your little family.

You may think he wouldn’t be that involved in his kids life, but that is a big misconception,

No matter how much work he has to do he makes sure to spend time with you and your kid.

Kenma would never show his child on the internet in any way, he wants to keep his private life private and keep his child safe, he knows how cruel the internet can be, no way in hell will he put his young child into that kind of situation.

Once your child learned to crawl he brought the three starters of Pokémon black and white (gen 5 best games I don’t take criticism) to see which one your child would choose.

Based on what they chose he will be sulky or proud. (I nearly made this into Oshawott propaganda but I didn’t you’re welcome). But at the end of the day he knows that they just choose one based on colours and shapes, he would teach them once they are older how to perfectly choose a starter.

Best believe that as soon as your kid is old enough to understand things he will show them all kinds of (age appropriate) video games.

You enter his gaming room with some snacks for him and you can just see him play Slime Rancher as your kid sits in his lap, eyes glued to what their father is doing.

He already has started a Stardew Valley coop farm for you three to play together one day, he is just waiting for the day your child is old enough.

Now enough video game talk, (though I have so many more ideas about this lol) your child loves it when Kenma reads to them before they sleep, his voice is very soothing to them.

Once they are asleep Kenma stays at their side a bit longer, watching them sleep a serene smile on his face.

Kenma can’t say no to your kid, he will buy them anything they want. You sometimes wonder how he can be so responsible with his money in any other situation, but your child just needs to point at something and he will buy it for them unless you intervene.

Lastly, be prepared for Kenma and your kid to team up against you. Board games? Yeah they are a team even if the game isn’t a game for teaming up. (Monopoly is a nightmare with them, Oh you need a red? Too bad your kid and Kenma are trading it between one another instead of giving it to you) But you can’t really seem to mind when you see the way Kenma and your kid smile. (Unless you are like me and are fiercely competitive in games then you may want to strike Kenma down)

Yu Nishinoya

Noya would take longer to have children with you, at least until he is done travelling, he does want kids but is aware that travelling the world with them wouldn’t be ideal, he wants them to have a stable home.

Once you two do have kids, he wants at least 2 or 3. Noya wants a big family.

I feel like he is the type of Dad that throws his kids in the air and then catches them (he won’t do it high) and it always gives you a heart attack.

Instead of reading them good night stories he always tells them (embellished) stories from when he travelled the world, for example he once exclaimed to one of your kids how a mermaid vied for your attention but he fought them heroically off.

This does bite him in the ass years down the line once your kids are teens, they will bring these stories up whenever they can to tease him.

Asahi is basically an uncle to your kids, he often visits you and brings the kids many gifts. He loves to spoil them.

And yes Asahi designs the clothes for your kids as well, it often leads to many people asking you and Noya where you got the clothes for them from since they are such a high quality.

Yes, he will teach your kids “Rolling thunder”. No you can’t stop him. Even if your kids don’t play Volleyball they will still know the move.

This leads to your kids looking for his old jersey’s from highschool, putting them on and pretending to  be their dad. No he is not crying, he just got dust in his eye.

Vacations and holidays are important to Noya, while he can’t travel the world with your kids, he will take them on memorable vacations across the country when they are old enough to remember them.

He wants them to have a happy and fulfilled childhood with as many experiences as they can have.

Kei Tsukishima

When you first brought up having children with him he asked “Are you sure you can take care of a child? Don’t you wanna practise with a pet rock first?” You lightly punched him in the chest for that and he had his signature smirk on his face.

He is honestly neutral on the aspect of having kids, he is not against it but also it was never his dream of having them, so he is fine with whatever you want.

Just like Kenma he would probably only have one kid, with his Job as a Volleyballplayer and everything he isn’t home that often, so if you had more than one kid he would feel guilty leaving you home alone with them.

Tsukki is probably the first one from Karasuno to have a kid, so he is smug about the fact that he is ‘better’ than the others in that regard.

The first team reunion after you two had your child will have him holding his child proudly, while he tells all the others how slow they are for not having kids yet, which has everyone rolling their eyes. He is very proud of his kid so that he will hold it up Lion King style so everyone can admire it.

Unluckily though he miscalculated the height of the ceiling and bonked your kids head on it, which left everyone in the room in a stunned silence (True story from my infant days, my dad did this exact thing with me)

You had made him change every diaper for 2 weeks for the heart attack he gave you with that, even if your kid was fine and wasn’t hurt.

Tsukki and you switch every night who is going to read your kid, while you pick different topics every time, he only ever chooses dinosaur stories to read to your kid.

Speaking of dinosaurs, Tsukki once claimed he had to educate your kid on certain things while you went out grocery shopping, when you came back you saw that the thing he was educating your child on was “The land before time” which made you smile.

Now no matter if the child is biologically yours or adopted, it somehow interhits his sass, which means you will be surrounded by two sassy little pieces of shit (affectionate).

Though you get both of them to calm down their sass by offering them some strawberry cake if they stop, it surprisingly works better on Tsukki then on your kid, who would have thought?

it is one of those moments, a moment when you are almost certain that the world momentarily stopped turning and all you could hear is the rapid beating of your heart.

"earth to (y/n)." tsukishima clicks his fingers at your lack of response.

a sly smile forms on his lips as he watches your walls crumble beneath your feet. oh, how he loves to silence your smart mouth. the image before himㅡyou, startled and muted, is worth to paint a picture of, hanged in gallery for every one to witness the effect he has on you.

"hinata said you like me, romantically, and he-"

"STOP." your wide-eyes dart at him as your throat runs dry. his head falls to the side, orbs savoring every inch of you before licking grains of salt at the corners of his mouth. he is clearly enjoying your unguarded state.

"hm?" he taunts, biting his lips together into a thin line as he fights the urge to grin. he leaves your shared box of fries on the bench, standing to close the gap between the two of you. his hands shoved inside the pocket of his pants as he gaze at your seated position through his bottom lashes; an act of domineering over your helpless flustured state.

"you're lying." you huff without conviction.

"am i?" arching his brows at you, he takes a step forward, slightly bending his back down so you're closer.

"i will never like you." and though you tried, your words fail to make him believe. perhaps, lying isn't your best skill. albeit, you push through. at this point, backing down is a sign of weakness and path for him to fuel his already inflated ego.

"you're obnoxious. a salty ill-mannered immature brat who doesn't how to manage their temper. you think you're cool by acting mean? ha, in everyone's eyes you're just a plain boy with mommy issues." a light crease forms on his forehead as you continue to distance yourself him.

you finally roped him. you hit a nerve by using words you learned from the best, him. maintaining a friendship with him isn't for the weak hearted. you can't be too sensitive around tsukishima. you need to learn to fight back even in playful bickerings in order to keep him in place.

as you stare at the blonde, a thought suddenly crosses your mind. tsukki does not like conversing with the other first years of the volleyball team. there's no way hinata will spill on him because the orange headed knows tsukishima doesn't care about these type of things. chances are, he might be playing one of his tricks on you and you absolutely cannot fall for it. hence, you continue.

"even if it's only the two of us left on earth, i would never choose you. i will never like you, kei." your tone tastes like chili peppers and bitter gourd, like rubbing salt on an open wound.

"(y/n)." tsukishima pulls a serious face, sighing as he locks his eyes on you. "hinata told me. i am telling the truth."

there's something about the sudden shift in his face that sends chills down your spine. all of a sudden you're doubting yourself.

what if shoyo accidentally told him? what if tsukki overheard shoyo talking about it to a fellow member and cornered him so shoyo felt the need to tell him the truth? what if... what if...

"no, he didn't." you responded weakly, your eyes bouncing from one to the other.

"yes, he did." tsukishima presses. a deeper crease forms on his forehead at your stubborness. "shrimpy told me the other day during practice. well, i overheard the conversation between him and sugawara senpai and when i heard your name i stepped in. then, the orange gremline told me." he explains.

your heart dithers and your throat runs dry once more. if tsukishima is acting up until this point then he deserves an Oscars. but your friend would never put up an act this long, you know him well. if he was lying, he should have laughed at your face long ago. hence, there's only one thing for sure,

tsukki isn't lying.

in your mind you wished to be swallowed by the ground and be part of the damned soil. even if you have been pinning on your friend for the longest time, you never considered telling him. you know that he isn’t the type to swoon over romance, the thought alone makes him empty his stomach. you figured it’s better to keep your feelings to yourself than lose him as your friend. 

“and you believed him?” you scoff. your confidence quivers at each word you utter. “you really believed that i like you? you think so, tsukki? i would never in my wildest dream-” 

"will you just shut up?!" he cuts you off, screaming. he twists his neck to the side as he shuts his eyes to collect his composure before turning to shoot you a look. he swallows, adam's apple bobbing as he says in a calmer voice, "will you just shut up and kiss me?"

tsukishima levels his face to you so he could look at you eye-to-eye. he places his boney hand at the side of your face as he lets out a frustrated huff.

"or should i kiss you to shut you up?" he dares to say making your restless heart beat against your ribcage. tsukishima can feel your racing pulse at the base of your neck.

"your mouth started to irk me. your insults are getting better and better. who taught you that?" his thumb caresses the crest of your cheek back and forth as he inches his face closer. he whispers, "me, but i can also teach your mouth other things than spurting insults." the tip of nose softly nudges against yours. you swallow hard. "just say yes."

i'm leaving this on a cliffhanger and blame it on my birthchart. this is from early this year (i think) i'm sorry kale!! this has been sitting on my drafts since you requested it and couldn't get to it bc i feel meh with the previous plot but now i'm happy with it so i hope you are too! and HOLY GRAIL i miss writing for tsukki aghhh maybe i should do more for him soon hm...

Your faux blond boyfriend hops into the passenger seat of your car. For the first time in a while he doesn't have practice. Being on a division one team makes dates with Atsumu limited. None the less you were still happy to see him. You've already set up your phone camera for the prank you are about to play on him. It's your revenge for when he ditched your date to get drinks with his team. He's all giddy and smiley as he buckles his seat belt. "Hi, my love." You almost didn't want to go through with it. He's like a golden retriever puppy.

"Hey, 'Tsumu." You smile back at him. He leans in for a kiss and you back away immediately. There's confusion written on his face and you try your best not to laugh. "God, did you even brush? That breath is terrible." You say in pure disgust, you should be a paid actor.

He frowns and cups a hand to his mouth to smell his breath. "What are you talking about? My breath is fine!" He says pouting. "Atsumu Miya, your breath smells rancid." You cross your arms and raise an eyebrow. He continues to pout. "Be right back, I'll go brush again."

He opens the car door and you burst into laughter. He swings his head back around so fast that it could give him whiplash. "What?" He asks still pouting. "Tsumu, I was kidding baby. Your breath is fine. I was getting you back because you ditched me to get drinks with your team." He stood there, dumbfounded at the words you just said. "Oh.." He hops back into the car and shuts the door. "Can I kiss you now?" He asks.

Bokuto

You're in bed, mainly because Kotaro drained all your energy last night. Why did you decide to marry a pro athlete? Anyway, the sun is peaking through your window and Kotaro isn't in bed anymore. His warmth was no longer with you since he's gotten out of bed. You weren't even sure what he was doing but a thought popped into your head.

What if you tell him his breath smells? His reaction will be priceless. Your bedroom door is slammed open and your husband's voice echoes the room, "Hey, hey, hey! Morning, Sleepy-head!" You sit up to see he's got a plate full of breakfast for you. "Aww thank you, Ko." He beams at your response and hands you the food. He sits next to you and starts talking about some random thing his co-worker's (Barnes) toddler has been up to.

"Jeez, baby. Your breath stinks." His eyes widen and he meets your gaze. "Really?!" He rushes to the bathroom and you hear the sink start up. Two minutes later he's back and he gives you a view of his smile with all his teeth. "Better?" He asks you. He sits on the bed. "It was a prank! Your breath was fine." You giggle at him. "Really? Oh! Well now my breath smells extra good." You shake your head laughing. "You're something else."

Nishinoya

Noya's away traveling while you're still in the country. He calls and facetimes you every day. A long distance relationship was not something ideal for you, but you put up with it for him. You're reading your favorite book when your phone vibrates. You picked it up to check who it is, it's Noya. You smile as you swipe to answer his facetime.

"HIII BABYYY." He says a little too enthusiastically. He's probably drunk right now, because of the time differences it's night where he is. "Hey Yuu. What are you up to?" He giggles like a school girl. "I had a few drinks 'n now I'm headin' home. Just wanna talk to my love." It melts your heart to hear him say that.

"I miss you, Yuu." A sigh escaped your lips. "I miss you tooooooo." He slurs his words. He was breathing right onto the camera so you decide to say, "Back up, your breath stinks. Chew some gum or something." He laughs at your statement. "You can't even smell it." He smiles. "I can smell it through the screen, super senses." He rolls his eyes. "I love you." He says softly and you frown. You miss him so much and it's hard. "I love you too, Noya." You two spend the next couple of hours talking about random stuff.

Tsukishima

You and your best friend were out eating hotpot together at a restaurant. Tsukishima finishes off a slice of onion and continues to tell you about his college experience. "My calculus profess-" You plug your nose and scrunch up your face (as a joke). "Jeez, don't talk to me with onion breath." He rolls his eyes and pretends he doesn't care. It obviously bothered him though because he kept cupping his hand to his mouth to see if it does smell. There's an awkward silence for a bit and it's suffocating. "Tsukki! I was kidding, it's not even that bad."

He pouted and turned away from you. "Don't talk to me, my breath stinks remember?" "It was a prank." You whine. You kind of knew he was gonna be sour about this. Luckily, he just rolls his eyes and continues to tell you about his calculus professor.

Don't think he forgave you though! He got you back when you were least expecting it :)

Ushijima (oh no)

You'd realize something while sitting down and watching a sitcom. You've never pranked Ushijima.. like ever. Your daughter runs up to you to show you her drawing. "I have an idea!" You tell her and her eyes light up and she starts squealing. "Let's prank daddy and tell him his breath smells bad." She claps her hands at the idea.

The two of you go on about your day normally. Dinner's been made and Wakatoshi's is in the microwave. Your hand massages your daughter's scalp as she's sitting in your lap watching her favorite TV show.

The door clicks, meaning that Wakatoshi is home. Your daughter turns her head to look at you and you put a finger to your lips indicating that the prank is a secret. He walks over to the couch and tries to place a kiss on his daughter's forehead like he always does. Her face scrunches up and she says, "P U, daddy your breath stinks!"

He's confused at first. "If so, then why do you let me kiss your forehead every evening when I get home?" She hesitates for a second before coming up with an excuse. "Well daddy, I never said anything before because I didn't want to make you sad." He frowns and you and your daughter try to keep in the laughter.

"Let me smell." You say to your husband and he leans over to reach you and he blows a small breath in your face. It smells like mint, which implies he probably brushed after practice. "Ew, it is bad. Baby, you need to take care of that before you give out any kisses." He's still so confused (poor bean). "But I brush after practice." You roll your eyes. "Clearly not good enough." He walks away and heads toward the staircase to go upstairs and brush his teeth. He's grumbling the whole way. Your daughter starts to laugh which triggers your laugh. Wakatoshi, half way up the stairs stops and turns to look at you and your little munchkin. "What's so funny?" You smile at him. "Honey, we were kidding! I was watching a funny sitcom and decided I wanted to prank you. Your breath smells minty fresh." Your daughter joins in, "Yeah daddy your breath smells good!"

He huffs and walks back down the stairs. "Prepare yourselves because the tickle-monster is in town." The two of you scream as Wakatoshi tickles you guys. You try to form words through fits of laughter. "We- we're sorry!"

Aran ;3

Waking up should be a workout in and of itself. You wake up next to your boyfriend who usually wakes up first. He must be sleepy if he's not awake and you are. You just lie awake in bed thinking of all those times you've tried to kiss Aran good morning but he'd respond with 'Brush those teeth first, morning breath." It made you a little cranky sometimes because all you wanted to do was love on him.

After about an hour you hear him stirring awake. While he was sleep you've formed a plan, if he tries to kiss you, you'll do the same thing he always does in the morning.

"Mmm, baby." You hear his rich deep voice call out for you. (ugh im down bad for him <3 the representation is so real) He turns to you and cups your face. "Morning, love bug." He says with a smile on his face. A heated feeling pools at your stomach but you weren't going to get soft now, not after every time he's denied you a kiss.

You watch as his full lips pucker up and he attempts to kiss your cheek. When you pull away from him he looks at you with concern and asks, "did I make you mad the other day? I know I said I'd be home early, but practice ran late."

"Don't kiss me before brushing your teeth, morning breath." You say mocking his deep voice. He shrugs and gets up to go brush his teeth. "Aran I was kidding, I was copying you anytime I tried to kiss you in the morning." He continued his walk to the bathroom. "Even if you are kidding it doesn't matter, I need to pee anyway so I might as well knock out brushing my teeth."

You chuckle shaking your head at him. This man is truly the hottest man ever something else. You get up to join him in his morning routine.

Haikyuu x reader during study sessions together for upcoming exams

You’ve both got a lot of upcoming exams and decide to study together. These are all set in one of yall’s rooms. Am also planning on doing this with MHA characters so stay tuned for that :)). 

(Including Tsukki, yams, Kenma, Akaashi)

Tsukishima

You two are studying in your room 

Tsukki might be the king of studying, always focused and on schedule, but you aren’t the same 

So he comes over to kind of sit with you and make sure you stay on track 

Of course it’s cute that he cares for you like this but it does get annoying from time to time 

‘Tsukki I’ve studied okay? I know the material, you can trust me on this.’ ‘I want to believe you, but are you a hundred percent sure that you’ve studied?’ 

Of course you got pissed so you stormed off 

He buys your favorite snacks and sets up a movie night, pillows, blankets and stuffed animals everywhere 

He gets you to come over to his house and he spoils you until it’s almost too much 

‘Sorry, for pushing you like that and not trusting you. I should've believed you.’ 

Yamaguchi 

You’re sitting on your bed to study while he uses your desk 

After struggling all day you finally got to the point of focusing 

Yams however is completely distracted by how adorable you look while you’re focused 

As you write something down on your notepad you catch him staring

‘What?’ You ask, giving him a smile 

‘You, you just look so cute.’ He says, making you blush 

At this point you decide to study for one more hour and then take the rest of the night to chill and spend some time together 

When the timer goes off you sigh in relief, finally you’re done for the day

‘So I’m thinking, ramen and rewatching (insert fav anime). What do you think?’ ‘I was thinking the same thing (y/n).’ 

And do that is precisely what you do

While watching the anime he showers you in little kisses and you cuddle until you both sort of doze off to sleep 

Kenma 

‘Okay baby, if you study for one more hour we can play Stardew Valley together afterwards.’ 

You were really tired, but you’d do anything to play Stardew with your boyfriend

He puts on the playlist you made together 

While you’re working hard, the boy stares at you in awe every once in a while 

You catch him once. ‘If I have to keep working then so do you.’ 

You pull through and it was really worth all the time because you know the material now 

After the timer going off you grab a controller and climb onto your boyfriends lap 

He puts his arms around you and kisses you on the top of your head 

‘Thanks for coming over ken, I really needed motivation.’ ‘Anytime sweetie.’

The rest of the night you focus on farm life with your boyfriend :)

Akaashi 

You called him saying that you felt too tired to study so he came over to study with you 

This helped but you couldn’t help getting distracted by the sight of you boyfriend all focused on his studies 

It just made you want to get up, climb onto his lap and shower him with kisses 

Still you carried on and before you knew it almost an hour had past

At first, Kiyoomi didn’t recognise you.

Something about you had seemed familiar, but he couldn’t put his finger on it; you were quiet and timid, always keeping to yourself unless someone had approached you first. Still, he felt a pull at his heart strings when he started noticing you isolating yourself during lunches or breaks, even going to the extent of peeping around corners secretively to confirm that no one was watching you.

As the weeks had gone by, Sakusa hadn’t even realised how curious you were making him. He couldn’t help but notice how such a lovely and helpful — albeit shy — person still had no friends despite being at their school for about a month since you came in. It confused him, both as to why you refused to make friends on your own and why you were so dead-set on having lunch on your own.

Until he saw Komori hanging around with you during lunch.

His cousin seemed very close to you from the get-go, only heightening the Ace’s curiousity; it wasn’t as if Komori was the worst person to talk to, it was just that he hadn’t expected the brunette to approach you out of the blue — considering you were in his classroom, not Komori’s. Alas, Kiyoomi did suppose it was better for him to satiate his curiosity since he could ask Motoya. Which is what he did, not expecting the latter’s eyes to widen, dropping his volume to a mere whisper before asking him slowly:

“Sakusa. Doesn’t the name __________ ___________ ring any bells?” And then it hit him.

Memories of a younger him ranting about you to Komori came flooding back to him; how he commented on how you seemed to scarf down however many rice balls they were given during field trips, or how you’d offer to finish off the last of the halloween candy if the teachers had any spare treats left over. He never taunted you straight to your face, obviously. In fact, he never exactly ‘taunted’ you per say either, all he did was tell his cousin his thoughts in a very ‘matter-of-a-factly’ tone if you were to ask him.

However, one day, you just so happened to eavesdrop around the corner from where Kiyoomi and Motoya were talking. The ravenette’s back was towards you, so he hadn’t noticed your arrival as he continued to rant and make harshly true comments about your eating habits. Komori on the other hand, noticed you immediately. He felt bad that you had to stand there and listen to his cousin’s entire monologue, but he dared not interrupt it unless he himself wanted to face the wrath that is Sakusa Kiyoomi. He did give him a lot of shit for it afterwards though.

Guilt unfolded through the present day Kiyoomi. Finally he had satiated his curiousity, finding out why you seemed to have such a hold on him from the time you entered his class as a new student until now. But in doing so, he hadn’t realised he may have affected your future. Komori told him to apologise, but he had refused at the time, saying that it was nothing but the cold truth. Man… he felt like such a jerk now.

The next day, Kiyoomi offered to go and find you in Komori’s place. Not one to leave things unfinished, he felt the sudden urge to talk to you and straighten things out ( the guilt would eat him alive if not ), and so, he did. Finding you hidden away from the public on the school rooftop was easy enough, but when he asked to speak with you, he couldn’t help but feel a bit saddened by how you didn’t seem to remember him all that well. Nonetheless, he apologised immediately, waiting for your reply.

“I’m…really sorry, but what’re you apologising for?”

That hit him like a punch in the gut. You really didn’t remember him? Was it maybe something subconscious then? Now Sakusa just felt stupid. “You really do not remember me do you?” He snapped, fruitlessly trying to keep the insult out of his voice, eyebrow twitching when you slowly shook your head. “I’m Sakusa Kiyoomi from middle school, I’m Komori’s cousin, I’m sure you’ve heard of him at least?” It was like a lightbulb had fizzled up above your head then, expression going from confused to embarrassed almost instantly.

“Oh.”

“Yes. Now there, I apologised.”

“Uhm— thanks..?” You nodded awkwardly, not quite sure what to say to his behaviour, “That’s all? I apologised for telling the truth and all you can say is ‘thanks’?” you squint at him. “The truth hurts Sakusa-san. I don’t know what you’re trying to do, but if you really think you can come back and mock me more than you already have—“ That caught Kiyoomi’s attention. “Mock you? When did I ever do that?”

Now it was your turn to look absolutely astonished.

“When have you ever— Sakusa-san, are you telling me all those times I heard you telling Motoya about how unhealthy I am and how I need to stop eating so much before I get a 100 cavities weren’t to insult me?”

“No?”

“I— what? What were they for then?” You ask cautiously, “For your well-being, what else?” you paused for a moment, thinking that over. And then you understood it… a small, quiet laugh bubbling out of your throat while Kiyoomi looked at you like you were insane. “Sakusa Kiyoomi.” You chuckled, slightly relieved, “You, are absolutely terrible at talking to or about people.”

Tsukishima !

Kei will be honest. When you both grew up together, he was a pretty big asshole towards you. He called you petty little names such as “stubby” or “fatty” since you were a little on the plus-side when you first met.

However— the only reason he continued it was because you didn’t seem to mind; it wasn’t like you ever told him off, or told him that it hurt you, so naturally, he assumed it was just a touch of harmless bickering between the two of you. Safe to say that when you had moved away after middle school, he was rather surprised that you slowly stopped keeping in contact with him.

When highschool rolled around, Tsukishima was inwardly delighted when he spotted you sitting peacefully in the back corner of his classroom. Heading over to you, his excitement was crushed when you straight-up frowned at his presence.

“_________?” He asked with concern, wondering if he had done something wrong. “Go away Tsukishima.” You spat, pushing yourself back into whatever textbook you happened to be reading at the time; sensing that you were in a bad mood, Kei decided to trust your wishes and leave you alone for the day. Days turned into a week before he couldn’t take it any longer. You were ignoring him on purpose : refusing to walk down the same hall as him, trying to outdo him in everything academic, hell, even bloody passing messages to Yamaguchi if you ever needed to say something to him.

Enough was enough, the blonde thought; rushing over to where you stood at your locker and dragging you by your arm to somewhere more private.

“Tsukishima what the fu—“

“What did I do ____________?”

“What?”

“What the fuck did I do to piss you off?? You’re the one that dropped contact with me all those years ago!” Tsukishima nearly shouted, frustration about losing a childhood friend bubbling up in his throat like bile. “Hah—“ you huffed, tugging at your sleeves, “I don’t know? Maybe fucking bullying me every day when we were kids?? Man I wish I realised it earlier, would’ve dropped your toxic ass.”

Tsukishima saw red.

“Bullied you?! ____________ are you crazy?!?”

“Oh great! First you make me feel insecure about my body, and now you try to gaslight me into thinking that I’m crazy!! Amazing Tsukishima!” You clap your hands sarcastically, swinging your head in one round from shoulder to shoulder as you look at him, fuming. “Made you feel insecure about your— wait,” The blonde paused his screaming abruptly, “do you mean all those times I called you ‘fatty’ ?”

“Obviously! Who in their right mind would enjoy being called that??” You respond, volume also lowering at his confusion. “I don’t know?? You never said anything!” Kei countered, raising his arms in a defensive position as he looked at you, “I was too shy! It’s hard to tell someone who’s twice your height not to do something yknow!” you argue back, tears now threatening to spill over your lashline at all those memories about how you used to cry yourself to sleep some nights, or how you used to cringe whenever you looked at yourself in mirrors or photos.

Tsukishima noticed this too, silently coming closer and pulling you into a hug, large palm lightly caressing your head. “_________, I never meant to make you feel horrible about yourself. I thought it was all just harmless bickering since you didn’t say anything about it. I’m sorry.” You sniffled into his chest, “It’s okay… just— just try not to call me those names anymore ?” “Okay.”

a/n. yesss i love kenma, many thoughts on him!! he’s my favorite!!! didn’t add suna because i don’t really know his character that well :( added a kenma bonus to make up for it tho!

KENMA

☆ i think he’d be a sleepy drunk. he's out as soon as his head hits any soft surface— maybe even before! i feel like he also acts grumpier, mumbling complaints when you wake him up and try to move him (he was passed out on your shoulder in the car, you have to get him to bed!)

☆ his face gets kinda pink, like he’s blushing. he’s pale, so it’s more noticeable than it would be on someone else. his eyes get droopy and his face sort of relaxes, so he looks mean and tired.

☆ he stubbles slightly, but he surprisingly manages to maneuver himself pretty well for a drunk person. just don’t ask him to do a cartwheel or anything… he couldn’t even do one of those while sober.

☆ he doesn’t drink often, so he’s a light weight… plus he’s skinny and on the smaller side, so he doesn’t have to drink much to get a buzz. he’s usually responsible though, but sometimes he celebrates too hard (with a bit of a push from kuroo)

☆ he doesn’t get any more talkative, but he’s less filtered that normal. i don’t think he’d be too flirty or mean, but if he got drunk enough he may compliment you a couple times.

BONUS:

☆ the type to get so drunk he forgets who you are. you come find him to pick him up after someone called you, and he’s face down on the table. you nudge him, trying to gently guide him to stand, but he’s immediately swatting you away, grumbling about how he has a girlfriend.

"leave m' alone— got a girlfriend already," he slurs, raising his head to drunkenly glare at you. his eyes narrow further when you laugh.

"kenma… i’m you’re girlfriend," you tell him, always finding it a bit amusing when he gets this drunk. he’s not too much of a hassle though, since he usually knocks right out when you get home and tuck him in.

he's silent for a moment, just staring at you up and down. he wears the same expression he has whenever he buys a new video game, excited and in awe.

"really…?" he asks, a hopeful tone in his voice. now that he’s looking at you… you are really pretty. he really hopes you're his girlfriend.

"yes, really. i’m gonna take you home, okay? cmon," you urge, gently grabbing his arm and helping him stand. he complies this time, his eyebrows raising.

"we live together?" he questions, the situation just getting better and better to him.

"we do," you confirm, another giggle leaving you. it doesn’t really hurt your feelings that he doesn’t remember, you find it more amusing and entertaining than anything.

"… im so lucky," you hear him whisper under his breath, looking at you as you guide him to the car.

KUROO

☆ he'd be a funny drunk i think… a bit of a handful, and is entertaining at first, but eventually gets annoying. his emotions kind of double when he’s intoxicated, and he’s also kind of erratic. really energetic after his first few drinks, but if he’s extra drunk, he’s more emotional.

☆ his eyes get a little watery, but that’s about it. he actually looks more lively while he’s drunk, because he makes more facial expressions.

☆ he can’t stand straight at all, especially if he’s had more than a couple drinks. needs support to walk, otherwise he'll fall. he’s heavy though, and puts majority of his weight on you, so sometimes you end up falling anyway.

☆ he can handle his alcohol pretty well. takes him a few drinks to get a buzz, but he doesn’t usually stop there. mostly drinks to celebrate things, or at parties. never drinks alone, that’s just boring and sad to him.

☆ probably asks you random stupid questions like "what number am i?" or "what animal would i be?" (follows up that second question with "would you still love me if i was that animal?")

☆ i think he’s more talkative, but he speaks faster and his words are kinda jumbled, so it’s hard to understand him sometimes. he gets a lot more sappy, constantly complimenting you and telling you that he loves you (he does that all the time already)

TSUKISHIMA

☆ not that much different than when he’s sober, honestly. he gets more mellow, surprisingly, though it might be because alcohol makes him a little sleepy, similar to kenma. he isn’t quick to fall asleep, but he’s not energetic and jumping around.

☆ his face is more relaxed, which makes him look even more intimidating and mean. his eyes get a little red around the edges, but that’s mostly it.

☆ stubbles quite a bit and holds things for support. if you try to help him, he’ll snip and you and complain that he doesn’t need your help to walk. (he does, and eventually gives in and leans on you a bit when he almost falls on his face)

☆ also a lightweight. doesn’t go drinking unless he’s invited, and even then he’s usually the designated driver. on top of that, he hates being hung over, and he hates throwing up, so he rarely gets super drunk. kuroo tries to persuade him sometimes, but the most he gets his a little tipsy.

☆ probably gets into debates with people about certain topics that he likes, arguing with them about facts and opinions. he usually wins. even when he’s drunk, he’s still quick witted.

☆ he fights you on everything, insisting he’s fine and "not drunk" whenever you try to help him. you end up ignoring his complaints and just assist him with changing and getting into bed anyway. he’s asleep pretty quickly, especially if you run his back/scalp.

Soft Sunday: couch hog

Kuroo/Mattsun/Sakusa will purposely take up all the space on the couch just so you have no where to lounge except on him. You only fake complain sarcastically but they know your happy to cuddle up on this rainy Sunday morning.

Kuroo being an absolutely menace with stealing kisses while you try to do some chores around the house. You take the hint and leave the laundry for tomorrow(for him to do!) and you both go back to hogging the couch all cuddled up.

Soft Sunday: Couch hogs (Kuroo, Mattsun, Sakusa)

Kuroo makes it obvious what he's up to. He has a big obnoxious grin on his face when you come over to the couch and look for a spot to squeeze in. He acts like it's a huge victory for himself when you finally lay on top of him even though it's really a win for the both of you.

Mattsun counters all your complaints with arguments of his own. He puts on an innocent act, saying he can't help he's such a tall guy and that he doesn't mean to take up the whole couch. You can see the mischief in his eyes when he suggests a compromise of you laying on top of him.

Sakusa sort of hopes you don't point out that it's obvious he's trying to ask for cuddles. If you point out that he's taking up all the space, he'll just reply that there's room for both of you. He doesn't specify that he means that your spot is on top of him. If you really give him a hard time, he'll give in and ask softly why you don't just lay on top of him like usual.

Bonus: Tsukishima does not like to admit that he wants to spend the rainy day cuddling with you on the couch. He sort of tries to pull a Sakusa, lounging out on the couch in the hopes that you'll just lay down on him without needing prompting. If you try to call him out though, he turns it around on you. "wow, to think you would refuse to cuddle up with your own boyfriend and keep him warm on such a dreary day." He will carry on like this just to guilt you into climbing up and finally snuggling him.

I like reading books, writing, listening to music (mostly kpop). I love love to dance (again mostly kpop). And even though I hate being in front of crowds I do like doing shows where I dance (I've done it multiple times with my friends at school events😊). I love doing my makeup especially crazy colored eye shadow. I love to be outside also. I also like to go on car rides in the middle of the night (I love going to get food then sit in a random parking lot).

At first, you and Tsukki absolutely detest each other. You came along to a match practice with your friend Yachi and the moment the two of you locked eyes it was mutual dislike. It doesn’t help that you snort when the giant nearly trips over so he “accidentally” throws his nasty, sweaty towel at you. In return you “misplace” his water bottle and thus it begins. The war. You both don’t even realise that at some point you ended up bonding over these petty acts and now you both sit together and throw sassy comments back and forth and instead of glares you both laugh your arses off. Seeing Tsukki smile like that was new for everyone including him and that’s how he discovered his feelings for you.

Tsukki likes low key dates that don’t require too much effort because he rather spend time with you than be distracted by whatever else is going on. So most of your dates consist of the two of you sharing earphones and reading and occasionally carrying a quick conversation. It’s what Tsukki adores about you the most. That you make him happy with the bare minimum. He doesn’t need fancy dinners and huge displays of affection. Though he does like a tiny bit of skinship.

A relationship with Tsukki is definitely filled with teasing. He likes to complain when you have your clumsy moments or when he walks in on your dancing but secretly he loves this dorky side of you. Not that he’d ever admit it, but subtle things would tell you. Like him gifting you the newest album of your favourite kpop group but he wouldn’t straight up give it to you, he’d just leave it lying around for you to find because he’s a shy boi :(
