#absolutely exhausted and it's only tuesday #the worst thing that can happen is become a valuable employee tbh #i have 2 big features and from my side they're fine but the backend guys are new to the team and i feel like their nanny #i understand the questions and confusion but their lack of autonomy is crazy #why have i be the only one to test the features? why do i find bugs on their parts. why do they show me their code???#i dont even know their programming language #but partially i understand that it's easier to come and ask a girl than to come to a not-so-friendly guy #but i really need to set boundaries bc rn it's just so weird #like i literally had to organise the meeting with their seniors and explain their struggles #while they were silent. maybe they're afraid they wont pass their probation period but with this approach it's actually more likely they #wont #like i said they are the backend guys #i work on the frontend :/ i dont even know what's going on on their part #just kill me and let me rest.#and other teams and our designer cant stop messaging me or calling me in meetings. just stop #im stupid and wont help you
