I’ve been reading before I went to sleep yesterday. There was a situation described that made me feel hopeless. How people treat each other, what do people want to forget (I don’t want to forget anymore.), what situations make them remember what they don’t want to hear again. I was able to taste the fear of memories I don’t recall again. My imagination hit me hard. Again. If there was a (deep) dark corner in this room you’d probably find me there - silently screaming, covering my ears and eyes. For a couple of days I felt like I was dealing with emotions the way the 3year old girl (I’m living with) is dealing with hers. (If it helps somehow, I’m glad.)
