☕️🪅 the WIP-Pinata!! 🪅☕️
Tumblr media
Due partially to unfortunate circumstances and partially to unfortunate government-made paperwork errors, I am about to be out of the state with effectively zero money for anything but gas and will not be getting paid for like another week, with broken EBT and messed-up health insurance to boot. Oh, and my car insurance is also due, because of course it is, haha. 😅
So! Got this idea from @thisisnotmynamefml; a grab-bag Ko-fi goal! Specifically, a Ko-fi goal focused on filling a few of the eighty billion unfinished WIP Wednesday requests filling up my inbox that I never got to for one reason or another. And I love doing WIP Wednesday, don't get me wrong, but I could use the excuse to clear out some older requests and maybe get at least SOME of my inbox back and semi-usable, hah.
Therefore, for every dollar donated towards the goal, I will go fill a random WIP Wednesday request in thanks. Which means a minimum of three sentences in a random WIP that's previously been posted for WIP Wednesday; I'll just rifle through my very, very full inbox and pick whatever jumps out at me first. I get a less-cluttered inbox and WIP-progress, and everyone else gets a pinata-ful of writing asks!
( also I won't be tagging these with their specific Ko-fi donor's username because it'd take forever and probably confuse people anyway, but if you're interested in donating and have any particular squicks/triggers you'd prefer I avoid, just leave me a note about them in your dono message and I'll make sure to pick something that doesn't hit any of 'em to fill for your percentage. )
My Ko-fi can be found here, for anyone who's considering donating! Thank you for reading. ❤️

Six Sentence Sunday!
Tumblr media
Look at meeeee, back to scheduling a post to publish at midnight eastern time on Sunday morning while I slumber away!
I want to thank @getmehighonmagic for the early tag already!!
Now that I've shared the doc with @kiwiana-writes (who I'm also tagging in this game) whose belated birthday gift this currently unfinished WIP is going to eventually be when it's complete, I want to share six sentences from an AU that might only be relevant to a few of you out there haha, but it's happening anyway. This, friends, is my FirstPrince/Saw AU:
Something in the man’s voice has an oddly calming effect, despite the setting. Maybe it’s the jut of his chin or the clench of his jaw, or the way that Alex can already tell from across a room that the man is tall, with impossibly broad shoulders. Whoever put them both in this room must have found an effective way to incapacitate him quickly, which suddenly circles Alex’s thoughts back around to terror when considering what kind of person would choose to take down someone of this man’s size. And the more important question: why. “I’m Henry,” the man offers, his hand held out before him as if to offer it to shake before he realizes why that isn’t possible and sheepishly slides it through his hair. “And you?” “Very Fucking Confused. But my friends call me Alex,” he responds with an incredulous smirk as he sinks to the floor, crossing his legs beneath him with a wince as he once again reaches the end of the chain and is forced to shimmy closer to the disgusting pipe.
Tags behind the cut for my lovelies! And an open tag for any new lovelies who might come across this post and want to share their beautiful work!

Hello 🧐 saw that rude comment of an anon and... manners????💀 I really hope that was just a very poor worded comment and not meant like that!
Never get down with such comments! You're writing is legitimate perfect and perfection does take its time!
And MAY I ADD that you also didn't just left, but taking your time to interact with us daily and try to catch up asks and such!
youre are OBVIOUSLY very diligent and VERY patient ❤❤❤ PLUS the long ocean liner story??!!! HELLOOO???!
Yeah, I rest my case. One of the BEST and my most favourite hobby authors ngl! I am actually a very picky reader, rarely there are stories on the internet that keeps me interested and wanting for more 😍 And here are the crack stuff you asked for lol
Just a sneeze... Kry won't rest until darling literally does...
Tumblr media
I forgot Krys glasses in the last one 😪
Tumblr media
Darling stole the maid apron btw...
And this one was dedicated to one of your answers about a Hedwigs ask :3 where anon described how secretly scary Hedwig is bc you dont realise her intentions until its too late. And your answer's ending where you described darling being genuine and not having the urge to impress her like others made me think that a frugal!darling would be the most funniest partner for Hedwig lol. Someone who just doesnt want to spend money excessively despite its there... yeah have fun Hedwig! Mwah! :D
so yeah, that slap was personal too lmao, I dont trust a robot vaccum cleaner to be reliable XDD i am sorta a clean addict ^^
I have another one but that is wayyyyy too long and messy to finish it, in general these sketches are a hot mess (i apologize, I normally never post such unfinished wips but I hope you still had fun. Imma show you the other sketch per chat though :p)
Haha omg no these are fantastic what the hell? I laughed out loud in public and now people probably wonder what tf I'm doing😅 I love these so much. I'm not going to lie however, I thought it was Silas in the second comic before I read the explanation. Which means that I was totally fine with him wearing a maid apron. I do not know how to feel about that ...
Fun story, we own a robot vacuum that is ass, and one day it just ... disappeared? Literally grew legs and walked away. I looked for 30 minutes after that damn thing. IT HAD HIDDEN ITSELF UNDER MY MOTHERS FUCKING WARDROBE ... ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE APARTMENT?
I see that you've sent a private message so I'm going to take a peak right after this!!
I'm sure the anon used the wrong wording! But they're getting a story later on today so I hope that will satisfy them :) but thank you so much for your nice words, they warmed my heart🥹🫶🏻🩷

Twenty Questions for Fic Writers
Thanks @skelingtonsderek for tagging me! ♥️ And thanks to @love-leah and @willowmckinley for bringing this into the justified fandom circles!
How many works do you have on ao3?
2! Both in the Justified fandom.
What's your total ao3 word count?
89,708. About 90% of that comes from i put this heavy heart in you, which is shaping up to be a behemoth. My Old Guard fusion fic is just over 10k at the moment, though the final chapter might end up doubling that.
What fandoms do you write for?
Justified is the only fandom I’ve published for. I also have unfinished WIPs in the succession fandom and a league of their own, as well as one really old one in the MCU, a canon I’ve since parted ways with, but I do still hold fondness for those characters as they were at the time I wrote it. The succession fic is the only one that may still end up happening. It’s kenstewy because I’m nothing if not deeply predictable and fraught childhood best friends to assholes in love is my jam.
What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
Oh well this is easy, haha.
i put this heavy heart in you (justified) - the clear winner at 185
catching bullets in our teeth (justified) - following at a respectable nearly-half-that at 90
Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
I try to respond to every comment point-by-point. To me, the whole point of posting a fic publicly is to interact with others. I write for myself, but I post for my friends and other fans. I would love to get into more back-and-forth comment discussions like I have in the past with @toli-a and @willowmckinley, because that kind of engagement and connection is the white whale I’m chasing every time I put something I wrote out into the world.
What is a fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
Definitely my as-yet-unpublished succession fic, haha. Currently the one that’s left off angstiest is catching bullets, because Raylan and Boyd are still separated at the end of the last posted chapter. However, I like to think the ending of every chapter of heavy heart has a healthy balance between happiness and unhappiness, with a slight skew toward angst because these guys are still a long way off from any kind of resolution on the myriad problems they’ve had thrown at them. I dislike both fluff and darkfic, so I like to live in the shades of grey and hope that comes through in my work. Bittersweet and/or ambiguous endings are my jam, while I find qualified happy or qualified unhappy endings also satisfying.
What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
I suppose going by the above process of elimination it would have to be heavy heart.
Do you get hate on fics?
I never have, thankfully. Everyone’s been nothing short of lovely; I think this fandom understands that if you don’t have anything nice to say it’s best to say nothing at all. The closest I’ve gotten is people saying “I didn’t think I’d be into this because it’s kid fic, but boy was I wrong!” which is incredibly gratifying to hear.
Do you write smut?
Nope! I do write sex scenes, but I don’t think they’re necessarily the same thing; smut is to sex scenes as squares are to rectangles. To me, inserting a smut scene would be like having a mechanic character suddenly go into a long internal monologue about every little thing they’re doing in the engine of a car—their work as a mechanic might be integral to the plot, but that level of detail is just excessive and boring.
The very first sex scene in heavy heart is the closest I’ve ever come, I think, because I took a very close lens to the entire day that makes up that first chapter, and even that ended up pretty vague. If I ever got more detailed than that, I’d ruthlessly eviscerate it back down into something at a similar level. I can’t stand when my writing feels uneven, so suddenly inserting a scene with way more minute detail than anything else in the chapter feels incredibly jarring to me. I do think other people’s writing styles can support it better, and I can get through a car engine anatomy lesson if there’s enough about/within the rest of the story that I like, haha. This is why I categorically avoid pwps; I’m not a mechanic and have no interest in cars beyond their ability to get me from one place to the next, if you catch my drift.
Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?
No, and I generally avoid reading them, with a few very notable exceptions. There are, very occasionally, canons that enhance each other rather than clashing. For example, I’ve read a justified/walking dead crossover that I absolutely adored and would recommend to anyone with knowledge of and interest in both canons (or even just one).
Have you ever had a fic stolen?
No, I’m not nearly popular enough for that, haha.
Have you ever had a fic translated?
Nope! I imagine this tends to happen after fics are finished, which… well.
Have you ever co-written a fic before?
I haven’t. I’ve co-written one thing, ever, in my life, and it was a story my dad and I switched back and forth chapters on when I was maybe nine or ten. Even then it was difficult for me; I was the kind of kid who told everyone else what to say in our make-believe games, haha.
What's your all-time favorite ship?
I don’t pick favorites of anything as a general rule. Not food, not music, not ships. I despise ranking things; it’s very difficult and not at all rewarding. It requires a level of oversimplification that my brain is naturally resistant to.
What's a wip you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?
I know I’ll never finish the a league of their own fic (it’s an ocean’s eleven fusion and it would have been a lot of fun, but the canon turned out to be more of a hyperfixation than a special interest, so the enthusiasm has since left me). Meanwhile, I still have some hope that I’ll finish the succession fic, and I’d very much like to post it someday. As for my two posted fics, once I’ve posted them I’m committed to finishing them, no matter how long it takes. I suppose there’s the chance I’ll die before that happens, but one would hope not.
What are your writing strengths?
I think I have a pretty good ear, not only for dialogue but for the flow of narration. I just won’t post anything until it sounds right. Other people have called my writing lyrical, which I think is them picking up on this. Also, while I don’t think I’m the most metaphorically inclined, I have a strong sense of analogy. I make the distinction because I think my comparisons tend to be more practical than whimsical. I make a lot of connections in my head, and this in addition to the way I go about writing allows me to make callbacks and set up recurring themes/motifs throughout my stories, which I’m also quite proud of.
What are your writing weaknesses?
I struggle a lot to synthesize dialogue and narration. Most of my editing time is eaten up by trying to graft these together in a way that sounds right. I’m sure it would be less noticeable to others than it is to me, but I do think anyone who compared the drafts to the final products would understand what I mean. I also am pathologically incapable of brevity. I always end up adding way more than I’m taking away when I edit. However, I enjoy longer stories anyway, both to read and to write, so I’m not especially bothered by this. I tend to avoid writing things like drabbles because I’d rather add 100 words to a current wip than use an equivalent amount of time to write a snippet of something else. Most of my favorite things about writing don’t even apply to a work that short.
This sounds like me turning all my weaknesses into strengths, but everything else I struggle with is hard for me to really articulate. I guess my biggest weakness is how slow I am; oftentimes I’ll outgrow a hyperfixation before I can finish the story I’m writing about it, and it just gets abandoned. That’s why I only post in fandoms that I know have become enduring special interests. I’m confident that I’ll finish my justified fics eventually, so I posted both without having written clear endings. I wouldn’t do that with most fics (see: the succession fic I keep referencing) because I don’t trust myself to stick with it to the end. I also tend toward stories that are motivated more by character development/dynamics than traditional plot, so I’d probably struggle with a really plot-heavy story.
Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
I’ve been speaking Spanglish since birth and am conversational in LatAm Spanish, if not what I’d personally consider fluent, so that’s the only language I’d be confident enough to write in besides English. I’d be comfortable throwing a few words of another language in if I could be certain I was using them correctly. Most likely, if the pov character understands the language, I’d just write “[Dialogue],” he said in Mandarin, and if they don’t, I’d just explain in narration that they said something in x language that the pov character didn’t catch. I suppose I might be moved to make exceptions for the sake of dramatic irony.
First fandom you wrote for?
I wrote an OC into the world of Dragons of Deltora in a spiral bound notebook when I was eight.
Favorite fic you've written?
Once again, I don’t pick favorites! I love all my fics for different reasons; it’s why I wrote them.
People I haven’t seen tagged, sorry if you’re a repeat, and if I missed you imagine your url in the following list: @raylangivins @eff41 @oh2e @freekicks @esteefee @norgbelulah @catchclaw @bringmefoxgloves @boydcrowdr @praycambrian @deputy-buck

20 Questions Game
Thanks for the tag @nodirectionhome-ao3 and @practicecourts
How many works do you have on AO3? Currently at 17
2. What's your total A03 words count? 696,804
3. What fandoms do you write for?
Right now just Harry Potter
4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
Maybe Tomorrow: Post War. Harry and Hermione are renovating Potter Manor over Christmas then wake up into a different life. (almost finished!)
Iris: My first story, and the bane of my existence. Hermione flees after the war, five years later she's dragged back in by a dangerous situations. Follows my series Seasons. Hidden child trope, angst fest, long as hell and on hiatus. H/Hr
It Had To Be You: Post war, completed, steamy romcom with some loose inspiration from the film When Harry Met Sally. Co-written with @bettertoflee
Found: A spin off of Iris, and another alternate ending to Seasons. Never thought I would write an OC protagonist, but here we are!
My next highest kudos is another Harmony, but that's boring so going with my highest rated Jily fic which is Plans. It's also more Sirius & Lily focused, takes place right after Harry's born.
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
I try my best! Sometimes I can forget if I'm distracted/dealing with real life stuff. But I am SO grateful for people who take the time to let me know they've read my work.
6. What's the fic you wrote with the angtiest ending?
For now probably Spring or Winter in my Seasons Series.
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
Well seeing as how I struggle to finish anything...I guess the ones that are complete which is It Had To Be You and Home.
8. Do you get hate on fics?
Yes, so far only in Harmony. It's a huge reason I don't participate in the fandom much and why I moderate comments. Most of it has been concentrated on my stories Iris and Found, but I've also received rude comments on other works including It Had To Be You (which got some very incel type comments, and is the main reason I only allow registered users and block instantly).
9. Do you write smut. If so what kind?
Yes, mostly reluctantly as I still get uncomfortable writing it, but some stories feel incomplete without some. Love reading it though! Not sure what kind means? Like M or E? I would say my smut is relatively tame. I've only written one E rated fic, which was co-written haha.
10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written? Nope, can't imagine I ever would.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not that I'm aware of.
12. Have you ever had a fic translated? No idea! People have asked me, but haven't seen them.
13. Have you ever cowritten a fic before? Yes! Working on my second collaboration with @bettertoflee. And my story Iris gets so much support from my beta Green_Eyes that it feels like she may as well be a co-writer!
14. What's your all-time favourite ship? I've shipped both my fave HP ships since around 2001 when I was a child and they haven't changed even with the dreaded epilogue for Harry and Hermione (I take Unlike a Sister as canon and breathe easier for it), or you know canon for James and Lily (which is why AU is so fun!)
15. What's a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?
Ideally I'd like to finish all of them. If I didn't have such a strong editor/beta reader for Iris it would likely stay unfinished. I REALLY struggle with endings at the best of times and that story has a variety of factors that make it difficult for me.
16. What are your writing strengths?
I'm very hard on myself, so its hard to think of positives. I do think I'm creative, and as someone with ADHD I often think outside the box. I think I have a good ear for dialogue. I've also received compliments on my descriptions/scene writing, as well as for conveying emotions. The thing I do love best about writing is seeing the growth year by year, story by story.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
Plotting, getting stuck after the midway point. ADHD brain always wanting to jump to something new. Spelling/Grammar from years of French Immersion. Wordy, though REALLY have worked on this and I do so much slashing and cutting in my editing.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
No strong opinion unless it's constant.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
Probably Harry Potter as a child. Although me and a friend wrote a That 70s Show script and posted it on fanfic.net back in middle school haha.
20. Favourite fic you've ever written?
This is a hard one. I am really proud of Maybe Tomorrow, I put a lot of my heart into it and it's actually complete except for some edits and additional scenes I'm contemplating.
I also really enjoyed writing Plans. And I'm proud of this short micro where I managed to stay under 1000 words!
I think this has made the rounds already! At least for Jily. But will tag;
@bettertoflee @myst867 @glitterwitch1 @riverwriter @runawayminds @annonymouslyblonde

2023 Writing Roundup
Thank you for the tag @inquisimer! This is a really neat game c:
words posted: 392,883 (AO3) and ~70,748 (Tumblr)
additional words written: 90,683 (unfinished wips)
grand total of words: 554,312
fandoms: Dragon Age (and a lil bit of Mass Effect and Baldur's Gate)
highest kudos: *Tie between Saccharine and Between Strokes of Night at 107 kudos each (both smut with feelings haha)
highest hit oneshot: Also Between Strokes of Night at 1,244
new things I tried: New ships (Zevwarden and Fenhawke) and fan events for writing (the Big Bang, 14 Days of Dragon Age Lovers, and Zevwarden Week)
fic I spent the most time on: Katabasis. I don't think I've ever edited any piece as much as I edited this one.
fic I spent the least time on: Byways and Lay-Bys, which I scribbled out very quickly right before I left on a trip. I really wanted to post something on my birthday and on the other side of the country, so it had to be drafted in AO3 before we left.
favorite thing I wrote: So torn between As Two Reflected Stars (I am such a sucker for wound-tending and yearning and writing this was purely self-indulgent), Breath of Life (someone confronting their feelings after a near-death is also one of my favorite things) and A Golden Bell Hung in My Heart (which I wrote for a friend's birthday and is thematically The Last Unicorn meets Dragon Age; I think it's one of the best-composed things I've made to date).
favorite thing(s) I read:
Impact by Baejax (4,173 Words | Fenhawke): Wound-tending and yearning again haha. I really liked the way the author addressed memory and memory loss in this one.
Blue Shift by bloodbright (4,324 Words) : Loved this Mass Effect piece about what Shepard and their crew are like from an outsider perspective. Excellent noir-esque vibes
What to Do by Undomiel_Writes (1,039 Words | Shakarian): This fic has this lovely cadence to it, by which Garrus counts the time he's been waiting for Shepard to wake after the end of the third game. I think it's the one I reread the most this year, too haha
Iron Bound by loquaciousquark (96,959 | Fenhawke): This arranged marriage AU has everything: chivalry, forbidden lovers, a love triangle that is actually a triangle and well-written, absolutely gorgeous descriptions of landscape, really well-done character development and, most importantly, so much yearning. I really can't recommend it enough.
writing goals for 2024: Continue to work on descriptions of place and setting and finish at least one of the long fics I've half-written.
new works: 25 (on AO3)
*Leaving out Your Fate for Mine, which I only posted an epilogue for this year
Tagging @dreadfutures @heniareth @bumblewarden @greypetrel @vakarians-babe. I know things tracking progress can sometimes feel less than great and the new year can be hard, so I am intentionally leaving the tag list short. Please let me know if you'd like to do this and I will tag you immediately!

i wanna hear abt whatever "the backflip failed to assert dominance" had going on
Haha, now that one is quite a silly name for what was a more serious, mystery story, with the title stupidly referencing what the plot twist is, hehe! Sadly, this wip was abandoned a long while ago as I didn't have clear ideas for what I wanted to do with the story to its end after a certain point, and I wanted to focus my creativity on the two WIPs I was still feeling inspired by (one of which was Pruny! :). However, I'm feeling generous, so I'll just copy/paste the whole unfinished draft below the cut for your own reading, maybe you'll still enjoy it!
It's very rough and clunky at parts, and rereading it for myself took some strength to not immediately change several lines to make it read less confusingly, but it was better than I remember it being! :) The next paragraphs will be spoiling the "twist" and what plot plans I had for it in case you wanna read it for yourself and come to your own conclusions first, so Spoilers in 3, 2, 1...
. . .
So this story takes place in 1993, the year Freddy's would end up dying. We follow the Scott Cawthon phone guy of the Utah location who has just doomed himself by hiring the infamous Dave Miller. Previously up to this point, DSAF 1 happened as normal with the gnarly ending (where Jack and Dave got away with murder and shut down Colorado), but when DSAF 2 happens, Dave arrives to Bakersfield as Jack never showed up, meaning Vegas was the last he ever saw of him. So Dave has been continuing his Freddy's closing mission one place at a time, though eventually losing his passion for it since he's alone again doing it.
However, the Scotts have gotten more and more cautious of Dave over the years and this one is especially proactive about watching Dave and preventing him from achieving his killing MO if at all possible. Killing time at work to cool off suspicions, Dave records some phone tape recordings (which are featured in and taken from Project: Save the Kiddins), then he checks out Scott's paperwork and sees an application by "Mike Schmidt" who seems suspiciously like an anonymous Old Sport, which excites Dave and inspires him to get his old Spring Bonnie as well as Sportsy's Spring Freddy suit too, now! (After all, he can't just kill the kids not suited up, can he?) Sadly though, it would turn out that this is actually the canon FNAF Mike Schmidt, who as you know is also a rotting anonymous zombie serial working at Freddy's...
Meanwhile, Scott, with Dave having left the premises, finally has some free time for himself and decides to fix the Happiest Day machine before having a "dream" (not realizing he's gone into it) and meets a puppet and some ghost children. And then the story leaves off with Scott feeling compelled to save the children's souls.
I didn't have enough draft written to make my subtle hints grow more obvious before revealing, but if you were somehow very smart enough to figure it out, this Scott is actually a Phonified Jack who springlocked himself (perhaps by backflipping, hence the dumb title hehe) on day one of DSAF 2 before he could ever reunite with Dave. That's why he was extra aware of Dave's danger and methods while also feeling drawn to saving the children in the Happiest Day machine :)
I'll almost certainly never return to this WIP, but it was fun revisiting it and even sharing it, so thanks for the opportunity! :D
Hurricane, Utah, 1993
Friday, XX/16/93
Model 51_1 was swamped in paperwork to work out like usual. As always, too many employees to replace, and thus too many positions to refill. Another dayshift spot to fill after another typical event, another nightguard they'd inevitably gone through, it was always the same sh- crap here. Over half a decade of it for this Scott, not that counting did anything to help his spirit any.
Spirit? No, at this rate, he probably didn't have one of those anymore. That’s assuming he ever had one to begin with. Freddy's was effective at killing those off in anyone who worked there.
Focus, Scott. Let's see what we got for today.
Sighing for impending boredom, he adjusted his gloves in preparation for a whole lot of handwriting and took the first packet.
Applicants. Alright, let’s see.
As often as they cycled through employees at Freddy's, new applicants were always found for him by means he didn’t want to know. Probably the cause of their staff being so chronically sketchy though.
Top sheet.
Randall Jade.
Applying for night guard. A-And dayguard, how convenient…
Experience: sex work, goose control… the latter might be a relevant skillset…
Phone no.: 1-800-8=D SEXY PHONE
Place of residence: Freddy's hopefully.
Well…the honesty was the opposite of professional, but Freddy's values rock bottom desperation in its applicants above all else. All in all, the programming in his head told him Jade was an ideal candidate for the position–uh, positions.
Next.
Dave Miller.
Oh.
Oh no.
Dave Miller.
Applying for dayshift worker.
Experience: ur mom.
Phone no.: 69
Place of residence: ur mom.
Scott felt like he had been marked next for a death sentence. That's essentially what Dave was, all Phone Guys knew it. Dave Miller was an open secret, a promise for destruction for whichever location he picked next. A blight on Freddy’s not even a crucifixion could solve.
The programming in his head told him Miller was an acceptable candidate for the position.
Next.
Scott's hand trembled as he continued to whittle down tonight’s stack of papers.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Monday, XX/19/1993
Dave had received an unsurprisingly quick response to his work application just a day after submitting. He was naturally hired. Freddy's only survived because it had no standards. But of course, Dave vowed that that would also be its downfall.
So he showed up for his umpteenth first day. He didn't bother finding the Phoney; both of them should know exactly what was up without fake formalities. They knew their place by now. Those guys were like a hive mind with their programming and company newsletters.
Yet as he entered the building, Scott of course was waiting there to meet him anyway. Dave walked past his trademarked Phone Guy greeting to go see how this place’s Saferoom had changed over the decade he’d been gone. Phoney sighed at being ignored; both of them knew it was better for his immediate safety if he left Dave alone to his devices. Dave had to admit, it was in some ways nice to have his reputation finally precede him.
Old Sport had disappeared after Vegas in 87, and once he finally learned he would no longer be following him around, Dave realized he was going to be alone again for a while. But of course, Sportsy would surely come back for him sooner or later?
But in the years of meantime, Dave had tired of the mocking charade he used to put up for the Phoneys. The end result was always the same anyway. It just wasn't fun anymore, and it certainly wasn't needed.
After all, Dave's score was still undefeated.
He was more wary than usual about trying something too soon, though. The Phone Guys these days are always on edge about him, and they're always the most paranoid in the beginning.
To prove his point, he could see this new Scott carefully watching him from afar right now in his periphery. There was something… distinct about this one though… off-putting in some way he couldn't yet pinpoint, but he had a boring week ahead to digest his thoughts.
The best Dave could come up with for now was that it felt like he knew something the other Phoneys didn't. Like he was “in the know.” Whatever that would mean.
Dave checked the Saferoom, but to his surprise, there weren't any springlock suits here. That…was definitely an unexpected wrench in his plan. He promptly went to go properly meet this Scott after all.
“Phone face. Where the fuck're the suits?”
“Ah, now that I would’ve told you during orientation; we had to get rid of those after the original five murders here back in the 80s. Y'know, to prevent any more scandals here after miraculously saving this location from going under. Higher ups are really attached to this first location for some reason.”
Dave was right ticked off. This Phoney smelled like bullshit.
“Freddy's is dying, Dave, and the company's had to… adapt.”
Dave now had weekend plans to visit Bakersfield.
Not dignifying Scott with a response of acknowledgement, Dave just marched off to the office to fuck around on the computer.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tuesday, XX/20/93
Another boring day of not murdering children. Another day of ignoring Phoney’s paranoia.
Dave decided to explore the security office next to kill some time.
Scott of course noticed Dave’s detour. Seeing him in person again… it filled him with determination. A determination to… do something about him, certainly to stop his usual plan to shut down this location. He’d already gotten rid of the springlock suits last weekend, a crucial ingredient to Dave’s shenanigans that hopefully bought him more time.
He was personally familiar with what this “man” was capable of, and he wouldn’t have it occur under his watch. And certainly not if his hide depended on it.
Well shit.
“Rip in fuck, nerd.”
Dave kicked the dayguard’s nearly headless corpse aside to raid the office drawers for anything interesting.
Most of it was junk like tape, post it notes, pens… no scissors. Maybe he could just draw some dicks and post them around the–
Ah. A tape recorder. Those’re always fun to mess with.
He played the one that was currently inside.
“Hello? Hello, hello? I have a message for you... to help you get settled on your first night. Umm, I actually–"
Dave immediately paused it. He didn’t know why he expected anything other than the same old tiring Scott voice stuttering through some training script. As the years went on, that same voice only irritated him more and more.
But then Dave smiled with bored inspiration and pressed Record.
"Sorry. I just had to cut that asshole off. What a fuckin' nerd.
Anyway, good fuckin' going on landing a minimum wage job. Where you have to fend off gigantic felt-covered bastard animals who want to smack your neck and stuff you into a fuckin' bear suit.
That phone guy left some tips of his own to help you survive. But honestly, it didn't do him much good. Spoiler alert: he fuckin' died. What a nerd! So, good ole Davey's gonna give you some of his pre-recorded safety tips!
By the way, this place is totally fuckin' haunted, and that's on me. I sorta murdered a few dozen kids, back in the 80's and stuffed them into the robots out of pure spite for the company. Don't worry though: kids don't count as real people. I'll call ya tomorrow. And remember: you can't out-wrestle the bear, so don't even try."
Satisfied with a job well done, he hit Stop. It felt good to make a positive difference in the world sometimes. Ah, who was he kidding? He smirked thinking of the next nightguard they’d hire hearing this as they fended for their life.
…He was still bored, so heck, tape #2.
"uh, hello? Hello? uhh, well, if you're hearing this then you made it to day 2! um, congrats! U-uh, I won't talk quite as long this time–"
"Hey, how ya doin' man? It's me again: Big Dick Davey! Night 2, eh? Good job on not getting stuffed into a tacky fuckin' bear suit! Honestly, the night should be the exact same as last night was, just with slightly angrier robots who will try to rip your throat out twice as hard.”
He drifted onto a Foxy-related tangent. He had too many opinions to not share them.
“...Well, that's enough pretending that I care about your safety for this night. I'll call you tomorrow with more Freddy's-related bullshit trivia. See you on the meanside.”
Dave looked up at the clock. Seriously? Only 2:15?
Ugh, whatever, let’s just record another.
"Hello, hello! Hey, you're doin' great! Uh, most people–"
"Hey, yo, doggo, it's me, Davey. Wow, night 3. Incredible. See, if there's one thing I can do, it's give bad advice to future night guards.
By the way, since these messages are pre-recorded, I have no actual idea whether you're actually alive or not. Let's be honest, statistically, you probably died back on night 1.”
He looked down at the poor bastard on the ground behind him.
“Priceless. If you're still alive, worry not. To survive tonight, just do the same shit you did last night, but better.
Just don't dick around and you'll be fine. I'll speak to you tomorrow, dude.”
Dave was starting to get bored again, so he called it a day and stood up from the office chair.
Oh, right. He should probably let Scott know about that bozo on the ground. He considered just letting him be a fun surprise for Scott later, but he was still in the paranoia phase, so Dave would probably be blamed for murdering him if he didn’t report it. He missed that one Colorado Phone Guy, he was probably the most chill one he ever had the pleasure of fucking over.
It was also the Phone Guy he and Old Sport got to take down together.
Man he missed those fleeting days.
“Hey Phone-fuck, yer dayguard’s dead.” He thumb-pointed behind his shoulder toward the room he’d just come from.
“Oh godd-dang it, already?”
Scott grumpily walked over to the security office. Dave had to admit, this one was off-putting for sure, but he appreciated the laxer programming on the fake professionalism of this guy.
Though it made him uncannily human to him, and that circled back to off-putting.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another night, another stack of papers for Scott motherhecking Cawthon.
He let out a stressed sigh.
Already he could expect to file another dead security guard. More applicants to reconsider already too. Jeebus, it was only the first night on the job, Randall!
Well, comparing the previously declined applicants against each other again, he– hey, wait a minute, there’s another new application that was submitted today.
Mike Schmidt
Applying for nightguard.
Experience: 20 years in night security, 10 years with Freddy’s.
Place of residence: Hurricane, Utah
H-How conveniently perfect. Although there was no Mike Schmidt in any of the company files despite such a history… He was one of those name-changers. …Whatever, taking their applicants at face value was the Freddy’s way. He of all people should know that better than anyone else.
The programming in his head told him Schmidt was a perfect candidate.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wednesday, XX/20/93
Dave came in for day 3 of bored snooping around. Hell, maybe he should just start the killing already, just so he could move on from this extra depressing, windowless dump.
The Phone Guy learned surprisingly quickly not to interact with Dave if not necessary, but that still didn’t end his unusually keen hypervigilance on his movements throughout the building. Dave half considered just dismantling this Phone Guy early himself since his usual MO was already being derailed off tradition.
Not committed to any particular plan yet, Dave went to the kitchen to locate a knife or any sort of stabby paraphernalia for future reference. And to his severe chagrin, there wasn’t a single knife to be found in any of the drawers or counters. Not even any forks.
It was a good fuckin’ thing Dave was a creative thinker, and right now, he was using those creative juices to think of payback for that damn Phoney. Phone Guys were never this annoyingly proactive.
But what, did this guy really think Dave wouldn’t provide his own tools when the time comes? The more annoying Phoneys often had a knack for thinking they’re two steps ahead of his plans, but all those Phone Guys were long gone now. Dave grinned at the thought of that. Served those creeps right.
He found himself in the office. There was paperwork strewn about the desk. There was no reason not to rifle through it. At the top was an application that Scott seemed to have accepted based on the red pen marks circling him when the others seemed blank.
Mike Schmidt, huh?
The more Dave read and pondered his application, the more a hope unexpectedly began to flicker where his heart should be. This guy had quite a history with these restaurants…
He booted up the computer to check the employee file on him, and there was one. Opening it… it seemed to be created this morning? This was a good sign.
Mike Schmidt.
Age: ?? (Note: Avoided answering)
Residence: Hurricane, Utah
Employment history: 1993-current, Nightguard, Location #1
Note: Skin does not look healthy. Avoid physical contact in case of STD, we can’t afford such lawsuits like we used to. Mike doesn’t talk much either. Exercise caution around him.
Heart elated, Dave promptly headed off to the security room.
He hit Record.
“...Old Sport! Oh, how I've missed you! You came back. You always come back. Have you come back for me, old sport? Have you come back for ole Davey? I knew it, I just knew that you really loved me!
Look, I have to go, old sport. But, I'll be right back tomorrow night, okay? Stay alive, old sport. I'll speak to you again tomorrow, sportsy!"
And with that promise recorded, Dave excused himself from work early to start his drive to Bakersfield a couple days ahead of schedule.
And Scott was awe-struck to see Dave just run out like that. The programming screamed how wrong it was and urged him to drag him back here, but the programming also screamed at him to stay here on-site during working hours.
But most of all, his memories screamed that Dave was up to something disastrous. And this time, he would be at the receiving end of the catastrophe.
His programming faithfully corrected each and every one of the panicked swears he muttered as he paced back and forth.
Unable to calm down all the tension in his head, Scott looked for something to distract his mind from the impending dread.
There. Something. That da-dang machine over there.
It was always broken, and with no Dave to watch like a hawk right now, maybe finally fixing the poor thing would calm him down. Clearly no one else was going to do it so he might as well. He went to Parts and Service for a wrench.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A dream of being at his old Freddy’s job.
It was disorienting.
It probably wasn’t real.
Before long, he noticed a puppet standing there before him.
“I’ve never seen you before.”
“W-What do you want? What’s going on?”
“The five children.
Ten years later and they still do not rest.”
“I… don’t understand.”
But that felt like a lie after he said it.
“Gabriel. Fritz. Susie. Jeremy. Cassidy.
They’re all still waiting for rest.”
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thursday, XX/21/93
Yesterday was strange. He’d had the strangest dream when he fell asleep against the machine he’d just fixed, and then he felt compelled to carry out even stranger errands for the puppet in that dream. But… it felt right to do it. Something about the robots seemed tame this morning.

20 questions for fic writers
thanks for the tag @mrsbsmooth and @0shewrites0 !!
How many works do you have on ao3?
24
What’s your total ao3 word count?
379,729 words which is so insane to me like that's roughly 6 standard books
What fandoms do you write for?
love island the game, baldur's gate 3, and criminal minds!!
Top five fics by Kudos
be my mistake
don't call me baby
bedtime stories
somebody that i used to know
easier than lying
Do you respond to comments?
i try to! sometimes it's hard, especially if someone's binged a fic, but i do try and respond as much as i'm able
What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
i don't know that any of my fics have an angsty ending! i have fics that are angsty and unfinished like be my mistake and a temporary fix, but i have happy endings planned for all of my fics haha
What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
don't call me baby <3
Do you get hate on fics?
never which i'm very, very grateful for
Do you write smut?
yes but not a ton of it
Craziest crossover:
i wouldn't call it crazy but my vampire academy x love island the game fic deeper than blood was pretty ambitious
Have you ever had a fic stolen?
not that i'm aware of!
Have you ever had a fic translated?
nope but that would be really cool!
Have you ever co-written a fic before?
yes i have!! i have a WIP called love island, actually that i co-wrote with my beautiful amazing talented writer's room girlies @crimswnred @i-boop-you and @tammyisobsessedwith <3
All time favourite ship?
because that's an impossible question, i'm gonna go by fandom and say for litg it's gotta be bobby x mc because that was the first playthrough i ever did, for criminal minds definitely hotchniss, and then for baldur's gate i'm gonna say astarion x mc only because he's the only companion i've romanced whoopsies
What's a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
i have a few heaven's secret WIPs that have yet to see the light of day and i'm not sure they ever will because i'm so intimidated by the stuff that's already out there
What are your writing strengths?
i like to think i can create pretty good chemistry with my characters, like i think of don't call me baby and the marshall/ryan relationship and how i built that up. i don't think it's perfect by any means, and if i could go back and change things i would, but i do think i did a good job
What are your writing weaknesses?
i'm terrible and i mean TERRIBLE at plotting, i can never sit down and plan out my stories but then of course when i'm writing i never know where the story is going so i feel like stuff tends to get a little messy in my fics
Thoughts on dialogue in another language?
i don't love it because it rarely ever serves a purpose and just feels like a "hey look i can speak another language so i'm gonna sneak it into my fic"
First fandom you wrote in?
percy jackson lmfaooo
Favourite fic you've written?
don't call me baby because it was the first fic of any fandom that i ever finished and i just look back on it so proudly because i did such a good job keeping up with a schedule with it and posting regularly and not letting it fall into WIP purgatory where so many of my other fics live. i also just love marshall and ryan with my entire heart and soul <3
tagging: anyone who has yet to be tagged bc i am always the last to post these lmfao

I've always wanted to tag you in those post you drafts/wip games but i'm shy so i'm anonymous. what are you working on? 💚
omg 🥺 feel free to tag me in those whenever! i won't post the actual videos since they are unfinished and it would be a lot of black holes in the timeline, but i can talk about what projects i have going! under a read more bc i yammer on
for mota, i want to continue my 40s jukebox project of doing videos to songs from the time period, so i have several ideas for that. but the only ones i currently have in progress are both bucky videos to andrews sisters songs lol:
a silly fancam type video to "oh johnny, oh johnny, oh!"
"you call everybody darling" (cut down, not the full song) which is basically an excuse to lovingly slutshame john haha
i also have a partially-cut gale video to "hounds of love" where i'm trying out a very different editing style than my usual, that i'm not 100% convinced about so that's been slow going
for spn, i have a whole spreadsheet of dozens of video ideas i had, but the only one i actually started and left unfinished was a sort of concept video about homeless human cas set to johnny cash's cover of "bird on a wire"
and finally, i have an extremely silly justified video that i've been slowly, slowly pulling clips for but idk if i'll ever finish...a boyd crowder fancam set to this edited version of "boys" i made because i was so annoyed he wasn't in the reboot (well.)

📥 🤔 and 🍰 please!
📥 What is your fave fic to receive comments/messages on?
Honestly comments in general make my whole day haha :) I think my favorite royai fics to get comments on are for either my AUs or Misfire, those were really fun to write! It's fun to see people's reactions to royai in a "maybe they won't end up being executed in the same grave someday" kind of way. My Spy x Family ones are fun too, especially if I get royai readers on them lol. Gotta love pairs who barely touch and suddenly it's the most intimate thing in the world.
🤔 What is the hardest part of writing fic?
Oh goodness, there's a question for the ages. I am very much a bit of a perfectionist, so it's hard for me just to sit down and jot down a fic that's not up to my usual writing standards. There's a very specific way I like my writing to flow so editing always takes up a large chunk of time before posting. And as much as I hate to admit it, I do thrive on interaction. Writing is definitely something that helps me relax, but it's a little hard to spend 15+ hours on a chapter only for like five people to read it. But you better believe I hold those readers in the palm of my hands and cry ugly tears over a single kudos lol.
Writer's block also sucks ass. I literally have so many unfinished royai wips, but I just lost steam and of course I got hyperfixated on another blonde/black-haired angsty duo. I'd really love to write for royai again, but I think I would write them a little differently than before since it's been a while.
🍰 Name one of your fave comfort fics (doesn’t have to be your all time fave).
Oh I have so many royai ones. I've read "Let Me Love You" by @fullmetalscullyy at least a dozen times haha. "i'd meet you where the spirit meets the bones" by @lantur is one of my favorite AUs of all time, and of course "a study in reformation" by @firewoodfigs reignites my love royai every dang chapter. Though for prose purposes, you and @roseofbattles are always a win. "what started in beautiful rooms" and "adopt a brand new langauge" are literally pieces of art.
Spy x Family would have to include "hide and seek" by @puolain, "After the Storm" by @xokiddo, Saccharin by @lacrow, "until we run out of mornings by bloomdove, "green envy, silver tongue" by @aerequets and "if you don't love me now" by @nire-the-mithridatist

Not finishing this is one of my biggest heartaches of the year tbh 😭 most of my unfinished wips are bobadin related, but this was one of the very first sketches I made as I was giving in to my new and horrible life choices of getting hopelessly entangled with the mandalorian and related shows (if you couldn’t tell its age for the messiness of it, there is also the noisy brush I’d been using for sketching still back then) - I’m not sure if I will ever get back to it, since I’ve lost interest months and months ago, but this one is very dear to my heart, it’s just so soft, okay? (Oh my, I was just getting familiar with their faces and shapes and their armor, I’d barely hunted down a handful of reference images to use haha)
Send me a 👀 and I’ll post a snippet of Wip I never got around to finish this year

For the ask game!! #4, 22 and/or 23 please!!
Ooh, you asked for some hard ones! Alrighty, let's do this.
#4- A story idea you haven't written yet
By 'Haven't written yet' I'm going to assume this means one I have the idea for, maybe wrote down the idea, but haven't written any actual dialogue or story for. Because out of my massive list of WIPS I have written chunks of story for most of them. So here's one from my notepad, in it's raw 'idea' form. Fic where Adrienette are finally dating, and they get to spend time with each other and date like normal kids (minus their superhero duties ofc) and they slowly but surely start to realize that the more they get to know each other, the more their bf/gf reminds them of their partner. It's not a sudden identity reveal. Just a slow and building suspicion that something weird is going on. There's something familiar about how Adrien looks at her. Something about how Marinette can always find the right solution. The more they relax and get comfortable around each other, the more their alternate personalities come out. Like Adrien discovers that Marinette is actually kinda bossy, and that she gets frustrated easily if it seems like you aren't taking things seriously. (He found this out because he was letting his silly side out, and she was clearly getting exasperated... Not in a way that made him feel bad for being silly, but In a way that really reminds him of Ladybug.)  Marinette could swear that when Adrien's hair gets messed up by the wind he looks a lot like Chat. Plus he's fiercely loyal, and always knows the right things to say when she's upset. Also, besides being very intelligent, she's surprised to learn that Adrien is also witty and a bit silly.  The more they really get to know the other on an intimate personal level, the more it starts to settle into their bones. It comes out in their dynamic as a couple. They eventually (and subconsciously) start treating each other the same way they'd treat their partner. The personalities start to bleed. The banter and teasing starts to inch it's way in. And then, one day, Adrien accidentally calls her M'Lady, and she responds automatically with "Yes Kitty?" and they just stare at each other for a long moment... And then start to giggle.  Because of course. They knew it all along.
#22- Do you ever worry about public reaction to what you’re writing? how do you get past that?
Does anyone *not* worry bout this? Truthfully, I always worry what people will think about my writing or art. It's not even always about whether it's good or not either. Even when I know it's good (Which sounds conceited, but you are allowed to believe your own work is good!) sometimes it's just about if it will be received well, if people will understand what I was going for, if people will accept the content. (I've written some pretty dark things, and I love to write romantic adult content/smut, and I'm always worried that those will be too dark, or too mature for people's taste) How I get past it isn't some special secret. I've always been a strange person, and I used to care far too much about what people think. I've learned thru many years of trial and error that it's much more fun to just put yourself out there, weirdness and all, and hope to find the ones that your weirdness clicks with. It goes into "Nothing ventured, nothing gained" territory. Sure, some people may not like my fic/art. But if I never post it, it will never be seen by those who would. And I'd be more sad if I never shared my efforts with like-minded people who I think would like it, than I would be if someone saw it and didn't like it. Because finding those people who DO like it, is pure magic.
#23- Pick three keywords that describe your writing
1. CHAOS! 2. GoblinEnergy 3. Unfinished (haha)

12, 27 and 30 for ao3 ask!
12. How many WIP’s do you have in your docs for next year?
Oh boy, of projects I'm actively working/want to work on right now, that would include:
Vashwood: 2 (third installation of blackbird, a howls moving Castle au, technically there's another 2 but they're not high up on priority)
Smoace: 1 (canon au)
Kidlaw: 1 (Laputa au)
So technically about 4, and 5 if you include my unfinished satosugu fic on ao3 which I need to finish but have run a bit out of steam on... If we're also including meta posts then I have another meta post half finished in my drafts which I've been on and off thinking about, so maybe 6... The reality of me posting any of these though is slim unless I get a bunch of free time sometime soon haha.
27. What do you listen to while writing?
Depends on what I'm writing! Most of the time I write right before I fall asleep, so by then it's usually a shuffle of whatever music I'm listening too at the time. However, if I have time and I'm properly writing on my laptop I'll curate the music to fit the vibe, especially if it's something depressing I'm writing. I also really like taking inspiration from songs I'm listening too for fic writing so if there's a song I'm particularly rabid about in the moment then I will incorporate it into the writing and likely have it at the top of a short list of music I'd be listening too while writing that plays on a loop.
30. Biggest surprise while writing this year?
I guess actually putting out fics? It usually takes forever for me to write and I also really didn't expect to end up writing blackbird since originally I was gonna focus on writing a different fic, and then proceeded to write blackbird instead. And then to my surprise wrote a sequel to blackbird, and I've started on a third. So I didn't expect for that to be the biggest part of my year fic writing wise.
I also didn't really expect to write as much meta as I did and it be something welcomed by the fandom as well as it did! (Once while talking with others someone was like WAIT that's you who wrote those meta posts? They're so good! Which was extremely flattering, haha). I really wasn't expecting to get very involved in the fandom since I usually just lurk more than anything, so I quite enjoyed actually being involved for once.

20 questions for fic writers
Tagged by the ever lovely @oliviassunrise - thank you friend!!
1. How many works do you have on AO3?
521
2. What's your total AO3 word count?
as of today i have posted 1,189,141 words, which makes me feel insane!
3. What fandoms do you write for?
i have written for a lot of them, but the current three are the last of us (tess/joel), the hunger games (haymitch/effie), and fringe (peter/olivia).
4. What are your top five fics by kudos?
but home was a dream (one that i'd never seen until you came along) [jopper]
i am still looking (even when i look away) [kate/yelena]
this is home [philinda & philindaisy]
your heart is a masterpiece [melinda & daisy]
how everything still turns to gold [tessjoel]
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
i do!! i'm terrible at it and usually very late but i cherish every single person who leaves me a comment.
6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
probably confined, where tess is captured by fireflies and has no hope of escape.
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
probably my tessjoel summer anthology fic!
8. Do you get hate on fics?
not usually? if i do i'll just delete it and move on, tbh.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
i do lmao it is a majority of what i write nowadays if i'm being honest?? i did kinktober and had an absolute blast, especially because i wrote some kinks i never had before.
10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?
i have! i've written plenty of marvel crossovers, but the silliest one was wayyyy back in my ncis days- i wrote a jenny shepard/bruce wayne crackship fic, haha.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
i don't think so?? if i do i don't know about it lmao
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
i have not!
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
back in my sons of anarchy days i used to rp gemma/clay, does that count?
14. What's your all-time favourite ship?
i'm gonna be honest- i don't have one. i love each ship so deeply in the moment that it always feels like the all-time favorite! like right now, it's tessjoel. but two years ago it was jopper. before that, it was philinda. before that, riverdoctor. and so on, and so forth. i just love what i love, man.
15. What's the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
Honestly, my maydaisy + avengers au that has sat unfinished since 2017 haha. i had such a great plan for it and then aos broke my heart and i got discouraged. i really should go back to it because melinda + the avengers is my favorite thing.
16. What are your writing strengths?
description. i have a very flowery writing style that lends itself better to descriptive scenes.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
starting too many projects for my pea brain to keep up with
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
i've added bits and pieces of other languages to my fics before and it is always after intense googling, haha.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
NCIS, for my beloved jenny/gibbs <3
20. Favourite fic you've ever written?
this is so tough!! i have been writing for nearly half my life now so i've written so much. but i really really loved i lost a part of me out there, a tessjoel time travel au borrowed from one of my favorite tessjoel writer's verses. i think it's some of my favorite writing ever. but also the jopper marriage law fic (my top kudos fic) is my absolute pride and joy.
tagging @wardenannie @sassymajesty @professortennant @wistfulwatcher and anyone that wants to do this <333
