I have been receiving requests for any songs that inspired Replica, so here, have my personal playlist. Sorry it’s not Spotify/Soundcloud but they don’t have some of these songs available so uh… guess you’re stuck with YouTube vids. For fun I'll include my personal titles for them (which might give a few hints of what to expect in the future/end).

I will admit, it's a little embarrassing since you can easily see the patterns of what I've been listening to for the past year or two. I swear I listen to more than just videogame OSTs, these songs just jive well with the story and I often find lyrics distracting when brainstorming scenes. Regardless, the music I listen to is such an important part of my creative process and some of these songs really defined the scenes I now have locked in my head. So I figured it was only fair to give them the credit they're due.

I will continue to add to this playlist, and will note in comic updates when one of these songs is applicable!

Okay right now my WIP plan mostly shape up to be like this: Fantasy AU: at least 60k. Will have to be done and edited and re-edited and beta-read and cried over and then nearly given up on by me. But it's precious and it has themes. And it has #depth. Agent AU: silly. actually stupid. Wtf is my brain coming up with. Will be whatever long and I might publish it as I write, just wing it a bit, because in a world I ask anyone to NOT think too hard about gadgets and how they would work, I might as well just not think about plot and structure too hard. It will have...themes??? and ...no pretty sure it's 6 inches deep only ;)

This is probably the most important thing by Far: I haven't actually finished the manga yet; I recently got a :re box set but I (at the time of writing this) only just got to :re volume 10 and I don't have a lot of time on my hands to read !! (I've already gotten spoiled a lot cough while trying to look for content cough cough but I'd still like to avoid as many (mostly for major plot points/character deaths especially) as I still can)

Having said that please try to respect that as much as you can !! It's already really tough avoiding spoilers for a series like this (which is why I'm laying pretty low with this fandom, but I'll try to get through the manga when I actually have time)

I'm gonna be honest anything amoneki is pretty much fair game though the tumblr tags have already told me. A lot This mostly applies to. Everything else in the series. If that makes sense? (I hope it does at least orz)

Asks and interaction are greatly appreciated !! (Just a warning that if I get started on these two I can hardly shut up) I love rambling about my silly guys (both individually and as a ship, these two drive me absolutely insane)

speech n debate season technically just ended. i feel like this entire season for me was a big ass fail for me. i chose "informational" as my event so that i could make my speech about indie animation, something that i wanted to talk about, so that it would be fun for me. but that idea got funneled down to something else, because not a lot of people can relate to that topic. it soon became a speech about the past, present, and future about animation. and beyond that i would have to change big parts of my speech after every meet, to hopefully make people like my speech. the speech i currently have is nothing like what i originally had in mind, and what i had wanted. no matter how much i changed to speech, i would still fuck something up. i stumbled over my words, i spoke too fast, i didn't handle my visuals well, something or other i did fucked it all up. i took every piece of criticism to heart, paying attention to every little thing i was told about my speech. sure, i had good energy, but that was nothing in comparison to how much i did everything else badly. who cares if ive been told that im a good speaker my entire life, because when it comes to actual speech, what i had was nothing. no matter how many late nights i spent, how many hours of sleep i lost, i didnt qualify for anything. sure, maybe i got 3rd place twice, but in fucking NOVICE. and even then, there was only 5 or 6 people participating in novice, because what the hell. when i actually went into varsity/normal event, i didnt qualify for shit.

i dont know anymore. theres a lot of shit hitting the fan right now. i dont know whether im crying because of speech or something else all together. im turning older in about a month. ive cried on valentines day, and a few other days that were supposed to be a happy day. i dont want to fuck up my own birthday. i dont know how im supposed to feel anymore. i dont think i know how to express emotion correctly. thats a whole another topic that i dont think i can get into. i dont know, ill think ill end this here. as i say when i end my godforsaken speech, "now, lets roll the credits"
