WIP WEDNESDAY [25/10/23]

So bunny- what have you been up to this week? [Apart from being cold because autmn has set in here in the uk and you're a summer girlie at heart?]

WATERCOLOUR PAINTINGS

Me and @another-corpo-rat have been working up a cyberpunk 2077 AU for our girlies and its giving me so much life and so many brain worms !! Today I got out my watercolours n had a play around- I've not done tradional art in... *checks notes-* a good number of months - decided to do some painting because one of @nananarc 's gorgeous watercolours crossed my dash not to long ago and it reminded me that I have watercolours I can play around with <3 Viridian never has a good time when Victoria is around lololol

WIP WEDNESDAY SUNDAY [12/11/23]

Happy wip Wednesday Sunday -! I was tagged by @cinnamon-mey and @aggravateddurian to show what I’ve been working on (and… oh man I’ve been working on a lot recently - but I’ll only be sharing what’s on the very front of my brain right now -!!

NETWATCH’S ACCOUNTS OF ARASAKA’S RED RABBIT

Above is the opening dialogue to my current writing wip - fic is set during the main quest " I walk the line" (which is one of my favourite quests in cp2077). Viridian and Jackie infiltrate the grand imperial mall and follow the VDB’s until they come face to face with the netwatch agent, Bryce Mosley. Viridian strikes a deal with Bryce- the interaction runs parallel to the cdpr canon until…. It doesn’t. After striking a deal- just as viridian turns to leave - Bryce asks a question that opens a whole can of worms. - " are you as brutal , as you were in your days at Arasaka-?" - Viridian turns back to Bryce - she puts up walls- denying she knows anything - acting clueless… Which prompts the netwatch agent to pull up the files they have on her… This fic will feature @another-corpo-rat ‘s Victoria Crane and @heywoodvirgin ‘s Venus Laroche - it will try to deep dive into all the secrets Viridian has tried to keep hidden. When she got smoked out of Arasaka - she wanted to throw her old life away - make a new one with Jackie… but deep down - she knew it would all come back to her. Her love knew only on surface level how bad things were at Arasaka - He will learn what his love went through… this fic will also tie into my Rasmus centric long fic - "can you hear the music?" ( a hint to the the accounts have already been named within it ;0 )

M0CK1NGJAY - THE COLONEL’S MEDIC

With the help of @another-corpo-rat (who I have basically been throwing blorbo ideas at) - I’ve been slowly trying to work on M0CK1NGJAY - my new cp2077 oc - she’s still got a lot of work to go into her - lots of world building and character design and everything- but I feel… I feel like I’m getting somewhere-! I’m planning to create a face texture mod for her - a burn scar similar to Rasmus’s ! I’m planning to get some sort of character sheet made for her soon - everything is very up in the air with her but I’m so excited to work on her <3 (I’m also excited to smoosh her and Kurt Hansen together like barbie dolls)

Gonna be real for a moment - please know this is not a cry for help or pity or attention- this is just me trying to voice a thought that's been sitting with me for such a long time

I'm incredibly lonely irl. I don't have many friends in real life that are local to me - aside from one or two of them. I made most of my adult-life friends at university- and now having been a graduate for... a few years- people move on with their own things - I don't talk as much to them any more. I am content with this- I accept it. But sometimes the loneliness sinks it's teeth Into me, and it hurts.

Joning tumblr all thoes years ago- and then Re joining tumblr last year- posting cyberpunk 2077 stuff - has lead me to make some of the most wonderful and amazing Internet friends [psst @heywoodvirgin @vrovij @imaginarycyberpunk2023 @wanderingaldecaldo @chessalein @another-corpo-rat @halsin I'm looking at you all and sending big virtual hugs <3 ]

If tumblr eventually goes down - I'm glad to have spent time here and to have made lots of good memories.

WIP WEDNESDAY (01/11/23)

*running to tumblr* oh my god how is it wednesday alreay- byt ANYWAY HELLO happy wip wednesday -!!! - @wanderingaldecaldo tagged me in her post - so now it's time for me to happy yell

SO BUNNY- What've you been up too this week? (spoiler: it's been mostly a yelling about blorbo week for me)

WORLD BUILDING (with the help from @another-corpo-rat )

as mentioned in last weeks WIP wednesday post- me and Tate have been world building and makin fun AU's with our babes (Viridian and Victoria) - we've been putting the blorbos into a blender and putting that belnder on full speed

for the first time in years - the red rabbit stood equal to the viper. - og post here

snippit from a drabble including our girlies - the fic concept revolving around Viridian and Rouge sneaking around Adam Smasher's hideout - Victoria is there, at the hideout- but she is well out of sight- looking through cams at her old 'saka colleuge- she notices how Viridian is without Jackie at this time- Victoria knows Viridian is strong on her own- but Jackie compliments her - they work as a unit.... So, Victoria leaves Viridian a lovely email just to toy with her <3 (spoiler- it's not a lovely email-it's actually rather jaring because Viridian has so many bad memories of Victoria - Victoria is a villian in Viridian's narrative and we are living for it >:3 ) The drabble will eventually refrence the mini-fic Tate wrote for me (run rabbit run)- Poking at ideas of in the past- Viridian not getting out of an ice break in time - Victoria realising that the red rabit is back in the game after years of being off of arasaka's grid and network.

LONG NIGHTS AND TOUGH CHOICES - OG POST HERE

SOOOOOO i finally sunk my teeth into the phantom libery DLC (i'm having so much fun-!! even if my baby pc is struggling with areas) - Having the DLC also means.. I can play around with model swaps and other things in AMM !! These gifs were taken from swapping out Reed for Jackie and Viridian for Myers!!!... The gifs will serve as inspo for a fic (that I will probz never get round to writing-) but the premese is Jackie and Viridian are the two are stranded in dog town (in my canon Jackie lives and goes to DT with his girl during the events of PL)... The two are met with very tough choices - and they argue - and in the moment viridian says she wishes she and Jackie never everr took the Kompeki heist all that time ago- if she and Jackie had never took it- there'd be no Johnny- no bio chip- no time bomb in the ex corpos head. No agreement with songbird- no rescuing the presedent- She'd have a chance to live with Jackie instead of knowing she's going to die - she says in the moment of arguing that jackie should just go- leave her- as the biochip is eating at her psyche. at the emotional height of the argument- Jackie blows a fuse and walks out on viridian. The two rarely argue so when they do it's all the more intense - He stays away for a few hours- trying to process everything viridian said to him. But then after the hours pass- he returns to the building he and her were hiding in- Viridian just about asleep on an old mattress- she looks like she's been crying- she looks so vulnerable and - emotionally wrecked- jackie comes and sits by her- trying his best not to wake her- he slips off his valentinos bomber and drapes it over her and presses a kiss to her forehead. He tells her as she sleeps that They'll endure - they'll survive. They'll get through this hell. Jackie will be with his girl until the inevitable end of all things... (i'VE HAD A LOT OF FEELS ABT THESE TWO)

on the second image... The tiefling with the green hair and toothy grin is my dear warlock, Rowan Hawkmore. My main dnd oc from when I was at uni. she was drawn by my friend wonderful Marvin back in 2020? (i think?) (his work can be found here ) . The big beefy hobgoblin below her is my beloved Grayson. Rowan's husband and war cheif of his tribe. He was draw by my talented friend kath (her work can be found here )

The art of Viridian on the third image (right side- around halfway down) is by my wonderful mutual @vrovij (PLEASE GO GIVE HER LOTS OF LOVE- SHE IS SUCH A SOURCE OF INSPO TO ME!) The pink piece of Jackie and Viridian was a commission from Marvin (the same guy who drew rowan!)
