hmm, i don't think so? i just kind of have the main characters all set out and plotted and stuff already, and i don't really accidentally end up giving a character more importance than i wanted? akjdsdkjd

SO MANY. SO MANY. i've written so many found family scenes from elemental that do not fit ANYWHERE into the story, and there's this really desperate scene at the end of we'll make it to the ocean that i Long To Include but it doesn't fit in with the ending ://

so long. SO LONG. some for more than three years, some for less than three months shfsdkjjs

HA okay so for 20 seconds left, it's the mission impossible theme. i wanted to make it a classic spy story, but add twists of my own, with young, preteen, indian characters, targeted towards them. the mi theme is cheesy as hell and it fits the Spy Genre, and also i love the fucking series it's love of my whole entire life

god, yes!! at the end of wmitto, i planned a Lot More Deaths than originally occurred, but then i wrote a Scene, and i came up with the title, and then i went, 'wait...' and then everything Changed.

ooh okay, so, for 20sl, anusha's parents met at an archaeology dig, where her mom accidentally fell into the pit they were excavating, and she found anusha's dad there. it turned out he'd fallen in before her, and he was searching the site without his team, so no one could rescue him :/ BUT anusha's mom [deepa] and ayush [anusha's dad] end up excavating the pit as they're stuck in it and discover a couple of Cool Ceramics and nerd out over it and five years later they're married. :D

🎬 what genre would your oc be into? she'd deny it to her dying day but. cheesy romance and sappy love stories that have a HAPPY ending. if she watched titanic she'd probably not recover for like a month.

✨ what kind of aesthetic do they like? !!!!! castles that are cool and airy; a wide open space in which wings can be spread; a meal around firelight, shared with people you love; dancing in a nightclub to low bass music, swaying your body to the beat; a hand on the waist and a light smirk as you lead someone to a corner; loud laughter and private smiles

🛌 what kind of sleep schedule does your oc have? like a vampire's, actually. she hates the morning and LOVES staying up at night, it's her favourite time. iza catnaps everywhere, all the time [she fell asleep in a meeting with the KING once, i'm in love with her], and she barely sleeps in the night, choosing to draw or just look at the fires burning in the corner of her kingdom. :D

📚 would your oc cheat in an exam? no!!! they're very honourable and they'd spend the previous months studying for it, so there's really no need to study. but if the teacher/prof is shitty, if the exam has nothing relevant to the lessons, if there was anything they know is unfair to the class, they'd probably cheat.

✊ would your oc win in a fight against an ostrich? naomi wouldn't even get into a fight against an ostrich, but if they DID they'd probably lose. i don't think any of my ocs would win against an ostrich actually. [except amber and gi ofc <33]

��� what kind of food do they like? this one's interesting. see, they grew up in the angel realm where foods like vegetables, rices, flour stuff are common. there aren't a lot of delicacies or luxurious food so naomi's sort of used to having normal, chill food. but, but!!! isa introduces her to this Hell dish, which is spicy as FUCK and naomi is literally gasping for tears and her nose is all red and snotty BUT. she continues to shovel it into her mouth. she loves spicy food but she cannot handle it to save her life.

hi!!! you can call me jai or leo and my pronouns are they/them!! i’m a minor :D, i mainly write short stories but i do dabble in longer length fantasy, dystopia and romance stuff as well!! i also write poetry and prose pieces. the things i look for in stories are queer characters, neurodivergent characters, found family, fantasy [DRAGONS!!!], a coming of age story, anything with good friendships, Found Family [i’m literally obsessed with it.]

wip intro: a match made in hell

[formerly the king, the guard, the queen. name might be changed in the future, credits for the current name go to @lemonphrogg thank u darling!!]

Iza didn't think being the Queen of Demons would end up in her being forced into an arranged marriage with the King of Angels, of all people.

With her parents being who they were, though, she really should have expected it. She's shipped off to the Land of Angels, forced to live amongst them for a year, learning their lives and customs before marrying into their family.

She expects being bored out of her mind, having her magic being stifled. She expects the King being a stuck-up goody-two-shoes.

She doesn't expect: a conspiracy surrounding her magic and the Kingdom of Demons, digging into the mystery and asking questions she really shouldn't be along with her Guard and the only person keeping her sane, Naomi, and falling in love with Naomi.

All of which are against the rules.

Well. She's never really been a stickler for them. Iza's a demon, after all.

The Queen of Demons is to be married to the King of Angels. Naomi's instructions as the captain of the Queen's new elite guard are this: Keep the Queen subdued, sheltered and safe. Don't answer any of her questions. Force her to spend as much time with the King as possible.

Naomi, however, has a heart. Tentatively, they reach out to the miserable Queen, offering her a friendship.

It's supposed to be just a friendship.

It blossoms into something more.

Naomi falls in love with the Queen of Demons.
