MOON 100 LETS GO!!! Lots of new info for you guys: From here on out, I'll be posting only ONE moon at a time, but I'll be including a lot more relationship art and talk about patrols and stuff, the nitty gritty I've been kind of brushing off in these first 100 moons. I'm realizing that if I don't post or save all the little interactions, important character development could be missed!! Now that I've reached moon 100, I've played and taken notes up to moon 110, and I gotta say, we've got some CUTIES coming up please beware. ALSO GRANDMA FALLENSTAR

Today I lost a dear member of my family, Rune. Rune was rushed to a vet today. Shortly after reaching the vet she had a seizure and her heart stopped, and could not be restarted.

Rune was 6 years old. My husband found her while working at Walmart. She was hiding under a pallet. He carefully coaxed her out and then kept her in the manager office in a box(with food and water!), which she broke out of. He then took her home in another box, which she broke out of again. We welcomed Rune happily into our lives and hearts. When we first got her we couldn't even tell her gender, so we decided on the name Rune. (She was obviously, now, a girl. She just had too much fluff)

Rune was a menace to society, my mental health and most especially our other cats. She loved to bully them if given a chance, and she'd scream for food if you stepped a single foot in the kitchen. She was the least graceful cat I've ever met in my life, and had maybe one singular braincell.

But she also loved being brushed so much she'd drool, loved feet, and would let you pick her up whenever you wanted and immediately begin purring. She didn't care if you cried in her fur, and would just keep purring and letting you cuddle her until you were done. She loved to cuddle, and would always find her way into someone's lap. She liked to cuddle with my friend Mavis when they went to bed, and watch videos with them. Even if you upset Rune, she'd never hurt you, her bites were the gentlest things I'd ever felt. Rune couldn't stand to hurt anyone, and even when she was at the vet, sick and probably in pain I'll never know, she never once tried to bite any of the vets or techs.

Rune had so much love to give(as long as you were human) and she would accept all of it back. She was a sweet thing, and I loved her so so very much. I watched her grow up, and she purred me through many a mental breakdown.

I have so many videos and photos of her, from every stage of her life. And the fact that I will never have any new videos of her antics, of her sweetness, has killed something inside of me. I'd trade so much to just get one last chance to cuddle her and hear her purr for me.

I wanted to share this, because Rune was my darling and I want everyone who possibly can to see her, and to know her and to mourn that she's gone now. She deserves to be loved, because that's all she ever wanted. There was no such thing as too much love to her.

So please, send her your love. She deserves all of it, even if she's no longer around to enjoy it.

A little over a week ago I lost one of the cats I had raised since kitten-hood. He had a successful neuter surgery, but never woke up from the anesthetic.

Naughty man should not be on the dish drying rack.

His favourite thing was mints. He never had any, pretty sure they’re toxic to cats, but if you opened anything with mint (chocolate, tic tacs, mentos, Gaviscon, you name it) he was there waiting. He also loved twisties and doing a little dance while his food was being prepared (little march on the spot).

I just found out Cooter the cat died suddenly and I’m not ok.

So I'm gonna take a little break from posting here (or frequently, idk).

My kitten passed away today. My five month old kitten. He had a fatal disease. For the past few weeks something seemed very wrong with him and my dad made an appointment for him apparently, so my parents went to have him looked at today and they did an ultrasound on him.

Apparently he had one of the worst diseases a kitten could possibly get, but it's also contagious through feces and we could've spent several thousands of dollars to keep him alive comfortably (but he'd still be dying), and he wouldn't have made it to a year old. It just wasn't safe for my other cat to be around the problem, and she has been for a while now. We've sent in a sample to have checked, and thankfully it shouldn't be as dangerous to an older cat, but it's fatal to kittens. He was suffering so much and I feel terrible for him.

Little Man is gone now. He had the happiest first few weeks here that he could've had, and I can only hope that love and fun was enough for a lifetime.

I love you, Little Man Cumulus. I miss you already, baby boy.

Very sadly he passed away yesterday so it's a very emotional time for me right now. But I really wanted to draw this for him because I loved him so much, he was one of my best friends and I hope he saw me as a friend too 💛

By the way the flowers represent freedom and independence which I think suited him well.

Alright its been a week so I feel like I can talk about this. Unfortunately after many, many months of health problems and emergency vet trips my cat finally reached a point where it just felt selfish and cruel to keep him alive. He'd lost too much weight, and the cancer was starting to affect his digestion, meaning he simply wasn't able to keep food down. He was put to sleep last weekend at mom's house and he was purring and dreaming up to the end.

I wanted to thank anyone who passed my commission post around and commissioned me.

I'll probably open for commissions again to help with paying the rest of his vet bills at a later date.

Guys, I got Butter back from the ARL yesterday and I do not feel good about him. I feel like I’m gonna lose him too.

WhitePaw is chased down by a dog and gets half his face ripped off oh my god- SwishSplinters sprite stays by his side no matter how many times I click back and forth from the camp screen to the events screen its cute!!

Just saw your post about your kitty and now I'm so sorry about your loss. I had to put one of my street cats down, because the neighbour's dog attacked and bit her to death and I exactly know how It feels. I'd be really happy if I could do something for you and your kitty, but I can not. So here's one of my cat's pictures for you to feel less sad❤

I was not expecting the musical number at the end of Puppet History episode about The Great Molasses Flood to hit me so hard, but I just lost my very young cat and a horse going to heaven is really hitting me in the feels.

I just wanted to warn everyone who was interested in watching the movie "Firestarter" based on the Stephen King novel that's streaming on Peacock that there's a gruesome scene of animal suffering/death.

I really wish I had gotten some kind of warning before subjecting myself to something so disgusting. I didn't even finish the movie.
