Got any favorite headcanons?

I generally put them in the chaos gremlin CC batch with Wolffe, Cody, and Fox, but I have less developed (see: no) hcs for what they're like outside of the general clone trooper competent/dutiful/no-nonsense/etc. But I know they're someone's faves, so if anyone wants to give me opinions on their vibes, personalities, little details, I'd be happy to hear them!

Fluff headcannons for Wally

A/n: I didn't know what to title this but I wanted to write more for the muppet man and I haven't gotten anymore requests for him so I just made some silly hc's let me know if you guys want more, because I'm kinda obsessed this series right now

Pairing: Wally Darling and Gn Reader (Romantic, fluff)

First things first, Wally is absolutely obsessed with you, in every possible way 

Even before you had become apart of their happy little community, Wally had his sights set on you, you were just a bright warm person, you’d be a wonderful addition to their colorful neighborhood

But when do you actually become a part of the town? Oh boy, Wally is ecstatic though he doesn’t show it, he still shows his bright friendly demeanor he keeps his unhinged excitement on the inside for the most part

When you arrive don’t expect to get to talk anyone else as much as you talk to Wally he’s pretty much your own personal tour guide 

Which you are grateful for, but you couldn't help but feel a little bit isolated with only Wally to talk to, of course if you express this concern Wally would apologize for overstepping any boundaries he might have crossed with you, which made you feel a tad bit guilty, but Wally seemed fine enough so you supposed it was okay

Even with Wally letting you interact with others in the town and explore on your own you still felt yourself talking with Wally the most out of everyone, you felt he also had a soft spot for you, or least that's what it seemed like, but you could just be overthinking

However over time you felt like you and Wally had grown awfully close, even closer than he and Barnabey were and that was saying something

Wally would never be the one to confess to you, I don't know I just see him being too incredibly smug for that, he’d act like he had no idea you felt this way and that he adores you a totally normal amount as well!

Though he’s definitely been hooked on you from day one

No matter how you confess he’ll accept your feelings, I mean obviously

When you're with Wally it seems like he's even more clingy than before, anywhere you want to go? Wally's right there with you!

Loves to show you affection through gifts and touch, especially touch, he’s practically attached at your hip at all times

Loves to kiss you on the nose, but if you do it back? He’s over the moon!

Smothers you in affection, won't stop cooing about how cute you are

When your out on the town Wally will cling to your arm like a scared little kid, he’s perfectly fine he just likes being close to you and was probably like that even when you first got here

Wally loves to bake you things, pastries and sweets are his speciality, he loves to make pies especially 

Whenever its cold Wally will snuggle closer to you and hold onto you like a koala

He’ll make you little things like friendship bracelets for you to wear, so now you have a surplus collection of them 

Though Wally seems to be his charming, nonchalant, friendly self when he's around you and the others, he’ll never show you the dark thoughts that swarm his mind

He just needs you to see him as the sweet, charismatic puppet everyone does

Yandere Julius loves Killian… I love it.

Oh my God I'm so sorry this turned into a very long ramble about Killian and Julius' relationship 😭 but if you bring up their relationship to me, there is a strong likelihood I will wind up rambling about their relationship as I did here😭😭

Julius is absolutely head over heels in love with Killian and obsessed with him, yes. However, Julius really isn't 'yandere' at all (I know many people write yandere HCs of him and I'm totally fine with with that - but given I'm his creator I really only speak on canon). SOOO...

The reason he wound up slitting Killian's throat had nothing to with...well, anything tbh. Julius still isn't sure what drove him to do that. He was very intoxicated (a lot of liquor and cocaine), far past his general breaking point, and Julius has quite the temper with a strong tendency to over react to the extreme (he will either not care and not react at all or over react to an unfathomable level - there's no in between with him).

Killian accidentally broke a glass and the broken glass was the straw that broke the camels back for Julius. Killian had always known that Julius would be the death of him in one manner or other, and Killian was perfectly content with that. He says that he would have been very disappointed and pissed if Julius hadn't been the one to take him out.

Most of all, Killian is (and Julius is, too) very glad that Julius did kill him because if Julius hadn't murdered Killian, then Killian and Julius' souls would not have become intertwined in a higher dimension after their deaths, and Killian would not have become an immortal demon with Julius either.

They are both very happy that things happened the way they did, as now they literally will be together for eternity and they have a truly unbreakable bond now due to their souls now being intertwined (which isn't something that could ever be undone).

They definitely have a much less toxic relationship in present day as demons. Their relationship as humans was such an utter wreck but they have been in love basically their whole lives.Killian and Julius were childhood best friends. Julius was 4 and Killian was 7 when they met, and they both instantly became extremely attached to each other and excessively codependent.

Killian was 8 when he developed a crush on Julius - he realized he had a crush on Julius after eating a worm to try to impress him (and then tried to violently throw himself in the closet, as Killian really struggled with accepting his orientation - pan - for a long time. [I would love to share all about killian's struggles with coming to terms that he also loves ween0rs - so feel free to send an ask!]

Julius didn't realize he was gay and in love until a few months after he turned 13. He very much had a subconscious crush on Killian for a good while before realizing it. Julius did recognize prior as it would have been impossible not to, that the way felt and thought about Killian, as well the way Killian made him feel was very different and exclusive to Killian.

However Julius, despite his very severe childhood trauma (of every kind you can think of), he still was very innocent in many, many ways and didn't even understand what crushes were.

Things slowly started to turn from platonic, then into innocent childhood crushes, as they got to their teens, the crushes turned into much, much more serious, very strong and overwhelming feelings and such - obviously given they were both teenage boys at that point, the way they thought of each other was no longer all that innocent.

Julius was 13 and Killian was 15. This was the same time their relationship started to slowly very quality become increasingly romantic. It was undeniable where things were headed and how they felt despite them both huffing copium about how they felt for each other. When Julius was 17 and Killian was 19, they both finally accepted the reality of their relationship after finally kissing each other for the first time (they could not stop kissing after that).

They wound up doing the do for the time when Julius was 18 and Killian was 20. Having sex with each other for the first time definitely brought them only cheer and resulted in their attachment intensifying 100x. It was Julius's first time, and with the man that he had already been in love with and lusting after for the past five years, so it's not really surprising that Julius had a lot of emotions from it both during, after, and still does. Killian, on the other hand, already had very, very extensive sexual experiences with more women than he can remember. However Julius was the first man Killian was wet, and Killian had already been so in love with Julius (and only Julius). Killian was not ready nor expecting it to be just as emotional of an experience for him as it was for Julius.

Now, while Julius is very obsessed with Killian and attached to him and all "mine mine mine," there's a huge factor that completely excludes Julius from being in a "yandere" category: Julius is not bothered by the fact Killian still sleeps around with countless women. Julius actually agreed it was fine when they got into a relationship. He knows the way Killian thinks of women, treats women, and knows that Killian only uses women for sex - that if it wasn't for Julius, Killian would be single. Killian is very, very emotionally faithful to Julius, however - and Julius is very upset by Killian having sex with other men or masc aligned, which is why Killian only does his fucking aroundwith women and fem aligned.

Now, on the other hand, Killian forbids Julius from having sexual activities with anyone who isn't him. Nearly every man that Julius did decide to mess around with is very much dead now - either done by Killian or Julius, himself, to prove to Killian he doesn't actually want anyone else, he just wanted attention and felt like Killian wasn't giving him enough, or to make Killian jealous and angry all because Julius wanted extra rough sex

In conclusion:

Julius and Killian have a very...wonky... relationship, yeah. But they're very in love and their entire relationship in all aspects is consensual. Even physically fighting each other or being toxic little shits - they both want and enjoy the rollercoaster of it all. Sometimes they will physically fight each other for fun out of sheer boredom, like it's an MMA match, as if they're in a ring with mfs watching like

But they both are so so so absolutely in love, infatuated with, obsessed with, attached to, and would do another for each other. 💖

Anyway, here's some ship art I've drawn, unfortunately all old stuff but I'm very tired and just picked the first files I had of ship art on my phone 😭 the first two are when they were humans. How FONV companions would do in a zombie apocalypse

Arcade

He'd be the one to try and make the cure

He'd work tirelessly trying to find what caused this and how to fix it.

Hes absolute ass at fighting zombies though...

Just because he can shoot a gun fine doesn't mean he has the aim required for constant head shots.

He'd be extremely reliant on whatever other survivors he was surrounded by on not just for weather or not he'd be able to make the cure, but ultimately for his own survival as well

Benny

He'd be the leader of a group of survivors

Not because he's any better at fighting zombies, or even really because he's qualified, but more because of his charisma and stellar people skills

His groups survival would absolutely depend on the strength of the survivors apart of it and not on him.

He'd do everything in his power to keep the people he cared about alive though

Like Swank and him might as well be attached at the hip with the way Benny never let's him out of his sight

Boone

He'd probably be the best off with his extensive sniper training

If him and Arcade somehow managed to find eachother the world may as well count its self as saved.

He try to get Cade as far away from civilization as possible

The first place he'd have in mind would be Jacobstown given its lack of humans... Given that supermutans and ghouls are immune to the virus somehow. (Probably because their genetic makeup is different?)

Anyways the lab would also do fine. He'd alow others to join him and Cade, but he'd be extremely picky with which he allows to join.

Should benny and his gain merge with him and Cades him and Benny would butt heads harrrddd.

Two leader type personalities in one town is never a good thing

Cass

She'd be the one to say "Fuck it" find a secure building and live out the rest of her days drunk

Hey it beats having her brains eaten

If somehow some survivors found her she'd begrudgingly come along....

Shes not looking to save the human race quite like Boone and Cade, but more so just survive

She'd build a community and do her best to keep it safe, but her out look on things is far more nihilistic than the rest on this list.

Raul

I feel like ghouls and supermutants would be immune to a zombie virus due to their different DNA? Like the way radiation has altered it has made them more humanoid than human? thus why they have different names? I'm not sure I could be totally wrong on that but that's just my HC

So given his immunities he'd try and help his friends and fortify his shack.

He'd try and make his own agriculture and trade with other settlements, maybe even help the people start up a few

Should he run into Benny he'd trade with his group

Should he run into Boone and Cade he'd help them find the curr and dedicate his time and effort into making them food and helping then stay alive long enough to solve the madness

Veronica

Probably like the rest of the BOS she'd go underground

This time however I don't think she'd be able to argue her way into getting above

She'd be so pissed off, but she didn't really have much of a say at that point...

buuuuttt if she'd been booted from the BOS she'd definitely go with boone and Cade and help them try and make the cure.

Much like Boone her skills help her ward off the undead.

Except unlike Boone her up close approach leaves Arcade with anxiety and her getting lectured about the dangers of being that close to the zombies

Vulpes

Yeah he's not helping anyone.

There's no way a sick Ceasar is going to last through a zombie apocalypse and with the legions already misinformed ideology on medicine there's no way the legion is lasting very long

He'd find a well fortified area preferably up high and scrounge up enough food to last him a while.

Should any outside (dead or alive) come to close he's shooting on sight.

Levi never knew he needed someone to offer him a snickers bar when he's in a bad mood.

If MC ever gets in trouble, Levi will immediately try to hide them in his room.

At first, he didn't really care but soon enough, he got close to them.

Mostly because MC started talking to him when he was doing magic.

They were really impressed and wanted to see more.

MC's reactions were adorable to Solomon.

So he'd let MC watch him make potions, though he kept a close eye on MC.

He didn't want them to touch any of his potions on his shelves.

If MC ever gets in trouble, Solomon being the mischievous person, will hide them quite well.

If MC starts crying, he'll quickly do some magic to calm them down.

MAGIC MAN

Simeon and Luke

When Simeon met MC, he thought they would be good friends with Luke.

Since both of them are children, they can have things in common!

MC just got really comfortable around Simeon since he giving a calming and comforting aura.

Like, MC quickly saw him as their father figure.

When Simeon introduced Luke to MC, if was awkward at first.

Luke didn't know what to say and so did MC.

Simeon just chuckled and tried to ease them a bit.

In a few days, MC and Luke are basically siblings now.

If Simeon would ever try to separate them, they would just cry and complain.

MC and Luke listen to each other ramble and he likes when MC is honest about his food.

With Simeon, MC always asks for piggy back rides which he happily complies.

☀️Devil and Dice please!

Oof that's gonna be difficult since I already gave headcanons for them before for another ask game, but I'm gonna try ! Also since you don't precise, gonna do all 4 again (cartoon!Devil, cartoon!Dice, game!Devil, game!Dice)

First, cartoon!Devil

Whenever he and King Dice divorce by his own means, he is VERY tsundere about pretending all is fine even to himself when actually he's a total mess inside and when no one is watching

He has a huge sweet tooth, especially for cake (same for game equivalent)

He would get very attached to Miss Chalice by the end of the show for how tricky, manipulative, funny ane devious she is (ready to drop this HC anytime depending the show's route of course) and will impose her to Dice as their daughter

Second, cartoon!Dice

Their song, his and Devil's is this one which he chose himself and which he keeps relistening over and over crying silently in a puddle of tears whenever Devil is the one to break up

He dances jazz and swing best but really he is good at any dancing style (same for his game equivalent), it's just his favorite but he does love to dance in general

Dice would be HORRIFIED by that Miss Chalice adoption thing at firsf, buuuut actually grow attached to her too when seeing her devious side and how she shares his love and talent for dance

Third, game!Devil

He and Dice would have a total of 7 children, one for each Deadly Sin, 5 pregnancies in total... all carried by him since he is a genderless eldritch shape shifter whose anatomy notions go beyond our minds. He was a dangerous mood swinging diva for each of them (basically acting as bratty as his cartoon self), especially with how he had to prevent himself from smoking and drinking. He has them call him mother or mama again because he gives 0 shit about gender "What. I gave birth to them and am maternal to them, I'm the mom, no?" He's also surprisingly very protective and loves them all a proud way, since after all he did want to have kids first, even if he is not always happy about their choices

I ship Bendystraw and HC Bendy as the eldest DevilDice child, so he would be ABSOLUTELY APPALLED by this relationship and would try ANYTHING to make it stop. Try corrupting Cuphead from leaving Bendy, threaten him to die, fight with Bendy, emotionally blackmail him with crocodile blood tears "HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO YOUR MOTHEEEER AFTER EVERYTHING I DID FOR YOU". He would end up giving up extremely resigned, but still would be the kind of very hatable hateful in-law never hiding he would have preferred if his child found better even in front of said child even if it triggers a fight

Unlike his cartoon self who can tolerate full clothes for a temporary time for special occasions (as we see with his portrait) or partial clothes (his white tuxedo when he dances), he HATES wearing clothes and King Dice has to wrestle with him for trying out any. Why does he need them !? He has fur anyway !

And last, game!Dice

As you guessed, he fathered all 7 children I mentionned. He did hesitate longer over his husband's suggestion to have their first because he did not have the happiest childhood nor relationship with his parents (being a trans kid in early 19th century was not the best thing to happen) and feared to repeat, but Bendy's birth quickly reassured him and convinced him he could be evil to others, sure, but not to his own children, close to them and eager to share things with them, and they both are good evil parents together... only the pregnancies and labors were VERY dangerous and exhausting to him

Since he too hates the Cupbros, he too was HORRIFIED at Bendy dating Cuphead, but unlile the Devil he would be less loud about it and simply genuinely warn Bendy about him and tell him what he did and let him think about it. When seeing that no matter what he said he didn't break up and valuing his son as big enough to take decisions by himself, he would accept it much sooner, not withour the very passive aggressive kind of in-law pretending to be friendly when really he would make bad commenrs about you disguised as compliments albeit never in front of his child not to upset him

He does smoke a cigar sometimes, but he mostly smokes with a cigarette holder, it's fancier

I agree, I have so many fan fic pet peeves… and this is one of them and tbh, I rarely read them then. Do you have others too?

Sadly, yes. I say sadly because I try to give stories a chance. Which is why the summary, while important, is also something that can be misleading.

Take for example, a really intriguing summary... I start to read the fic and there's no paragraphs. Separation between dialog. Like... those are easy fixes, but it's also quite distracting when you first open it.

I would also just say characterization in canon based fics, specifically. Like with AUs, I think you can get away with a lot in terms of characterization (circumstances are different). But with pre, canon, and post? It's a little more difficult because you have to draw from the source material. Like unless this character went through a major changes during canon, then post canon fics are loose to interpretation. But generally, mischaracterization.

AU fics are tricky for me because I enjoy them. They're meant to be fun, but the premise has to work. The situation has to make sense. And sometimes that's what makes the fic not work, the situation. The way all the characters ended up in x spot. Like I once read a fic where one of the characters were mostly all racebend, and the reason it worked was simply because the situation/premise worked.

I would say love triangle, at any point. Or hint of one... writers do this accidentally lol It'll be played as oh they want to see this character act jealous, and fine. Those fics are valid. It's when one half of my ship is like, "Ya, I could totally fall in love with this person, if not for the main ship." Ya, if not for the love of your life being in the way 🙃 I once felt bad that dropped a fic because the author did that... 12 chapters in. Like??? There was no need? Adding an OCs (as a love interest potential or actual) is especially rough because I'm going hate them.

And sometimes, phrases or specifically phrases that don't fit the story. It's weird... and it such a weird thing because it's accidentally distracting.

There are some others like hc I don't agree with, it's really nothing against the writer. It's just hc are so personal and you get attached... so when you see something that you're like that makes no sense! When in reality it does probably make sense to the writer.

There are more, but those are my main ones.
