44 DAYS OF WITCHERY - Day 2: A myth or story from folklore

Being mexican, my mother and grandmother always told me the story of "La Llorona," the cry or weeping woman. She was a woman that lived in a house with her children not too far from our house was, which was by a very wooded creek (imagine that!). I don't remember the specifics of my mothers story. But it had to do with her children dying, or being killed, and she would weep for them. If you listened late at night, you could hear her crying. And if you were being bad, she would come to take you away.

Day 5: One Spell

So currently I’m not working on anything, just doing some research into some other things, but I’d like to do a spell to help either increase my chances of getting a bursary I just applied for, or one to help get me more hours at work. I’m leaning more towards the bursary. I want to get back into school, do my upgrades, go to university and finally get the career I’ve wanted to do for a very long time. I have high hopes of getting it, but there’s always that slight chance I won’t and I’m honestly scared.

Day 4: Last Dream

So my last dream was a bit weird to say the least. I was with my Mom and Boyfriend, and on the phone with my Dad, walking around in a store. Me and my mom kept referring to it as a dollar store, but this place had EVERYTHING!! And I guess I was hoping to move cause I kept mentioning it and thinking how wonderful and cool some of the stuff would look in my imaginary new place. Some things stood out in the dream, a hummingbird, a flashlight, an alarm, and a bunch of very pretty horse statues!! The horse statues were where I ended up waking up cause I was starting to get a bit annoyed. I really wanted certain ones and my Boyfriend pointed out how I didn’t have enough room where I was so I just stated that I’d move and he was happy to live with me since he was planning on moving also, but I wanted the statues. At that same moment as I’m ranting, a group of kids walk in and block my view of one of the statues I was pointing out, and then I woke up.

Day 3: Out of the Book This is the cover page of my Grimoire, all hand drawn so theres plenty of flaws in the design, but I like what I added to make it uniquely mine. It is my favorite page of them all, mostly cause I spent the most time on it. So to explain the design, The corner things are suppose to be buckles, cause I always thought they looked cool on books. The feathers and paw prints are my connection to nature, a wolf, and cats paw, the two animals I admire most and associate with, and well feathers cause I both respect and loath birds. The triple moon and horned god symbol represent in part a belief that there is some higher power out there and that it/they are equally male and female. The rest is just added design

Day 1: My Magical Face In light of the new moon tonight, I wanted to do a witchy challenge day one is a selfie, so this is me :) . In the groove ready for work, and hyped about getting my life back on track!
