AITA for getting angry on my twin's behalf?

I (27M) found out that my twin (27F) was hanging out with a friend (27M) that I just so happen to be on okay terms with currently.

That sounds fine, right? Wrong. My twin and I are naturally ginger, but when I saw her today, there was an unnatural white streak that wasn't there earlier. I asked her about it, and after some back and forth, she finally confessed that our friend caused it.

Apparently, she was helping him with the ice curse he had when he "accidentally" struck her. She said she's fine and that after staying near some fire in the Nether, things were under control again.

I find it hard to believe he would even do that accidentally. He does what he wants and thinks he can get away with it. I then told my twin I would go put a stop to this by directly talking with him so he would hurt anyone else again since he clearly can't be trusted.

My twin then tried to stop me by once again, saying things were fine and that I'm taking things too far by trying to intervene.

So, AITA in this?

The only interaction I've had with some of the more minor Touhou characters is through Gensou Wanderer, or other fangames, which are always accurate and indicative not only of a character's abilities but also their personality.

In Lost Branch of Legend, the Watatsuki sisters are mentioned a couple of times, including one very powerful instance where they can remove all colored mana requirements from a card for the duration of a battle. Neither of the Watatsukis have the ability to purify in this way.

In Gensou Wanderer, Rinnosuke is the initial antagonist after finding a cursed golden ball. When Reimu resolves the incident, he makes a "these nuts" joke (paraphrasing). Reimu doesn't get it, but does threaten to neuter him if his balls cause an incident. So far as I know this is basically cannon Rinnosuke. Rinnosuke also appears in Lost Branch of Legend, willing to give the player money in exchange for one of their exhibits. He is very interested in the High-Tech Glasses, likely purely for aesthetic reasons as he can have no idea of what they do. This leads me to believe Rinnosuke's kind of basic.
