<Hey guy it's been quite while,I shifted for a whole month(which will be 2 days here in my CR) in Koizora DR,for a break from my CR,anyways from the result from today's votes,>
Firstly something we all struggle as beginner to manifest is,obsession,desperation,doubts, procrastation and methods. But guys don't worry it's just a normal phase everyone go through after knowing that we can HAVE ANYTHING we want,logical or illogical. But here me out you don't have to force yourself to get completely rid of those negative,because they are always gonna come up,what YOU have to do is be in control of those thoughts,which mean don't let those thoughts guide you to get in a state of lack. You are more power then that so,flip that shit and focus on the new thought or new story.
I get as someone new to law you will be confuse on what to do,or what to manifest,but the most common is thinking HOW. How do I start,"how do I manifest it into my life?","how is it even possible,will it work for me?". It definitely will you've been manifesting your whole life,but since you are new that's why you're finding it hard to manifest. But let me tell you it's simple,if you are not able to embody state,use SATS,being etc.
So here is the routine you have to follow for the next 2 weeks.
🥗. Create a Pinterest vision board look at it,everytime you feel like you need external validation,or motivation.
🥗. Start your day with affirmations,and use this subliminal and loop it as you affirm. Use the sub atleast 1 hour or more while doing your morning routine and robotically affirming.

🥗. Now robotically affirm as you go on with your day. You can talk with others don't have to shut the world out as Sammy said. Or you can do 30 minutes affirmation 1 hour rest session.
🥗. On free time use this morphic field and continue affirming for atleat 30 minutes headphones are not needed foe morphic field so no need to use one since Sapien recommended himself. Also do atleast a proper 1-2 hour saturation session,you can also do other activities.

🥗. At night use these two subs by SLADE,and fall asleep as you affirm. You can loop is overnight too but it's upto you how long you want to use it.

★. Affirm as you wake up with the subliminal above.
★. Affirm for 30 minutes and take 1 hour rest or do robotic affirming the whole day.
★. On your free time use morphic field and do a proper saturation session of 1-2 hour.
★. As you fall asleep use two subs and loop it as you affirm to sleep.
Also you don't have to worry about all the emotions you feel,you wanna cry then cry,feeling guilty it's fine,feeling desperate it's fine. Let the emotions pass,people have affirmed while crying,to the point they throw up(me💀) with desperatation,you can obsess over your desires it'snot a big crime. But the biggest crime is not persisting and checking 3D also procrastinating. Also don't get discourage if 3d shows you something you don't like affirm against it because you are more powerfull then those thoughts.

i’m going to say this now, this isn’t going to be some crazy, different thing. this is literally how the law works lol but i say challenge because it's for those who see them as fun, want to be disciplined and set the tone for the new year! (or whenever you’re reading this)

fall in love with imagination

get your desires duh
stop over consuming and apply no matter if you think you need to know more.
𝐈𝐈. important guidelines!
read this post to get a gist of states because this is what this challenge is about. fulfilling yourself in imagination. you don’t need to read it every time to know you’re doing it right, this challenge will do it all for you.
affirmations and visualizations are techniques so what is your way of thinking that feels comfortable to you? sometimes you don’t even need it. for me, i mostly need to feel that i already have it. have fun, experiment with daydreams/scenes, affirming and/or feeling. it doesn't have to be the same every single time.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. steps
choose what you want. go crazy. do not condition your desires. you are limitless. if you can see it in your mind, you can have it. famous? nepo baby? money? db, df? better self concept? gender revision? time change?
decide right now you are the person who already has what the want. so guess what? there is nothing to get because you already have your desire. manifesting money? you already have it. manifesting an sp? you already have them. manifesting your dream life? you already have it. that is your state.
fulfill yourself every chance you get in the day. no you don’t have to lock yourself in the room to affirm/visualize/feel all day. no you don’t have to be in the state all day, you are always passing through states but remember, the state you constantly make your dwelling place MANIFESTS. so make an effort to return to it as much as you can and want to.
ideas: do it in the morning when you wake up, in the afternoon, whenever you have free time like on your bed, going home, walking, during class and before you go to sleep.
bonus: do this meditation by edward art daily, it's not mandatory. it's not like all the other meditations, give it a shot. get off tumblr, stop over consuming
make it fun, it’s not a chore! have fun daydreaming/visualizing you shopping with all the money you got, getting compliments from people on how they’re so amazed at how successful you are, have fun complimenting yourself in the mirror while you repeat affirmations, have fun looking around and going “yeah, i literally have ____” sounds nice and fun? because it is. manifesting is simple.
4. get your desires. there is no deadline. i hate that shit 😭 srrynotsrry, that would be contradicting the law and this challenge. you already have it, you’re not getting anything on a time crunch. not no 3 days, not a week, not two, not a month. THERE IS NOTHING TO GET WHEN YOU HAVE IT NOW. ONLY NOW.

𝐈. why should you fulfill yourself?
because when you fulfill yourself in imagination, you are changing self. and what is a reflection of self? the 3D.
it’s not your job to make things physical. your job is to change your mind.
focus on yourself. there is nothing to change or to get in the 3D because it’s nothing but a mirror that shows/proves you right in what state you identify and dwell in.

this is a manifestation challenge to strengthen ur mind and ur mastery of manifestation. its mainly an affirmations challenge so if ur into that kind of stuff then great, but if any of this feels limiting to u then just take what resonates and leave the rest.

THE CHALLENGE OBJECTIVE ;
the objective of this challenge as mentioned before is to strengthen ur mind and to simplify manifestation for u, by building up ur repetition and persistence game just as though u were building up a muscle.
GETTING UR REPS IN ;
i want u to download an affirmations counter app where u can keep track of how much u consciously affirm. choose a set amount of affirmations that would equal a rep and keep track of how many reps u do daily.
set a goal for a minimum amount of reps that u wanna do in that day and see if u can meet those goals/exceed them. for me, 100 affs were equal to 1 rep.
MENTAL DIET ASPECT ;
if ur into body building at all u know that its not only the reps that u do that get u the physique u want, but also the diet so lets talk mental diet.

the strictness of ur mental diet all depends on u and ur circumstances and capacities so take my word with a grain of salt but me personally, i recommend a stricter mental diet.
i've already gone in depth about mental diets in this post right here so if u haven't already read that i recommend u should. for this challenge tho i recommend a strict mental diet and consciousness towards ur thoughts.
THE THOUGHT BEHIND THIS CHALLENGE ;
the idea behind this challenge is just to simplify manifestation bcuz a lot of the time we overcomplicate it for ourselves or we consume content that does so when in reality the easiest thing to do (at least in my experience) is to affirm.

FULL DISCLAIMER.
yes the challenge name is corny, I don't care 😡 anyways, the challenge that I am about to propose does include things involving the the void, however, it is not centered around the void, because we as master manifesters are able to manifest drastically outside of it. this may be for everyone, but it's not for quitters. this is a lot to read, apologies in advance, but I recommend you read this in it's entirety anyways!
DESCRIPTION.
For this challenge, we will be combining a variety of methods to change our realities for the better, anyone can participate at any time. This challenge has no 'finish date' like other challenges, however, we will have a check-in a week after our start date to take note of progress. I do not believe that time limits should be put on things that we desire, however, it can motivate consistency and holding ourselves responsible on our goals and accountable of our own progress.
GOAL.
The main goal surrounding this challenge is shifting our mindsets towards obtaining our dream lives as well as keeping a mental diet that works in our favor. What I often find with these manifestation challenges are that folks give up too early on their goals when they see no movement in regards to their /main/ goals they are constantly seeking proof from, it's important to remember that time is simply a manmade illusion and that we are all different in various ways which is a beautiful thing we must remember. And there is always movement with our manifestations, even if we can't consciously see it.

𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐎𝐍𝐄
Just like one would do when constructing a void list, create yourself a list of things you desire, as well as affirmations you want to be true. Doesn't matter how long the list is or what words you use or what language you use. Just make a list. You can include things about your dream life, dream apartment, dream financial situations, how often you enter the void, how quickly you enter the void, self-concept, mythical things, desired appearance, any kind of revision, superpowers, supernatural events, personality changes, drastic health changes etc, whatever you like. When creating your affirmations please remember to use past tense (always/used to/ have been) or present tense (right now/currently/ right this moment/ right this second/instantly/immediately). Make your affirmations/afformations/askformations as detailed and as long as you want, your subconscious always remember each and every detail. I'd also recommend throwing in some manifestation rules for yourself.
EXAMPLES.
I love my body.
My skin is perfect in every way and will always remain perfect with everything I do.
I've always been pretty.
I always have hella money in my bank account.
Why am I so lucky?
Why do I always enter the void instantly after just thinking about it once?
Everytime I fall asleep, I always wake up in the void.
I am a master at lucid dreaming and can lucid dream whenever I want just by affirming for it once.
I love how long, shiny, and healthy my hair always is.
Everytime I breathe I get more and more handsome.
Why am I so good at manifesting?
Regardless of everything, I can manifest anything I want instantly after affirming for it three times and it instantly conforms in the 3D.
I have my dream bedroom right now with blue walls, hardwood floors, a wardrobe filled with clothes from my y2k pinterest board, my ideal gaming set up, and an LG touch flat screen TV.
I can shift realities as easily as I can breathe.
The more I obsess over my desires the faster they conform in the 3D.
Even if I have negative thoughts or doubts, I can still manifest anything I want instantly.
Everything works in my favor, the law is always on my side.
I already have my desires, every thought that affirms the opposite is an illusion.
Whatever I say works, all techniques and methods work instantly for me.
Doing nothing works, and doing everything works when it comes to manifesting.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐓𝐖𝐎
Give that list a name. Any name ya want, doesn't matter. Ya could even just call it your 'Void List.' My own personal list has two names 'All That I Desire' and 'Void List'. Ya could also call it 'Dream Life,' 'I Want,' etc.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄
Create an affirmation that suggests you have everything on that list. Here are some examples, but do not use these to limit any other ideas you may have or what affirmations may sound most natural to you.
I have everything on [insert name list].
I manifested everything on my list instantly and easily.
I effortlessly have everything on my list.
Everytime I breathe something from my list manifests instantly.
I have my dream life.
I already have everything I want. Everything in my life is perfect.
I already have everything on [insert name list].
Regardless of everything, I have everything on [insert name list].
Isn't it wonderful?
I literally have everything on my list right now.
Everything on my list has already manifested.
My personal affirmation: Regardless of everything, I have All That I Desire.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑
Use Psych-K to affirm this affirmation for 10 minutes (at least), or just affirm for ten minutes without Psych-K. This can be done multiple times through each day, don't limit yourself to just a single session if you don't want to, do whatever makes you feel fulfilled. I would recommend trying to do this at least once per day.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐅𝐈𝐕𝐄
Outside of Psych-K or your focused affirming, I want you to use this affirmation whenever you think about anything you desire, whenever you have doubts about anything, whenever you have negative thoughts, or you can just robotically affirm this throughout the entirety of your day. It's okay to have opposing thoughts, but you need to ignore them, you cannot give them anymore attention, do not entertain them, and affirm your desires. Your umbrella affirmation is your backbone, it is your guardian angel. And if you have moments when you don't think you can stop those spiraling thoughts, take your umbrella affirmation or any other affirmation that benefits you and say it aloud with authority, over and over for 2-3 minutes. You can't say something aloud while simultaneously thinking another thing. Go RIGHT for your affirmation, we don't care about the old story anymore.
The most important thing for this step is to stop yourself from thinking the opposite of what you desire, and it's okay if you have a negative thought or two, but quickly catch yourself before you can spiral or fall back into the victim mentality. Remind yourself— no matter if you have negative thoughts, you always get what you want and everything's going to be okay. It's important to be gentle with your thoughts but also assertive when learning something new.
With robotic affirming, feelings don't matter at that time, it's simply for saturation purposes and eventually the feelings will develop on their own with robotically affirming. And if you're like me, you might just wanna flood your head with robotic affirmin' so you can stop negatives and doubts or whatever from even having the chance to come to the surface. However, if needed, feel free to affirm with authority, attitude, sass, or whatever makes you feel more powerful.
The more you repeat, the more likely you will repeat the affirmation without even realizing. I often find that robotic affirming often leads me to waking up and that affirmation is the first thought I think, that's just how saturating it can be. And with robotic affirming (affirming all damn day or at least when I remember to) and a decent mental diet, manifestations will start popping up on that very same day.
TIP: Feel free to look over your list whenever you want, as many times as you want. And if you have moments where you wanna get specific, just refer to your list and affirm that particular affirmation that you want to become true.
TIP: Just woke up? Affirm. Eating? Affirm. Have break time? Affirm. Have a moment to chill? Affirm. Taking a shower? Affirm. Using the bathroom? Affirm. Doing your make-up? Affirm. Getting dressed? Affirm. Getting ready for work/school? Affirm. Watching something you're not really paying attention to on TV? Affirm. Watching YouTube videos? Affirm. Affirm. Affirm. Affirm. Affirm.
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 𝐒𝐈𝐗
(Optional) If applicable, and if you have trouble with robotic affirming or if ya just don't feel like it, try out recording your affirmation and looping it. There are multiple applications to be used such as Self-Pause and Parrot. I often do this myself using my bluetooth earbuds with the volume at a low enough level to hear them but not loud enough to distract me from other things. And because of who I am, I will often put overhead headphones over my bluetooth headphones to listen to music or audiobooks (that's a lot, ik but its like listening to subliminals but you can change what you're watching/listening to). Or you can play the looped affirmation at a very low volume on speaker from any kind of device while going about your day. And just because you're looping your affirmation in the background, it does NOT give you permission to affirm the opposite of your desires, you need to hold yourself accountable for the thoughts you are thinking. You control your thoughts, your thoughts don't control you.
If you do all of these things, monitoring your inner thoughts, and your inner conversations, you are bound to see or feel changes around you as well as inside of you, that's the law. Things change according to our own assumptions and how strict we are with our conscious thoughts. This way, not only are you simultaneously changing your thoughts about the void, but you are also manifesting what you want to change with the void in the first place simultaneously. With this in mind, you manifest outside of the void, a lot of things on your list, and when you do consciously wake up in the void, you'll be able to manifest the rest just by saying you've got everything on your list. It's foolproof with guaranteed success as long as you continue to hold yourself accountable and remain consistent.
Addressing Some Potential Doubts About The List Method or Why This Challenge 'Might' Not Work
Some of you may be wondering, how will my subconscious know what's on my list and how will it associate everything on my list with the name of the list that I give it? The subconscious remembers everything you do, even things that you don't consciously remember. It's constantly taking notes on everything that's said which is why, precisely, it's important to watch what you're thinking as well as what you're saying aloud. You know exactly what you mean when you're referencing certain things. And think of it like this, you are already aware that the void is within us, and when you're doing this challenge, you're constantly feeding this new information into the void that's already inside of you. The only thing you need to do is correct your conscious thoughts to think in favor of your desires. Also, there are various perks that come with this challenge— you're able to manifest all types of things all at once so you don't need to limit yourself to changing one thing at a time, the affirmations and desires in your list are immediately saved into your subconscious and all you have to do is repeat the umbrella affirmation you chose, whenever you feel particularly doubtful/negative about a certain subject you can easily go back to reread what affirmations you wrote OR you can just continue robotically affirming your umbrella affirmation, and finally, you are also practicing detachment from your goals because you've pretty much wrote them down, and may have consciously forgot about them, but kept affirming that everything on your list has already manifested. And yes, you may have goals you are consistently checking for in the 3D, but with this challenge you force consistency and saturation of the mind.
TIP: if you have certain affirmations on your list that involve shifting, the void, or anything like that— i.e. "If I say an affirmation 3 times in a row it instantly manifests and conforms in the 3D." Feel free to try it out during the challenge, but do NOT, I repeat, do NOT get discouraged if it does not grant your desired results immediately. Try to be unbothered and go back to affirming your umbrella affirmation. But if you can't do that and you end up having a moment where you're sad or pissed off, give yourself a second to feel that emotion and then I want you to be stubborn and go find that affirmation you want to become true and repeat it to yourself with authority for 2-3 minutes, say it aloud or in your head, whatever makes you feel it. After that, congratulate yourself for not giving up, because who knows, maybe your manifestation did manifest in the 3D but it's a little delayed and will appear later that night or even the day after.... Don't sell yourself short. If you want something badly enough, I know you are willing to do whatever it takes to get it.
TIP: Feel free to combine this with the lullaby method, SATs, mediation and anything else you can think of.
𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍.
It's okay to start this whenever you wish, but procrastination is our worst enemy, start right now. Have fun, get excited, shit's about to change in your life, I guarantee it. Make your list, choose your umbrella affirmation, affirm like a maniac, build your foundation, and make life easier on yourself. Results are guaranteed.

bunny's ✨digital detox✨ + manifestation challenge!

hi friends! i've decided to do a little "dopamine detox" so that i can become more present in my day-to-day, connect with myself and my passions, and apply the law. instead of leaving you without any posts, i thought i would turn this short absence of mine into a challenge so that you can join me if you're interested! this is going to be a very simple challenge that mostly focuses on regaining joy in your life, but i hope it can bring you inspiration and peace.
purpose of challenge: to help your brain enjoy simple things again and fill your life with more joy, to get off of social media and apply the law, and to manifest anything you desire. as you can see, this is mostly a challenge to reconnect with ourselves and what brings us joy, but manifestation is the added bonus of this challenge!

step one:
delete or hide apps on your phone or laptop that involve mindless stimulation. for me, this includes tumblr, social media, checking things that give me notifications like my email, etc. normally, tumblr wouldn't be included in this because i use it for learning about the law, but part of this challenge is about getting offline and actually applying the law, so for now i will be deleting it.
step two:
make a list of activities that bring you joy that don't involve mindless stimulation. here are some ideas of things that i like to do if you're having trouble coming up with your own list:
scripting my dream life and coming up with cute scenarios in my head
writing a letter to a friend and decorating it with my own art or stickers
reading a fiction book and getting lost in the story
reading a non-fiction book to learn things about my passions and interests
singing and playing instruments
journaling or filling out writing prompts
going for bike rides or long walks with music
playing fun video games, but not for hours on end like i normally would heh
step three:
decide what you are going to manifest and choose your favourite methods to fulfill yourself! remember, this challenge is about connecting with yourself and what you love, so pick the methods that make you smile. i really enjoy daydreaming about my desires and feeling every emotion in my body that comes up and knowing that my desire is real.
REMEMBER: this challenge is primarily about doing a digital detox to give our brains more happiness. the main goal isn't to manifest, but it is SO much easier to manifest when our brains aren't constantly stimulated and consuming information. our desires manifesting is an added bonus for this challenge!
step four:
as you engage with your life and connect with awareness (who you are at your core) and as you enjoy activities that bring you joy, remind yourself in whatever way feels best to you that you have all of your desires, and that this extra space you're giving your brain is allowing more space for your lovely desires to show up in your life
step five:
report back during the end of any three-day period from when you start this challenge with your results! results could include how you feel, what you learned about yourself, what you manifested or realized about your manifestation, how your days looked without constantly stimulation, or anything you wish to share!

important note:
detoxing from constant stimulation is a HARD THING TO DO! they design apps to make us addicted, and your need for constant stimulation is not your fault. if at any point this challenge brings up feelings of shame or struggle due to the addiction of constant stimulation, make sure you are compassionate and loving to yourself; you're doing a wonderful thing as a gift to yourself and are a good person who is doing something very tricky, and you should be proud that you are even giving it a try. you are strong and badass and deserve the world and all of your desires! if at any point you need to dip out of this challenge, make sure to pat yourself on the back and thank yourself for trying it and know that you can always do it again in the future if you want to c:

Hey y'all !!💗
Soo i wanted to talk about a method... originally a lucid dreaming technique that i tried few weeks ago and it includes disturbing your sleep cycle soo do it when you don't have to work the next day! This method is called SSILD Technique...I am not the creator of this method and idk if anyone have talked about it earlier here if yes then please let me know I'll love to give credit to them. I can't do this method cause once i wake up it takes me about an hour to fall back asleep 😭 and in this method we have to fall asleep as soon as we can...soo let's dive into the method!♡´・ᴗ・`♡
THE SSILD TECHNIQUE
This method includes 3 cycles that we have to perform-
First cycle:- focus upon the darkness behind your closed eyelids, don't strain your eyes and don't try to see something even if it's just dark.. focus on it.
Second cycle:- focus on what you hear...it can be the sound you hear within your body or the outside noise like the fan.
Third cycle:- focus on what you feel ...it can be tingling sensation that you feel within your body or the weight of your blanket, your clothes
Soo now you know the cycles let's dive into how to use them! Combine this method with wbtb(waking up in the middle of the night preferably 2 hrs before you actually wake up ...or after 4 hrs of sleep. Do not do this method before sleeping as this includes rem sleep soo it won't work before going to bed).
Wake up in your rem sleep do something for 5 to 10 mins just don't wake yourself up be in that sleepy state
Once you ready lay down in a position in which you usually don't fall asleep and set the intention to enter the void or to lucid dream.
Time to perform the cycles!
First you'll perform the cycles fast (4-5 seconds) ....4-5 times.
Then take time and perform the cycles slowly (shouldn't take less then 30 seconds) ....3-4 times.
Then lay in your comfortable position and fall asleep as soon as you can don't think about void or anything coz that's gonna wake you up!...the earlier you sleep the more are the chances of this technique to work!
Now that you've done your part there are chances three things can happen
You can end up in a lucid dream....you can enter void through that easily
You can have a false awakening. It means you'll wake up do your stuff only to realise that it was actually a dream...soo don't forget to do a Reality check as soon as you wake up. It may all be a dream that feels so real😉
You just wake up... don't get discouraged this time just perform the slow cycles again and fall asleep quickly.
Now to enter the void setting intention before performing the cycles is enough if not then you'll end up in a lucid dream and from there void is so easy peezyy🥱

I swear by this method...i tried it just once few weeks ago and had a false awakening i did this method with zero expectations. And few nights ago i suddenly remembered this method and i was like tf it's soo easy and so effective why not use this but unfortunately as i told above I can't sleep easily soo i thought of sharing this method with you guyss! I promise if you are gonna do this for a week infact week is more than enough... you'll gonna tap into void soon.

Day #3 Slade Subliminal Challenge
Subs Listened: Obelisk, I Am, Problem Solving Potion
Time Listened: Overnight (I Am) + 30 minutes of the rest, each.
Other Methods: Robotic Affirmations, Visualization, One non-Slade subliminal (Baejin Cafe’s Glow Up subliminal)
Today’s Results:
-Got the attention of someone I’m really interested in and got to spend quality time with them outside work.
-SP focusing on work without anxiety.
-Got gifted a fancy electronic device for my job, I am so happy!
-Got invite for lunch today and got a very fancy dessert.
-The two people that bothered me at work the most were really calm and quiet today.
-My older colleague trusting me and asking me for advice, this is valuable since this colleague is well-known to be very independent and reserved to the point of being venerable and impossible to reach from everyone’s point of view.
-A difficult person I work with actually getting along with me and having positive interactions with me.
-Got a really good offer at work but even if everyone is satisfied at it, I’ll affirm it will become bigger and better because I know I can affirm it to be better.
-Got several sweets as gifts randomly.
-My pet that got recently sick feeling energetic and happy.

I think that tomorrow I’ll add my favorite sub to the mix. I’ll sort out a playlist with subs and probably add one of @adambja’s tapes to the mix. I’ll also try to get some time to do Wim Hof and relax. I’ll also try to listen to subs while doing mindless activities to help my mind.
I made a mix of lavender bath salts with Kosher salt so that’s a good way to to find a moment to relax, affirm and listen to subs.

I wanted to share something different from what we all have been listening/reading about beliefs system, I thought this was a great example to share to help you guys understand how much of an influence of mind's beliefs influence our reality and that is why it's so important to make it work with us.Please use this writing as a source of motivation for manifestation, instead of trying to find faults in it.
Lets understand this using an example of a schizophrenic.
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by a range of symptoms, including hallucinations (perceiving things that aren't real), delusions (fixed false beliefs), disorganized thinking, grossly disorganized or abnormal motor behavior, and negative symptoms (such as diminished emotional expression or avolition).
For our purpose we will focus on hallucinations and delusions
Delusions are beliefs that one perceives to be true despite conflicting evidences. Eg: believing one is being targeted or harmed by others even though there is no one doing so.
Hallucinations can be visual (seeing things in the absence of it) auditory (hearing sounds and noises that are absent) olfactory (sensing smells that aren't present) gustatory (perceiving tastes in the absence of any stimuli) tactile (feeling sensations on the skin, like tingling, burning, or insects crawling, without any external cause) somatic (Sensations involving the body, such as feeling internal organs moving or being touched, despite no external interaction.)
We call them crazy, because we see otherwise but to them it's their reality. To them the thought that someone watching them is true they might even "see" them, when in actuality it is just a hallucination. They don't see things because they exist, they see it because that is what they believe in.
So what are you trying to say crystal?
To conclude we can say that when you start believing in something you start to see proof of those things in your life. So stay delulu and feed yourself positivity 🤍
what do we have to do?
Well this taught us that if we deeply believe in something we will start to see proof, even if it's not real. Just try to think of times when you believed in something and started to see results. So work on your belief system in order to manifest!!! This is also the very base of the law of assumption or fake it till you make it technique of manifestation. (For those who don't know the law of assumption it is the law where you manifest your desires by the assumption/belief that you already have it) We can use this to manifest our dream life. All you have to do is deeply believe in it, you have to repeat the same story to yourself again & again. After a point you will get used to it.
Here is a mini activity to try!
So here's what you're gonna do for a week
Firstly Set a goal! (it could be to feel pretty or feel happier or anything else but I like to believe that whenever you try a new manifestation technique aim for something small because you'll have less resistance)
Prep time (Now think of a time when you felt like that (pretty or happy or whatever you chose. If you are trying to manifest money, think about all the times you received money.Its okay to fake the mindset or create a fake story but just believe think that it actually happened)
Build a mindset (tell yourself how lucky you are & how the universe just fucking loves you so much. The universe just loves to spoil you, how easy manifestation is for you, tell yourself how you don't even need to "manifest" anything anymore because everything just flows to you naturally)
story time (this step involves you using the above 2 steps, use all those instances from stage 2 to build the mindset from stage 3 (keep telling yourself how easy it is for you to manifest)
REPEAT (actually the most important! Repeat step 4 every single minute, while eating, while drinking, while breathing, while sleeping. Stay fucking obsessed with it as if it's your crush. Keep telling yourself the same story obsessively and just believe in it for a week!!

Clear Skin Manifestation Challenge
Join me in a clear skin manifestation challenge!!! Having clear skin doesn't need to be difficult, the reason by it becomes difficult is because of our beliefs. This isn't to say it's your fault, it's just that our limiting beliefs are stopping us from being the best versions of ourselves. But you know what? You have the ability to change all of that! You get to decide how your skin is.
Decide it. Accept it, FEEL IT!!!!!
So, for 2 weeks, let's do this challenge together and achieve the best glowy skin ever!
You in two weeks ----> (or should I say "you right now" because we already got that glowing skin!!!)

Step ONE:
To start off, get a clear image of your skin. What do you look like now that you have the most gorgeous clear skin??? How does it feel?? Do you feel absolutely gorgeous and confident? Do you smile confidently knowing your skin is literally GLOWING?????? LIVE IN THE FEELING. When you open your eyes, continue to live in the feeling. Don't be distracted by the 3D world, it doesn't matter, you are now living in the skin of your dreams, so act like it!!
Step TWO:
Once you've had a clear vision, strut like you have it. Act like it, talk like it. Look at yourself in the mirror and say, "damn girl, your skin is glowing!!!!" Who cares if the 3D isn't showing it? It's a reflection of the past, it literally does not matter.
Now, before you go saying "But I wanna see it in the 3d!!!!" Girl, you will! Live in the feeling of the wish fulfilled and it has to happen! It's literally inevitable!
Step THREE:
OKAY IMPORTANT NOTE HERE. You can do methods if you want, robotic affirmation, gratitude, 369 method, whatever but get your mindset STRAIGHT.
Whenever you do methods affirmations, don't do it from a place of trying to get something. Don't have the mindset of "if I listen to this subliminal for 20 minutes, or do this method I'll GET clear skin." NO. If you do this, then you'll always be in the state of trying and not HAVING.
YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO GIVE YOURSELF WHATEVER YOU WANT>
You don't have to wait for the universe or divine timing. You give yourself what you want. How do you do this?
FEELING.
Why do you want clear skin? You want it to feel good. Well guess what? You can feel good now. You can feel confident and gorgeous now. Feel it like you already have it. Give yourself that feeling. Visualize just because it makes you feel good, not to try and manifest something.
When you stop trying to manifest and allow you to give yourself all the feelings that come along with clear skin, you're telling the universe that you already have clear skin.
And when you decide, the universe delivers!
So, the take away is:
IT'S ALREADY DONE. THAT'S IT!!!! It doesn't even have to be 2 weeks, you've got clear skin now!!!! Whoo hoo!
Live in the end.
Do methods that make you FEEL GOOD>
Imagine that all the food you are eating is clearing your skin. Be so grateful for it's healing energy and embrace it.
Embrace yourself and your skin.
It is done.

My thoughts on the 10k Affirmation Challenge
Initially I never liked the idea of counting or keeping track of your affirmations. It’s always been something certain people do while manifesting, and if it works for them, cool, but I never wanted to do it. I thought it might make me overthink or obsess, but I recently downloaded a counter and I’m gonna try this. I’m really just going to affirm throughout my day as normal but also try to squeeze in some time to sit and affirm and track my affirmations with the app. Here’s why I’ve changed my mind:
When we are going through our day we are thinking around 70000 thoughts. If you are not actively controlling those thoughts then you are probably not manifesting what you want successfully. If you are not brushing off your unwanted thoughts and replacing them with your affirmations, you are probably wondering why you’re not manifesting and you’re probably getting discouraged. A while ago I realized the reason I don’t consistently manifest is probably because I am not on top of my thoughts as much as I think I am. If you affirm and flip thoughts a few times throughout the day, there’s still all the other thoughts for all the remaining time. The negative thoughts right now are what are natural and comfortable and normal to you, so you don’t really notice just how much you are thinking them. The affirmations are new and require your effort and focus, getting out of the habit of thinking unwanted thoughts requires effort and focus and determination. So you are automatically still thinking about the old story a majority of the time which is why your affirmations aren’t working. Your thoughts manifest. So you must be thinking about what you want more than you’re thinking about what you don’t want or else it’s just going to stay the same. If you were to count and keep track of how much you affirm, you will see how truly little amount of time you’re actually doing it. You will notice that the majority of the time you aren’t putting in the effort. Which is okay and understandable, like i said it takes effort. This is what putting in the work means, this is what taking action means. If you want to see change you have to change. Your mind has to change. When I have noticed my manifestations coming thru it was because I was flipping my thoughts and affirming consistently, it was not when I was doing silly methods or consuming tons of manifesting info, it was when I was putting in the work and just staying on top of my thoughts.
So I’m taking this as a chance to refresh. I’m going to look objectively at how often I actually affirm and consciously think from the end state. Cuz I just get mad and discouraged, “why isn’t it working” when I could be instead thinking “this works, everything works for me, I get what I want”
The 10k affirmations challenge is a fantastic way to motivate yourself to keep affirming and persisting. That is ACTUALLY what manifestation is, so this is really the one.
Mental diet:
Mental diet is an important part of conscious manifestation that I don’t hear people talking about enough. If you’re affirming through your day whenever you remember to, but then you allow yourself to worry and spiral and wonder, you will not see much progress. The more you affirm the less you’ll have to worry about mental diet because the old story is going to fade from your mind, but it is important that when negative or opposing thoughts pop up, you CRUSH THEM INTO OBLIVION. Depending on the thought, you can address it differently. For example, if you’re manifesting a car and you think “I don’t have a car” you just brush it off and say “yes I do have a car.” But if you are anxious, desperate, doubtful, you may need to be a little more aggressive in order to get your mind to let go of that thought, you can start rampaging affirmations until you feel better. This applies to any desire.
Initially I thought of this whole 10k affirmation thing as just a nice reminder that your desire is achievable if you just put in the work. Now I am really seeing the possibilities. This is going to change the way I affirm and the way I manifest. I will spend much less time in frustration and doubt and more time just affirming. Because the only thing between me and my desires is my thoughts. And I knew this but there’s was nothing in me to keep me grounded, no self discipline and no way to track how I was doing. I would get super motivated and start affirming a lot and start getting what I wanted and then I would just lose motivation and focus. You can’t count on motivation or a good mood, because you don’t always have that. You have to stay focused no matter what. Even though I affirmed that I was always motivated, the old story of not being motivated was still there and I didn’t PERSIST until it went away, I just lost motivation. You MUST persist because your mind is going to remind you of the old story. You have to flip that, affirm over it, make your affirmations much louder and more prominent until you forget the old story. Because you will forget it, it’s just currently what is most prominent in your mind which is why your 3D and automatic thoughts assumptions and beliefs reflect it. But your mind is malleable. It’s like clay. Saturate your mind with the affirmations so you can mold it into a new thought.
I made a clay pot. I didn’t like the design. So I sprayed it with water and I was able to smooth it out a bit but the structure and form was much the same. So I soaked the pot in water for hours and the pot became completely saturated and I was able to crush it back into a ball of clay and create an entirely new pot, better, more beautiful, exactly as I desired. That clay pot is like your mind. The water is your affirmations. Just affirm, don’t worry about anything else don’t worry about how ugly the pot is don’t keep taking it out of the water and looking at how ugly it is just keep it in the water so you can change it into something new. Now go affirm

This is all about realising what your dream life is and reaching for it because there’s no point waiting.
- What do you see and want in your dream life (write down everything, dream people place holidays)
- Create affirmations around this eg: I live my desired reality
- Is there anything about this life you can include in your current life and if so do that (habits, diet etc)
- Never stop persisting even when it feels like it’s never going your way, remember you live this life in the 4d even if you can’t see it.
- Ignore the 3d and stay away from negative content such as shows and music.
- Make a music playlist, vision board, reset your phone and cut off toxic people
- connect with yourself spiritually, such as meditating and learning more about your birth chart.
- Change your mindset, idgaf mindset and an open mind to manifest everything, remind yourself that nothing is off limits

24 HOUR CHALLENGE
ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
So basically this challenge is for impatient people (like me).
What you have to do for this challenge
You have to live and think as a master manifester and you can manifest instantly and effortlessly. You have all of your desires.
Affirm/visualise/(any other technique) when you feel like it or whenever you think of your desires. (for me this is way is convenient but you can do however you feel like).
Accept your 4D and imagination as your reality.
Live in the end. You have everything that you want. So now you can sit back, relax and live your life. (Having all you want should be calming/exciting/however you feel, not stressful right?!)
If you have any intrusive/negative thoughts during the challenge, flip your thoughts to your favour. (Mental diet, so you can keep your thoughts in check)
Remember
You're affirming only to remind yourself of having your desires. The 3D is malleable so you can always change to your liking.
Please try to focus more on your desired reality and live in 4D. Try not to focus much on your old story.
My RULES
I am the Queen of my reality, so I always get what I want when I want.
I am a master manifester. I always manifest instantly and effortlessly.
I have everything that I want. My life is literally perfect. I am always perfect.

Hey everyone! Now I know I said I was taking a break, but I felt better this morning and decided to scroll through and I saw this post and I thought huh, that looks like fun! And what better to get me out of a slump than to do a challenge. I always find that participating in challenges makes manifesting a little simpler because it makes it more fun and less of a stressful thing. So this is the 48 hour manifestation challenge by @zen-shu and I thought I'd participate and encourage everyone else to do the same!

A different desired face - I currently have one that looks like an idealized version of the face I was born with, but now I want to go for something a little more drastic.
Perfect college essay - Me and my brothers are in the midst of college applications so I'm manifesting that we all write the perfect college essay. I meet with my advisor tomorrow so I'll be trying to write the rest of it today. Manifesting that it's perfect!
Lunch date with my bf <3 - My bf and I haven't hung out together in a while now so I'm manifesting that we find a day with clear schedules for the both of us so we can go somewhere nice and talk.
Full gas tank in my car - This is a boring one but my car has been running low on fuel recently and I'm too lazy to fill it up and none of my brothers will do it for me so lol I'm manifesting I'll just get in later and it'll be full.
