Alex just wishes that he had the option but Jack knows his best friend better than Alex knows himself. Or alternatively where Jack just wants to make Alex happy but in the process ends up making him more sad.

Alex and Jack are best friends. They’ve been best friends for as long as they can remember. If Alex thinks hard enough, he can kind of recall the first time he spoke to Jack, but not very well. But anyway, that’s not important. Alex is in love with his best friend. Alex loves Jack - so much, that he's willing to let Jack use him. Zack's not a fan of Alex's behavior.

Hi, I was wondering if you knew the fic where Alex confesses his love for Jack and Jack doesn't love him back? Later Jack gets drunk and rapes Alex, but that's about all I can remember. I think Rian was in it a little bit nearer to the end because Alex ran away from Jack? I think it was on Mibba, but I could be wrong.
