Beautiful day for yoga outside 💐 I did the Ashtanga Full Primary Series with @larugayoga and it was hard work (as usual). There's always at least one moment in Ashtanga when I'm struggling with something and end up laughing and backing off. Still, I'm always inspired to go back and try it again another day. For me, Ashtanga inspires perseverance and it's guaranteed to be an incredible workout that leaves me feeling clear-headed, focused, confident, and strong.
