Tem tantas coisas que ficam presas dentro de uma pessoa, como ratos em uma utopia onde tudo acaba em guerra e morte, massacre; de certa forma isso é paz, é quietude, mas a que custo?

Eu estou aqui de novo, cores diferentes, mas o lodo continua ai, me consumindo ao poucos, indo e voltando de suas paredes, pulsando? mas quem sou eu pra não aceitar meu destino doloroso de gritos e mais gritos de agonia? quem sou eu pra não sentir os órgãos derretendo? quem sou eu pra não renascer desse mesmo líquido? Quem pode dizer que isso não é necessário?

Eu gostaria assistir o brilho das moedas nas ferrovias que me carregam pelos ares com cheiro de lírios brancos; eu gostaria de encostar o ouvido nos ferros e ouvir a vibração do trem a quilômetros de distância; eu gostaria de correr descalço pelas terras cobertas de lodo, sentindo o cheiro de orvalho me sentindo ser caçada sem ter medo; de olhar pro outro lado e sorrir tão largo que ouviria a risada; de ver o céu com o doce que me carrega o peito...eu gostaria disso agora. Eu me pergunto se um dia estarei satisfeito, se um dia eu poderei dizer que estou em paz em deitar e ser parte das melodias cativantes e também do caos do céu escarlate. Ser tão grande e pequeno, ser tão novo e tão velho, ser tão frágil e insensível, tudo é um extremo por esses tempos, e eu mesmo me pedir calma é quase que um insulto, então, deixo-me ser engolido por essas sensações, esperando compreende-las e não ter mais medo do meu próprio reflexo nas nuvens.

Eu posso ouvir os meus próprios gritos de apavoro, posso sentir toda a dor, posso saber que eu escolho ficar com ela porquê penso ser o certo, também posso ouvir os tambores; o palpitar do coração; o sangue correndo gritando por minhas borboletas azuis; eu posso ouvir o andar da formiga; posso ouvir sua respiração e seu amor, seu querer, sua visão, meu, seu desejo e cortesia; a corrida da troca de acordes; o meu desespero em estar sozinho; a angústia do primeiro choro; o medo...da solidão. Posso cheirar os arrepios da pele; da sensação do abraço, eu sei... eu sei, te vejo, te sinto.

As luzes estão apagadas e os lobos uivantes vêem, assustam mas abraçamos eles, domesticamos, ou somos domesticados; o pesar do coração se espalha para o ambiente e tudo é tão congelado quanto o gelo do copo de água, instantâneo, químico, parte do que deve ser; eu sei, eu estou aqui.

Espere a aurora vir, espere para ver as pedras florescentes brilharem em minha companhia, olhe o encontro dos lunares e solares, respire a brisa e deixe que consuma. Não tenha medo, tudo que preciso é relembrar como é se sentir viva; dê um gole no taco esculpido, olhe o marejar castanho, se perca, chore, fique.

Porque eu sou a mostera de sua noite.

Halsey - Hold Me Down (Vevo LIFT Live)

man I love Halsey and was going to go through some of her songs on youtube until i looked under the comments and found out she had a miscarriage hours before this performance (which is one of my favorites. I feel like it’s better than the music video or audio. Something about it...now I know why...). Apparently, her manager forced her to perform despite the pain she was in...at least that’s what someone said... it’s still kinda depressing regardless of whether it was her choice or not. I could believe that her manager forced her because I heard that singers are kind of overworked sometimes when it comes to their performances and concerts and with how available music is right now online, this is their only way of making money and I guess it must be exhausting. 

If the manager did force her...this song just gives new meaning.
