Making our own post to avoid any kind of potential conflict.
Though it is America-centric, this is a page on Lighthouse with resources for a mental health crisis. You can access this page regardless of owning an account.
I also encourage our users to utilise the safety plans and the grounding worksheets on your Lighthouse account.
Please stay safe. We love you. Tomorrow might suck, but the only way to find out is to be there.
We are currently grief stricken from other circumstances, so we aren’t in any capacity to talk anyone down. But if there’s ever been a time for these resources, I’d say it’s now. -Blue

oh if we can recommend apps and stuff we recommend the site writelighthouse! its super cool and we use it all the time, you can keep track of basically everything about your headmates and innerworld and stuff, and you can have digital journals for all your headmates to write in :]
What a lovely site. It looks like it was designed by the Lighthouse System with a focus on DID systems and those with PTSD.
Thank you for sending in this recommendation, our own system will certainly look into using this in the future.

You know what. I'm not going to bed. I'm going try to talk to Intern and hopefully help them stop oozing on me by the power of the Lighthouse forum.

Apps/Websites we use
Main Ones:
Simply Plural
Pluralkit (with a private discord dedicated to our system)
WriteLighthouse
TwiNote
ForTelling
AAC Cboard (For the non-verbals) -> Dropped as it wasn't helping
PicCrew (or we draw ourselves)
Spotify
Recently Found:
100,000 Stars - A website that gives you an interactive space filled with stars, you can get a small tour on the site that starts with the sun and slowly zooms out to look at the Milky Way.
A Soft Murmur - A Soft Murmur is an online background noise generator designed to help you relax, focus, and tune out unpleasant sounds from your environment.
Interactive Bongo Cat - Just as it says, it's bongo cat but you can interact with it to make noises and such
90 Seconds Relaxation - A silent website that has this exercise to turn everything off and just let yourself breath and not worry about what is going on around you
Trying Out:
pronouns.cc - Honestly I've seen/heard alters using it and wanted to see what was up. Personally think it's kinda whatever -> Forgets it exists
DissociaDID - A YouTube Channel to learn about DID and such
(02/13/2025) Notion - Notes App of sorts, doubt we will remember but gotta try it before we knock it

aare you jsut staying on tumblr since cohost is gone?
Hey there! Pretty much, yes. We get too easily overwhelmed by other social media sites to want to branch out there.
We tried Mastodon, but the site was confusing and also we came across really questionable content almost immediately. Bluesky bombarded us with ragebait news articles upon sign up. We refuse to use Twitter, Instagram and TikTok. So unfortunately that just leaves Tumblr.
Edit: We also want to add that if you see an account actively posting under our monikers (lighthouse-system, lighthouse-app, writelighthouse) on these platforms, that is not us. Please let us know so we can report it accordingly.

Hi! We found a solution this morning and will be testing it tonight. No promises on it being back tonight but we have made progress.

Hi! We love the writelighthouse website!
I do want to report an error or two of sorts.
In the glossary, for OSDD it says “In the ICD, [OSDD] is classified as ‘Partial Dissociative Identity Disorder’”. That’s not correct; the ICD-11 has both OSDD and Partial Dissociative Identity Disorder as separate things (it’s a common misconception and one that tends to be repeated in plural/multiple spaces a lot).
No pressure to change it anytime soon. The app/website is wonderful!
(Also hope you (all) are doing well!)
Heya! Currently combatting burnout, but will hopefully be out of it soon.
We read over the ICD-11 again, and yes, you would be correct! Specifically, it seems that subtype 1 would be similar to Partial DID (but maybe not "classified as" because every case will be different). The ICD has a section for Other Specified Dissociative Disorder, but the only condition under that seems to be Ganser Syndrome. Admittedly, we don't really know much about that one.
ICD-11 Browser Page for Partial DID: [link]
ICD-11 Browser Page for DID: [link]
We're going to update the entry to clarify that it's OSDD subtype 1 (not all of OSDD) that would be analogous to (but not exactly the same as) Partial DID.
Thank you for pointing this out! ⭐ Hopefully, I read this correctly.
