is it worth it to go to a The 1975 concert? what are the positives and negatives about it? is there anything I should know?

I’m so sorry for not replying sooner, I didn’t see this message until now! (hopefully im not too late) I’d say if you’re a fan of them, and you love most of their music, it’s worth it. I’ve seen them twice, once seated, in a bigger venue and the other time standing in a very small intimate venue and both times were amazing. Not only is their music great live but their lighting and just overall visuals are too. Also considering the costs of what other live concerts can be, the 1975 aren’t that expensive. The actual energy of the place is really great too! I’ve not encountered any weird people or uncomfortable situations, the whole vibe is just really relaxed and fun!<333 Matty is also really fun to watch as well bc he moves around the stage and stuff. I can’t really think of any negatives besides they don’t play EVERY song (obviously) but some of the songs they dont play are my fave. Also the smaller venue I went to, they didn’t play for very long at all, (this maybe was because they didnt have any opening bands but even so) I was queuing longer outside then I was at the actual concert and I didn’t get there ridiculously early either. But saying that, their other concert was much longer. So if you like them and you’re thinking about it, I’d say go for it! (im so sorry if this means nothing now if I was late) -- OH also, i’d recommend standing, it’s a lot more fun:-)

1. i went to toronto to see weezer and panic over the summer. it was lit 2. when i was in toronto, i walked past the cn tower and i didn’t even know i had until i came home and was looking thru pix 3. i usually wear the same pair of jeans for... weeks... maybe even months 4. andrew dost and i are best friends, since he always likes my comments on his instagram pictures 5. i used to sing and act in plays in jr high, but now in high school i’m on lighting crew 6. i really love journalism/writing, and i’m on the school paper 7. i know a lot of random shit abt emo bands, so there’s that 8. i once pulled an all-nighter to binge-watch a season of brooklyn nine nine 9. i love watching game shows and cooking shows!! 10. i really love the moon/stars and both astronomy and astrology 11. i’m full of useless trivia

I can still remember my last birthday, I celebrated with my mum. I feel good, that years before mums diagnosis, I recognised my birthday was not just about me, bit about mum and the journey she endured to safely deliver me. Each year, I would pass on thanks and treat her out in a way of appreciation. On my last birthday, I treated mum to a seafood buffet lunch, and for dinner other family arranged an Italian birthday extravaganza followed by cake and candles as pictured here.
