Arlo, the ultimate sensory buddy! Featuring a chewy necklace cookie from @stimtastic homemade stimbeads, and a dollar store squeaky dog plush that I filled with polyfil beads to give it a little weight!

Instructions: 1. Cut open the seam on a small stuffed animal. 2. Remove existing stuffing and squeakers (if you use a squeaky toy like I did), and fill with polyfil beads, dried beans, or rice. 3. Hand sew the opening closed. 4. Attach a cord to the chewy, and add the sliding beads to desired length. 5. Sew the ends of the bead string onto the top of the stuffed animals head (I made knots in each end of of string, and cut open the seam on the head to slip them in).

Thinking about these Bumpas Weighted Plushies and how cute these little friends are. These plushies design reminds me of Ickis from Ah Real Monsters but in a Pokémon like. I never herd of weighted plushies but I have herd of weighted blankets. I also seen microwaveable/freeze pack plushies.

I always hate to ask others for money, but at least this time I can give back in return by making adorable plushies. My husband and I are getting behind on our bills and also are not able to really afford food, due to him being in a car accident back in August and other issues that keep piling up. Weighted Plush Commissions

Hi! I hand dye and hand sew weighted plush. I know some of you are quietly waiting until I have some other types of plush. So I was thinking why not list out what types of plush I  want to do in the future. I can only afford to buy so many patterns at a time, so the types of plush I will be able to make/sell will be limited until I have more funds. That is unless you want to commission me to have a certain type of plush done sooner! Like for example you want a dinosaur weighted plush, commission me for one! And then I can start making them for my shop too. Here is a list of plush I would love to add to my shop: - Dinosaurs [DYE-nosaurs]:   Raptor (19in head to tail) Stegosaurus (small 4in) Brontosaurus (small 6in) Generic Floppy Dino (14 in tall or 7 inch tall) - Chameleon [Chromaleon] (10 inch head to tail) - Floppy Eared Bunny Rabbit "Teddy Bear Styled" (8 inch) - Raccoon "Teddy Bear Styled" (10 inch) - Cat "Teddy Bear Styled" (15 inch) - Cthulhu "Teddy Bear Styled" (10 inch) - Pudgy Bat (small 5.5 inch) - Floppy Hippo (22 inch) - Floppy Turtle or Tortoise (21 inch) - Dragon "Teddy Bear Style" (15 inch) Since I would be making these plush for the first time, I do not know how much weight they can take yet. Some of them will have weighted beads in their whole bodies. While others will just have it in their main body and not the limbs. Types of Weighted Plush?

What kinds of weighted plush would you like to see? So far I am already making small handheld weighted cats and larger weighted Squids/Krakens. (Squid photos coming soon). 

Would anyone be interested in more huggable types of weighted plush, like different animals in a more teddy bear body style?

Drac-O-Lantern! 

This is the prototype Drac-O-Lantern. For the actual ordered plush I will be using a cotton fleece instead. Since all the “stuffing” inside the body is just the weighted beads, they proved to much for the cotton interlock. The prototype weighs in at 2lbs 11oz. The tail, leaf “wings”, and stem are filled with light weight foam beads. So multiple sensory experiences.

Each Drac-O-Lantern's mouth will be unique. Though if you have a specific type of Pumpkin mouth in mind, please let me know!

Since these are made to order, they will take 2-3 weeks to be finished. If you need it sooner, please let me know and we can work something out.
