I missed the part where Shadow Play took place over a few days and Macky is so stupid for going “you again? You must be my biggest fan” like SIR. He is the ONLY person coming to comfort binge popcorn and cry at an empty theatre while you repeat the same hero and warrior story like how are not tired and like, is MK ok bc this is unhealthy copism inflicting that depressing af story he kept internalizing on himself by coming back here. What was the goal telling that story over to no audience anyways lmao, okay safe enough hobby, but the lack of reaction to MK mentioning the LBD but THEN saying something is coming 👀 “good to see there is some potential” the “you’re just a bit too much like him” for a revived guy who just had a trauma flashback he’s way too dang chill, but oh the genuine FEAR when not mayor shows up, I hear macaques (as in the animal) smile to show fear, matches his personality fine but sometimes that breaks too and oof, and noooo his lantern. That’s like his only belonging, I personally love lanterns culturally, so wahh hope he gets it back it’s like that one fic where he also loved it a bunch and didn’t know where to hide it bc he thought the others wouldn’t like him keeping it.

ok there is some great art made by @llumetesdellums that perfectly encapsulate Shadow Play because yeah, MK is literally just obsessively rewatching this play (mood) where he sees himself as swk's shadow and warrior and unable to keep up, and the play just enables it because it is told in favor of the Warrior, who feels scorned and neglected by the Hero. BUT ON THE OTHER HAND!!! you have the hilarity of MK coming to this show everyday, every hour, eery showing and Macky just....goes on with the show 💀💀💀

like, on one hand, yeah, Macky had set the production times and (in my opinion) is a monkey of the arts™️. like yes, sure, this play was made with ulterior motives, but who is he to say no to more showings 😂 like on a story standpoint, MK's crisis is very emotional and tugs at your heartstrings because we've all (maybe) have been in his position of feeling second best and not good enough. but when you place yourself as a third party or Macky, you just see a guy obsessively coming to a show that clearly affects him negatively and nobody is stopping him

it's so hilarious from that end but also i just love this episode so much. and YEAH macky playing off MK's attendance like that is like, bitch you can just end the charade, you have the power!!! 😂 my guy

and then when it comes to Macky's own emotional feelings, i personally always see him as someone who's "cool" persona is his shield. fake it til you make it! if they think you're unfazed then nobody will ask questions, which Macky actually doesn't want MK to ask question that pertain to the specifics of his relationship with swk.

literally every answer he gives MK boils down to "he hurt me, i'm mad about it and feel incredibly betrayed, so don't repeat history". personally i don't think Macky can talk about the specifics bc it is still raw to him. a memory like a shish kabobed eye is pretty visceral, ya know? talking about it means reliving it, and Macky would rather be annoying vague and negative than do that.

Being on twt watching all these fancams of Jeff's concert has made me emotional i absolutely cannot move on from him singing sott like wow. I am absolutely emotional i love that cute boy. Fucking hell he even found time to promote his upcoming series as well. Adorable munchkin. He is gonna be the ring around the Saturn for his Saturdays. Like my comfort person i love him 😭😭

1. Preshow outfit - all black his classic

2. The first show outfit- a silver metallic suit which had me fucking screaming

3. 2nd outfit - that fucking black tank top had me dying. That green jacket like i want that whole fit right fucking now.

4. The post show outfit - his usual casual comfy look

I absolutely love this angel of a boy. The way he took time to talk to all of the fans, promote his show, talk about barcode with the wholelot of adoration. He is just sooo lovable.

So... the thought of the boys wearing dresses and the girls wearing suits has been spinning in my mind for a week now.

I'm just imagining a scenario where they just decide to do that for whatever reason (the boys wearing dresses and the girls wearing suits) how do you think they would feel about it. Who would be 100% comfortable with it, and who would get shy and insecure about how they look. How would each pet react to seeing each other dress like that

I honestly think all the girls would be just okay wearing suits, not insecure at all. I think Penny and Zoe would decide that they prefer dresses still (not opposed to suits, just like dresses more), Minka would be okay with either, and Pepper would like suits more, she'd think she looks sharp and just enjoy it more than some frilly dresses. Hell yes, she likes it. I mean, I think she would still feel a little unsure about how others would perceive her wearing one, but she herself really likes.

As for the boys, they would be a bit more insecure. I mean, I think Vinnie would be just okay with it, he's not a fan of tight, elegant clothes, but if it's not like that then he's just fine. Or if it is then he's more so worried about being uncomfortable or tripping over the dress than what he looks like. He doesn't have many thoughts, it's just a piece of clothing like any other, not good, not bad. As in he knows he looks ugly in whatever he wears, so he doesn't particularly have any other thoughts about looking ugly but this time in a dress. Sunil, well, we've seen before he's ok wearing dresses too. He would be a bit insecure about having eyes on him though. And Russell would be most insecure but still not a wholelot. He also wore a dress before and seemed relatively fine with it. Still, eyes on him is not something he super welcomes and he'd rather be more covered than your average dress offers.

As for how would each of them react to seeing everyone like that:

Zoe - she loves that everyone is trying out different styles, yay! She loves how they look too, but let's be honest, she's probably looking at Pepper the most. She loves how confident Pepper seems to feel wearing a suit.

Vinnie - oh... everyone so... attractive! *dies* Seriously, it's probably more of a reaction to everyone wearing the sorts of clothes they don't usually do since he always knew they look good, but still.

Minka - ohhh, she also enjoys seeing others in such different from their usual outfits. Especially likes seeing the boys in dresses. Will definitely paint them all because of course she will.

Pepper - huh. Huh. She will definitely start with some jokes but she can't keep it up for long cause she just gotta. Look. She thinks they look fineeee.

Penny - they're stepping out of their comfort zone! They're trying something new! Some of them need some reassurance and she's ready to give it and hug them and compilment them ^^

Sunil - A lil bit flustered by it all. They be looking gooood, his eyes follow everyone, but like respectfully. Kinda like in your poly pets on the beach thingy! He kinda avoids looking because he doesn't want to make anyone feel weird, but he's also most definitely looking.

Russell - I just don't think he would care that much xD. If they wanna try dresses/suits then so be it, just try not to destroy anything while they're at it, pls.

Those praises and stuff applie to everyone aside from Vinnie. He ugly, no one's impressed.

For Robin,

I had two major suits to draw insperation from: his new black and grey suit and his classic Robin suit. I decided to go with the new suit as the basis, reworking someone of the gloves to appear more like his orginal set, adding more red lining to reflect the gold and black from his classic suit. I increased the collar of his suit to better match his future batsuit. Instead of a Robin-Style batarang, I went with a sabre, harking back to the many times we seen him with one. 

For his Title Logo, 

A simple design, taking the format of his current Vol 3 Run, with the only added alteration being the cut in the R.

Im super interested in this AU but if I should stop asking, do tell! ok but. this kind of feels like after Scar got hurt badly and joined Cub, he kinda disappeared from normal life? Otherwise the burn scar conveniantly the same would be pretty telling for Grian and Mumbo, right? It also sounds like a wholelot of angst and I am curious how Scar sees his two old friends after this

at the beginning he could go on with his life quite similarly to before (he'd have some excuse for the scar, this one's still work in progress) since he's fully covered in the new outfit now and the fight he joins cub after would be (conveniently 🫣🫣🫣) one of those secluded ones so no outsiders would really have seen the jangler getting decimated

and although friends, the three don't constantly hang out but the first time mumbo sees scar he recognizes it's him, he's just simply scared

hey yall, i wish i could say at this point when my hiatus is gonna end but i literally cant. my friends know that my depression has been really really bad lately& that just isnt going away- im crying on a daily basis, im sleeping a whole lot, im having really destructive thoughts. everymorning i wake up& i feel just as defeated, just as held down by the depression& its limiting me a wholelot. i dont have energy for anything& that includes writing. at my current state im lucky to get 200 words written perday(as opposed to getting 800-1,000 words done on a daily basis)& it all feels so impossible. i have no sense of inspiration or excitement in regards to anything& it just wont stop. i hope everyone can try to understand& give me some patience as i try to make my way through to the other side of this rough patch. i have been putting off posting this cos i dont wanna let anyone down but here i am, having to face the facts& share that with yall. if you read this whole thing- thanks :)

i think our confession happens during like a sleepover or something like that. we're like watching a movie late at night and hes nuzzling into me and like we keep awkwardly looking at eachother and then away when kiss scenes happen. like that kind of stereotypical not-really-a-date-but-so-is moment. and at some point the movie ends and he just kind of says it. i dont think either of us want to do anything big or theatrical and it just probably felt like it was the right time . and then we kiss . ummmwegweagoawhg

ohhh, tiny. I know this feeling all too well. I don't know what happened but I'm sure it was bad enough to make you want to cry. I'm sorry you're feeling this way. let's take a few deep breaths.

first of all, I know you and I know that you hate showing emotion. I know you'd rather bottle it up than let yourself cry or feel any type of negative emotion. but crying and letting it out makes you feel so much better and bottling it in does a lot more damage than it does good. you think you're doing everyone and yourself a favor by not crying and letting it out but in reality, you're just hurting yourself. and people, like me, would absolutely love to help you. so just let it out, let yourself cry, because I promise you'll probably feel a wholelot better afterwards. it's okay to show emotion sometimes. you don't have to hide them all the time. please keep that in mind.

Megatron has plenty more where these came from, running a struggling faction on top of being a single Creator made for many tough days, but Megs did his best to document all those little moments—each one was just that much more priceless than the last. Crusade was a very small and pudgy little thing, it was gone all too soon but the newspark stage was his favorite :’)
