Today was Gaby's ( @gabby1546 ) first completed month with me. Here are her results: On the surface she lost: -7lbs - 8 inches from all over -dropped 2% in body fat IN JUST ONE MONTH(she didn't have much to lose) What's more important and concrete/foundation of the success above is Gaby's desire for success and to learn at such young age (just turned 23). In just one month once again: 1. She read 2 self help books and is starting her 3rd one. -You are a bad ass -Compound Effect -The Defining Decade(she is starting) 2. She counted/tracked her calories and her finances. 3.
