Izuku knew he didn’t have a right to be jealous. It’s not your fault you’re so perfect and pretty, always receiving valentines on this cursed day.

He wasn’t even dating you! he was a friend, and that was all he would be. he’d known you since you were five for god’s sake.

Maybe if he had the balls to confess during middle school, you two would be a thing. But he didn’t. He was too shy and cowardly, and still is. And he didn’t wanna drag you down back then. Maybe things were different now, that he had a quirk, he even had muscle.

Way different than the nerdy cry baby from middle school. Well..mostly. He was still a nerdy cry baby, but he was tuning it down! Improvement people, improvement.

He waited outside your dorm room, so you could head to class together. Some might call him a simp for waiting on your every heed and beck, but so what? If he enjoyed doing what you asked of him, that surely meant he was dependable. Perfect marriage material.

And maybe he was a little obsessive, already thinking of marriage when you weren’t even dating. But one could dream. So when you flashed him a winning smile as you opened the door to him, he found himself falling deeper into his fantasies, that he’d work the nerve to confess, that you’d return his feelings, that you’d share a sweet kiss..the mere thought of even touching your hand made him feel giddy.

Now in class, Izuku hardly paid any attention to Mr. Aizawa’s lesson, he’d already learned this a while ago. He had to be smart for you. How else could he become the top hero if he didn’t receive top marks? Of course, making copies of the lesson plans and learning subjects beforehand helped.

It was worth it, to hear your sweet voice compliment how smart he was. He would move mountains just to hear you praise him.

Lunch came, and Izuku dreaded it. All the valentines you ever got usually came from some idiots giving it to you during lunch.

He planted a fake smile, when the first imbecile came up. Some rando from the year below. Blushing and sputtering, as he gave you some chocolate. It made his stomach churn, ugly jealousy bubbling, making him want to vomit at the pure audacity of this miscreant.

You beamed, sharing your smile that was for him, and him alone. It was sickening. You thanked the second year, giving him a chocolate, making the poor boy flush even more. Pathetic. Izuku knew some people pulled off blushing. Like him, for example. You had even pointed it out, making him blush even more. Meanwhile this yahoo didn’t even pull it off. Disgusting.

And he was just the first.

Guy after guy came over, making him actually snap his chopsticks in half. It was only bearable because you gave izuku attention when he did that, looking so concerned. Maybe he should hurt himself some more. Though you’d kill him if he did that. When he got OFA , Izuku broke his bones left and right, making you worry.

Which he didn’t mean to, of course. He just wanted to hurry up and prove his worth! But when the doctors said if he continued to do so, he might lose the ability to use his arms. Which sounded awful to him. How could he even hug you? Caress you? Make love to you? Give you a ring?

He couldn’t do that if his arms were useless. so he made sure to figure out OFA quickly. Having a crush on someone and yearning to impress them is a very good motivator.

Finally lunch ended, and Izuku found himself breathing a huge sigh of relief. Finally.

Maybe he didn’t have a right to be jealous, if he didn’t even plan to confess today. Maybe he was a hypocrite. But he didn’t care. As long as you continued to stay single he was happy. Izuku was selfish when it came to you.

Izuku found himself dragging you to his room, to make sure that for the rest of the day you stayed in his sights and away from everyone else. Out of sight meant no one knew where you were, and if they didn’t know where you were, then that meant you wouldn’t receive any more valentines.

you giggled as he pulled you into his room, making him flush. “What’s the hurry?” You asked, smiling in a way that made his knees go weak.

“W-well..I wanted to show you my new all might figure!” Izuku made up on the spot. It was technically true, he had recently purchased a new figure, and he didn’t wanna seem like a weirdo, taking you to his room for no reason.

”oh, nice!” You chirped, leaning forward to see it. “The details are very..detaily.”

Izuku smiled, pleased with the fact that despite the fact that you weren’t into All might as much as he was, you still bothered to make an effort to pay attention, which he loved about you.

you were perfect. And if anyone disagreed, well..then they were just not worthy of living! izuku frowned at the sudden dark thought that popped into his head. That was so unlike him. He shook his head, probably just a fluke.

You probably had dark thoughts every now and then as well. Though he was pretty sure that was impossible, you were absolutely perfect after all.

suddenly, you turned to look at him, smiling. “Oh yeah! I can’t believe I forgot to give you my chocolate! It’s back in my room, I’ll go get it.”

chocolate? For him? Really? He flushed, “I-I can go get it for you!” He volunteered, making you smile.

“well, if you insist,” you said, and Izuku left, making his way to your room. Maybe he could steal, no, borrow a pencil or something from your room. The thought excited him.

he popped his head into your room, the unlocked door opening. There in your bed were the chocolates. He grabbed them, taking delicate care to make sure they didn’t squish. Maybe you two could even share!

he made sure to steal one of your pens, then returned, to find you sitting on his bed, his bed.

izuku flushed once again, thinking that you looked very nice sitting on his bed, almost as if you belonged there, the thought made him giddy.

You stood up, walking over. “I got you these chocolates cause I figured..someone as sweet as you needed something sweet too on Valentine’s Day!”

izuku grinned, “w-well, thank you! I appreciate it!”

you smiled, and before Izuku knew what was happening, he felt the soft brush of your lips against his cheek, his eyes widening-

when he came to, Izuku found his head resting on your lap, both of you on the floor. He turned beet red, immediately getting up, almost bashing you on the nose.

“Sorry for that,” you started to say, “I should have asked.”

Izuku shook his head, “n-no! It’s fine, I..I liked it.” he whispered softly. The atmosphere was perfect, he could practically see cherry blossoms behind you, he could confess to you.

you smiled, “I’m glad. You’re too sweet sometimes, Izuku.”

“I like you!” He blurted out suddenly, averting his eyes, his entire being turning red. You flushed in response, “wha-“ and before he lost his nerve, he leaned forward, and kissed you.

it felt soft. Your lips were soft. A tingly feeling spread across his whole body, and despite already his face being red, he somehow turned even redder. Izuku felt he was on cloud nine. He pulled away, praying that he didn’t end up getting slapped.

instead, he found himself getting pulled in for another. you kissed him!

you kissed him you kissed him you kissed him!!

Izuku could die happy now. What was that saying Denki always said? Ascending? Yeah, he was ascending. And if you kissed him again, that definitely means you’re now dating.

He practically had hearts in his eyes.

One of Horikoshi's assistants Noguchi (@/nstime23) posts A LOT of bakudeku art on their twt which, since she publicly works on the manga and Horikoshi follows her account, he definitely knows she makes this.

In BNHA Smash, an official spin-off of BNHA that's approved by Horikoshi and made by another one of his assistants, Hirofumi Neda, there's a running joke that Deku is a yandere who stalks Katsuki and is obsessed with him "noticing him", even blushing when Katsuki praises him.

To promote the new movie, Horikoshi drew Katsuki dressed as Godzilla and Izuku dressed as Mothra. In the Godzilla series, Godzilla and Mothra are a couple and are referred to as the king and queen of monsters.

Katsuki calls himself Kacchan before killing himself for him... Speaks for itself.

When Tomura kills Katsuki, he specifically said that he did it because of Izuku's "sheer fury" when he nearly killed him, funny since Tomura not only hurt but killed other people Izuku was close to.

In a set of official licensed poker cards for the series. Izuku represents the Ace of Hearts, Katsuki represents the Ace of Diamonds and together, they represent the King of Hearts.

Medieval AU

In the outro song for the second season of the anime (Datte Atashi no Hero), the songwriter Risa Oribe said that the lyrics are Izuku’s true feelings for Katsuki and with lyrics like “If you're facing a monumental effort, one that comes once in a lifetime, I want to be there to see it” and “No matter how many fools there are in this world, I'll always be by your foolish side” it sorta speaks for itself lol.

Also, in the cover page of Chapter 214, it shows that All Mights buster sword from the original fantasy spread has been split in two, and that Katsuki and Izuku are each wielding the two halves.

Steampunk AU

In the mobile game, they celebrated the 3rd anniversary of the game by having a plot with Izuku convincing Katsuki to celebrate their anniversary. Doing this event would give you a bunch of heart balloons and flowers with a number 3 balloon.

For the 2020 Steampunk-themed popularity poll art (the cover of Chapter 293), Izuku and Katsuki seem to be wearing each other's shoes for some reason.

Sakura Season Stuff 🌸

For the first image, there's a superstition in Japan that if you catch three sakura petals while they're falling, your wish for love will come true, but you need to be with your crush at the time for it to work.

For the second image, cherry blossoms generally represent new beginnings which makes perfect sense with these two, because after years of rivalry, they're now friends and deeply care for each other, especially since this came out around the same time as chapter 424, where the war they fought together in is now officially over and they're starting their second year of UA together.

White Day

For anyone like me who has never heard of this, White Day is a holiday in Japan that takes place on the day after Valentine's Day, where you're supposed to give someone you love gifts to repay them for giving you gifts on Valentine's Day. You loved holidays in your classroom, today your class was celebrating Valentines Day. You didn’t have a date for valentines but you got enough gifts from your students make up for it. You had already gotten so many cards, candies, also Radom things your students found to give to you. And that was before Isamu walked in.

You knew Isamu loved having you as a teacher, often begging to stay in your classroom during lunch and recess. And it wasn’t as if she didn’t have friends or was being bullied, in fact she was probably the most popular in the class considering her father was a pro-hero. No, she just wanted to be with you all the time. She would even try to leave the room with you when it was nap time. She just loved you.

You look over at all the cards that you brought home from your students, Isamu’s definitely stood out. The front was a crudely drawn picture of you and her holding a hands.

On the inside it was almost unreadable but you assume it said ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’. It stood out from all the ribbons, the glittery heart stickers, the washi tape, and even more glitter. And that wasn’t even all considering she also came to school with a bunch of candy for you.

You chuckle a bit, remembering your students faces when you told them that you don’t have a valentine. Isamu immediately raised her hand, quickly taking the opportunity to tell you that her father didn’t have a valentine either and that you should be her fathers valentine.

Then the rest of the class began asking you to be their valentine or for you to be their parents valentine. However you didn’t know the first thing that Isamu did when she got home was tell her father that you didn’t have a valentine.

“Papa!” Isamu yells as soon as they get into the home, yelling as loud as she possibly can. “W-What is it?” Izuku asks, almost concerned as to why she had such a serious look on her face.

Izuku had a pretty obvious crush on you, more than a crush actually. He would try talk to you every time he picks up Isamu, sometimes during slow shifts he watches you, watches you live your life and basically stalk you a bit.

He really wants you, yet every time he tries to talk to you he just gets so nervous. “Mx. Y/n doesn’t have a valentine!” Isamu yells, clearly distraught by the idea that you were going to be alone for Valentine’s Day. She wanted you to be her other parent so bad especially because she could see that her father liked you.

Happy Valentine’s Day 💕

You walked quietly through the halls of UA high school and smiled softly as you noticed a couple of heart shaped decorations some of the teachers had put up, you could already imagine Ms Midnights classroom and you grinned as you thought about the extravagant decorations she always had for Valentine’s Day. You walked up to your strange classroom door and went inside, you were greeted by Iida who was the only person there besides you “ah Y/n I truly admire your dedication to your studies” you giggled softly at his enthusiasm “thanks Iida, I’ve never been able to get here before you though” you swore his cheeks turned a darker shade of pink and he pushed his glasses up his nose “thank you for being such a hard working student!” He reached into his pocket and pulled out a crisp envelope handing it to you gently. You let out a little oh noise as you opened it and read the beautifully crafted message wishing you a happy Valentine’s Day “oh Iida thank you! You didn’t have to do that jeez.” He went to add something but you both turned around at the sound of the door flying open and loud chattering, you grinned as Mina, Hanta and Denki noticed you and ran up to you.

You laughed and caught Mina as she jumped into your arms “happy Valentine’s Day y/n!” “Happy Valentine’s Day guys” you responded cheerily as Hanta and Denki caught up. “Hey no fair Mina” Denki exclaimed “yeah” Hanta added “you can’t hug Y/n just because you’re a girl.” She pouted grumpily and let go of you as she turned to face her classmates “you’re just jealous Y/n let’s me hug them” she crossed her arms and stuck her tongue out at the boys. You laughed softly as they bickered back and forth and only stopped when you hugged each of them, before you knew it the rest of your class had arrived and were taking their seats.

You flinched slightly as a ball of paper flew past your head and hit the wall causing mr Aizawa to open one eye and look around suspiciously before going to back to sleep. You look around at your classmates but everyone just seems to be focusing on their work, you turned back to your desk before yelping in surprise as another ball of paper hit you on the forehead, you blushed embarrassed and shushed yourself as Mr Aizawa narrowed his eyes at you and your classmates looked at you worriedly. You unfolded the scrunched up piece of paper quietly and read the message that had been scrawled on it Happy Valentine’s Day -Katsuki. You looked back at him to thank him and also complain about your sore forehead, and stifled a laugh as you saw the blond, his cheeks pink and his eyes burning holes in his desk as he tried not to make eye contact with you. You grinned and wrote back your own message before tossing it at him. Happy Valentine’s Day ps. My forehead hurts. He caught it easily and grinned softly back at you.

You packed your stuff as the bell rung and joined your class as they filed out of the classroom to lunch. You turned down another hallway wanting to get your books for your next class before settling down, you turned to look behind you at the sound of footsteps running behind you and you smiled as you recognised the smiling face “Izuku, hey!” “Hi Y/n!” he ran up to you and blushed as he nearly crashed into your chest. “i um made this for you” you smiled flattered and took the card from him, your eyes scanned over it and you couldn’t help but blush slightly as you realised how personal it was. “Wow Izuku thank you, how did you know I like this stuff?” He shrugged his shoulders innocently and blushed “lucky guess I suppose.” You thanked him again as you both walked to the lunch room together.

You slipped into the changing rooms after lunch to change into your gym clothes before meeting up with the rest of your class for hero training. You hurried across the field as you saw the rest of your class grouped together and joined them standing next to Momo. She smiled at you warmly and you waved back as Mr Aizawa instructed the class to partner up for training. Momo clasped your wrist gently and pulled you towards an empty corner of the field “Y/n we should train together” you laughed softly as she pulled you along and you both got into training stance. You made the first strike and she blocked it adeptly. You both sparred until you were out of breath and panting heavily, you smiled at each other and you blushed and looked away as she pulled apart her costume to use her quirk. You looked back surprised as she handed you a soft plushie toy “I hope you like it.” She said anxiously, You smiled and hugged it to your chest “Momo it’s so cute I’m gonna die!” she grinned and rubbed your arm tenderly as you awwed at how soft the plush was. She went to say something else but was interrupted by a deep baritone voice.

“Y/n are we walking home together today?” You turned around at the familiar voice “oh! hey Shoto! Yeah I’ll just be a minute” you hugged Momo quickly and thanked her again for the plushie before grabbing your backpack and walking to the street with Shoto. You walked quietly for a few a few minutes before noticing him staring curiously at the plushie you were holding “oh this is Mr Woofles, Momo gave him to me” you said laughing at the nickname you had given the toy, Shoto looked at the pavement, his bangs covering his face. Was he….ok? You nudged his side playfully “what’s up?” “I could buy you a soft toy?” You blinked at him as he looked back at you softly “you don’t have to get me a plushie Sho” you said gently, you immediately regretted it when you saw him frown sadly “I m-mean you can, but you don’t have to” you tried to correct and you grinned as he gave you his small content smile and kept walking. You walked in comfortable silence until you reached your house and turned to say goodbye. “Bye Sho see you tomorrow! Oh and happy Valentine’s Day.” “Y/n?” You turned around as he called your name and before you could react he pressed a gentle kiss against your cheek, the feeling a pleasant combination of warm and cold. You blushed profusely as he turned around and started walking back to his house. You stood there for a few seconds carefully holding all the cards and gifts you’d received from your classmates, you couldn’t help but smile softly, it certainly had been a very strange Valentine’s Day.

• Valentine's Day was here and it surely affected your school cause when you walked in you saw a bunch of decorations everywhere little angels pictures of shooting hearts on the hallways doves origami hanging on top of the ceiling kissing and etc

•"Happy Valentine's name!" midoriya said as he hugged you tightly "You too! Izuku wants to walk to class?" you offered a hand to him "Sure!!" he took your hand while the 2 of you happily chatted making way to class

•When you arrived at your class you were greeted by your classmates Some were happy valentines some were complimenting you and some even gave you a warm and wave when you passed them and made it to their seats when Aizawa arrived

• At Class someone tapped on your shoulder and it was Tsuyu she digged in her bag and gave you a frog style bag you looked in the bag and see that there was a cute little frog plushie and it was strawberry scented you thanked Tusyu and gave her your gift which was a Hello Kitty Plushie and a Frog necklace She thx you back with a Kero

•Aizawa noticed this and told you to meet him right after school which you got nervous a bit

•At the change you were surprised when all the girls said Happy Valentine day valentines times Day and gives you a different gifts

• Momo gave you a Gold block, you gave her a cute bracelet in return

Izuku’s bright green eyes peered down at you, fingers clasped around your chin as he grinned down at you, a sly smile outlining his features. “I know you can, sitting here all cute for me, beg me just a bit more.” 

The bunny ears atop our head flopped over a bit as your eyes looked up at him, teary and filled with lust. The green haired hero could not get enough of you, his eyes looking over your nude body as you sat on your knees in front of him. He felt so powerful as his muscled arms and hands moved from your face to your neck, toying with you as you squirmed beneath the hero. 

Your body was on fire, the way he’d been teasing you all day. Red rose petal still lined the floors as the day of spoiling was coming to a close. Spoiling everything but your body of course. 

From the walk to the picnic to the movie and the dinner, he’d been sneaking in subtle touches and grabs, pressing a few kisses to those sensitive spots on your neck. 

You were his after all. 

Midoryia laid you on your back, rough but soft strong hands pressing you against the blankets as he loomed over you, eyes exploring your body. His hand made its way from your chest even lower, slinking between your thighs as you whimpered in need. 

“Shh- such a needy bunny tonight yeah? Why don’t you use your words and beg, then maybe I can play with you just a bit more.” 

Your face felt hot as you became flustered, his index finger circling right around your entrance, making your body jolt before your own hands moved to his, trying to make him just give it to you already. 

He’d been teasing you for so long. 

“Please...” you said softly, eyes averted from him before his free hand came to your chin, squishing your cheeks a bit as he forced you to face him. “Hmm?” he teased, making you whine as his finger slipped inside of you. 

“Please! I can’t take it anymore-” you said, almost wanting to take it back before you felt his lips against yours. Your eyes closed on instinct as you kisses him back, drowning against him before another finger slipped inside, curling just right against that one sweet spot. 

You moaned into his mouth, hands moving to his muscled biceps as his head dipped down to your neck, nipping at the skin as your legs shook beneath him. “Such a good pretty bunny for me” he breathed against your skin, sending chills down your spine. 

“Happy Valentines Day Bunny” he said sweetly, head trailing kisses down from your neck even lower as his fingers worked inside of you. 

You moaned, hands still gripping his shoulders, he just felt so good.
