Ok, so think about Dean, and he got hurt on a hunt because someone always gets hurt but this is bad. “Break out the good stuff” bad because Winchesters do their first aid at home unless there’s death on the line and Cas isn’t around to heal. Maybe not able to heal - they both tend to lose track of that.

So Dean is seriously trippin after Sam patches him up, and maybe that’s why he says it out loud instead of silently: “wanna lie on your pillows.”

Sam looks at him, a little confused, and says “Sure, Dean.” And gives him a couple pillows off his bed.

And Dean pouts. “Not stupid fluff pouches” - and Sam is definitely remembering that for teasing tomorrow - “wanna lie on your pillows.” Before Sam can do more than lift an eyebrow, he continues. “Your big honkers. Your giant naturals. Your nice plump breasticles. Wanna lie on your pillowy tits.” And he give the most pitiful pleading eyes. “I wanna cushion my head on your tiddies, Sammy. Pleeeeeeeeeeease?”

“Uh…” Sam’s brain isn’t sure, but his feet are already walking him to Dean’s bed, and his body is lying down on the bed, and his arms are already following Dean’s frowning mutters of “no shirts, want tit skin” to strip off his t-shirt so his brain catches up in time to enjoy the feeling of Dean snuggling into his side. omfg Dean calling Sam "baby" is my kink. I wish he called him that during the first seasons but i'm satisfied with the very few times he called him "kiddo" "kid" (close enough to baby) I always melted a little bit and i'm sure the same thing happened to Sam.

Right? I use it a lot in my writing - that or some other pet name, but I like "baby" and "baby boy". It adds something extra special to their already "special" relationship...
