Black Gate Protocol – The Void Method For Those Who’ve Failed a Thousand Times
I created this method based on my own ideas and knowledge. I tried it this evening and instantly entered the hypnagogic state, so I thought I’d share it with you.
I haven’t entered the Void yet, so please don’t ask me too many questions. If this helps you get into the Void, let me know and help others in this community as well.
I know there are tons of people here still struggling to figure it out I'm one of them. So let’s support each other and reach the Void together.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE!
🔹 1. Use This Setup Go to bed at night when you’re naturally tired (not forced).
Use noise-canceling headphones or good earphones.
Play the Binaural Hypno Spiral video on a loop or for at least 10–15 minutes.
Turn off all lights, lie flat on your back, arms relaxed by your sides.
🔹 2. Fix Your Eyes on the Spiral (Only 3–5 Minutes) For the first few minutes, just stare at the center of the spiral, letting your eyes glaze.
Don’t think or analyze. Just keep your eyes fixed.
Your brain waves will begin to shift to Theta automatically.
This is known as optical entrainment + binaural entrainment, and it forces a hypnagogic (trance-like) state.
🔹 3. Close Eyes & Observe the Darkness After 3–5 mins, close your eyes.
You’ll see swirls, colors, or darkness. Don’t try to control it—just watch.
Stay still and relaxed. Allow thoughts to come and go but don’t chase them.
Important: Keep your focus behind your closed eyes, as if you’re watching the back of your forehead.
🔹 4. Use This “Anti-Mind” Technique (Secret Weapon) Silently repeat this in your mind:
❝I wonder… what will be my next thought?❞
Ask it gently, once every 10–20 seconds. It creates a gap between thoughts. This gap = the void.
You don’t need to believe it—the brain literally cannot think right after asking this.
🔹 5. Body Sleep Hack (Mind Awake, Body Asleep) After 15 minutes:
Pretend your body is sinking through the bed.
Feel as if it’s becoming numb or heavy.
Do not move, scratch, or react to itches or twitches.
You’ll start to lose body awareness (this is Sleep Paralysis Phase, but harmless).
🔹 6. Let the Void Pull You In (No Doing Needed) If you followed the above:
Your mind becomes completely quiet from the “What is my next thought?” loop.
Your body has shut down via stillness + audio entrainment.
This triggers the Void: black space, no thoughts, infinite silence.
If you feel like you’re “melting,” floating, or feel vibrations—you’re in.
☠️ Mistakes to Avoid (These Break the Void Entry)
Don’t expect the Void or try to force it.
Don’t move your body. It resets the whole process.
Don’t chase visuals or try to “imagine” something.

Let your thoughts take over, look at your past, reflect it, and let that one small realization snap in your mind hardcore.

Oh my god isn't this what people think of? CAN'T YOU SEE? you got it, it's in Your hands so much, you're one minute away from it, one second, REALIZE you're actually getting whatever you want.
Just. Be. Goddamn. Persistent.
I swear this random ass method came up to me back in March where everything changed me for the best, I wanna call it the Click method, I don't know if there's anything similar, but god knows how it can help you.
Summary:
Sit somewhere
Let your mind wander
Look at yourself, your life, reflect your past your present, your future, every small detail on yourself, just everything
Now just sit there and wait for that realization to click and sit in being FULLY emerged deep and engraved in your mind, that after everything, "you are chosen."
Feel that? That bliss, that shock? That feeling that "what the fuck have I been doing so far? What the hell did I waste so much time for?"
This guys? This helped me snap my mindset, you don't need days to change the mindset, it's just the click of the realization, try it, seriously try it, and to actually trick your mind you've done it, I suggest tricking yourself (not necessary, but some people like to be logical and back it up with actions), simply tap a part of your body when you realize it, when that thought flows in your mind just as moments ago the thought of "I like the color xyz" had gone by.
It clicks.
Use it as any method, void, manifesting, revising, whatever the fuck you want, this just conjured up in my dream and I already feel how it can help people.

❛ THE ICEBERG EFFECT IN THE VOID STATE ❜


Even after doing right things / following the right method / being persistant towards our desires sometimes we don't get the fruitful outcome and we all have asked ourselves WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
According to the research our conscious mind which is aware of our feelings, thoughts and behaviour is like a tip of an ICEBERG visible above the water & on the other hand majority of the iceberg, representing the unconscious mind, lies hidden beneath the surface.The unconscious mind is thought to contain instincts, repressed memories, and other mental processes that we are not directly aware of, but which still influence our behavior and decision-making.
Hand to Hand same happens on our Void/Manifestation journey. The ICEBERG in the void state are :
— SUPPRESSED EMOTIONS - Not being able to confess what u actually feel & often ignoring the emotions overcome this by doing some action regarding when u actually feel happy or angry CONFESS IT ' I am happy/ angry '
— UNRESOLVED PAST TRAUMA/ ISSUE - Even u feel it doesn't effect at all but it does unconsciously the burden of UNRESOLVED THINGS or UNADRESSES ISSUE can lead to several mental issue and to overcome it once must overlook yourself, apologize if u are wrong,get help, share their feelings with someone
— SCARED OF THEIR DESIRE - Often someone DM 's me saying that they're scared of having their desire which is completely normal and I feel to restrict this feeling from their self once should just appreciate their self , hangout with good energy people and decrease their screen time
— SOMETHING HOLDING BACK : From my recent post I got many DM regarding how they feel what is holding them back and it's important to have knowledge on the rights things misinformation sometimes stick to ourselves very deeply
— SELF DOUBT : Many people doubts them regarding the how powerful they're, they often find validation to have their desire so it's very important to work on self-concepts and stop questioning " is it possible" or " can I have this or that?"
— NOT STICKING TO ONE THING : One individual when they're trying to enter void often keeps changing methods or finding something which can magically help them and it often leads them finding hard to believe in any methods. Even if u fail at one method at 3 - 4 times doesn't mean it's not effective it's all about mindsets u must stick to one thing and stop looking sources like ' enter the void instantly/ do this method to happen in second ' because u are not realising how powerful u are actually u don't need those things everything is on your command
— COMPLICATING THINGS : As I seen so many of people making a bunch of routine it irritates me cause They are listening subliminals also and on the side they are even doing robotic affirmation and also five minutes they are doing PSYCH -K and next they are also doing mediation and on the night they will put long bunch hypnosis and in the same night they are doing WBTB method trust me you don't need so much things u doing these all things result that u are putting the void on the pedestal Just question yourself this all is needed?doing so much u are exhausting yourself physically and mentally
— TIME : For those who really starts to panic when they don't enter void on the specific time it's ok time hasn't been wasted nothing is wrong when u didn't enter the void on your specific time the only thing u will be doing wrong in that time is making diffrent theories, underestimating yourself, finding different methods, saying yourself a failure
So these we're some things I wanted to list from the very starting I hope u all read it all through find what is actually stopping you and there is no guarantee this thing happens to each and everyone I have listed it down by over analysing the success stories, my experience
Further what u can do is listen to self concept subliminals, building confidence, don't overwork on your selves, stop finding validation and logic in everything , surrounding yourself with postive beliefs , patience is virtue so keep persisting , do something new daily as if meditate or write a journal or share your thoughts with others learn new skills
That's it all no iceberg effect is bigger than you so stop doubting yourself you can do this it's all easy peasy 🤍🫶

DRAMA-MA-MA-MA with my girls in the back-

So this method.... Is pretty self explanatory ig. You gotta be dramatic and my dramatic self probably have been using this since forever but I just gave it a name and now I'm making a post 😃. This can be used for anything: manifesting, shifting, void, even lucid dreaming.
Tested and proven y'all 👏🏻 manifested a bunch of Pokémon cards with this 💀 and Lucid dreamt. I'm gonna use it for all these things too so goodluck to ya too <3

Manifestation steps ✿˖˚ ༘𐙚
Decide what you want ofc
Be dramatic about it 👽 eg. "OMG I have my df what do I do?? I'm not ready for suddenly being the centre of attention duh 😩💅🏻"
If doubts or circumstances or whatever comes up.... 🥁 BE DRAMATIC AGAIN! "Ugh I can't believe this doubt is so blinded by my df beauty that it can't even see that i already manifested it smh 😔✨ but whoever does see it is blessed tho"
And if you have ANY QUESTIONS-, like literally think of it, any questions that you have....... Done? So the answer to that is be dramatic 😌
Shifting steps ✿˖˚ ༘𐙚
Decide a DR cuz my ahh keeps switching them but I'm telling you deciding one is good
Be dramatic about it 😃 while doing the method (or throughout the day idk do whatever you want) so during the method of your choice visualise your dr and be dramatic like idk cry that you finally shifted and then while you were crying you hear a knock on your door and you quickly wipe your tears and brace yourself for meeting your dr people and think of dramatic scenarios ig. so feel the emotions
And you've shifted!!!!! OMG congratulations and i need a storytime IDC if you have a blog or not. And in case you wake up back in your CR/OR (possibility: super rare cuz you a master shifter bish- biscuit) just be dramatic again like "OMG tch the 3d is so slow like why am I SO good at this? I'm so good that the 3d haven't even caught up yet. Smh" and persist 😌 you're already in your DR remember 4d is more real than the 3d
Void steps ✿˖˚ ༘𐙚
This is kinda same as shifting except when you're lying down to induce the state, tell yourself how good you are and how fast you get in the void it's insane "bruh i always wake up in the void state and wonder why's everything pitch black 🙄💀 like duh I'm a master at this. But yk sometimes everyone forgets, okay? it's not my fault i suddenly became conscious and saw nothing but blackness. But anyways now that I'm going again, i'mma decide what I wanna manifest today. Another day another SLAY"
And while doing whatever you do just talk to yourself like you're already in the void or distract yourself while also being dramatic like scenarios or just thinking and forgetting you're even entering cuz you already have.
Lucid dreaming steps ✿˖˚ ༘𐙚
"bruh i always end up lucid dreaming like stop i just wanna sleep! 😩 but fine I can't deny it's fun 🤭 i always lucid dream it's crazy. I can't believe people do all those WBTB, reality checks and what not methods and here I am just lucid dreaming every night as if it's second nature to meh 💅🏻✨"

TIPS TO MAKE COUNTING METHOD EASIER!
some silly thing I discovered I can do to help me stay awake as my body is falling asleep to slip into the void state!!
I’ve found that counting works well for me but I usually mix up the numbers even when I visualize the actual number counting up/down in front of me. SO! i came up with this little trick that might help someone else;
Basdically for every 10 numbers, I mentally change the voice of my thoughts saying them.
Example: from 1-10 would be my normal thought voice, 11-20 are in an Asian lady’s voice, 21-30 are in a black guys voice, 31-40 are in a British accent, 41-50 are in a raspy voice, 51-60 are in a specific character in a show I watch voice.
IT MAKES IR SO MUCH MORE ENTERTAINING plus it’s a very very good distraction to let the 3D melt away around you!!

Stop Obsessing Over The Void And Subliminals (kinda rude rant)
as a person who started interest in the loa in late 2020 discovering subliminals. LOA is simple, idk why it took me 4 years to understand. manifesting is easy.
if you have struggles with manifesting. don't panic imma help you from being like me 😜.
1. Realize you are in control
Stop STOP and i mean fucking STOP. Giving the void and subliminals so much fucking power and bitching about it " OH MY GOSH i didnt enter the void wtf am i gonna doooo 😪 " or " THE SUBLIMINAL SAID 5 Seconds and it would work where is my SP? "
like gorl u sound desperate as fuckkkkk lol
but heres how we change this. first the problem is YOU. why the fuck you depending on some tool? thats like me depending on my feet to make my decisions and getting mad when my feet dont say shit back to me. LOL
but no you just need to strengthen your self concept. you can do this BYYYYY
- repeating affirmations during the day
- changing your thoughts
- Rampages
- &&&& Drumroll pleaaaaseeeee .... 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁
Sleep affirmations. they slip into your consciousness at night :)....At the end i will link my FAVORITE VIDEOS, for the self concept.
2. MANIFEST
oh shit you thought this was gon be long huh? no bookie its just two things. better your self concept and start manifesting. NOW i am gonna some tips.
stop giving the 3d power when you make the 3d...
EXAMPLE:
you start your day saying " oh i have my ideal body im soooo freaking happy i finally did it, like i been x pounds for everrr and i love my body "
and then the second you look in the mirror you like " damn bruh i wish i had my ideal body "
cause like why tf did you just ruin your fucking manifestation, why did you fucking react????
When you look in that mirror this is what they mean by " old story ".
Instead, look in the mirror and close your eyes and imagine your ideal body, or just deny it. " who the fuck is that in the mirror, gorll ik thats not me cause i got my ideal body ive had it since 1823 "
ALSO
dont let your thoughts rule u, u rule them. if you are in public and think " omg they looking at me cause think im big" NO dont do that...
instead say
" Girl they looking at me bc i got my ideal body, and i been had it since a baby in da tummy ahh"
exactly change that mindset. thats it. all you have to do is catch yourself, improve your thoughts and your self concept will be thru the mf roof. So den you can manifest in a snap of a fingerrr. period thats the magic 🪄 sauce bookie. also dont say will say have cause you already have it bookie bear ;)
im open for questions and i am open to telling what ive manifested WITHOUT some dumb ass void or subliminal lol.

All I do is journal for a bit and write down all my thoughts. Then I do this meditation and listen to this while I go to sleep.

𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐝 '𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲
FULL DISCLAIMER.
yes the challenge name is corny, I don't care 😡 anyways, the challenge that I am about to propose does include things involving the the void, however, it is not centered around the void, because we as master manifesters are able to manifest drastically outside of it. this may be for everyone, but it's not for quitters. this is a lot to read, apologies in advance, but I recommend you read this in it's entirety anyways!
DESCRIPTION.
For this challenge, we will be combining a variety of methods to change our realities for the better, anyone can participate at any time. This challenge has no 'finish date' like other challenges, however, we will have a check-in a week after our start date to take note of progress. I do not believe that time limits should be put on things that we desire, however, it can motivate consistency and holding ourselves responsible on our goals and accountable of our own progress.
GOAL.
The main goal surrounding this challenge is shifting our mindsets towards obtaining our dream lives as well as keeping a mental diet that works in our favor. What I often find with these manifestation challenges are that folks give up too early on their goals when they see no movement in regards to their /main/ goals they are constantly seeking proof from, it's important to remember that time is simply a manmade illusion and that we are all different in various ways which is a beautiful thing we must remember. And there is always movement with our manifestations, even if we can't consciously see it.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐎𝐍𝐄
Just like one would do when constructing a void list, create yourself a list of things you desire, as well as affirmations you want to be true. Doesn't matter how long the list is or what words you use or what language you use. Just make a list. You can include things about your dream life, dream apartment, dream financial situations, how often you enter the void, how quickly you enter the void, self-concept, mythical things, desired appearance, any kind of revision, superpowers, supernatural events, personality changes, drastic health changes etc, whatever you like. When creating your affirmations please remember to use past tense (always/used to/ have been) or present tense (right now/currently/ right this moment/ right this second/instantly/immediately). Make your affirmations/afformations/askformations as detailed and as long as you want, your subconscious always remember each and every detail. I'd also recommend throwing in some manifestation rules for yourself.
EXAMPLES.
I love my body.
My skin is perfect in every way and will always remain perfect with everything I do.
I've always been pretty.
I always have hella money in my bank account.
Why am I so lucky?
Why do I always enter the void instantly after just thinking about it once?
Everytime I fall asleep, I always wake up in the void.
I am a master at lucid dreaming and can lucid dream whenever I want just by affirming for it once.
I love how long, shiny, and healthy my hair always is.
Everytime I breathe I get more and more handsome.
Why am I so good at manifesting?
Regardless of everything, I can manifest anything I want instantly after affirming for it three times and it instantly conforms in the 3D.
I have my dream bedroom right now with blue walls, hardwood floors, a wardrobe filled with clothes from my y2k pinterest board, my ideal gaming set up, and an LG touch flat screen TV.
I can shift realities as easily as I can breathe.
The more I obsess over my desires the faster they conform in the 3D.
Even if I have negative thoughts or doubts, I can still manifest anything I want instantly.
Everything works in my favor, the law is always on my side.
I already have my desires, every thought that affirms the opposite is an illusion.
Whatever I say works, all techniques and methods work instantly for me.
Doing nothing works, and doing everything works when it comes to manifesting.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐓𝐖𝐎
Give that list a name. Any name ya want, doesn't matter. Ya could even just call it your 'Void List.' My own personal list has two names 'All That I Desire' and 'Void List'. Ya could also call it 'Dream Life,' 'I Want,' etc.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄
Create an affirmation that suggests you have everything on that list. Here are some examples, but do not use these to limit any other ideas you may have or what affirmations may sound most natural to you.
I have everything on [insert name list].
I manifested everything on my list instantly and easily.
I effortlessly have everything on my list.
Everytime I breathe something from my list manifests instantly.
I have my dream life.
I already have everything I want. Everything in my life is perfect.
I already have everything on [insert name list].
Regardless of everything, I have everything on [insert name list].
Isn't it wonderful?
I literally have everything on my list right now.
Everything on my list has already manifested.
My personal affirmation: Regardless of everything, I have All That I Desire.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑
Use Psych-K to affirm this affirmation for 10 minutes (at least), or just affirm for ten minutes without Psych-K. This can be done multiple times through each day, don't limit yourself to just a single session if you don't want to, do whatever makes you feel fulfilled. I would recommend trying to do this at least once per day.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐅𝐈𝐕𝐄
Outside of Psych-K or your focused affirming, I want you to use this affirmation whenever you think about anything you desire, whenever you have doubts about anything, whenever you have negative thoughts, or you can just robotically affirm this throughout the entirety of your day. It's okay to have opposing thoughts, but you need to ignore them, you cannot give them anymore attention, do not entertain them, and affirm your desires. Your umbrella affirmation is your backbone, it is your guardian angel. And if you have moments when you don't think you can stop those spiraling thoughts, take your umbrella affirmation or any other affirmation that benefits you and say it aloud with authority, over and over for 2-3 minutes. You can't say something aloud while simultaneously thinking another thing. Go RIGHT for your affirmation, we don't care about the old story anymore.
The most important thing for this step is to stop yourself from thinking the opposite of what you desire, and it's okay if you have a negative thought or two, but quickly catch yourself before you can spiral or fall back into the victim mentality. Remind yourself— no matter if you have negative thoughts, you always get what you want and everything's going to be okay. It's important to be gentle with your thoughts but also assertive when learning something new.
With robotic affirming, feelings don't matter at that time, it's simply for saturation purposes and eventually the feelings will develop on their own with robotically affirming. And if you're like me, you might just wanna flood your head with robotic affirmin' so you can stop negatives and doubts or whatever from even having the chance to come to the surface. However, if needed, feel free to affirm with authority, attitude, sass, or whatever makes you feel more powerful.
The more you repeat, the more likely you will repeat the affirmation without even realizing. I often find that robotic affirming often leads me to waking up and that affirmation is the first thought I think, that's just how saturating it can be. And with robotic affirming (affirming all damn day or at least when I remember to) and a decent mental diet, manifestations will start popping up on that very same day.
TIP: Feel free to look over your list whenever you want, as many times as you want. And if you have moments where you wanna get specific, just refer to your list and affirm that particular affirmation that you want to become true.
TIP: Just woke up? Affirm. Eating? Affirm. Have break time? Affirm. Have a moment to chill? Affirm. Taking a shower? Affirm. Using the bathroom? Affirm. Doing your make-up? Affirm. Getting dressed? Affirm. Getting ready for work/school? Affirm. Watching something you're not really paying attention to on TV? Affirm. Watching YouTube videos? Affirm. Affirm. Affirm. Affirm. Affirm.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐒𝐈𝐗
(Optional) If applicable, and if you have trouble with robotic affirming or if ya just don't feel like it, try out recording your affirmation and looping it. There are multiple applications to be used such as Self-Pause and Parrot. I often do this myself using my bluetooth earbuds with the volume at a low enough level to hear them but not loud enough to distract me from other things. And because of who I am, I will often put overhead headphones over my bluetooth headphones to listen to music or audiobooks (that's a lot, ik but its like listening to subliminals but you can change what you're watching/listening to). Or you can play the looped affirmation at a very low volume on speaker from any kind of device while going about your day. And just because you're looping your affirmation in the background, it does NOT give you permission to affirm the opposite of your desires, you need to hold yourself accountable for the thoughts you are thinking. You control your thoughts, your thoughts don't control you.
If you do all of these things, monitoring your inner thoughts, and your inner conversations, you are bound to see or feel changes around you as well as inside of you, that's the law. Things change according to our own assumptions and how strict we are with our conscious thoughts. This way, not only are you simultaneously changing your thoughts about the void, but you are also manifesting what you want to change with the void in the first place simultaneously. With this in mind, you manifest outside of the void, a lot of things on your list, and when you do consciously wake up in the void, you'll be able to manifest the rest just by saying you've got everything on your list. It's foolproof with guaranteed success as long as you continue to hold yourself accountable and remain consistent.
Addressing Some Potential Doubts About The List Method or Why This Challenge 'Might' Not Work
Some of you may be wondering, how will my subconscious know what's on my list and how will it associate everything on my list with the name of the list that I give it? The subconscious remembers everything you do, even things that you don't consciously remember. It's constantly taking notes on everything that's said which is why, precisely, it's important to watch what you're thinking as well as what you're saying aloud. You know exactly what you mean when you're referencing certain things. And think of it like this, you are already aware that the void is within us, and when you're doing this challenge, you're constantly feeding this new information into the void that's already inside of you. The only thing you need to do is correct your conscious thoughts to think in favor of your desires. Also, there are various perks that come with this challenge— you're able to manifest all types of things all at once so you don't need to limit yourself to changing one thing at a time, the affirmations and desires in your list are immediately saved into your subconscious and all you have to do is repeat the umbrella affirmation you chose, whenever you feel particularly doubtful/negative about a certain subject you can easily go back to reread what affirmations you wrote OR you can just continue robotically affirming your umbrella affirmation, and finally, you are also practicing detachment from your goals because you've pretty much wrote them down, and may have consciously forgot about them, but kept affirming that everything on your list has already manifested. And yes, you may have goals you are consistently checking for in the 3D, but with this challenge you force consistency and saturation of the mind.
TIP: if you have certain affirmations on your list that involve shifting, the void, or anything like that— i.e. "If I say an affirmation 3 times in a row it instantly manifests and conforms in the 3D." Feel free to try it out during the challenge, but do NOT, I repeat, do NOT get discouraged if it does not grant your desired results immediately. Try to be unbothered and go back to affirming your umbrella affirmation. But if you can't do that and you end up having a moment where you're sad or pissed off, give yourself a second to feel that emotion and then I want you to be stubborn and go find that affirmation you want to become true and repeat it to yourself with authority for 2-3 minutes, say it aloud or in your head, whatever makes you feel it. After that, congratulate yourself for not giving up, because who knows, maybe your manifestation did manifest in the 3D but it's a little delayed and will appear later that night or even the day after.... Don't sell yourself short. If you want something badly enough, I know you are willing to do whatever it takes to get it.
TIP: Feel free to combine this with the lullaby method, SATs, mediation and anything else you can think of.

It's okay to start this whenever you wish, but procrastination is our worst enemy, start right now. Have fun, get excited, shit's about to change in your life, I guarantee it. Make your list, choose your umbrella affirmation, affirm like a maniac, build your foundation, and make life easier on yourself. Results are guaranteed.

⚡️ “GLITCH & CRASH” METHOD — Instant Void Entering Hack (For the mentally exhausted)
Here is a raw, out-of-the-box, no second chance, 10-minute Void Entry Method — crafted for people who are tired, frustrated, in a noisy environment, with poor self-concept and zero belief. This bypasses everything: no meditation, no subliminals, no affirming, no need for belief or silence. Just do it exactly as written, no thinking.
⚠️ RULE: DO. NOT. THINK.
Act like a robot following code — even if your mind screams “this is stupid,” continue. You will "crash" the logic system — and enter.
🔥 INSTRUCTIONS (10 MIN — JUST ONCE)
Sit or stand. Doesn't matter. Close eyes or open. Doesn't matter.
You're allowed to hear the noise. In fact, use it.
Now repeat this command NON-STOP (out loud or in your mind): “CRASH SYSTEM 444” Repeat it FAST, without emotion, rhythm, or meaning — like a code stuck in a glitch. Say it like this in your mind: crashsystem444crashsystem444crashsystem444crashsystem... ❗Repeat for exactly 3 minutes. No logic. No expectation. Like a machine.
After 3 minutes, do this sudden pattern break: ❗Say internally or aloud: “I do not exist.” Say it 3 times with full stillness.
IMMEDIATELY after that, do nothing. Just STOP.
Don’t breathe intentionally.

Immediately after the 10 minutes, say:
“This method is now embedded in my subconscious. Next attempt will succeed without effort.”
Then don’t obsess. Walk away.

girl i'm new to shifting. i saw this post. for a long time, i was very skeptical ab shifting. it feels very unreal to be real but now i want to try it out.
Girlie pop, I am gonna be so honest, I am not going to waste my energy reading some hateful bs 😭
But I was very much the same as you once! I'm a very logical thinker and I love psychology and science. (If you're also like that, I'd recommend @kitty-kat244 's blog, as they center it around how neuroscience supports shifting) However a few things in my life convinced me that I could at least give it a go.
1, Near Death Experience stories:
My sister passed for a few minutes in kindergarten. To this day, now in her 30s, she describes how she saw herself floating above her body and the ethereal feeling of an OBE. On community tabs like askreddit where people have asked what the afterlife is like, a vast majority of people describe the Void state. Nothingness, peace, pureness, feeling like everything and nothing. I don't possibly think ALL of these people are lying given how similarly close they all are to each other. To add to that, the uptick in recent years of stories from people who believe they experienced quantum immortality. People who were somewhere one minute and suddenly they're thrown in a new place inexplicably. I remember seeing a TikTok of a woman who was driving, she had about an hour left in her drive and she saw another car coming for her. Suddenly she had arrived at her destination. It had only been about 10 minutes. She was crying and shaking and very visibly in distress. Sure, it could've been a fabrication, but like the other stories about the void, there's so many of them that I don't think all of them are lies.
2, my best friend entered the void before I knew what it was:
In Highschool, my childhood best friend messaged me one day about a "really weird dream" she had. She described just floating in a white void, feeling like she didn't exist, didn't have a body, with an everlasting sense of calmness and peace. Again, this I now know is what we would call the void state. To this day, she talks about how she wants to "go back".
3, The man who dreamt for 17 years:
This is a story very commonly told throughout the internet and I first heard it in middle school. I'll summarize it, but essentially a man went to bed one night and in his "dream", time flowed the same way, everything was as detailed and fluid as our everyday reality. Everything acted as it did in reality. He met a girl, got married, had children, moved up in his career. Then one day, he noticed something off about his lampshade in the living room. He focused on it and suddenly, he woke up in his bed. He was so devastated about waking up from this "dream" that he needed therapy. He lived for seventeen years in the span of one night. Now this story was everywhere and everyone thought "oh that's so crazy" but when we describe shifting, which is exactly what his story describes, we're called delusional. Personally, I don't care if people think I'm crazy, I just keep it to myself. But the fact that such an incident has been recorded before, people believed it and people, to this day, even make memes about his story? I'm honestly very surprised the shifting community doesn't bring this account up more often, as it's from so long before shifting was known and it lines up so perfectly with our experiences, right down to time ratios.
4, My own childhood beliefs:
When I was young- and I mean, Pre-K young- I distinctly remember wondering and asking my parents, "What if I'm not actually me? What if I just wake up as "me" everyday and I have the memories of the old me?". (Don't ask how I was so philosophical, I think kids are just like that. I know this sounds like bullshit believe me lmao but I'm adding ALL of my personal reasons) Anyways, this is actually a core belief of shifting. That we are constantly shifting through time and timelines that just match up with our beliefs. So you are not the "you" you were yesterday. Does that make sense? I also firmly, firmly believed in the multiverse theory and that everything was real somewhere. I remember making Gravity Falls x LPS Popular crossover videos when I was 10 because, hey, it's probably there somewhere, why not? Crossover episodes on TV certainly didn't cause my belief to waver because look! Timmy Turner is in Jimmy Neutron now! So they both exist separately, simultaneously and together! And I just kinda, applied it to everything. What's real here is fictional in another world and vice versa.
5, last resort:
As the world deteriorates and I grew up, I didn't want to just.. Work a 9-5 until I died. There has to be something more than that. So, after I heard about shifting success stories I decided "fuck it. Either I'll wake up here and carry on with my day or I'll wake up somewhere much more peaceful. Happier. With life and freedoms that I could never imagine in a million years." Many shifters became shifters because they were at their wits end. I see so many people who admit that if they hadn't found shifting, they would have killed themselves. At the end of the day, even if it's "fake", it's given a lot of people hope that things can change in a time that seems to be getting increasingly darker.
Now, I think a lot of us were at one point where you are. "It doesn't seem real, but it's interesting enough to try". "Oh it's cringe, but it does seem enticing". Let yourself be cringe. Shifting is for those who want it all. For those who don't want to slave away for the rest of their lives. For those who can see greener pastures on the other side and wish to hop the fence. Ask yourself this : what truly is there to lose? Our community is very open to those who are simply curious, and we acknowledge that not everyone will be interested in participating in our practice and that's ok too :) Whatever you choose to do, do what makes you happy. You hurt no one by deciding to do something for yourself <3

❛ WAKE UP IN THE VOID STATE WITH 4 - 7 - 8 BREATHING TECHNIQUE ❜
What is 4 - 7 - 8 breathing technique?
— The 4-7-8 breathing technique which helps to reduce anxiety and fall asleep faster. It involves inhaling for 4 seconds, holding your breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds
How to wake up the void state with this technique?
You will lay in Starfish postion and start doing the 4 -7-8 breathing where u will count 1 2 3 4 and inhale and hold it 5 6 7 and exhale it in 8 this thoroughly relax your body from head to toe and most of time u will also stop thinking ( and yes ignore the symptoms)
Also you can play subliminal / hypnosis in the background and and here's the breath technique video u can play while doing the breathing exercises
When u feel you're fully relaxed you will start chanting ' I command my subconscious to wake me up in the void/ I always wake up in the void aware ' affrim till you fall asleep and boom u will wake up in the void state
That's it you don't need anything do through out the day do as you wish 🤍

update + progress!

Hi y’all I know that I haven’t been updating and posting a lot but I recently tried out a void method by @voidprincessblog and it’s called Enter the void on command by turning off your left brain and how to do it. And now I swear by this method
The results this method gave me were amazing, if I hadn’t run out of time I would have gotten into the void already!
My Experience:
first I laid down in a comfortable position and set the intention that I was going to go into the void, I started to feel a tingly feeling after I set the intention of getting into the void, but I ignored it, then I started to stay still for at least 15 minutes just like how the method told me, I started talking to myself or imagining things, so I didn’t fall asleep after being still for at least 15 minutes I started to feel this tingly floating feeling, and I was like this is unusual for me so I thought that I was getting close, then after I started to say I am in the void, I am void, and this bright rainbow like swirl appeared and it changed shapes every minute and I was so close, this happened to me 2 times in one night while I was trying out this method.
Pros & Cons of this method:
Pros: this method is really easy and you can get it done fast and it will get you in the void very fast, failing to get in the void with this method is very unusual, because of how easy it is, (this is me personally though, it just depends on you.)
Cons: staying still can be hard and you can risk falling asleep halfway in the method, it can be time consuming, might lead to headaches and dizziness ( so please be careful, to not damage your health )
