The secret ingredient that creates magic!

Have you ever had one of those friends or relatives who create this amazing dish, a signature dish for which they become known, the cake, curry, cookie that is SO delicious that you simply

Need to

Have to

Must

Have the recipe so that you can recreate it at home.

So you ask

And they kindly give you said recipe

And then you go home, excitedly to make this for yourself and eat it all for yourself as, in your own home, you CAN get have it all to yourself if you want

You act in good faith

Diligently following the recipe

A little bit of this, a smidgeon of that, a big whallop of something else

You wait with bated breath as it cooks, bakes or broils

Only to find that when it comes out the other side

It tastes nothing like the one that this kindly gran, aunt, neighbour or friend has created?

NOTHING

In fact the thing tastes so different you are SURE that they have left something out – and you are CERTAIN that they have done this deliberately such that they are the ONLY ones who can create this amazing fare!?

You ask them, are you sure that this is all there is? Do I need to hold my mouth in a certain way? Stick out my thinking tongue at exactly the right time?

What IS it that creates it the way you do?

Well this is confession time!

Because I have been holding out on you.

I have given you an incomplete recipe.

Not deliberately holding out the special ingredient so you CAN'T create the results.

More questioning whether I am entitled to share this bit of information - is this an OK share? Do people REALLY want to know the true inside workings?

I have alluded to it loosely at times, but have held back on sharing this piece of the pie

But now I feel that IT IS TIME to reveal the secret ingredient

The special something something that has made all the difference for me in my life

The extra bit of spice that has allowed me to:

Easily lose 16kg (and counting)

That has opened up the creativity flood gates to launch Under the Bodhi Tree, and show up day after day, on repeat, regardless of the challenges in my life!

That has allowed me to be the parent that I want to be, rather than the screeching banchee mother that was so reactive to the point where gentle parenting seemed like an impossibility!

That has given me the energy to be up at 4am to launch and build my online business, to go about my day, and to then SHOW UP again in the evening and work until 9 or 10 – to get the job done - with energy and enthusiasm!

To resolve feelings of disconnection and really connect with my passion and purpose!

To create heartfelt relationships where I easily speak my truth and allow my needs to be met.

To really be able to shine from the inside out, where the energy does just flow out of me.

Yes, this has a lot to do with DECISION.

Yes this has everything to do with CHOICE and PLANNING.

But the difference that has made the REAL difference is

Getting my BIOLOGY right first – not my psychology!

The special secret ingredient that I believe has literally created magic is

SUPPLEMENTATION!

So simple that it is easily ignored.

So obvious that it feels weird to even mention it.

So powerful that has literally made my head spin and to QUESTION the very paradigm from which I have operated for over 20 years!

It has made such a massive difference that it has made me question whether I have even known myself at all before I was properly nourished through supplementation.

Things that I had come to accept about myself, that I tolerated and ‘managed’ have either disappeared OR have become tempered and in flow.

The GUILT around the reactivity has all but gone – feeling much more in tune with myself and entitled to how I feel – that yes, it is ok to get angry and express this in healthy ways!

When the brain and body function AS THEY ARE MEANT TO – through giving them what they need to be able to do this – then everything just flows

Easily

Naturally

Powefully

And it literally feels like you can create magic!

It is wrong to assume that, if you have a healthy diet, that you will be nourished. Our food supply is so depleted in the rush to get food to the store, that we literally cannot be nourished sufficiently by it any longer. You only need to taste a home grown tomato to KNOW this to be true.

Not only this, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to know which of your physical, emotional or psychological issues are attributable to under-nourishment until you see yourself transformed by supplementation. Things that you thought were just ‘who you are’ or ‘how you are’ can heal and be overcome, rather than being merely medicated or tolerated.

It really is amazing and something that I now feel compelled to share – remiss in fact in the NOT sharing!

So now you know, and it is not a secret anymore.

You know the secret ingredient that allows the cake to rise, that spices the curry, that makes the cookie crumble - that ingredient I feel has changed my life to be something that I could not have predicted with something so simple!

It is now my firm belief that it is absolutely necessary to get the biology right FIRST – then the psychology stuff is so much easier! The psychological principles that I have known and implemented for over 20 years have finally taken flight with the proper supplementation!

It was all there, it just needed the special ingredient to get lift off – to making flying a possibility – to allow the light to shine from the inside out.

So consider – is it possible that supplementation could make a difference for you?

Do you know that your energy is an issue, and you struggle with fatigue as a daily battle?

Is it possible that your hormones are out of whack and wreak havoc in your life – literally changing the person that you see yourself to be?
