State of Colorado Public Health Refuses...

Who else has to fight their medical providers for care? Seriously what do you do to get them to listen to you? I mean the only thing I can think of is write "return to sender" when they send the bills.

I've contacted Colorado State Insurance Commissioner and the State of Colorado themselves and was told since I'm not a Medicare or Medicaid recipient they won't bother dealing with my complaints.

Yes the State of Colorado Department of Public Health told me they won't do a thing because I'm not a Medicaid beneficiary. And when I get Medicaid, they ignore my complaints. #ColoradoDeptPublicHealth #medicaid #medicare #CMS #gaslight #womanproblems

Being a woman is just like having a knife in the stomach, if anyone is curious...

Like frickig hell... why why is my pain killer worth basically nothing? I’m exhausted from the pain, and nothing works. And it's not like I can waltz into a hospital in a pandemic and say I have a case of “hurting very bad.”

It's not like I can waltz into the living room actually. As in without feeling like I've been stabbed a hundred times.

Surgery

I had surgery tuesday. It was quick. Ended up tying my tubes and getting a shit ton of scar tissue cut out of my ovaries. It is now thursday night and I am still in a shit ton of pain. My mom said since tuesday night that I shouldn't be in a lot of pain cuz she wasn't when she had her hysterectomy. It is bullshit though. To sit there and say I shouldn’t be in pain, acting like I am faking it. Everybody's pain tolerance is different, and everybody’s bodies is different. I am still in pain. Yes, I went to work the next day. I, as a single mother, who is behind on her bills and credit cards, has to make money. Luckily, I sit in a chair and type on the computer. I got prescribed Norco 5 mgs. I have a high pill tolerance just a low Pain tolerance. So today it took me three norcos just to get out of bed and get ready for work. I am in pain and when my own mom acts like I am lying drives me nuts. Like I hurt everywhere. My shoulder, legs, stomach, and hurt to cough like you have know idea.
