I’m thinking about how Lalo would have felt if he did kill Gus and had time to really sit with everything that happened. I feel like he’s really good at pushing things down and Nacho and Gus both being dead would just make him go “welp, I guess there’s nothing left to do with that, and I don’t care and I’m perfectly fine.” But it would be a lie and he’d sometimes be sitting with someone who also knew Nacho and he’d be like “I wonder what his problem was…Like, he didn’t like me? Why? I didn’t do anything to him…It just doesn’t make sense.” And I think he would never really understand or figure it out and it’d eat him up inside and just be another reason he can’t sleep, but he’d go around acting like he doesn’t even remember Nachos name

I actually rewatched a bunch of s4 vods and it’s funny how different the actual events were from his god video. The first thing he did with the power (after threatening yeahjaron) was show zam his power, tell him that since zam was a good friend to him but he wasn’t good back that zam can have any favor from him. He even gave zam a whole skulker of totems. He did something very similar to red when he logged on(apologized for s3 betrayal, gave a bunch of totems, gave him a favor).

Of course he was also impulsively hitting zam and red with the “one hit” godly power and absolutely terrifying zam but he did defend zam against spoke. I think he’s very interesting!! He switches between “I care for some select people” and “I care for no one and nothing, this world needs to die” very quickly. Also switches between taking things seriously and making a joke about everything.

my new favorite niche history that I've learned is that Santa Anna ran for president of Mexico in 1833 and won but almost immediately retired so his vice president took over and enacted laws according to the plans they had prepared but then Santa Anna decided that he didn't like the laws he was enacting so he came out of retirement and took back control but under a completely different political party and then got rid of the constitution and basically turned Mexico back into a dictatorship and then he did the same exact thing like 10 years later with the same vice president and nobody really knows why he did this except that he was just a weird, violent, power hungry guy
