What’s the missing puzzle piece? _______________________ INTEGRATION...John told me he had “a lot of pain walking no matter how many exercises he did.” _______________________ John was previously given exercises with no light at the end of the tunnel. He didn’t understand how they would improve his walking mechanics. . I took time to explain the exercises were just a way to build a foundation. From this foundation I explained how we could use the movements together to improve his waking and then...we practiced...over and over. . 1. Mobility (Prime) 2. Exercises (Mold) 3. INTEGRATE Movements into Patterns - Walking (Fire) 4. REPEAT . Each time we saw small improvements and new light bulbs were lit above John’s head as he started to piece together the puzzle on his own.
