These were made by my friend deepdarkclan on insta. Had nostalgia and went to my roots. This AU is basically "What If Tigerclaw had followed his father's footsteps and left the clans?" It would've happened pretty much right after Thistle made Tiger overdo it with Tiny. That was his realization with how cold-hearted Thistle was. That and he was basically seen as a villain due to Goosefeather.

He's like an amazing uncle to little Rusty, who is a lot more childish in this one and playful. He finally has someone he can play around with and Tigger can explain the clans to him. Rusty fully embraces his orange cat energy in this AU.

A lot more has changed, but I'm not gonna put it all in this post. If you're interested, then my inbox is more than open.

The biggest idiot in the entire Warriors series is Firestar’s old Twolegs who’s kitten disappeared (likely being eaten by a predator in the forest right next to them) and who got a new kitten that they instantly let outside without a problem

quick au explanation/concept:

Rusty didn't go to the forest that fateful day, he simply ignored the calls and went to bed resulting in a catastrophic change of events, Tigerclaw manages to succeed with his plan and now he's the leader of Thunderclan and he has control over Shadowclan, there's a resistance starting but that doesn't matter right now.

Rusty is around ≈ 25 moons he is living the life of an ordinary kittypet, sometimes venturing into the city but never too far from his home, until one day he starts having strange dreams, the dead clan cat keeps saying that he has to rebuild his clan and fight for the freedom of those who live in the forest, Rusty tries to ignore Clear Sky as much as possible but reaches a point where Clear Sky stops only showing in his dreams and start showing up as an spirit irl, this freaks Rusty out a little and he decides he's going to help Clear Sky, but in his own way. He will recruit kittypets that he knows to try to set up a clan and fight with whatever is the forest.

All Rusty saw was his best friend, being taken away alongside two other kits by three older cats. The cats ran away, far into the Forest. Leaving only their wild cat stench, and a collar.

It was Mylo's, so Rusty refused to part with it. He attempted to put it on, fiddling with it for forever before finally managing to get the collar on relatively well.

As the days went by, his siblings were sold into their new families, leaving him alone. He still had his neighbor, Smudge, but he stopped talking to him after the tom said that his friend and those kits were probably eaten.

He was wrong, Mylo was alive.

He had to be....

Cats warrior. I'll probably do more designs later. I had the idea that clan cats have noses that match their eyes well kittypets don't. We'll see if I keep this consistent. Plus with later arc characters most of Thunder clan has kittypet blood so it doesn't really matter.

Bluestar and Graypaw are both based on general fanart I've seen.

I know Bluestar is Silver I do not care she is BLUE. But I gave her a silver stripe down her back because of her canon color. I made her look regal and a bit muscular.

And I mean ya can't go wrong with a Graypaw design he's gray and has a stripe that's all ya gotta do. Also made him kinda fat and fluffy cuz that's how I imagine him and also the book describes him as bigger then Rusty.

Firepaw is mostly based on the graphic novel. I think he's kinda small at first cuz he's a kittypet. I made his stripes look like fire 👍

Same with Ravenpaw! But he's also inspired by this one "I'll marry a wealthy man" RavenBarley video I saw. I imagine he's very scrawny for a clan cat. Someone get this kid cat therapy.

And Tigerclaw. He had to be BIG and look tiger-like. But I also gave him a "mane" like a lion. Also drew him with his claws out cuz ya know, tigerCLAW (even if realistically he'd have them in his paw most of the time)
