CPU Miis have never had confirmed relations. Background information about the Miis is usually very rare or otherwise non-existent. Even Miis who look quite similar, such as Abby and Ashley, Rin and Ren, and Matt (Wii) and Ray do not have confirmed relationships, and thus, as far as canon is concerned, are complete strangers to each other.

However, there are a very small few examples of relationships between Miis. In Wii Party, on a blank save file, the rankings for the game Friend Connection contain 20 friendships between CPU Miis.
