It's been a long time coming, but guess what...
The fan comic is nearing the end! WOOOO! My guestimate is that there's either 5 parts left, or 3 really long parts to go. We're almost there!!!

It's officially FALL wich means I get to draw ducks dressing up as videogame characters
[not pictured: donald in a heap on the floor because you KNOW he made those costumes by hand and if his kids are gonna run around terrorizing everyone and themselves he will let them. Just this once. The man needs his rest]

Round 1, Match 6: Kendal vs. Audrey's Sword
Kendal
From: Aurora
Wielder: Vash, later Kendal
Kendal was a sword created for Vash (forged by the smith god Tahraim), god of the city that shares his name, from starmetal and a blue gem. Leery of an imminent battle with the storm god, Tynan, Vash sought a sword that would defeat a storm, but instead received from the smith god an ingot of starmetal and a blue gem, as well as advice to “make the materials his own.” In the battle with Tynan, Vash loses an eye and an arm, and then reforms his body to incorporate the materials he was given–the starmetal into an arm, and the blue gem into an eye. This allows him to summon starfire, destroying Tynan’s clouds and winning the battle. Vash then has the smith god forge him a sword of those materials, and he names the sword Kendal, meaning “right hand.” The sword retains the ability to summon starfire. It then falls to the second inhabitant of Vash’s body, the main character of the story, who names himself Kendal after the sword.
Audrey's Sword
From: Wandersong
Wielder: Audrey Redheart
This sword is bestowed to the chosen hero deemed worthy of wielding it by the goddess Eya. When raised to the sky, it becomes charged with lightning which can be shot out as a beam in any direction. The sword itself is rather basic, but what it represents to Audrey is critically important. Audrey takes pride in her status as the chosen hero, but she struggles to see her own worth beyond the sword. Who would she be without the sword, after all?

Being insane over a niche piece of media is so hard. I’m over here thinking phrases like “THEY’RE SO CUTE I’M GOING TO COMBUST ABD TEAR THE ROOM TO SHREDS” and only two ppl know what I’m talking abt

Okay I didn't have any real ideas (plus it's close to midnight) so you get a poorly drawn sketch of a Mount Ichor bug (loosely based on my blue death-feigning beetles because of course)

A cute Wandersong comic in honour of me spending my life's savings on the new Bard plush!
I got this dialogue from an incorrect quotes generator, but I couldn't find the original source. I think it sums up their relationship perfectly haha
