Facce da @paestumwinefest Vi presento il cuore del team organizzativo del #paestumwinefest con il fondatore @angelozarraildivino che ho avuto il piacere di incontrare a #matera in occasione dei @foodandtravelitalia #wineawards nel quale sono stati premiati come “evento wine dell’anno”! Giunto alla XI edizione , il festival si terrà a Carpaccio-Paestum dal 25 al 27 marzo all’interno del Next-Ex Tabacchificio.   Io ovviamente ci sarò!! E spero di incontrarvi negli oltre 12.500 mq tra interno ed esterno, che ospiteranno oltre 250 aziende, 20 consorzi e gruppi d’acquisto per un totale di circa 11.000 etichette in degustazione. In programma tantissime sorprese, 35 masterclass e tre talk per offrire momenti di approfondimento con produttori ed esperti, e per affrontare i temi significativi del comparto enologico. Braó 2016 is the wine with the highest score of the wines made with Carinyena. 🔝 https://acusticceller.com/en/ Braó is a very deep, intense wine made from very old vineyards of 85% #carinyena and 15% #garnatxa from our 45 hectares we cultivate in our project Acustic Celler in DO Montsant. Braó express all singularity and personality of very poor, stony solid and hot and dry weather conditions from Montsant area. Braó means brave because these very old vineyards have a lot of strength and courage surviving many years in very extreme weather conditions. Acustic is a red wine from old noble vines of between 25 to 70 years old 30% grenache and 70% carignan from different vines within the DO Montsant. Aged in French oak barrels with light toast for 9-10 months. Acustic Celler is a project that started in 2004, we work in organic 45 hectares of vineyards. It is possible to make fine and smart wines, acoustic wines, using the traditional varieties and expressing a unique singularity. Who has the best wine list, by the bottle and glass, in town? Has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for the second year in a row? We snagged what may have been their last bottle of a 2016 Pride Mountain Chardonnay! This wine had spent some time in new French oak and was rated 93 points by Jeb Dunnuck, who called it “another terrific white from this estate.” We paired it with a “make your own” cheese and charcuterie board that always comes with seasoned nuts, olives, dried and fresh fruit and buttery crostini.
