WARFRAME 1999? Incredibly fucking surprised but very much looking forward to it, there’s tons of metal gear influence on the characters. That other guy in the subway? I'm struggling to put the pieces together, maybe it's Wally but that doesn't sound right EDIT it’s Albrecht I've always thought about how far into the future we are and wondered if we'd ever go back in time or if they'd bring something back from the past and yeah Warframe: 1999 definitely counts!

Fixed an issue where “Move Up/Down” couldn’t be rebound in the Railjack controller options.

Fixed “Search” and “Show Ranked” being bound to the same button, causing priority issues on selecting in the Avionics screen.

Fixed ability to endlessly descend the Railjack by holding down bumpers while Piloting.

Fixed custom Railjack bindings not applying to hijacked Crewship turrets.

Fixed Blink not working who have never customized their controls (ie.

Fixed an issue where performing a Dodge while piloting Railjack would only ever cause it to lunge downwards.

Fixed “Vector Maneuver” and “Drift Maneuver” not functioning as intended (only boosting) due to binding conflicts.

Fixed customizing your Railjack controls always showing them as their default button regardless of the changes.

Rebinding the Ability Menu will now use the new binding to open and close it.

Fixed an issue where rebinding the Ability Menu in the Railjack controller options would allow you to open it with the new binding, but force you to use the default binding to close it.

Fixed both the “on” and “off” state of the Railjack Ability Menu not getting bound to the Custom Ability Menu keybind.

Fixed missing bumper functionality when cycling through Components and Armaments categories in the Configure Railjack panel.

Increased the smooth time for non-centered reticles while piloting/using turrets in the Railjack.

Now, when you disable this option, the left stick will move your Railjack (forward/back/side to side), and the right stick will now allow you to freely move the reticle across the screen.

You are already familiar with the enabled state of this option as it was the previous default and only crosshair option.

To enable/disable go to Options > Controls > Scroll down to “Railjack”:

Added a new Railjack pilot control “Pilot Centered Crosshair” option that, when set, the look input will only turn the Railjack and will not affect your crosshair.

Similarly to when we deployed Warframe Revised on PC, our PS4 Tenno can expect a 2x Affinity Weekend to follow the week that the update is deployed.

You can expect those changes in your next Update! We would also like to clarify that the Impact, Gas, and Kuva Lich Status Changes mentioned on Devstream #140 will not be in this Update. Your Warframe settings should be saved after the remaster launches, but we have run into issues in the past where they have – we apologize if this occurs! You do NOT have to back-up your data before the update. You do NOT need to delete Warframe before the update.

If you have yet no clue how to keep track of which faction is "in da haus", just pay a quick visit to Quinn in the Crysalith.

Looks like Corpus and Grineer presence in the nodes (and also during the bounties) go hand in hand with the "Zari-bounties" rotation.

The holidays are coming!!

Here is an updated version of a post I made last year. Since I noticed now that Christmas is close people are rebloging that again.

As always I have to stress that it's always important to inform yourself about the gifts your buying for family or friends...for some reason when it comes to games people just don’t do this. Every year there is a story about a parent buying a mature game for their young kid...something that can be avoided by just looking at the box....stuff like this can be avoided with some research...

I know that the audience for this blog doesn't need to be told any of this. But I know you all know someone who needs to be told it.

Let's start with the basics then.

The bad..

EA: is still a terrible company...avoid thier games if you can....I know that's hard or impossible for some of us...( I have foolishly gotten back into sims 4)

Bethesda: (why do you make me say these things Todd!!!) Ok...so fallout 76 is a buggy mess even by Bethesda standards...it needs time before anyone should really consider buying it....but...Elder scrolls online and elder scrolls: legends and doing very well and I highly recommend one or both.

Of course if the person your buying for specifically requests one of games covered in this post, Good or bad, then buy it for them. They are a much better judge of what they like than you are...

The good!

Red dead redemption 2: I own it but haven't gotten around to play it yet...however, it's under the good category because it's RED DEAD REDEMPTION!!! And the worst it can be pretty good.

Pokemon let's go eevee/pikachu: less relevant if you don’t play Pokemon go. But it's a fun little trip back to Kanto. it will probably be the best entry point for new players into the Pokemon series. And it comes out in two days

Warframe: this game has been out for years now. But I always like to include at least one older game in these. Warframe is a free to play mmo, third person action game. And it's probably by far the best free to play game I have ever played. Every single update has been free. Including the large open world areas they have added recently. If your worried about jumping into an mmo where everyone around you is much higher level you don’t need to worry about that. it comes out on switch November 20th so you can start new with everyone else there.

This post isn't really for the game recommendations though. (though I will gush about how good Warframe is for the rest of time). Its mostly to bring awareness to the fact that's it's really easy to do the research necessary to inform yourself on the games your buying...and you should already be doing this if your buying games for your kids...

image that came to me last night: "how to survive a warframe attack" PSAs or tutorial vids made by the enemy factions, but since footage of actual warframes attacking their own is hard to get, so all the warframes in the videos are just people in costumes or just using puppets

most of the warnings are just "1000 ways to die" style deaths by warframe with someone explaining how to not die in that way

depending on the faction, certain warframes are considered bigger threats than others, eg how volt is dangerous to corpus and ember is dangerous to grineer

video may also contain "how to act around warframes when fighting alongside them" guides for invasion missions
