i think in a saiki k Pokemon au saiki would have a Psyduck and an Espeon.

Psyduck followed him around after noticing that he gets headaches when people think too loudly and assuming he was just a bigger Psyduck, this wasn't helped by the going to the bottom of the ocean (water type behavior), eventually after trying to avoid it for awhile they form a kindred bond of not always knowing what their out-of-control psychic powers do and getting headaches from their powers so saiki catches it (read, sets a PokeBall on the ground that the Psyduck immediately walks into and catches itself),probably caught it in Okinawa, he considers it one of his annoyances like he does his friends.

the Espeon he got as gift from his grandfather because his Sylveon got with the neighbors Pokemon and they just NEED someone to take the egg yknow and kusuo would you mind? he agrees because his mother makes him and also because Eevee is a normal type and one of the top two most popular Pokemon, so really it makes him feel more normal in a way. they don't immediately get along when it hatches but eventually they form an understanding, his friends don't really get it and think he just has a bad relationship with his new Eevee but then after awhile it evolves into an Espeon right in front of them and they realize that's just how he shows affection (cough tsundere cough). then they put the dots together and its like AW YOU DO LIKE US

also his friends dont know how he always seems to know what his Pokemon want, its like he can read their minds or something!

DMC Questions Anon here!

Create a crossover! What is Devil May Cry crossing over with? How does it work? How do the characters from each world interact with the characters from the other?

Look, ya'll see my username, u know I'm gonna go with Pokémon.

specifically I'm thinking about pokemon naturally existing within the human realm, and demons are almost entirely separate from them. So all of the human characters have pokemon partners, with some exceptions.

All of the Spardas have a pseudo-legendary, and Dante specifically has Tyranitar. I wanted this line specifically because this species is known for causing a lot of damage, but have also been shown to be very sweet and protective if need be. It really fits Dante's 'don't come near me, I'm dangerous' mindset until Patty climbs all over it and it utterly adores her. It's also a hugger, so much so that Dante actively lets himself get poked to Hell because it looks sad.

As for Vergil, I'm going with the Salamence line. It's a very interesting line, having a goal-driven lizard eventually achieve that goal in the final stage. Vergil would have a hard time working with his partner, especially in 3 (where it would be a Bagon), because demons don't have pokemon partners. He leaves Bagon with Dante when he falls into Hell, thinking that the pokemon would not be able to survive there. It would stay with Dante for decades after that, until finally reuniting with Vergil as a Shelgon in DMC 5. It would take a bit, but it would eventually evolve after the boys got back from hell. Dante will forever lord the fact that his partner fully evolved before Vergil's (until Salamence smacks him with a Dragon Claw. Vergil approved.)

Nero would definitely have the Dragapult line! A dragon type (like Salamence) that has a large focus on family in its design whist also being completely unique from most other pseudos? Yeah, it's chock full of Nero vibes. The Dragapult evolution definitely only happened at the end of DMC 5, becuase the image of a Dragapult and DT Nero fighting with Silver Bullet in the bg is so fuckin sick. Also he was a Dreepy during DMC 4 and u need to know that he loved to sit on Nero's head or in his hoodie.

Patty next because propaganda. This one's up for grabs, but I think her first partner was a Dratini! Specifically one that kept showing up in the DMC office until Dante shoved it into Patty's arms. She's a Dragonair now, and often flies around the office just to annoy Dante. Also, shoutout to Patty for being the only human to get a pseudo because she's Dante's kid.

Trish didn't have a partner at first, since she was a demon. After going off on her own for a while, she ran into a Wattrel that kept using her motorcycle's wind to glide in the air. She found the little thing tenacious, and now there's a Kilowattrel half the size of Lady that perches in the DMC office rafters. It's high speed nature complements her fighting style rather well, along with the electricity.

Lady's partner is an extremely violent Scolipede. She really big and very venomous, so most regular people steer clear of her. She is also very tsundere, but actually doesn't mind when Dante or Trish are around. Lady takes great care of her, and often rides her in during jobs. Most people would tell you that's a horrible idea, but DMC employees are not normal people. Also Vergil was shot by one of her needles in DMC 3 when she was a Venipede, and now they are locked in a bitter rivalry. Lady thinks this is hilarious.

Nico is very happy with her Riolu partner, even if it was a gift from her dad when it was an egg. She doted on it very often, and even forced Rock to help her make a special egg warmer. When it did hatch, it quickly shared her interest in the art of metalworking and gunsmithing. Nowadays, he's Nico's assistant. He hasn't evolved yet, but Nico doesn't mind. He will when he's ready.

Kyrie's partner is a Sylveon, and a very caring one at that. Loves the kids, Kyrie, and Nero. Was an Eevee during DMC 4, and refused to leave Nero's side after Kyrie was kidnapped. Because of that, she is actually incredibly strong, so much so that Salamence was immediate put on edge when they met.

Some quick ones! Eva gave Sparda a Dieno when they met, and it was a very affectionate Hydregion during the boys' youth. Eva herself had a Alolan Ninetales, who was very protective of the boys and the baby pseudos. Both of these Pokemon are actually still alive in a rehabilitation center, although the boys don't know that rn. Morrison has an old Stoutland who can surprisingly handle battle quite well. Nina's partner is a very majestic and battle worn Kingdra, who is currently enjoying retirement. V did not have any pokemon, but he does talk about one he regrets leaving behind in the past....

And... that all their main partners! They actually have other pokemon as well, but these were just their first ones. As an example, Dante also has a Houndoom that he befriended in DMC 3 (as a Houndour) that knows a lot of bite moves. Why? King Cerberus rep for the mutual Coverage. Elemental coverage.

Appearance - 5'7", semi muscular, geto posture (😭), fluffy curly hair with dark brown roots dyed blonde, multicolor cat eyes, always has a neutral expression of murder and I swear it's not their fault, they're just sleep deprived 😭 considered pretty attractive but they couldn't care less tbh

Personality- like, half and half. They appear and sound very very calm and neutral (or even intimidating), but their words and actions are always unpredictable. They're stubborn in a way that nothing in the world could budge them- except something ridiculous like a cookie 😭 they're cool and mature, but they're easily pleased in a way that's Childish. Basically they can fit any labels, and how they act just depends on who they're around- so like semi manipulative in the likeable way?? Idk. There for anyone, anytime. They're super strong n tough, the absolute idgaf type, but deep down they care too much. As tired as they seem, they're never without energy (hence the constant multitasking). They really just don't want to be a problem to anyone, but they're like draken or baji in the sense that they're never afraid to instinctively tell you what's on their mind to your face. Basically a tsundere mom friend with a past thatttt we don't talk about😭 they should give themself a break

Hobbies or likes- they never stop listening to music, enjoy hanging out with a lot of people, sweet little snacks, and hide their habits of drawing and writing. They're really just built around self expressionism and trying new things and having fun :) Their favorite thing to do is watch the sky but they never have time to. They may or may not have surprising anger issues they need to fix, but at least they're not getting angry at people? (Totally not something like pokemon games when an eevee runs away or something 😭)

Boy or girl doesn't matter, just not someone who canonically ends up with someone- or kisaki or hanma 😭

At first, i thought about Draken. On further notice, best sounded Rindou, but if you think about it, Souya.

Why?

You understand each other.

Bare with me. I'm not choosing Souya just because your appearance is pretty much the same, and you can complain how you hate dealing with your hair, but deeply because you'll connect.

I personally headcanon the Kawata twins having some sort of mental issue coming from early childhood.

Souya would be having rage issues. Not just anger, rage. He gathers it all up to a point where when someone hurts someone dear to him, he goes murder mode without hesitation taking away lifes.

Having anger issues, I don't believe you'd go straight up murder mode, but if you do spare my soul please

At first, you'd be just talking and all, like friends. Finding it amusing how you're both rocking a resting bitch face with a kind heart

After some time, the rest kicks in. When you're both comfortable enough and trust each other, you start telling some secrets. You shared your anger issues with Souya and gave him a half-ass explanation about it, not taking it too seriously. When Souya started talking about his rage, you know where this will lead.

Everyone says opposites attract, but for me, it's not always the case.

You balance each other with trust and shared mindset.

Souya takes you to gang meetings almost always, but you have to stay right by his side.

Also, on the opposite side of Nahoya. The bitch feral /jk

You quickly befriend the crew and the sweet Hina and Emma who ADORED you

After every meeting, Souya smuggles you away from the rest so you can watch the sky. Will it be midnight, evening, golden hour, or just a bland day. He knows you love watching the sky, so he pulls you to some special secluded place he chose himself for you to watch the sky. He gives you some snacks to eat while doing so. Sometimes you talk and sometimes you just stay in a comfortable silence, thankful you found each other.

In conclusion,

Love the person next to you regardless. No matter how they appear or the issues they have. Nobody is perfect. Everyone has problems.

Try fixing them instead of taking the easy way out. There is no easy way. It's just a form of mindset that leads you to a harder life. Don't be a pussy.

Be brave.

Pt 2 of changing Ash's teams a bit, now we're in the Orange Islands.

Please read the other post first, but basically the run down is that these would be Ash's teams if I wrote the anime. 1. My au, my rules, but I will be reasonable. 2. I don't like the "too cute to evolve" rule, that should only apply to Pikachu. If a Pokemon evolves that didn't originally, it's because I wanted it to and have changed the script a bit to make it work. 3. If I replace a Pokemon he caught, it's not because I hate them (at least for now). Sometimes they'll just be rotated to another trainer's team, sometimes we'll keep the personality of 1 Pokemon and put in another, that sort of deal.

So now that that's settled, let's give a preview of what I'd make Ash's final Orange Islands team be:

If this registers as familiar, it should. Anyway, read on for more.

The Orange Island sage would start out as normal- Brock ditches the gang for a lesbian, Tracey joins up- the difference here is that MISTY would be the one to catch Lapras and be sort of its mother.

As for Charizard- he actually rescues Ash, Misty, and Pikachu from TR's air ship at the beginning. He's still a bit of a tsundere, but after seeing how grateful Ash and Pikachu are, he decides to rejoin the team. He still quarrels a bit with Blastoise, rekindling their foregone rivalry, but he's much mellowed out a little, and Bulbasaur actually steps in when things go too far.

He's still not 100% obedient, in fact he'll only fight strong opponents and he might disobey commands, but at this point he is on the team again and will cooperate with Ash. They even have a few bro moments sometimes, but Charizard is quick to return back to tsundere mode.

Things pick up a bit at some point. One night, Team Rocket tries to steal everyone's Pokemon and only Bulbasaur is left. In a fit of desperation, especially after Pikachu and Togepi cry out for help, Bulbasaur FINALLY lets go of his fear of evolution (read the Indigo post, some things were rewritten) and evolves into Ivysaur, gaining the last boost of power he needs to save his friends. Ash was pretty concerned about him, and even Ivysaur was still scared after remembering how Blastoise and Charizard were when they evolved, but Blastoise and Pikachu congratulate him and even Charizard seems impressed. Ivysaur finally sees its okay to evolve- evolution didn't make the other two into jerks, he's known that from watching Pidgeot and Arcanine evolve before, no, Charizard was just an ass and Blastoise was sometimes too. Ivysaur no longer fears evolution, and now he wants to get stronger, which Ash is happy to help with.

Snorkax joins the team like usual. I'm actually pretty okay with keeping things as they are, but I'd have moments where Snorlax decides to fight for his friends. He becomes about as reliable as he was in the Johto league, just a few years early and through natural comraderie. He still has eating and sleeping issues, though.

Eevee, however, is going to be an interesting case. Ash discovers Eevee from an island where it spent his whole, very short life alone, growing up in isolation. Its a bit scared of outsiders, but thanks to Pikachu and Togepi, he knows that the gang is safe and befriends them. He's still young and shy, but eventually warms up to Ash and even agrees to travel with the gang. He's not much of a fighter, but the others around him teach him various tricks to fighting better. Misty and Tracy try to help Ash figure out what to evolve it into- Jolteon, Flareon, or Vaporeon, but ultimately Ash decides that he'll let Eevee decide if he even WANTS to evolve.

Eventually another huge fight breaks out between Charizard and Blastoise, but now Tracy's Scyther and Misty's Starmie (Staryu got left in this au) also get caught up. It's actually due to a machine brought by Butch and Cassidy that causes Pokemon to go crazy. Ivysaur evolves into Venusaur in a last ditch effort to snap everyone out of it, and it works, and using a full powered Solar Beam, he stops the machine and saves everyone. Charizard and Blastoise look at Venusaur as an equal now, and Venusaur understands that he is now powerful enough to compete with them, but decides to instead do his own thing. Ash is proud of Venusaur, and now a new gag gets unlocked: Venusaur hugs everyone tightly with vines, but affectionately.

Some time after, Ash and Charizard have their bonding moment. After Ash stayed up to thaw out Charizard and show he actually cares, Charizard's heart finally melts and he and Ash are finally friends again with full cooperation.

Eevee at this point has gotten to see and earn genuine friendship from the team- even Charizard when he was still tsundere. He's still not quite good at fighting, but at some point he starts to show signs of knowing odd moves. At night, his eyes glow red and he uses the move Bite, during the day his eyes glow purple and he uses Confusion. The gang (and thus the audience) are confused at this point.

Finally, a few days before the last gym and during the day, when Team Rocket tries to get the group again, Eevee evolves into ESPEON- Ash's first Gen 2 Pokemon to give him, Misty, and Tracy one each. Ash's pokedex can barely read it, but the gang soon comes to understand Eevee's powers manifesting were a sign of evolution, and Espeon is now a Psychic type. Espeon uses Swift and Psychic to save the gang, and is absolutely thrilled to finally be able to battle with the others.

Oak would plant another Johto seed by revealing that Espeon is a "newly discovered" evolution of Eevee found in the Johto region, who only evolves into Espeon during the daytime if his heart is filled with friendship. The gang realizes Espeon loves them a lot now, and this is probably the best outcome to Ash's evolution debacle. Tracy would ask that if Espeon evolves during the day, what about at Night? Oak would reveal Umbreon, a Dark type, stumping the others, but wouldn't spend too long on that as Ash would have a battle to get to.

From here on out, Ash wins the final gym badge with Charizard teaming up with BLASTOISE instead of Pikachu in the 4th gym's double battle. It would be tough at first, but after Charizard mellowed out and Venusaur properly stepped up to mediate between the two, plus Espeon's friendships with both, they put aside their differences and work incredibly well together by creating steam that obscures the opponent's vision and even wins together with a combined Flamethrower and Hydropump. The two are still rivals at this point, but are also respected friends at last.

Ash would fight the champion as normal, except this time he'd keep Snorlax since it felt random to ditch it for Tauros imo- not unwelcome, just random. It's a clutch fight, especially against Dragonite, but Ash finally wins and becomes champion of the Orange Islands.

Then he gets home and learns they're not officially affiliated with the International Pokemon League Association and has a small melt down, but he's still proud of the team that brought him the win.

I'd imagine that Gary would show up still to save the day from TR again, except he'd have an Umbreon already. Ash and Espeon would battle Gary and Umbreon and lose, and after rubbing it in his face, Gary tells Ash that while he was busy wasting his time in the Orange Islabds, he already got a badge in Johto. He then jokes that since he beat Ash, that must make HIM the champion now. After leaving, Ash decided that's where he's going next.

And that's where we'll leave off. Tomorrow we'll do Johto

And if you're still wondering why that became Ash's Orange Island team, it's because that was Red's ORIGINAL GSC team in gen 2 when you fought him on Mt Silver. By this point, GS would be out and GF would probably have shared that info with the writers since Ash is basically anime Red at this point- although... not quite.

But that's for another time.

I could so see Law and an absol making friends when hes younger then getting a mime jr from Cora. with absol im imagining he meets it around the time of flevance and gets attached because yk... its alive and nice to him. and the absol is like 'woah! sad kid who isnt scared of me? ok mine now.' and happily sticks with him

The idea of him having a sneasel has stuck with me since its a very smart ice type known for sharp claws and such. A lot of its pokedex entries mention one luring parents away so they can steal eggs so maybe that could be something But! all i remembered about the line b4 fact checking is that their highly intelligent with its evo's pokedex entries saying they leaving markings for eachother to read. Honestly reading more of Weaviles pokedex entries itd be cool if a sneasel joined his team on swallow island. Either the pokemon was orphaned and saw the boys and latched on or the other way around where a sneasel tried to adopt Law.

For a pokemon with teleport maybe ralts evolved into gallade? gallades like a knight the protects people using its elbows as blades. ralts also learns teleport very early and honestly other then the abra line the pokemon that can learn teleport are either legendary/mythicals or are claydol + natu and they fit robin better.

ALSO UMBREON! your right so good for him. I remember in the anime there was an unbreon that evolved in the middle of the night to protect its owner (i can't remember what gen this was so i cant fact check this was a real ep tho) and i could see that being in a way how Law gets one. If he had an eevee since he was small then it would definitely have enough friendship to evolve into espeon or umbreon- and it evolving to save him specifically makes a lot of sense.

AND BISHARP it being a fighter but living in groups works so well for law your bias us right here. also ita shiny is blue and gold which is entertaining- idk if hed have a shiny but its fun to notice.

Penguin is easy theres multiple friends to pick from for him. I think Delibird is the best for him to at least start out with. In the Law novel Penguin wanted to work in a restaurant and all of delibirds pokedex entries have it carrying food everywhere for people (also delibird is the funniest choice to me). Piplup would be coolio- its poledex entries are very 'tsundere lone wolf' type and what i remember of it early in the anime that kinda fits. if he had a piplup its because it reminded him of law tbh and eiscue because of bepo.

Cetoddle for Shachi is so cute your so right. No more points on that its just so good. i also kinda want to give him a spheal. idk why i just think its be very sillay- wait had the thought of him with oshawott and i am definitely not biased because oshawott was one of my favs in the anime

For Bepo galarian darmanitan would be a good partner pokemon i think- big snowy gentle giant that can still fight. The cubchoo line works if in this au theres no minks other wise its just a polar bear with a pet polar bear.. Though honeslty eiscue could work for Bepo too since its a pokemon that drifted over from a far away land. I think I like the darmanitan line as like his partner pokemon and if he was to get more an eiscue could possibly find a way onto his team. maybe avalugg too because that was my first though for a bepo pokemon but im not super confident on that

i think ive seen someone give law alolan marrowak b4 which is cool but other then that idk what hed have. maybe sneasel?? no clue

gonna keep alllll my rambling below the cut here because i love letting my autisms collide like this /silly (also because it is quite long, lmao) i definitely have thoughts... many thoughts...

whenever i think of pokemon teams for this au thing, i always try to keep regions and types in mind. with the main heart pirates, i usually lean towards picking ice types or other similar vibes that tie into the minion/swallow island area specifically (or just the north blue in general.) but law is an overall dark type trainer for sure.

umbreon has the vibes, and has the moves!!! mean look, last resort, moonlight, baton pass, guard swap, and more remind me of law. also him as a child with an eevee is cute to me, i won't lie...

i think law getting an absol while he's young would be especially fun... considering y'know... everything. (namely flevance. or even before meeting the donquixote family maybe?) the whole doom bringer/appearing before disasters... it works. i love this concept. also yayyy edgy pkmn, can't go wrong with that lmao

i think any healing, teleporting, or sword/blade themed pkmn are also worth considering. tons to choose from!!! i also think a whismur or mime jr passed down from corazon would be adorable, specifically for the soundproof ability. huge fan of this idea...

i wanna say bisharp is also an option, for sword reasons. but also because bisharp is my fave pkmn and law is my favorite op character, so... i'm very biased. i think swords dance + (night) slash would be good for moves. plenty of other fun ones too!

for penguin, there's definitely all the penguin pkmn to choose from (eiscue, delibird, the piplup line, iron bundle) gotta keep that theme LOL

Obey Me! Pokemon Teams

All of this was made using the pokemon trainer card makers on pokecharms.com. i couldn't fit this all in one post partly bc of explanations. But mostly be of the 10 pic max. Badges don't mean anything they're just there to look cool. eggs are in the second card, because the latest gen hasn't been added to the classic card maker.

I spent way too much time (5 hours) looking at Pokemon and making teams then making the cards and sometimes completely redoing the cards but i have no regrets. Please enjoy!

Slowpoke - originally caught it bc he heard their tails could be sold for lots of money. But he ended up actually caring about it and it stays on his team. However, when it's tail naturally falls off every now and then, he does sell it.

Meowth - literally based off maneki neko. Pokedex says it cannot resist picking up shiny things. Especially loves coins!

Impidimp - a trickster. Enjoys taking things from people's houses. They get irritable if they can't absorb negative emotions. But in the house of lamentation, those are always around.

Gimmighoul - before Scarlett and violet was released i tried to do this and thought about how there isn't a pokemon that's based on money or wealth. Which is insane. So i stopped. But now, here we are! I don't think i need to explain these two.

Umbreon - so! This might seem a bit random! But listen! I think, that Mammon would have had an Eevee. Of course he'd have kept this from his brothers. We all know that underneath his Tsundere shell he's very sweet and affectionate. I think that he was very close with Eevee. Then, one night, after an intense spat with his brothers, he locks himself in his room Eevee would go to comfort him. After a tight hug, Eevee suddenly evolves into Umbreon. This would be his companion Pokemon. The one he keeps out of it's PokeBall almost all the time.

Not that Don Can’t be Harsh  as Blake but prefers not to be too Be harsh eles he’d be in same Denial that Blake is often in . 

Don is Very well known to be what most People call a Gun Nut he gets very excited when he sees a new one. He hasn’t Seen before. He infact is know for variety of guns  to fight with as well as Swords. 

Don is a very Fond of Blake and Often tries emulate him which has Lead to His More  Stubborn ,Competitive and Untrusting Attitude when it comes to his Brother and Anyone who Tries to befriend due an Incident involving a Supposed friend that actually tried to Poison Don to get him out the way.

Sienna Nelson

Starly/Staravia/Staraptor - First Pokémon - @dulcito-on-ao3 suggested Normal/Flying types and I agree they fit. Especially that Flying-Types match with her Wind Magic.

Jigglypuff - according to @logo-comics, Sienna deserves this cute Pokémon.

Kai Gerran

Honehege - because he is a sword fighting teacher

Absol - @thecagedsong suggested this based on @dulcito-on-ao3‘s idea of him having really bad luck of accidentally drawing the jealous attention of powerful men.

Escavalier - because he was part of a knight order. @dulcito-on-ao3‘s suggestion. Any other knight-themed Pokémon could also work.

Hatterene - First Pokémon - a cute and elegant-looking Psychic-Type fits her so well. @logo-comics suggestion

Roselia - because it feels right to associate her with flowers like that. @logo-comics suggestion

Pidgeotto - a Flying-Type to fit her Wind Magic, also it represents her admiration of Larna Smith, who has a Pidgeot.

Eevee/Jolteon - First Pokémon - because a Lightning-Type is perfect for a tsundere. Her father gave her an Eevee as a sign of favoritism after her Magic awakened, giving her siblings another reason to dislike her. @logo-comics suggestion.

Marrill - First Pokémon - I headcanon Marsha as a Water Mage so a cute Water-Type fits her.

Raticate - First Pokémon - he caught it when he was younger, since he grew up on a farm without much to his family's name and Rattata is a very common Pokemon. @logo-comics suggestion.

Jirachi - everyone gives him credit and acclaim for the Jirachi, (kinda of like how, amazing, he's so strong and talented in magic) but really Jirachi just likes his Raticate and lets Cyrus be his trainer to stay close to his crush. It good for reflecting how Cyrus really doesn't fit in with noble society, despite holding high prominence in it. @thecagedsong suggestion.

Dewey Percy

Lopunny -  it matches his nature as a Tsundere and would be funny to see in general. @logo-comics suggestion.

Nathan Hart

Abra -  "it will be able to teleport him back town after he gets lost" they thought. Except he got the one Abra who gets as lost as he does. Occasionally his Abra comes out of his pokeball and will teleport Nathan. There is nothing anyone can do. The bonds of pokemon are sacred. Nathan never talks about where his Abra takes him. @thecagedsong suggestion.

Nix Cornish

Quaquaval - I feel that this Pokémon fits his flamboyant attitude.

Dartrix - this Pokémon is described as narcissistic which also describes Nix.

Lisa Norman

Zigzagoon - a reference to her racoon puppet which is now a Zigzagoon puppet. She does the ventriloquist thing with both the Pokémon and the puppet.

Caesar Dahl

Ursaring - His only Pokémon - Caught as a Teddiursa during his days as a mercenary with the one pokeball he got as a gift from the royal side of his family. Something powerful and wild, not something he can show easily to a crowd, just like he feels like his true self needs to be muted in order to help his half brother as a noble. The golden ring on Ursaring fits his golden eyes. @thecagedsong suggestion

Marquis Edmund Randall

Hypno - I can just see him using this Pokémon to try to brainwash his children into obedience. It does not work because their own Psychic-Types protect them.

Lord Coleman (Keith’s biological father)

Some Ground and Rock-Types. He only sees Pokémon as useful for his status. He does not mistreat them but doesn’t see them as friends.

Thomas Coleman

Tried showing off by buying rare Pokémon; he doesn’t bother to train them, always relying on items; he abuses his Pokémon, meaning theya re not loyal to him.

Mary’s sisters

A mix of cute and pretty Pokémon, mostly grass-types but any adorable, not-always fully evolved Pokémon works. They are more interested in contests and showcases than battles. I suddenly have this idea of these three putting on shows like Misty’s sisters.

Mothim, Beautifly, and Vivilillion - less powerful but matching and beautiful butterfly Pokémon. Strong against Mary's grass-types and purposefully excluding her. @thecagedsong suggestion.

Obey Me! x Pokemon- What Would They Be?

What Pokemon would they be/what would they have? (Extra notes/what they would have listed at the very bottom)

All information about the pokemon have been taken from Bulbapedia and Serebii. I have also taken what I remember from the anime and various games and applied them here.

Lucifer

Lucifer would be a braviary. Specifically, shiny hisuian braviary. Braviary are extremely aggressive towards those who threaten it's friends. In this case, it would be towards anyone who threatens his brothers and Diavolo. And the psychic powers that Hisuian Braviary have I think would nicely contrast Lucifer's own power.

Shiny Hisuian Braviary is also a BEAUTIFUL black, which would literally just be perfect for our favourite demon.

Mammon

Originally I thought that Raichu was the best choice for our greedy boy.

Raichu is fast, powerful (reminder that Mammon is the second most powerful in the family...), and is mischievous (iirc xd) and playful.

Then I thought, perhaps Arcanine would also be a good choice?

Arcanine is also extremely fast, powerful, and fiercely loyal. Yet also being a big pupper means that it still can be quite playful and a little mischievous, although Arcanine is usually seen as extremely well behaved, so perhaps not a perfect fit for our tsundere?

Levi

Vaporeon! Shiny Vaporeon is purple!!!!!

Vaporeon is rarely seen in the wild because of the way it evolves (water stone on eevee!), and if that isn't our boy I don't know what is.

Vaporeon's cell structure is so similar to water, it can easily just dissolve itself into water and use this ability to hide from predators or hunt it's prey. It also has the ability to freely control water (this is stated in pokedex entries).

Vaporeon can be timid, friendly, bold, powerful... you name it.

I felt that because Levi is so closely associated with water (and can literally summon a water monster on command anywhere), that Shiny Vaporeon would be the best fit. Also, he can use his water blending abilities to hide from the normies.

Satan

Luxray. Luxray. Luxray. No competition.

Shiny Luxray, of course.

Luxray is based off of a Lynx, possibly a Sphinx, and at least a little bit of a tiger. All I'm hearing here are cats.

Unfortunately, the Bulbapedia article for Luxray's biology is.... almost nonexistant. Luckily, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon and the anime can tell us more about this pokemon!

In Explorers of Time and Darkness, it is revealed that Luxray can be extremely territorial and highly aggressive. This is also shown in Legends Arceus and the anime.

The Luxray in the Mystery Dungeon games can be reasoned with after you calm them down- they are smart, and you can see they are highly intelligent in the anime as well- but they seem to let their aggression get the better of them sometimes.

Luxray has been known to be loyal to it's trainer, and incredibly caring as well- it protected a lost child in a blizzard in one of the movies, and ending up sacrificing it's own life to keep the child warm and safe.

But, even just looking at a Luxray, you'd probably think it's mostly unfeeling (kuudere) or aggressive (which it is xd).

All of these qualities are just so much like Satan, I believe Luxray is the perfect pick for our Demon of Wrath.

Asmo

For Asmo, I felt like Roserade was a good pick.

With red and blue roses (or hydrangeas, as pointed out by Bulbapedia) on each hand, it prides itself on being graceful, beautiful, and powerful.

Flowers... specifically ones like roses and hydrangeas- suit our lustful demon, don't they?

Roserade also carries quite a brutal poison. In one hand, its fast acting, and in the other, it's slow acting. And the more toxic it's poison, the sweeter the aroma it produces.

This toxin, as well as it's sweet aroma, I feel also fit Asmo's power of charm. He can get people/creatures to do what he wants just by having them look at him, which is similar to how Roserade can lure it's prey in with it's sweet aroma, only to jab it with highly deadly toxins swiftly and brutally.

Shiny Roserade has black and purple roses instead of red and blue, which could fit a more demonic colour palette if you prefer that ;D

Beel

Beel is a tough one. The obvious would be Snorlax, but I'm not sure how much I like that due to how much Snorlax sleeps. Sleeping a lot is more a quality of Belphie's.

That being said! Munchlax is a LOT more active and has no problem traveling from place to place for food. It eats almost anything and everything, and keeps a hidden stash of food in it's fur.

My main problem with saying Beel is Munchlax however, is that Munchlax is just not... big enough. Not powerful enough like our teddy bear.

It's also said that Snorlax often goes to raid villages' food stocks, and it's seen as a disaster when that occurs. And knowing how much Beel can eat.... well, I'd say that fits him pretty well, hmm? 😏

So, my final answer is Beel could be Munchlax or Snorlax- whichever one you prefer.

Belphie

For Belphie, I thought about a few different pokemon, however I believe Gengar is the most accurate for him to be.

Gengar can be malicious, but it can also be loyal and kind(?). It often likes to pull pranks and scare people as well. However, with it's trainer, it can become quite loyal if treated well.

I also thought that the whole "dream eater" and being able to make it's victims fall asleep was a good quality for Belphie as a pokemon.

Iirc, Gengar can be quite lazy. It often just does whatever it wants. So if it wants to be lazy, it does.

Diavolo

This 👏 man 👏 is 👏 a 👏 Dragonite! 👏

Powerful, agile, loyal, reliable... yet extremely friendly and still adorable? Yes yes yes and yes!

Dragonite is big and bulky, but can literally fly faster then the speed of sound.

"It can circle the globe in sixteen hours, which would require traveling at a ground speed of roughly 1,556 mph (2,505 km/h) if done at the equator." (-Directly from Bulbapedia)

Dragonite is known to save drowning humans, guiding lost ships, and so much more: it helps whoever, whenever, wherever it can!

However, it can get very destructive and aggressive if it's home is threatened! And from what we saw during Chapter 16, Diavolo does not take kindly to any threats to the Devildom or his plans.

Dragonite also has quite a diverse movepool- being able to learn a ton of different typed moves via TM (prior to gen 8, when the pokedex and movedex was cut in half), and I believe this fits Diavolo quite well, due to him being the Crown Prince and most likely having quite a repertoire of abilities.

Barbatos

Shiny Mr.Mime. No I will not elaborate.

Simeon

I believe the pokemon that would fit our angel the most is Gardevoir.

Being a Psychic/Fairy type, Gardevoir is extremely loyal to it's trainer; willing to lay down it's life in a heartbeat to protect them. It's powers reach their peak when protecting their trainer.

Gardevoir is kind, gentle, and a protector. Almost like a guardian angel. Being a Pokemon however, it is not above being playful, of course! But it would obviously never do anything to harm anyone or make them uncomfortable.

I feel like Gardevoir is the most angelic out of all pokemon aside from mega Absol, and with how kind and peaceful it is, I figured it would be a good fit for Simeon. Also, it's colour palette matches. :)

Solomon

Solomon is a difficult one. I spent a while thinking about what pokemon would best fit him, and I came upon Delphox.

Shiny Delphox is a beautiful silver and purple, which obviously fit our sorcerer well!

Delphox is quite adept at sorcery, and is definitely the type of pokemon to be playful and teasing.

Unfortunately, Bulbapedia is quite lacking in more detailed information on it's behaviour, and I'm lacking in knowledge about this pokemon as well. However, after debating and thinking about it for a while, I still believe Delphox is best suited for Solomon.

Extra Notes (the boys as trainers instead of Pokemon)

Lucifer would probably have dark or fire types. Houndoom, Absol, Hydreigon, Tyranitar, Hisuian Typhlosion, Charizard, etc.

Mammon has a bunch of gold coloured pokemon! He most likely also has the most shiny pokemon out of the brothers.

Levi has a shiny Magikarp. That's Henry! He also knows a BIG shiny Gyrados named Lotan 😏

HC: Levi gifted Mammon a shiny Magikarp at one point, and Mammon got really excited because Yay! Another gold pokemon! Only to find out Magikarp... is literally useless. He sulked about it for a while, but eventually the little guy really grew on Mammon- and instead of forcing it to evolve into a Gyrados, he let it stay a Magikarp and now he treasures it!

Satan loves Eevee. A lot.

HC: Satan once gave an Eevee to Asmo because Asmo thought it looked so adorable. Asmo cherished it, and started pampering it and loving it and overall, the two were the best of friends. But one day, after Asmo got into a fight with Mammon, his Eevee evolved into a Sylveon, which left Asmo absolutely flabbergasted and awestruck by how BEAUTIFUL his little Eevee was now.

Asmo doesn't battle much, but he is a contest master- he's been undefeated in every contest he's entered since arriving in the Devildom.

Beel and Belphie share a Munchlax who eats with Beel, then runs to Belphie to take naps.

They also share a Gardevoir who's a little depressed.... the Gardevoir used to be Lillith's, and unfortunately Gardevoir blames itself for Lillith's death and is heartbroken it couldn't sacrifice itself for her. Beel and Belphie cherish it though, and it's slowly been feeling better.

Simeon also has a Gardevoir. He also has an Espeon he left in the Celestial Realm due to Espeon needing sunlight to reacharge it's powers- it wouldn't be very useful in the Devildom. Simeon is open to adopting an Umbreon in the Devildom though!

Luke has a little Ralts that helps him bake! Just imagine a tiny little Ralts walking around a kitchen with a small little bowl of ingredients and holding it up smol lil Luke to take and add to the bigger bowl of ingredients!

Luke and Ralts are the best of friends and he always takes Ralts with him no matter where he goes.

Solomon has an Umbreon, Espeon, Alakazam, Hisuian Braviary, and... Mew?!

Solomon... less owns Mew then just has befriended it. Mew is still out in the wild, but it often shows up around Solomon to play. He indulges it by showing it magic tricks, to which Mew then shows him it's own tricks.

Satan nearly cried when he once came across Solomon asleep on a desk with Mew curled up on his shoulders. It was so cute!

Diavolo has a bunch of cute pokemon! He cannonically loves cute things- and you bet your ass he's got a shitton of cute pokemon. Sinnoh Trophy Garden Man who?

Diavolo has a shiny Pachirisu, a Pikachu, a Clefairy, a Torchic, an Azumarill/Marill, a Togepi/Togekiss, a Wigglytuff, etc.

However, while these pokemon and so many more can be found all over the castle, you'd better hope you don't run into Diavolo's other pokemon.

Garchomp, Giratina, Haxorus, Hydreigon, Golurk, Tyranitar, Toxicroak, Scolipede, Gengar... all these pokemon are just among several that Diavolo has for when he needs to have a serious battle.

Diavolo has met Arceus, and has a special bond of mutual respect with it.

Belphie actually has a Darkrai, who is extremely loyal to him. He can summon it whenever he wants, and it had even agreed to help him do [Chapter 16 spoiler things] without question.

Barbatos actually has an army of shiny Mr.Mime, but nobody can prove this because nobody has ever seen more then one at a time. Diavolo is the only one who knows the truth.

Nabudol pa ng Gacha machine bago lumipad. Spent ¥1300 just to get Mimikyu. I got two Eevees so binigay ko ‘yung isa sa random Chinese kid na naglalaro din ng Gatcha. The smile on his face was so precious. The mom was very thankful as well. He asked me if I’m Japanese. Sabi ko by heart, yes. Lol.

Anyway, Imm writing this post while currently queued for check-in at KIX. Our check out from the hotel went smoothly. Train ride via JR’s Haruka from Shin-Imamiya to Tennōji and finally to Kansai Airport was fast AF. Hoping to go back with the tsundere waifu next time.
