something about Fusionsprunt that i often think about, is this contrast between human conscience and artificial inteligence, in which one of them is far more 'genuine' than the other, therefore valid. in the original context, Hunter is a human man whose brain was tranferred into the skull cavity of a robotic body, while B2 is an android manufactured to undergo the human experience in an attempt to answer the question 'how far can technology go, until you're unable to discern a man from a robot'.
when i think about these two characters living their everyday lives, turns out both are selfish, reckless, mean and stubborn, and that is comforting to me. both are making mistakes and being embarassing and not realizing it until later.
that's why, i don't like the thought that Hunter, a 'genuine' conscience, taught anything about living to B2, that he acted as some kind of mentor or guide. idk if he was ever asked to try he'd wait 5 minutes and ago fuck it i have no fucking clue. not to mention he wasn't there when she was created. he did acknowledge her existence, but he never doubted her capacity to feel or experience sorrow and frustration — though he did, unfortunately, took advantage of her programming to hide the truth for all those years the war against Bortom city took place.
on the other side, B2 isn't necessarily clueless or 'numb in an endearing way'. it can be difficult for her to understand complex emotions that are not hers, much like it is for us when someone explains a situation that we are often times unfamiliar with. B2 is not the only, but one of the examples the abstract idea that objects 'feel' when they're given emotions — not always in a literal sense.
new ideas create legs and run around. have you ever looked at the front of a car and thought 'is it smiling or frowning?'. some houses look so lonely and melancholic whenever you drive past them. what about when it rains and the sky looks sad (or relieved, depends on how you view it)? things are alive, and you care enough to acknowledge them. they become individuals with their own emotions. but then, there's never a way to tell what someone's thinking. you can't look at a person and, uh, read their thoughts (that's invasive). not even the people who worked on B2's program were capable of judging which lines of code are functioning.
sometimes we create things, and they will come to life, and these living things we created will also create other living things, and so on. it's not so far from what we think it makes us human. to sum it up, concepts have mingled (and that's not a bad thing, in this case).
in the end, there's truly no way to discern machine from flesh. Hunter and B2 are both lost and found, numb (due to trauma lol) and vigorous, selfish and altruistic, a little bit of everything simultaneosly. they're also the society they live in, the people they met, and they're also each other.

Perchance are you working on an Owen Lars fic??? *eyes emji*
:D
For all of Owen’s general dislike of the Jedi and his annoyance at Obi-Wan Kenobi in particular, he wouldn’t mind a bit of help in getting his nephew to stop making things float.
Entirely too tired for all of this, Owen snatches one of his boots out of the air, chucks it back into the corner. “Enough of that Jedi nonsense,” he tells Luke sternly, but Luke just giggles and flips his tail and reaches for Owen's ancient, heavily battered datapad. It slides across the bed towards him, and Owen catches that too, because it’s heavy enough to hurt the kid if he doesn’t stop it in time.
“If the ship’s gravity hadn’t failed, my life would be ten times as peaceful,” he says to Luke, who took the sight of things floating all around the tiny cabin as an invitation to indulge in Jedi tricks that are probably going to get them both killed. Owen's been trying to get him to stop for two days now, and they're going to have to make port eventually. If he does this in public, the fish tail is going to be the least of Owen's worries.
“At least on the farm no one would have noticed except the Tuskens,” he says, rueful, but—they can't go back. Not only would it be too dangerous for Luke, but Owen has just enough credits left to find a room somewhere cheap at their next stop while he works whatever odd jobs he can find. Everyone always needs things fixed, at least, and Owen's not a bad hand at that after years of self-sufficiency on Tatooine, so things aren’t dire, but—
It just feels weird, that’s all. Ducking Obi-Wan and leaving Tatooine in secret, leaving Beru to break the news to the Jedi who’s been haunting their homestead for months now, venturing out into the galaxy when he’s never even taken a step off his homeworld before—it all sits weird, sits wrong. Owen likes to think he’s a practical man, though, and he needed to leave, so he did. He needed to get Luke away from the one place where he’ll stand out like…well. A fish in a desert. If Obi-Wan had bothered to think before he dragged a Naboo to Tatooine, none of them would be in this situation, but he didn’t and they are so of course Owen's going to fix it as best he can.
With a sigh, he pulls one of Luke's rattles out of the air, hands it back to him. His other boot drops back to the floor with a thump as Luke's attention shifts, and Owen snorts, settling down on the narrow bed beside the kid and leaning over him as he shakes the thing.
“We’ll try to make it to Naboo eventually,” he promises. “Find someone to show you how to get your Human legs back. Mid-Rim flights cost a light-damned arm and a leg, though, so it might take a while. They don’t want Outer Rim bastards like us stinking up their ports, I guess.”

HIHIHI
can i requets prsk males with a s/o who has really cold hands????? and like they find out when they hold their s/o’s hand?????
happy emoji hapt emji
Hi, hello! Of course you can! It was actually pretty sweet to write, so I hope you will enjoy it as well <3
Also I totally did not bullied Akito in this fic again
Akito, Toya, Tsukasa, Rui with reader who has cold hands
Tag List: @alicewinterway18 - come get your future star!
@vodka-glrl - come get your ginger tsundere~
Tumblr media
⊱ it took a lot of time for Akito to initiate handholding, that's why he didn't knew how cold your hands are for so long time
⊱ and when he finally put himself together and finally decided to hold your hand and was met with true coldness and immediately backed away
"Are you that cold? I can give you my hoodie if you want..."
⊱ it was actually easy to explain to him that you just have cold hands and aren't actually cold
⊱ he doesn't really like cold hands so he may not initiate holding them with you so often... but he doesn't want you to feel like he hates you for that so even tho it may make him feel really cold, he still initiates it sometimes
⊱ but during summer, he really initiates it often, he feels like your hands are literal blessing to this hot weather he's experiencing
⊱ if by any chance you're insecure about your hands, he'll be there to reassure you in his ginger tsundere way
"Hey, wanna hold hands? I ask because it's hot and you have cold hands..." meanwhile: it's actually winter
Tumblr media
⊱ Toya probably also took his sweet time with initiating handholding with you since he didn't wanted to rush thing with you
⊱ when his hand finally found it's way to yours, he didn't even noticed how cold your hads are at first, if you wanted him to notice it, you'd have to ask him about it yourself
"Your hands? Hm, yes they're colder than normal hands... are you cold? If so we can get something hot to drink."
⊱ he was a little worried at first but quickly realized that it's just the way your hands are, and he honestly doesn't mind it since he doesn't notices it in the first place
⊱ he actually finds coldness of your hands really comforting, whenever he drinks something cold or holds something cold, it always reminds him of you
⊱ if it happens that you're insecure about your hands, he'll hold them more often and maybe even kiss them from time to time reminding you that he loves all of your parts
"Don't worry, YN. I think your hands are really comforting so please don't think so badly of them..."
Tumblr media
⊱ Tsukasa initiated handholding from the very beginning your relationship and once thing he noticed almost immediately noticed was how come your hands are
⊱ but even tho they felt like you're walking ice, a true star shouldn't point it out since it can just your feeling
⊱ he'll only tell you how he feels about them when you ask him about it, and even then, he's really nice about it
"I don't see what should be wrong with your hands... they're perfect to hold for future star like me!"
⊱ he'd never act like temperature of your hands is a problem to him, it's a part of you and he loves you all!
⊱ sure, cold hands might sometimes be s little problematic since they make you feel colder, especially in winter... but hey! He can always bring hand warmers with him! After all there's nothing that can stop him from holding hands with his one and only star
"Hey, my star! I brought us some hand warmers so we won't be so cold in this weather!"
Tumblr media
⊱ Rui initiated handholding at the beginning of your relationship in order to tease you a little, but what surprised him was temperature of your hands...
⊱ don't get him wrong, it's not like he hates it, after all he has pretty cold hands himself, but he can't help but tease you a little about it...
"Your hands are so cold, darling... Do you need someone to warm you up~?"
⊱ to put it simply: if you say yes, he'll buy you something hot to drink and ask what you thought about
⊱ he absolutely loves to randomly take your hand and bonus points if it will give you a little blush but oh god help you because you won't hear the end of his teasing
⊱ if you feel insecure about your hands, he'll be there to kiss all over your hands reminding you that he loves them and always will
"You don't have to worry about anything like that... I adore your hands because of the way they are, and I never will stop adoring them."

Cursed headcanons: mispronouncing BNHA names just slightly so the person you're talking to doesn't quite realize you're saying it wrong.
Aizowa instead of Aizawa. Emji instead of Enji. Shiggy becomes Shibby, or Tomoora if you're nice. Dabi with two D's instead of a B. Denki doesn't mind being called Donkey. Really mess with Zashi and see how long he'll answer to Hibachi. Tam-aki instead of Tom-aki.

♥ since the rosewells were unable to conceive a baby, they adopted amada when she was four-years-old. they did not expect to find a child as quickly as they did, but after meeting amada the rosewells immediately fell in love with her and did what was necessary to adopt her. and although amada was a very lively child who talked ridiculously fast and drove her parents up the wall, she was well-behaved and listened when she needed to. the rosewells were patient with her hyperactivity and thought her rambunctious personality was endearing. they frequently made the effort to spend time with her: reading to her every night, doing one-thousand piece puzzles with her, and having nightly talks with her. there was never a time where either parent was negligent, they were always supportive and there for their daughter.
♥ amada fell in love with reading books after her parents read to her “charlotte’s web” when she was seven. she loved the book so much that she asked her mother to read it to her several times, which eventually led to her trying to read it on her own. it was during this time that amada discovered she had dyslexia. her parents hired her a tutor and, due to her determination to read the books she loved so much, she learned how to love reading on her own. after learning the wonders of reading on her own, amada read “charlotte’s web” repeatedly. it was her favorite book, but in order to show her daughter that there were more good books out there, mrs. rosewell brought amada to the library; where she found various books to fall in love with.
♥ amada’s love of reading eventually turned into a love of writing. when she was in middle school her mother would buy her colorful spiral notebooks and amada would write stories in them. amada found mathematics and science difficult, but writing and reading were classes she held near and dear. and while she had friends in middle school who she loved and adored, amada would frequently go to the library to read stories or write. she would continue to do such even in high school where she was heavily involved with cheerleading. even with cheerleading and the social tasks that came with it, amada still made time to read and write.
♥ after graduating high school, amada went on to study english and sociology in college. amada was ecstatic to get to read and write, even though it was for a grade. she ended up reading classics that she grew to love, along with the works of shakespeare for which she grew to adore. it was college where she met her first love – a woman named cecilia – who swept amada off her feet. amada was so surprised by the fact that she fell in love so fast, but everything about cecila made it hard for her not to fall in love with her. cecilia was intelligent and was always teaching her things she thought was boring. on more than one occasion, cecilia would take amada on adventures to art museums and clubs. it was during this amazing relationship that amada made the effort to begin writing her first book. whenever she wasn’t invested in school, her friends, or her girlfriend amada was busy writing away her book. it took her two years to write, but by that time her relationship with cecila ended and left her with a broken heart.
♥ as much as amada tried to put her book out there, several publishing companies rejected her writing and called her whimsical for believing so desperately in love and affection. they saw her romance novel as unrealistic and told her right to her face that no one would read it. just as she was beginning to lose hope, she received a call ‘just reads’ that offered her good pay for her book. and by the time they published it, amada became well-known to the mothers and young women who enjoyed reading saucy romance novels. while amada was happy her book took off, she was still heartbroken, and instead of putting her effort into writing another romantic erotica novel, she wrote a crime novel about a female detective who had all the strengths and weaknesses that the men in crime novels she read had.
♥ her publishing company was hesitant about publishing a crime novel under her name, since her break-out novel was a fairytale fantasy that revolved around love, but one of the workers told her it would be good to use a pseudonym for her new project. amada happily agreed, taking on the name of ‘sky waters’ for her crime novel. after that book, however, amada became depressed – still upset about her lost love and lack of love life – and found it difficult to write. she ended up moving to new york city to live with her adoptive sister.
♥ amada had enough money from her two books to live a healthy lifestyle, but she took on a job at a bookstore to keep her mind off of things. amada then came to discover that she missed writing after assisting a young girl who wanted a book similar to “charlotte’s web”. with that little nudge in the right direction, amada sought a psychiatrist who put her on medication for major depression. after seeing her psychiatrist for a year, amada finally found the inspiration to write again. her new story would be another romantic erotica novel about a female boss of a multi-million dollar corporation falling in love with a barista at a coffee shop she frequently visited.
♥ as she wrote the book, amada made the effort to start dating, again – well dating and sleeping around. she thought it would help inspire her work if she tried different experiences with different people. with her new exciting love-life amada discovered that no one had the same sexual or romantic experiences with one person as they did another. this excited amada, but she got a little too carried away and began to date with and sleep with different people while dating and sleeping with different people around the same time. some of her partners grew angry and resentful toward her, but amada still wanted to see what kind of people were out there. in truth, amada was looking for love wherever she could find it, yet failed because she was searching too desperately in the wrong places.
♥ after finishing her third book, amada continued to work for the bookstore she’d been working at when she moved to new york city. she enjoyed the warm feeling of being surrounded by books and felt restless staying home for too long. the idea of being away from the bookstore too long made her feel upset, and in a sense, being there was a coping mechanism from her intrusive thoughts. although amada had been dating and sleeping around, she still felt empty. she knew, from advice that she couldn’t rely on love to fix her emptiness, but it was still a nice thought, finding love. instead of finding a romantic partner, however, amada made a few friends with some of the women who visited the bookstore she worked for. while these women did not give her romantic love, they helped her realize she wasn’t living enough and that she needed to more involved with the outside world.
♥ amada has signed up for various night classes at the local community college to keep her busy: a cooking class, a dance class, and a spanish class. learning new skills helped distract her and keep her mind off things. she loved learning new skills, digging her hands into whatever she could touch. she loved getting to show off her new-found skills and will show off to anyone who’s willing to pay attention. in truth she loves loves loves attention, because it makes her feel loved. in a driving class, she learned how to drive a motorcycle and bought one soon after. the freedom she felt with the wind blowing in her hair was almost as good as reading a good book.
♥ recently, she’s learned more about her biological parents – well, her mother, she has no information on her father. she discovered she has a twin sister, but doesn’t really know what to do with that information. amada considers that maybe the empty feeling she’s been feeling has to do with missing someone she never really knows, yet is hesitant about meeting this woman. she doesn’t know what she’d say to her, or know how that experience will affect her.

♥ after a mishap at a gynecological appointment, amada discovered she was pregnant. having taken a break from sleeping around, she knew that the reason she was pregnant had to be linked to the clinic. the clinic, to her dismay, told her that they had artificially inseminated her. amada was terrified after learning that – some of the nurses were kind and talked her through it, telling her she didn’t have to keep the baby – but in the end, amada decided she wanted to have the baby.
♥ being pregnant hasn’t slowed her down. she’s still dating and trying new things, she’s just more careful about what she does and who she does it with. she’s currently having issues with the husband and wife who were the ones who were supposed to have the baby, but she’s persistent in making sure she is given full custody of HER child. she doesn’t mind the family being involved, she’s merely scared they’ll fall in love with it and keep it as their own.
