I keep writing Keyleth and Vax just laying in bed/sleeping idk why but here is some Vaxleth in my Potions and Trinkets au!
He hadn’t meant to stay the night and yet here he is, legs intertwined with Keyleth’s, eyes crusted with sleep and keeping his face buried within her neck to keep the sunshine coming from the open window out of his eyes. He can feel her light breathless giggle as he nuzzles further into her, he can’t help but melt at the delightful sound and the warmth that's surrounding him.
It’s such a welcome change, sleeping in a warm bed rather than sleeping on the cold hard ground even more with the fact that he feels safe with the other person who resides next to him, something he thought he’d only feel with his twin and Trinket but even then it is different. Not a bad different, oh far from that, here he feels protected, relaxed, he feels warm, a warmth he never thought he’d be allowed to feel, a warmth he never thought he’d be allowed to express.
He can feel the light breeze that finds its way from the wilderness outside that flows into the room, with it comes the smell of fresh herbs and just the slightest hint of smoke meaning that Percy is up and working on something in his workshop. Vax had already guessed he wouldn’t be able to sneak out of here, even more so now but he couldn’t care for that anymore.
Vax can feel Keyleth lightly tracing patterns into his back. Slowly, oh so slowly, he nudges his head out of her neck just enough to be able to look at her. And she is beautiful, her hair alights like a faire from the sun’s gentle rays but her gentle smile outshines even that. Looking into Keyleth’s gaze Vax can see how unguarded she is laying her emotions bare and unhindered, looking into those forests contained in her eyes he sees the happiness, the calmness, the serenity that she feels. Oh the fact that he’s the one privileged to be looked at with that gaze. The simple notion that she feels that at ease with him, the notion that she lets him be here in her bed with her.
He has no idea how he gained this pleasure, this happiness that she so effortlessly gives him. Vax knows it didn’t start this way, she was scared and in a way so was he and they still have lots to talk and discuss about but times like these, where the two of them can just be. That they can just love each other in the most simple of ways. He treasures them, they give him hope which is something he thought he’d lost with his mother and yet he has it again, in the form of this wondrous person who can control nature at her very fingertips and brews potions for those in desperate need. She’s his hope and he couldn’t be more excited to see where their paths lead them.

I don’t know what’s funnier out of all the possibilities for how Ludinus and Otohan found out about Keyleth and Vax’s relationship:
They read The Daring Trials and Tribulations of Sir Taryon Darrington
They read In the Belly of Dragons: The Legend of Scanlan Shorthalt and Vox Machina
They watched In the Belly of Dragons: The Legend of Scanlan Shorthalt and Vox Machina Musical Revue
(Yes, I do. It’s the last one.)

Hypothetically,
If I made a vaxleth Royal AU fanfic where Keyleth is a princess and Vax is her personal bodyguard/mercenary who ends up with more than he bargained for and ends up falling madly in love with her despite her having an arranged marriage on the way
Would anyone read it.?

Now that its finished I wanted to hype up this amazing fic by @waltwhitmansbeard. I found it an excelent portrayal of Keyleth’s grief (through a post canon divergent lense). It was so sad but also felt so real, and I loved seeing her journey of healing. I imagine that chapter one (up to the point of canon divergence) was a lot like what Keyleth’s experence would have been. I felt the characterisation was very good and accurate to the source material. Its a very well written story and I highly recomend it <3
Chapters: 8/8 Fandom: Critical Role (Web Series) Rating: Teen And Up Audiences Warnings: No Archive Warnings Apply Relationships: Keyleth/Vax'ildan (Critical Role), Percival "Percy" Fredrickstein Von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III/Vex'ahlia, Percival "Percy" Fredrickstein Von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III & Keyleth, Keyleth & Vex'ahlia (Critical Role), Keyleth & Pike Trickfoot, Keyleth & Grog Strongjaw, Keyleth & Scanlan Shorthalt, Shaun Gilmore & Keyleth, Keyleth & Korrin (Critical Role), Kerrek & Keyleth (Critical Role), Keyleth & Alma (Critical Role) Characters: Keyleth (Critical Role), Korrin (Critical Role), Alma (Critical Role), Derrig, Percival "Percy" Fredrickstein Von Musel Klossowski de Rolo III, Vex'ahlia (Critical Role), The Raven Queen (Critical Role), Grog Strongjaw, Scanlan Shorthalt, Pike Trickfoot, Kerrek (Critical Role), Shaun Gilmore, Vax'ildan (Critical Role) Additional Tags: Post-Campaign 1 (Critical Role), Grief/Mourning, Pregnancy, Friendship Summary: When Grog has been rescued from the screaming winds of Pandemonium, when their spell components have been retrieved from a hoarder’s cave, when what remains of Vox Machina has returned to Exandria, exhausted and relieved, Keyleth goes home alone. Dreams
PROMPT: #47“Were you dreaming about me again?”
PAIRING: Keyleth X Vax'ildan (VOX MACHINA)
WARNINGS: Fluff with suggestive themes
Thank you @ravendruid for helping me pick a random prompt to start off this little experiment!!
The Experiment: Me being me, I cannot just exist being in one single fandom. But I feel bad writing only one fandom because at the moment that is what my little, broken heart wants. So for a little bit, I am challenging myself by having a prompt that I write for 1 fandom... and only changing it slightly to then make it work into another.
Will it work? Probably not.
Will I get bored of doing this? Most likely.
Will I still try? Fuck yes.
Tumblr media
Her legs began quaking, a shiver running down her spine as she awoke from a deep slumber sitting up straight with a heavy pant. The sheets beneath where she had laid are damp from the sweat beading down the back of her neck, re hairs slickened to her skin.
The door to the cabin squealed as the door carefully opened. The smell of fresh tea wafted through her senses, calming the rush of fear and adrenaline that had woken her up.
Vax greeted her with a mischievous grin, the mug in his hand steaming against the perfect bone structure of his features as he peered back to the red head.
“Were you dreaming about me again?” Vax had yet to read the room, especially the woman before him. He had heard her moans as he was getting ready to start a fire. Not wanting to wake his lady from a wet dream, he decided to fix her a perfect cup of her favorite tea for when she awoke instead.
He hadn’t know about what happened after he left the small, wooden cabin. Her moans turned into cries. Her breathing faultered and her body shook in agony as she lived out her perfect nightmare.
It seemed so real.
It felt so real.
Keyleth gave a tired smile. Her eyes searched the room, grounding herself back into reality. Vax didn’t miss this, seeing a single bead of moisture fall from her brow, he rushed over to her side. His hands caressing her own as his warmth helped ease her nightmare further and further. With him there, she was safe.
She was safe.
Vax pulled her into his chest, his arms wrapping around her frame tight. She could feel his heart beating against her skin and his breath tickling the still slick skin of her expose neck. Her head layed in the crook of his own where she could inhale his musty scent, something that would easily turn her off with any other man, but with him is was inviting.
His hands kept her in place for a while, both sitting in silence wrappe in eachother’s arms, legs, and anything else they could possibly touch. When her breathing regulated and her mind shook off the pain of what she had seen and felt, Keyleth whispered into the soft skin of Vax’ildan’s neck.
“I would have rathered to be dreaming about you.”
His body shook with a chuckle. Moving his hands slowly down her back, one landed on the exposed skin just above her green panties. His fingertips ghosting the edge of the lace. Feeling her warm skin raise into goosebumps beneath his touch.
“I would have rather you had dreaming of me too,” His voice began to turn more rugged. Keyleth didn’t have to see his face to know that Vax’s pupils were beginning to dilate or know he had that mischievous little grin on his lips. She swallowed hard, hiding her own nervous giggle.
“But I would rather act out that dream instead if I’m being honest.”

For the CR hurt/comfort prompts, how about Polymorph with Keyleth and Scanlan? :]
24. Polymorph
"This spell transforms a creature with at least 1 hit point that you can see within range into a new form. An unwilling creature must make a Wisdom saving throw to avoid the effect. A shapechanger automatically succeeds on this saving throw."
[Interesting, interesting - okay, I think I've got an angle!]
Spellcasters usually don’t spar - they practice. They meditate, or train, or study. Clear distinction there. It’s all very dainty and structured, and Scanlan prefers it that way. Means no one can see him stumble and laugh at him in ways he didn’t orchestrate, you know?
He and Keyleth crash together, sand blooming in the air around them. Scanlan huffs, bracing his hind legs as best he can, and with a shake of his head throws Keyleth clear.
There’s no one to scamper out of the way as the young bronze dragon crashes into the mansion’s thick basement walls. Well. Next time he’ll have some servants watch them, for atmosphere. Right now this feels like a cagematch, something for show. Two beasts thrown in an arena for the entertainment of creatures to whom their lives are toys.
That’s why they’re here, after all.
It takes a shake of his massive head to clear the thought from Scanlan’s mind. Triceratops is nice. Triceratops isn’t as stupid as he thought, when it was scared stupid by fire and tight spaces, but it still doesn’t think as much as he would.
Keyleth curls against the wall, talons fisting into mortar and brick. A long tongue flicks out as she hisses - they fucking agreed no fire, don’t you dare - and scales rattle.
Scanlan doesn’t mind being goaded. Running full-throttle into a wall is clear, it’s adrenaline and instinct and a satisfaction as he nicks that flying lizard in the wing with a horn as Keyleth swoops by.
He can see why Grog likes it so much.
The earth buckles, the sand screams by his unfocused eyes as they collide. Something in his neck jars, the massive meaty heart bumbles its next beat.
(They’d tried. And tried, and hoped, and hoped, and - for what? For fucking what?)
(He’s selfish. He thinks it isn’t worth it. Saving the world, fine, argue all you fucking want that there’s no Vax if there’s no world for him. That this is what Vax wanted. That he made peace with it. Well, this sorry fucking bastard made peace with leaving, and never coming back. And Vox Machina didn’t fucking let him, and something about that saved the fucking world. Why couldn’t this work out, too? Why does he hate himself for putting the world, his daughter, over his friend?)
(She isn’t. So of course she feels so guilty about hating it, about wishing - and wishing Scanlan could have wish’d. And she has so much to keep her busy, real reminders that this is what Vax was willing to die for, did die for. But now it feels like everything in her life is for the world and not herself, because Vax is gone and Vex and Percy are having a baby and no one knows how to handle a thousand years made worse for a hundred you can’t have. He only would have been with her for a hundred, two hundred. How dare she resent the beautiful world for taking that long moment from her?)
Scanlan roars, and he can’t hear himself think, and he tries to make Keyleth bleed, or make himself bleed, or make it hurt in his bones instead of in his head. Polymorph is good for that, too - can’t think, but can bleed as much as you need to. Until you’re you, again, and have to live with how little things changed.
It’s sparing. It’s supposed to teach them something, between the brain damage and bleeding.
Honestly? Today, they just want to clear their heads.

It’s not unusual for her to watch him as he flies away– always away–, into the dark storm and dodging lightning. A bright purple strike of a lightning bolt cuts the sky, then the air and land beneath.
She feels it all, the static, the buzzing of electricity. But he’s too far away to touch. He’s too far away to hear her prayers; and far too focused on his task to realize she can feel him flying, through every raindrop, every breeze.
Keyleth usually wakes up abruptly, with black feathers under her pillows and sharp thuds on the window. This time, however, he flies around and then floats closer as he suddenly turns from a murder of ravens into a pale-skinned half-elf, a curious look of recognition on his face.
Her chest aches and she gasps as she’s caught there, reaching for him with her whole soul just as he reached for her through the decades, sending her flocks of black birds (well, mostly ravens) to simultaneously haunt and brighten her every waking moment.
“Vax?” She calls out, her voice hoarse like the echoes she hears are different versions of herself screaming and singing  his name.
He doesn’t answer, though he stays there, unmoving, the puzzled expression never leaving his face.
“Vax, can you hear me?”
She holds a hand against her chest, realizing her own heavy breathing. The storm gets heavier.
“I hope you can hear me,” she adds in a hushed tone. Her face is wet, but she holds onto the fire she carries inside to keep talking, keep seeing him. “I hope you remember… I still haven’t forgotten. You promised me Zephrah. ”
There’s a spark of something for a brief moment, a glint in his eye for a fraction of a second and Keyleth’s entire body fills with hope. But then it flickers, and a mask covers Vax’ildan’s beautiful face, inky dark mist spilling from the slits where the eyes sit as it turns white.
It’s not his voice she hears when the figure speaks. [[MORE]]
“It is not yet your time, child.”
Pure fury rises inside her as she answers without thinking, “I made the last being who called me that regret it. Were you not there to catch her soul?”
Suddenly, the mask rushes in her direction and stops inches from her face, triplicating in size, imposing with the rest of its form revealing: the long dark veils, pointy hands, swirls of magical threads.
Vax remains at a distance; untouchable.
“You are trespassing, Tempest,” the Matron says, her voice somehow gentle and echoing. “It is not yet your time.”
Keyleth tries to take a deep breath. The raindrops are now suspended in the air, halfway through falling, and she can no longer smell petrichor. Maybe it’s why she feels repulsion and not hatred: she is a druid, after all, one who not only worships but is the elements and life itself and here is the presence of her antithesis, plain death and no rebirth.
“No, it’s not,” she says, voice cracking. “I know that.”
The masked figure leans down, its massive form still towering over her and still growing, trying to encompass the horizon.
“But here you are nonetheless.”
“I can’t help it. I won’t ever stop dreaming of him.”
There’s a pause.
“Careful, Archdruid. You may yet live for a very long time, but you are not actually immortal. Do not disrespect me.”
Keyleth frowns in confusion.
Vax, still out of reach, takes a step closer. And immediately gets pulled back by an invisible force. He shifts, from raven feathers to floating pools of blood to the sharp sound of knives clashing to cloaked humanoid to naked angelic omen and over and over and over again.
Keyleth forces herself to see and in her mind’s eye it shows itself: a singular thread of pulsating light pulled taught, more evident than the sea of threads all around him, connecting Vax’ildan to something far beyond. Like a ley line or a bridge rope or a leash .
She breathes in and out.
So it is not just a dream.
“I respect you, Matron,” she affirms, doing her best to ignore the massive masked head nearly blocking her vision now. She keeps her gaze on Vax in the distance, back to shifting from mist to feathers to person-shaped, moving through time and space, occasionally searching her eyes and faintly grinning. “But I can’t pretend to believe to be beneath you. You were once a mortal too so maybe I understand your loneliness, since the other gods probably have their qualms with you.”
"If you wish to honor me… and him," the Matron interrupts, roiling smoke and loose bright strings more clearly pulsating around her now. "You shall leave this place, Tempest, and seek to never return until fate makes it so."
Keyleth clenches her jaw, her heart beating loud in her chest and something boiling around it, spreading through her body like rage. Her fury has no place in Exandria and all the planes together wouldn't be able to contain it. It's been so long and she's still so goddamn angry , so deeply wounded. How dare– ? How cruel .
She holds her hand to her chest in a fist.
Fate.
The word reverberates inside her heart as she doesn't look away from Vax. Her hand opens like a flower blossoming, reaching for the sun.
Fate…
“No," she says, voice stern and composed, as she feels herself tremble not out of fear but as a testament to her control, to her power and her prowess. "I can't do that. It’s been many long years. He won't stop visiting me. So I won't stop reaching back."
The storm starts over, big raindrops falling and twirling in the harsh wind. It nourishes the soil, sprouts roots and vines and trees, tall as mountains, flowers and fruit luscious and ripe. This is not a dream, yet it flows through Keyleth like anything in nature does.
Vax tries to take a step forward once more, but he’s still so, so far away. Still so beautiful, and frozen in time like her.
Keyleth feels flames licking up her shoulders, her head, the side of her face, her eyes. At her feet the rich wet earth dries and cracks and a pillar grows to propel her upwards, closer to the deity. She hovers in dissipating fog, under the brightest moonlight of Catha with the red hue of Ruidus on her back.
"I hope you understand that I really do respect you, goddess," she continues. "But I can only treat you as an equal, because…”
Facing the Matron of Death but watching the lost love of her life, feeling in her element perhaps more than she's ever felt, Keyleth promises:
“Because it’s as an equal that I will take back what you stole.”

Hi!
if you're taking requests, may I request from your protective prompts #2, dealers choice with apocalypse au vaxleth? they're all so good I cannot choose
Heya! Yup, I’m always taking requests!! Sorry this took so long. I was originally going with a different prompt from the list but changed it due to not being able to figure out the scene. And then I got a ton of work lol this took WAY too long and for that I am so so sorry anon! 11: Person A staying awake all night to make sure Person B is safe.
The irony isn’t lost on Keyleth. How usually Vax is the one to stay up at night to watch over her, she’s awoken a few times to his shadowed form sitting next to her, his gaze fixated on some unseen object in the night. But today had been rough and though it isn’t an serious injury he is hurt and needs his rest to heal so she stayed up to make sure he did sleep. Vex would have stayed up to do much the same if not for the fact that she was exhausted, she’s fast asleep next to an equally unconscious Percy.
She idly played with his long hair, there wasn’t much to do on watch unless something or someone attacked them but with Grog staying up for watch with her she isn’t that worried. Said large man was currently walking the perimeter around their little makeshift camp.
She refocuses her eyes to look at the bandage covering most of Vax’s arm, he’d scrapped it real bad when he’d rushed through a window to escape some zombies. Wounds inflicted by glass she’s learned are rather horrid things, luckily Vax hadn’t hit any major arteries but it still bled a lot. The bandage looking at it now would probably have to be reapplied in an hour or two.
A sigh leaves her as her gaze goes back to his sleeping face. If things were still the way they were she doesn’t doubt that if everyone was awake they’d be teasing her about how close she is to Vax right now. In some ways she misses the endless teasing her and Vax would get from the others but in other ways she’s grateful it’s died down a bit. She’s still confused about so many things and the world ending isn’t helping at all. She cares for him deeply in a way she hasn’t felt for anyone before but she doesn’t know how to label it or more likely is too scared to label it. If life’s taught her anything it’s that those you love most leave and even if she knows it’s ridiculous to think Vax would leave her of his own will considering well, everything, there is still that nagging voice in the back of her head that she can never ignore.
When Vax’s brow furrows she freezes in place, holding her breath and hoping the poor man will fall back into full unconsciousness but like always life prefers to not go her way as his eyes slowly open to blearily stare up at her.
“S-sorry, I didn’t mean to wake you up. Go back to sleep.” She says turning her face away from him but not doing anything about how her hands are still resting in his hair, a blush covering her face in utter embarrassment. She can feel Vax’s body move with his silent chuckles causing her to puff out her cheeks in embarrassment and feigned annoyance.
“It’s alright. Nothing interesting happen so far I take it?” His voice is raspy with sleep, if Keyleth’s face could get any redder it would. Vax shuffles a little but doesn’t move off her lap, her hands going back to playing with his hair, his soft hum of approval reaching her ears like a dove song.
“No, not really. But you really should go back to sleep.” She softly tells him now looking down at him and meeting his eyes. A small shy smile crawls upon her face which he returns with his sleepy smile causing her to chuckle softly.
Calm moments like these are so rare and even during them she usually feels an underline of fear but as Vax lets himself fall asleep again she can’t help but feel at peace.

Hii! May I ask for number 8, "Cloud watching / star gazing together on a nice day/night"? You can pick whoever! Thank you <3 <3
I know you love Vaxleth and all of you are sort of suffering right now, so :) <3
-
Zephrah is different than any place Vax has ever been before. It's warm and peaceful, and a unique kind of sweetness permeates the air. The cherry blossoms bloom bright pink, eventually falling to the ground soft like feathers.
Keyleth is sitting next to him, her head resting on his shoulder, the red of her hair vibrant against all the black he wears.
It's perfect.
He smiles as looks up at the sky. While it's mostly clear, a few clouds are drifting overhead. In Byroden, he and Vex used to spot the different shapes in them. A sudden wave of nostalgia hits him hard and fast, but he does not try to fight it.
"That cloud looks like a cow."
"What?"
"That cloud looks like a cow," he repeats, nodding toward the cloud floating above their heads.
Keyleth looks up and laughs. The sound makes his heart swell with joy. "It does! Here watch this."
A few moments later, the cloud changes into what he's sure is supposed to be a rabbit, then it changes into Trinket, and Vax grins. "That is incredible, Keyleth."
"Thank you."
He looks down at her, noticing her cheeks are as pink as cherry blossoms.
"You are incredible," he corrects, then kisses her.

For the ask game, "Can you squeeze us in somewhere?" with Gilmore/Vax/Kiki? :D
This is just pure fluff. Absolutely tooth-rotting sweetness. I love this pairing.
Just to specify, Gilmore and Keyleth are in a queerplatonic relationship in basically everything I write, and they both date Vax.

Gilmore is in the process of standing from his desk to close up shop when he hears a customer come in, the bell to his store dinging clearly.
He presses his lips together. Today has already left him behind schedule, and technically, Gilmore’s Glorious Goods closed three minutes ago. A customer is, for the first time, the last thing he wants.
Still, it’d be bad for business to turn away someone with coin.
Plastering a wide grin on his face, Gilmore peeks out of his office and into the main store. “Welcome, wonderful customer, to Gilmore’s Glori—” he cuts himself of as his eyes land on the forms of Vax and Keyleth, sheepishly hesitating by the entrance. “Oh, thank the gods. I did not want to deal with more customers today.”
Vax smiles, pulling Keyleth further inside. They’re still in adventuring gear, messy with dirt and sweat, but they don’t look injured, much to Gilmore’s relief. He can deny it all he wants, but his beloveds getting hurt always pushes him into a bit of a panic. “Who says we’re not here to buy, Shaun?” Vax asks. It doesn’t go unnoticed that an exhaustion hides behind his playful tone. Their latest adventure, which they’re back from a day early, must have taken a lot of energy.
“Call it a boyfriend’s intuition,” Gilmore chuckles, pulling him in for a kiss. Vax melts under the attention.
“It’s bad business to send a customer away empty-handed,” Keyleth quips. “Also, hi Gil.”
Without fully leaving Vax’s embrace, Gilmore holds out an arm so Keyleth can press herself into his side, almost dumping her weight on him. It’s alright; his back can take a bit of discomfort. “You two are much more than customers.”
“Well, we do require a bit of attention. Do you have any in stock?” Vax hums, nuzzling his face into Gilmore’s neck.
“I certainly do, my dears.” With a bit of magic, he turns the sign for his store around to display the ‘closed’ side.
“Can you squeeze us in somewhere, then? I know you have a busy schedule.” Vax presses a kiss to his shoulder along with the words.
Gilmore laughs. “Believe me, you are a welcome distraction from all my work. Come, let’s get you into something more comfortable.” He moves to guide them upstairs, causing Keyleth to startle awake. She’d begun to doze off leaning against him.
“Huhwazit?” she mumbles, rubbing her bleary vision away. “M’tired.”
“I can see that,” Gilmore agrees, kissing her vibrant red hair, tangled and frizzy from hard work. She smiles, returning the favor with a blind press of her lips to his forehead.
Vax chuckles. He’s more awake, if only slightly. “We’re going to bed, Kiki.”
“M’kay,” she agrees, stumbling in the direction of the stairs that lead into the apartment section of Gilmore’s store. Vax doesn’t let her get far, swooping the druid off her feet so he can cradle her to his chest and carry her the rest of the way. Gilmore can tell he almost throws his back out with the act, but he has no right to criticize when he does that very thing, occasionally.
Together, they make their way to their shared apartment. Vax is quick to drop Keyleth on the bed and then collapse in after her, a long groan leaving him. “Gods, I’ve missed your bed, Shaun.”
Keyleth makes a noise of agreement, burrowing under the heaps of blankets.
“It’s missed you, too,” Gilmore says. “As have I.”
Vax smiles, shimmying further into the warm covers. “Mh hm. Always miss you. Come here.”
“Let’s get you out of this armor, first,” Gilmore hums, undoing Vax’s many buckles and buttons and clasps and why the fuck does he need so many things? The half-elf tries to help where he can, but his tired, clumsy fingers hinder more than assist. “Let me take care of you, little bird.”
And Vax lets him, too tired to really do anything else. In a few minutes, Gilmore has wrapped him in a fuzzy robe and properly tucked the sheets up to cover all of him.
Then he moves onto Keyleth, already fast asleep. At least she doesn’t wear so much armor. It’s easy to work her out of her dirty, sweat-soaked dress and into some pajamas. She barely even stirs as he does it.
“Now will you join us?” Vax hums, surprising Gilmore. He hadn’t realised the rogue was still awake.
He grins, shirking off his robes and throwing on a sleep shirt. “Of course. Would you like to tell me about whatever’s got you so exhausted?”
Vax scoots aside to let Gilmore into the bed, settling into his usual position of spooning his body around Keyleth’s. She makes a happy little hum. “Tomorrow. Big story. You’ll love it. Sleep, now.”
Laughing, Gilmore tucks Vax in his embrace. “Alright, pretty bird. Get some rest.”
In just seconds, Vax has done just that, and Gilmore follows not long after him.

Can anyone recommend any good spoiler free Vox Machina fanfics?
I've been watching through all the old episodes from the stream and I've reached episode 81 (c1). I really wanna read some good fanfiction on these lovable dorks, but I've stopped myself so far since I don't accidentally wanna get spoilers.
But mannnnn I've been craving it for so long!
So does anyone know any VM fanfics that are set in the time pre episode 82? OR one shots (or even full length fics) that don't really specify a point in time, nor refer back to any previous canon happenings?
