It is not that “I need Jesus”
it’s not that I don’t like religion, it’s that I have literal trauma from it being an accepted excuse in society for someone’s hatred and bigotry.
Minority groups, especially queer, disabled, low income, and neurodivergent groups have been targeted by these extremely religious people just because we live slightly different lives than them.
If you are going to use your belief of an all mighty sky daddy(s) to make it morally acceptable to harass and abuse people who are different from you, WHY? What is the point?
I have been stopped in Walmarts, shopping malls and other public places just for people to say “I pray for you” as if they think I’m broken. I’m not broken, I don’t need to be fixed, no two people are exact copies of each other, so you’re gonna be praying for everyone but yourself.
Religion isn’t a valid reason to be a hateful person, you’re just harming people.
I’ve been to more sermons than science labs, but I know how I got to be different, because, like a lot of things, it’s ✨genetic✨, not that my parents sinned, it wasn’t a birth defect from my mom doing certain things while pregnant, not that I got all my vaccinations, not how the stars aligned when I was born, it’s just I got the short end of the genetics stick.
We aren’t shoving “wokeness” down your throats, if anything, looking back at history and even now, religion was forced on people who didn’t want to believe in it. It is very clear what is supposedly the “most valued” religion. Look at our holiays, for example, Christmas, Easter, Good Friday, to name a few.
I don’t celebrate holidays, I never have, because I always have been an atheist. I knew from a young age what was considered religious, what was a result of religion and the terrible things religion has done to a minority I have been in since I was born.
Religion has divided society, and probably will for a long time.

New Marshall Merchandise #57... or #32... or #29, I've Lost Count!
You know, I started posting these updates a few years ago, back when many of my followers were curious about anything I added to my collection. Some of them have gone quiet, possibly moved on or lost interest in PAW Patrol. I'm not sure if my current followers have any interest in these updates. At this point, I just post about these now because I enjoy showing off new items of my favorite character. 😇
Tumblr media
And new items, I indeed have! Many of these I've collected over the last month or two, as finding new items hasn't exactly been too easy lately. Most major stores are still selling Jungle Pups and Mighty Movie toys, so hopefully anything new will pop up soon enough. Despite that, I have managed to find a few interesting things!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I first found out about this little figurine when it popped up on Ebay, but nobody would sell it without the other pups (Chase, Skye and Rubble... sadly, no Rocky or Zuma). Someone on Twitter told me they seen some at a Dollar Tree, so of course, I tried checking all the stores I have near me. It took a while, but one finally got some in! Best of all, it's only $1.25, so that's cool!
Hey, you know what else is cool?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Accidentally finding another piece of merchandise I didn't expect to see! I'd actually seen one of these on Ebay earlier the same day, but I thought it was a part of some set. Much to my surprise, Dollar Tree also had it, and also for $1.25. It's not the most impressive of the bath squirters I own, but I'm still happy to add it to my collection!
Ha, look at the label! Chase, Marshall, Skye... and Zuma! Well, it makes sense, given he's the water pup, but I still didn't expect that. Nice to see him on a label for once. :)
Tumblr media
I'd actually seen pictures of these online a few times over the years, although they were typically branded as Christmas candy. I never could find any at the stores near me, but then a friend said she seen some at Walgreens. I searched around and finally found one... the last one they had left, in fact! Score! And yeah, I likely won't eat it... it'll sit in my collection along with that other Easter candy I got. lol
...huh, I just noticed it's cracked around the neck. I don't think it was like that when I bought it. Guess I somehow did that. Oops... but it still looks cool, right? Maybe I can find one to replace it when they show up again next year... if they show up again next year. 😅
Tumblr media
I seen this at a garage sale for $1. How could I say no? Besides, just look at Marshall on this thing! Too cute, as always! 🥰
Actually, this was yet another lucky find, since I've seen these on Ebay for like $10 (with $5 shipping or so). The fact it's practically in perfect condition is also quite awesome. Living in a small town has it perks!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Last, and it's the priciest item today. I seen this while helping my folks with their shopping at Walmart. They had a few, but they were all Marshall. I wasn't going to get one at first, due to just how big it is, but my mother knows I collect practically anything of Marshall, so she bought it for me. Indeed, I'm already having trouble finding a spot for it, but no doubt I will... eventually... along with the other items on my table. Remember my last few updates? Yeah... most of those items are still sitting there, too. I'm running out of room! lol
That's all for now! I actually do have a few more items coming in the mail, so I'll have a few more things to show off soon enough... Valentines plush dolls, in fact. Ones I expected my local Walmart to get, but they never did. Otherwise, a friend of mine in the UK has offered to send me something I believe is only being sold in her country, so I'll get to add another imported item to my collection soon! I always love doing that, so I'm looking forward to getting it!
As for the Rescue Wheels toys, I've no idea when they'll show up. Maybe in June? July? Whenever the USA finally puts the episodes on their schedule. Now that I think about it, they'll probably be the last toys based on the original designs, huh? All future merch will likely use the new style. We better enjoy it while it lasts, I suppose.

Some creative gift ideas for all the uncreative people out there who are sick of giving basic ass gifts (budget friendly)
- Go to the store. Find your way to the candle aisle. Now what you’re gonna do is smell candles until you find one that has a smell that reminds you of the person you’re gifting for. Buy it. When you get home, get out your computer and get on canva. Make a custom label with the person’s name on it, the fragrance notes, and a short, sweet description of that person and why those smells remind you of them. Then print it out and make it into a sticker (you can easily make a sticker with large clear tape over the print, just look up DIY stickers). Take off the original label and put the hand made sticker on instead. If you want, you could even make a candle out of wax melts, a mason jar, and some wicks if you feel like it.
- If you are good with crafts, USE THOSE TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.
-If you can knit or crochet, make a blanket, scarf, a pair of mittens, or a stuffed animal.
- Take a picture frame. Get a printed picture of you and the person. Press flowers (if you’re lazy, you can literally press flowers in the microwave in less than two minutes. Look it up.). Arrange the flowers and picture in the frame how you want (be sure to wear gloves and clean the glass first! You dont want there to be eternal fingerprints on the glass!) and grab the tacky glue. Gently apply a small dab of tacky glue to each flower and glue it firmly in place. Do the same with the picture. Close up the frame, wrap, and you are GOLDEN.
- Go to the store. Grab a travel cup or mug (or go to the person’s favorite coffee shop and buy a travel mug there). Go to the candy aisle. Grab a bag of their favorite candy, along with two king sized candy bars, and any other little knickknacks you think they might like. Put it all in the cup and put on the lid.
- Grab a box. Figure out the person’s favorite color. Go to Dollar Tree, Five Below, Walmart, Target, wherever you want. Just find things in that person’s favorite color. Socks, gloves, candy, drinks, accessories, gift cards, candles, soaps, anything. Grab some easter basket filler paper (idk what it’s actually called) in that color (or if it doesn’t come in that color, do black or white. Those will do.) and some construction paper in that color. Now, add the filler paper, then the knickknacks, then glue or tape the construction paper to the inside of the cardboard lid. Write a note if you want. Wrap it up and you are good to go.
-Make jewelry. Trust me. All you need is a chain, a clasp, some charms/beads, and a pair of pliers. The rest is kind of self explanatory but if you don’t understand this explanation for some reason feel free to ask.
- Put together a small thrifted surprise box for the person (wash the clothes first though and make sure they’re okay with that sort of thing!)
- Make something out of clay. Jewelry, room decor, etc.
- Go find one of those letter cutout boxes with the letter of their first initial. Find fake flowers in their favorite color (you can probably find this at dollar tree), then go find a bunch of small knickknacks like jewelry, candy, soaps, etc. Grab floral foam. Fill the letter box with floral foam (if you want, spray paint the box first) Stab the flowers into the floral foam. Grab kabob sticks, cut to desired length. Tape the knickknacks to the kabob sticks and stab them into the floral foam like you did the flowers.
- Go to a thrift store. First go to the basket section. Find a picnic basket. Then go find some teacups, a small charcuterie board, pretty plates, and maybe some pretty silverware (or if you think it would be weird to do silverware from a thrift store, grab it from walmart or target or smth) If you’re an adult, go ahead and find a wine glass or two. After that, you want to go to Walmart. Find a picnic blanket, or a picnic table cloth. If you get the picnic table cloth and have ametuer sewing skills, grab two. Then grab some of the person’s favorite snacks and drinks. Go home and put it all together in the basket. If you chose to grab two table cloths so you can sew, measure the interior of the picnic basket and (assuming it’s square) cut out the dimensions on one of the table cloths and sew them together into a “box” (pattern facing the inside of the box, fuzzy part outside) and put the “box” inside the picnic basket. Now it has a cute, protective interior inside, and the other tablecloth can be used as a picnic blanket. Once its all arranged, you have made a cute picnic set for the person!
- Find a book you like, reread it, and annotate it for them. Then wrap it up. Typically you want a new book for this.
- Go to a craft store. Buy a baseball cap or a cute hat with nothing on it, or if you want, grab a tote bag or something. Grab fabric paint. Custom paint the item for the person.

"I think you're going to hell but I love and support you"
This is gonna be rambly, mainly because I just wanna get these thoughts out before I finish my coffee, and because I currently don't have a therapist, so you're just getting the raw thoughts:
I simultaneously admire, respect, and feel pity for my mom.
When I first tried to come out, she thought I was telling her that I was gay. She told me, with tears in her eyes as she pulled me in for a deep hug, "I love you, and you know how I believe and that I think you're going to hell, but I love you so much, and will always be here for you"
When I actually came out and told her I was transitioning, I told her that I knew she'd have big feelings about it and I'd give her space to process. Weeks later, when we finally talked about it, she said what I feared most: that she was "grieving" her son. But then she told me that she respected me and wanted to keep her "grieving" to herself and process it without dragging me down, so I gave her space for a little longer.
And she also said she still thought I was going to hell, but that she loved and supported me.
I worried about what "support" meant. She still didn't use my pronouns at the time, but I noticed she'd avoid using any pronouns at all for me, especially around my (very transphobic) dad.
She did, however, give me some things for my hair when I started growing it out, and advice. She did, however, buy me a very lovely (and flattering, feminine-looking) cardigan. She did, however, take me on an impromptu shopping trip one day -- a swing through Walmart to grab some things on the way back from my niece's volleyball game, and a detour to Walmart's makeup section.
She did, several times, acknowledge that I'm "becoming a woman" and refer to my sister and I as "the girls".
When I found out I'd been put on the schedule for a bottom surgery consult with my #1 choice of surgeon, I asked her if she wanted to go NYC with me for the appointment, and also be my caregiver through the process. She said yes. In NYC, now that I'm finally starting to pass, almost everyone we encountered treated us (my mom, my sister, and I) like any other group of women. We got greeted with "Ladies!" more than once. I got to hear my mom use my pronouns and refer to me as her daughter for the first time, and then the entire time we were up there.
But once we were back, the next time I was at their house, as Dad did his usual thing (of only acknowledging me as "son" and rolling his eyes when I refuse to respond to that), Mom went back to either misgendering me or not gendering me. And at the end of the night, as I got ready to go home, she pulled me into a hug and quietly apologized and said she'd try to get it right.
The other day, a transphobic relative messaged me on Facebook with exactly what you'd expect: A rambling message about how I'm going against God's design for my life, and am disappointing both him and my parents, and ending with a note about how they're praying for me. I mentioned it to Mom, and she asked to see the message, and then said "you know, I agree with them, but you are an independent person who can make your own choices. Just know that in my belief system, those choices mean you're going to hell, and I do pray for you every day. But I love you and I'm going to support you no matter what."
As I drove home, she texted me to say that she definitely didn't mean any offense and that she really does love me, and want me to be happy, and that she'd do her best to keep her beliefs regarding me going to hell to herself.
Yesterday, at our extended family's Easter get-together, I showed up dressed and presenting more explicitly femme than ever. Nobody in our extended family (almost all Pentecostal Christians) really made any effort to interact with me. My dad, a Pentecostal preacher who's basically made a point of never talking to me about my transition, but begging relatives to pray for me behind the scenes and constantly vague-posting about the prodigal son on Facebook, was there and blessed the food but didn't speak to me at all.
But my mom? She came right up to me and hugged me and told me she was glad to see me. She said my hair looked lovely. She asked about the dessert I'd brought. When I left, she kissed me on the cheek in front of the other relatives and told me to drive safe and text her when I got home.
And today, I come across a post from Abraham Piper, who talks about how everyone feels bad for kids in fundie families, but nobody really feels bad for the parents. The parents, who are thoroughly convinced that their child is doomed to eternal torment for not sharing their beliefs. The parents, who also believe they'll face eternal torment if they don't continue holding those beliefs. The parents, who are every bit as indoctrinated to those beliefs as I almost was.
And it's just striking to me, that my mom really, sincerely believes I'm going to hell - not even for sin (we've discussed it, and she's not sure if she sees transitioning as a sin) but for not believing in the same things she does. But yet, other than a couple of slips that she's genuinely apologized for, she doesn't try to hang that over me or use it to guilt me. She tries her best to support me in ways that matter to me, even though her husband (again, a fundie preacher) doesn't agree with her and there's starting to be obvious tension between them.
I wonder about her Christianity. I know she was taught the same things I was taught growing up, about the KJV being the word of God, and being wholly and completely literal, and that she was a taught a theology where Hell was central.
I think I should tell her about the journey I'm going through. The last update she ever got on my religious beliefs was in high school, when I pronounced that God wasn't real, and that I was an atheist.
Would it heal her heart to know that I'm now - more than a decade after I left church and Christianity behind - deconstructing the faith I was taught growing up, and falling back in love with Christ and learning how to be a Christian in a wholly different way. Would it help her to know that I have a relationship with Christ that doesn't involve a belief in Hell at all?
Or would she see this as heresy, and dig in further to her taught beliefs?
I don't know. Maybe I could hope for her to be on the way to deconstruction? But it must be so hard for her. And I have to try so hard not to be wounded by her beliefs when, if not for a few circumstances, I'd probably hold the exact same beliefs, even when they hurt me. She clearly hurts so much from her beliefs. Can you imagine believing that your daughter is going to burn for eternity, but also that you needed to respect and honor her boundaries, and also supporting her transition fully, all while you have a Pentecostal preacher for a husband?
I love her so much, and I hope she can be free from Hellfire theology and doctrine eventually because she deserves to be liberated.
We all do, and I think that's what Easter is all about. Christ liberating us all from the threat of hell - regardless of who we are, what we've done, or what we believe.

Cookie For Your Thoughts
The human animal is a peculiar one. As much as we love to think of ourselves as the apex species, we still have a lot of quirks and frailties. For example, we are pattern-seeking animals, and often use those patterns to try to determine causality. Some people are good with ambiguity and change, while others want a black-and-white world. We crave routine in our lives, while at the same time seek variety.
Now you see why studying consumer behavior is difficult. We’re all over the place.
But it is that variety-seeking behavior that marketers love to try to serve. It explains why marketers work round the clock to develop new products. It’s not just about radical innovations that change our lives. No, it can be as simple as new flavors, new colors, and odd mashups.
Like the latest entrant from Coca-Cola, which features their Coca-Cola Zero Sugar soft drink paired with Oreo cookies. No, you’re not dreaming. It’s part of Coca-Cola’s ongoing flavor festival that features limited edition concoctions designed to stimulate short-term demand for their products.
Tumblr media
I stumbled up 10-packs of mini cans last night at the Canyon Walmart, and added one to my cart. I don’t even consume soft drinks on a regular basis, but decided I had to try this one.
I am not sure how the food chemists at Coca-Cola came up with this, because, to be honest, I have never indulged in these as a food pairing. I get the calorie canceling aspect, because drinking a diet soda with calorie-laden cookies comes out to a net zero, right? Well, in some consumers’ maths, I suppose, but we all know it doesn’t really work this way.
By now I bet you’re wondering how it tastes. I just opened a can for a sip, and, well let’s just say that one sip is all I needed. It has hints of Oreo cookie for sure, as well as the bland notes of Coca-Cola Zero. I wouldn’t rush out to buy some, unless you need some extra entertainment for an upcoming party.
It raises the ages-old question, though, of what purpose these new products, whether limited edition or long-term releases, serve. Do they increase sales and consumer interest, or at least help maintain what was there before? Or are these flights of fantasy just expensive gimmicks that get media attention but little else?
This one reminds me of the Pepsi Peeps collab that came out in March 2023, just in time for Easter. They were so bad they make the Oreo Coca-Cola Zero taste pretty good. It’s just that the soft drink industry—meaning mostly Coca-Cola and Pepsi—has a long history of doing this. Dr. Pepper, which as an individual brand but not the entire product catalog just inched past Pepsi Cola in sales, also loves odd flavor combos.
Basically, these are short-term promotions, unless they plan to keep the new flavor indefinitely. And short-term promos are designed to stimulate sales, perhaps out of curiosity, but also to help build better engagement with the brand. Oh, and there’s that consumer behavior aspect, the assumption that we consumers do like variety.
You know. Along with our routine.
If Coca-Cola was hoping to increase sales, they did just that last night with my purchase. I would not have otherwise bought any, so in terms of Dr. Gerlich consumption, they went from 0 to 1 10-packs. It’s probably not enough to tell the shareholders about, but if it causes a significant number of people to do it, even if only for the novelty aspect, I suppose it will have served its purpose.
Then again, if you buy this one instead of the regular version, all they have done is robbed Peter to pay Paul, and they probably lost some money in the exchange because these new products don’t just invent themselves.
If you look beyond your shopping cart, you will see plenty of other examples of how marketers appeal to our desires for variety. Check out your closet and look at all the different garments that had their moment in the fashion spotlight. Your torn jeans are going to look pretty silly in five years. Look a little farther, and you will find that marketers everywhere are playing this card, all because we like the flavor of the month to go along with our mainstays.
If this were a face-to-face class, I would bring my 10-pack and a bunch of small cups so you all could try it. You’ll just have to imagine it for now. Or, if you’re like me, a 10-pack will find its way into your cart. Because we do like to shake things up a bit.

3. Layering for Spring Weather Easter often brings unpredictable spring weather. Layer your Bunny Easter Shirt with a light jacket or cardigan to stay warm. You can also add a scarf or hat to complete the look while staying cozy.
Caring for Your Bunny Easter Shirt
To ensure that your Bunny Easter Shirt lasts for many Easters to come, follow these care instructions:
1. Washing Tips
Turn Inside Out: Wash the shirt inside out to protect the design from fading.
Use Cold Water: Cold water helps preserve the colors and prevents shrinking.
Mild Detergent: Choose a gentle detergent that is suitable for delicate fabrics.
2. Drying Tips
Air Dry: To avoid damage from high heat, air dry your shirt. Lay it flat or hang it up to dry.
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Drying in direct sunlight can cause colors to fade. Opt for a shaded area if drying outside.
3. Storing Your Shirt Store your Bunny Easter Shirt in a cool, dry place. Fold it neatly and avoid hanging it to prevent stretching. Proper storage helps maintain the shirt’s shape and design.
Conclusion
A Bunny Easter Shirt is more than just a festive piece of clothing—it's a way to celebrate the joy and renewal that Easter brings. With so many designs and styles available, there's a perfect Bunny Easter Shirt for everyone. Whether you're looking for something playful, elegant, or humorous, you'll find the ideal shirt to make your Easter celebrations even more special.

5 Tips To Tweak Your Skincare For Spring
Tumblr media
While some love to curl up in bed as the winter chill rattles against their window, most prefer the warmth and vibrant colors of spring. It's one of the most eagerly anticipated times of the year as people look forward to the blossoming of vibrant colors, the excitement of spring break, Coachella and Easter, and perhaps most importantly, a break from the cold and gloomy winter!
With spring comes new skin issues due to the shift in weather conditions. Higher temperatures and increased humidity can impact your skin, leading to a variety of issues such as dryness, rashes, acne, eczema, and allergies. The transition from cold, dry winter air to warmer, more humid conditions can cause your skin to produce more oil, potentially leading to breakouts and redness. Additionally, springtime allergens like pollen can trigger allergic reactions, further aggravating sensitive skin.
Making small tweaks to your skincare routine this spring can keep your skin looking and feeling healthy. Here's what we recommend:
1. Use Gentle Products:
Switch to gentle skincare products that cleanse the skin without stripping it of its natural oils. Look no further than Dr. Natural, where all products are made with natural ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals that can irritate your skin so that its gentle touch can leave your skin feeling soft and supple.
2. Moisturize Regularly:
Hydration, Hydration, HYDRATION- it's the key to avoiding a majority of skin issues in spring as it combats the effects of the warmer weather. Use lightweight moisturizing products like the Dr. Natural Hemp Body Wash that keeps your skin hydrated without clogging pores. Or use the wide range of Castile Soaps, that provide soft and effortless hydration through natural essential oils.
3. Use Natural Deodorants:
With the warmer weather, you may find yourself sweating more. Most deodorants contain artificial fragrances that harm the skin or harsh chemicals like aluminum and parabens, which can irritate sensitive underarm skin. Use Natural deodorants with authentic fragrances like lime, lavender, or natural powder which can keep you sweat-free, scented, and safe.
4. Use Lotion on Sensitive Skin:
If you have sensitive skin, consider using a lotion specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Dr. Natural’s Castile Body Lotion is designed to provide gentle and soothing relief for sensitive skin as the natural ingredients in the Castile formula help to prevent irritation and flare-ups.
5. Consistency is key:
To truly protect your skin you need to be consistent with your skincare. Stick to your routine of cleansing, moisturizing, and applying lotion daily to maintain healthy skin. You have to actively combat issues like acne or oily skin that can develop in the spring by using Activated Charcoal Soap or Dr. Natural’s incredible Black Soap. Both are the ideal options as they provide a deep cleanse to skin pores and help lock in moisture with a natural formula of essential oils.
Keep your spring skincare routine gentle, natural, and chemical-free by shopping  Dr. Natural’s affordable solutions at Walmart or on our website and prevent common springtime skin issues so that you can enjoy a season of healthy, radiant skin!

Grand Theft Auto 6: Abstract OF REAL LIFE
SOURCES: INTERTEXTUALITY IN MEDIA
There are a lot of insane situations in the GTA 6 teaser, some of them are even directly influenced by actual events. I've always enjoyed finding Easter eggs in the games I play, frequently spending additional time looking for those tiny gems. Rockstar Games are known to use parodying in their Grand Theft Auto sequence.
Curriculum Vitae
The term intertextuality is defined by Julia Kristeva as the transposition of one (or several) sign system(s) into another. Kristeva urges a departure from the 'banal sense of "the study of sources."' (In-text citation)
For Example:
Easter Eggs
Parody
The similarity between GTA IV, GTA V, and the upcoming GTA 6
Those Shots in the trailer are similar to what Rockstar Games did in the Past with GTA IV AND GTA V Games. GTA IV's emphasis on different gangs gave the game a realistic crime drama feel, but GTA V was overly preoccupied with the FIB/Merryweather and dull rich individuals like Weston. Still, Liberty City felt more "real" than Las Vegas, which may have been the intention of the developers. But, the map of Grand Theft Auto V is far too dominated by an enormously pointless rural area. There are a lot of scenes in the games that are based on real-life events or locations like The Vinewood Von Crastenburg Hotel (Based On The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel) in GTA V.
Tumblr media
The Von Crastenburg Hotel & Resorts network appears to be modeled after the Hilton group. However, the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel was most likely the inspiration for the company's Vinewood location. It is situated at the intersection of Clinton and Meteor and has restaurants, nightclubs, and swimming pools among its facilities.
Scenes In GTA 6 Trailer Based on real-life news stories
Some of the more absurd shots in the Grand Theft Auto VI teaser are essentially news articles.
Racist Women comes with hammers
Rockstar Games included this event in the trailer of GTA 6 even though it's from Los Angeles and not Florida, where the environment (Map) of the game will be based. A woman verbally and physically assaulted her neighbor. She had two hammers with her so she could smash up her neighbor's car. In the GTA 6 teaser, a woman is also seen carrying two hammers in the same manner.
Tumblr media
Crocodile walks into the supermarket
Another shot from the trailer is a crocodile walking into the shop. CCTV footage of a crocodile barging through the front door of a store appears in the GTA 6 teaser. This is also based on a real-life event where an alligator showed up at a Florida Walmart's front entrance in 2013.
Tumblr media
Police Officers Chasing Naked Man Running on Highway
Another non-Florida event was this naked man running from police in Canada. Even the style of mobile phone footage is identical to a moment seen in the GTA VI trailer.
Tumblr media
In Conclusion
The creative way that each real-life events are integrated as an Easter egg gives this storyline a brilliant touch. Grand Theft Auto's core attraction is intertextuality, which is well demonstrated in the GTA 6 trailer. Several examples demonstrate how well Rockstar Games can incorporate real-world elements into its virtual worlds. From Easter eggs and parodies in Grand Theft Auto IV and V to the forthcoming Grand Theft Auto VI, the series has evolved to intentionally move towards greater realism with GTA 6. Scenes that mimic viral news stories like the crocodile invading a store or the woman wielding a hammer show that rockstars want to create immersive experiences for users in GTA6. Adding a Viral News story in the game can be a good way to attract young audiences towards the game, as it can be in the form of realistic character interactions, relatable locales, or events modeled after real-world occurrences. All things considered, young audiences stand to gain a great deal from the inclusion of realism in games as it encourages empathy, critical thinking, connection, and curiosity, all of which contribute to a more fulfilling and meaningful gaming experience.

Grocery Shopping for Easter and Passover
The importance of supermarket brands paying attention to consumer shopping patterns over the Easter and Passover holidays is discussed in the article. According to the NRF, consumers will spend $24 billion on Easter, with 56% of consumers planning to cook a family meal and groceries being the main focus of the festivities. The top three products that shoppers intend to buy are candy, presents, and food, with food representing the largest category with $7.3 billion in sales. The week before Passover, matzo orders rose by 300%, and other well-liked Passover delicacies also experienced considerable spikes in demand. During the Spring vacations the year before, people were seen making last-minute purchases of coffee and candies.
According to the article's most recent standards and insights guide, Walmart and YouTube have continuously been the most popular channel and store for groceries eCommerce. Walmart is in the lead with a 47.6% share of purchase intent clicks across the top five grocery stores, while grocery companies advertising on YouTube had the highest purchase intent rates at 5.6%. The essay stresses the significance of providing eCommerce features like shoppable media to create a smooth purchasing experience for customers, whether they are making regular purchases or seasonal purchases.
Grocery brands should, in general, go above and beyond to appeal to and engage their customers throughout the Easter and Passover celebrations by promoting their items and guaranteeing a seamless buying experience through eCommerce capabilities.
Tumblr media
Question: In your opinion, what part do eCommerce tools and shoppable media play in giving customers an effortless holiday shopping experience?

Off now.
I haven’t had a good day...
I ended up blowing money on TWO Ubers, back and forth from work--first checking my work app, again and again, to see whether or not I was actually scheduled today. My boss did tell me yesterday that my shift was cancelled and wished me a Happy Easter, which I guessed should have been a pretty big hint, but my app showed that I still had a shift, so long story short, I ended up Ubering to work, only for my boss to tell me that I WASN’T, in fact, scheduled for today, and showed me how to check my app to see if a shift was still active.
...so I ended up wandering around outside for like an hour waiting for my bus...and made the mistake of deciding to kill time by looking up a CERTAIN trope on TV Tropes on my phone and reading about it while waiting for my bus, and pacing around. I ended up getting so into it that I didn’t even NOTICE when my bus came up until it drove RIGHT PAST ME. The one time I decide to get into my phone while waiting for the bus, and it ends up distracting me from my ride...
So yeah, like I said, I ended up blowing money Ubering back and forth, because I didn’t know HOW to check to make sure that I was off today--I couldn’t even get a start on chores and grocery shopping, because by the time I got back home I was NOT in the mood to do much. At least I thought to call my local Walmart, and learn that they ARE open tomorrow, so I can do that...
Yeah so...I hate to beg, or sound desperate guys, but I’m asking, more than EVER...check out the latest SotF chapter, and maybe give me some kudos and/or comments? Ask me about my AUs, or Oasis to Oakwood? Just send SOME positivity my way?
I just really haven’t had a good day...I’m so mad and upset at myself right now...

The Easter Bunny isn’t the only adventurer hopping alongside shopping carts this spring. Inflation is also climbing aboard, nuzzling into the furthest reaches of credit card bills and overblown budgets.
“This was $400,” said shopper Tina Pentoni, motioning towards her half-full cart outside a northeast Calgary Walmart. “Easter and a few groceries,” she shrugged.
“I used to go to Co-Op and Safeway,” said Bonni Blasetti, another shopper. “Now it’s more like Superstore and Costco.” Shopping around isn’t a luxury everyone’s time can afford, so Global News put four grocery stores in Calgary to the test on Thursday — for spaghetti night.
We went to Superstore, Save-on-Foods, Safeway and Walmart. Our shopping list: a bagged salad kit, 1 pound of ground beef, one white onion, four cloves of garlic, one green pepper, 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, 1 can tomato/pasta sauce, dried oregano, a package of spaghetti and a loaf of bread.
We chose the cheapest store-brand options, where possible, and tallied up the cost by the cart. Safeway was the most expensive of the four shops, ringing in at $32.21 for our basket of basics.
Next was Save-on-Foods, where our total was $28.10. Walmart came in at $25.13. Superstore, meanwhile, offered savings on items like meat and produce. Comparable items there totalled $24.00.
