When you're debugging code, there are a number of possible scenarios, in order of increasing scariness:

The code works, but with some known issues.

The code doesn't work, but I know why.

The code doesn't work, and I don't know why.

The code used to work, but I know what changed.

The code used to work, and I don't know what changed.

The code used to work, failed, and I fixed it so it works again, but now that I fixed it I'm not sure how it EVER worked before.

The code works, even though it clearly shouldn't, and I don't know why.

Just fixed a #6 issue at work so I'm a little shook.

The company I used to work for collapsed into administration last year (I was made redundant in 2023) and now the assets are being sold off. Most of the models I've made during my time as a LEGO designer are up for auction. Kinda sad.

I've never spoken about being let go from this company so if anyone is wondering, don't worry! I still work as a LEGO designer but for a different (and way better) company. :)

Tardigrade's outta the bag ! Wondla is streaming on Apple TV+. My first assignment on this production was figuring out the humble fisher folk of Lacus - the Halcyonus.

I remember being so nervous to pitch the 'dorsal fin nostril' idea, but it went off without a hitch !

my cleanup animation reel for Monkey Wrench Episode 4! im most proud of the last shot, it took the longest to work on out of all of them :'3

(my job was basically doing the line-work and color over the rough sketches (rough animation) done by someone else)

I've been bursting to show you all this model! This is my very first dragon design to actually make it from drawing board to brick! And I'm so happy he was ready in time for the year of the dragon!

He's part of a set of models I've been working on this past year themed around fairy tales. I'll post about some of those soon!

Please excuse my arm in the last photo. It does show how big he is though!

I’m chipping away at a stop motion curriculum for work, so I needed to make some more puppet samples.
