URGENT UPDATE ON KOSA

Guys, this is getting really scary now. According to Senator Blumenthal they "rewrote the bill' (they didn't change anything actually) and the bill now has bipartisan (both democrat and republican support) with 62 co-sponsors now and could hit the senate as early as next week.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, KOSA (the Kids Online Safety Act) Is a strait up fascist mass internet censorship and serveillance bill that if passed, will force you to upload your government ID online in order to verify your age and give not only the government to track everything you do on the internet, but also the pwer to censor and erase anything or anyone they deem a threat to their power all by using the vague wording of the bill to deem it "a danger to kids"

both of the co writers of the bill, Senator Blumenthal, and Senator marsha Blackburn have fully admitted that they will be using this bill to wipe out any anti-isreal content as well as (in Blackburn's own words) "eliminate transgender content"

This bill WILL be used to end modern activism as we know it.

anything related to Free Palestine, Free Congo, Free Sudan, Black Lives Matter, Stop Cop City, LGBTQIA Rights, will be censored and wiped off the face of the internet.

we are looking at Farenheit 451 and 1984 COMBINED. And I still see almost NO ONE talking about it since my initial post I made talking about it last year. Every single one of you need to interact with this post and spread the word. contact your reps. sign petitions (all of which will b linked at the end of this post) AND MAKE SOME GODDAM NOISE. This is the fate of the internet as well as the fate of modern activism and literally the entire internet.

Adult Huey, Dewey and Louie Duck as astronauts as Apolo 11 Crew (Neil Armstrong, Edwin Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins) - Space Race - Ducktales 2017 - Ducktales in Space

Since I drew Donald Duck as Yuri Gagarin and Della Duck as Valentina Tereshkova as the first men in space, then the parallel of the first men on the moon could have something to do with Huey, Dewey and Louie from Ducktales 2017. And I drew the three of them as Apollo 11 astronauts who were the first to walk on the moon (allegedly), but here they are no longer children, but adults. I don't usually draw adult Huey, Dewey and Louie, so this is my first time doing it and I did it with the Ducktales 2017 version, but in my own style. Yes, I redraw the poses of astronauts Neil Armstrong, Edwin Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins who led the Apollo 11 crew in the Saturn V rocket from July 16 to July 24, 1969, with July 20 and 21 being Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walked on the moon and were the first people to walk on the moon and brought great pride to the USA and to all mankind.

And this is where Huey, Dewey and Louie grew up, playing the role of the Apollo 11 crew and who will be the first ducks to walk on the moon. Yes, although they are different, they all together have their tasks in space. Huey as an explorer of new unknown frontiers and a scientist, Dewey as a pilot and coordinator and Louie as a businessman who finances it all, but they are all astronauts together. Like like their mother and like their uncle. And they are in spacesuits (Apollo/Skylab spacesuit) which are mostly white, but I colored some parts according to them.

ngl but I feel the attitude among many people who are insistent on "but what if the Prime Deities are bad/the Vanguard does have a point" assumes a very western and Christian view of deities as all-powerful entities who will individually intervene on your behalf, as well as an understanding of religion purely as centralized, with the gods and their followers in perfect lockstep.

The world of Exandria has made it abundantly clear this isn't the case. While Vasselheim is a city run by religious interests and has significant political power and cultural importance, the three largest political powers on Wildemount are all significantly out of sync with it - the Concord is ruled secularly and permits private worship of any deity, the Empire prohibits worship of several of the Prime Deities of import in Vasselheim, and the Dynasty is a theocracy in the name of a divine entity outside of the Prime/Betrayer dichotomy. Tal'Dorei and Marquet are similarly secular in rule. We've also seen that the way in which people worship the same deity can vary wildly; the obvious example is Fjord and Caduceus, but we've also seen multiple devotees of the Raven Queen, Kord, and Ioun with very different practices, and the sourcebooks discuss further small sects and different interpretations. Personal worship seems to be fairly decentralized outside of specific places like the Dynasty and Vasselheim, and Vasselheim permits a diversity of options as well, although with limitations.

In general, the problem with, say, Tuldus, isn't "your religious trauma or disillusionment isn't valid"; it is. The problem is that this was visited upon him by specific mortals, not the deity they worship, and certainly not the entire pantheon which is itself locked in cataclysm-level disagreement and has been for millennia.

Friendly reminder that the U.S. fandom of The Owl House branded the Latin American population as homophobic and retrograde for dubbing errors in the episodes "Eda's Requiem" and "Eclipse Lake".

They demanded "justice" and "representation" in Latin dubbing by complaining in publications in different social networks while ignoring REAL problems that the dubbing industry in Latin America is going through and that affect REAL people, see, harassment towards dubbing actresses, low salaries, preference of famous influencers over professional dubbing actors, nepotism, the limitations that clients put at the time of dubbing the product, the decline of Venezuelan dubbing caused by the crisis in the country, etc.

But instead they prefer to focus on two fictitious characters and immediately brand their creator as a victim just because of two mistakes that were not in the control of the actors and dubbing directors.
