Found another classic 1800 Philadelphia, PA townhouse. Let's see what they did to remodel this one. Looks great from the outside. 2bds, 2ba, $600K.

Uh-oh, blue toile overload. I like toile, but it's too busy to be on every wall. Other than that, the living room is cozy. Cute fireplace, but it's blocked off. I like to be able to put something in the firebox. Nice built-in shelving.

Nice window seat back there, too.

This is the first townhouse I've seen that wasn't one large living room/kitchen combo on the first floor with an open stairway in the living room.

Love the blue kitchen and it's an eat-in kitchen. I like the idea of painting dated "colonial" chairs in a bright color.

Look at the handle- these are the original steep stairs in the living room.

And these are rear stairs in the kitchen.

Nice primary bedroom has an en-suite.

Built-in book shelves.

Small bath is cute, though.

Bd. #2 also has shelving and an en-suite. So, both baths are upstairs in the bedrooms.

This bath looks bigger. Maybe b/c it has a pedestal sink.

There's a cute little private patio.

The street is so pretty, it's like a lane, but the problem is parking. It's street parking, and it's got to be on another street, b/c you can't park here. That would be a deal breaker for me.

Potential Plotline:

Every time person A posts an update the city holds its breath whilst person b holds person a and comments on such a wonderful update to person A's story creation all the while knowing that should someone else slip up in also commenting on said update in any negative way they might just be the next dead body found ripped apart come dinner time the same day.

It was the pattern the last few months. A pattern that person A is determined to end with one last click of the keys...

A's been on to this 'mysterious person c' for a while now but hasn't let on but when it seems Person C has decided to start targeting person b in the hopes of driving the couple apart by linking B to the crimes A's had enough.

I can't believe that this cool 1959, (reno'd in 1977), time capsule in Waverly, TN is still on the market. I posted it so long ago, and it's special b/c it was featured in Better Homes & Gardens magazine. 6bds, 4ba, 4,415 sq ft, $633,888.

Wow, it really needed some sort of mat- look at how black it is by the door. Anyway, it has beautiful stained glass panels. Look at the interesting architectural feature on the left.

They put a piano up there, it has built-in seats, and a living room area.

In addition to that, there's this huge open space.

Here's a dining area. There are so many architectural features in the walls and ceilings.

These 2 counters are at the entrance to the kitchen and this one is used as a desk. The other is used as a dining surface.
