anyway I also spent a bunch of time this morning musing on whether it's significant that Avizandum and Zubeia did not choose regnal names as archdragons the way Sol Regem (and presumably Rex Igneous, Domina Profundis, Luna Tenebris, and Aithne Solaire) did or if it's just that the writers knew they were going to be using every possible Latin word relating to lightning/storm/wind in Callum's Sky spells and didn't want to oversaturate, particularly for a pair of fairly important characters

Yes I adore Whumpees who talk their way through the pain of field surgery. Yes I equally adore Whumpees who are so delirious with pain that all they can do is scream around the bit as Caretaker works to remove a bullet or suture a gash. When Caretaker has to hold a thrashing Whumpee still, whispering an endless stream of apologies underneath their wordless sobs of pain.

Inconvenienced - Chapter 4

(all previous parts of "Of Convenience" and "In Convenience")

Adar x Celebrimbor (silverscars) political marriage to marriage of love AU, 5 times Adar and Celebrimbor try to spend some 'private' time together and get interrupted, and one time they finally manage, chapter 4. Adar and Celebrimbor take a stroll through Eregion’s beautiful gardens. When they find a quiet spot, the opportunity just seems too good not to use it for some much-missed intimacy, except – once again – the two of them end up getting interrupted. This time, in a rather compromising position, and by someone Celebrimbor had not expected at all.

Note: More kissing (a lot more kissing) and the two of them getting rather handsy with each other in a public garden (though late at night, in their defense). Again, nothing explicit happens, but they are slowly getting closer to that. (I’m sure everyone knows this except the two lovebirds, but don’t do as Adar and Celebrimbor tried to do and get frisky in public parks pls.)

This chapter was so much fun to write. I could vividly see the part post-discovery play out like a movie in my mind, which is likely why I wanted to write it so much. This and chapter 5 were among the first ideas I had for this fic/former chapter of In Convenience. I hope you people fnd it as hilarious I did imaging and writing it! <3
