Oh GOD this took way to long but it’s finally done!! So this is a fanart of @mikotyzini’s fic “Boundless” which can be found here: [x]

This story is surely on my favorites list, I really enjoyed the plot concept and how adorable they are in each chapter!

I’ll explain what each pannel means below the cut for conveniency but I’d highly recommend reading the fic first if you can to avoid major spoilers!

The bottom-end pannel illustrates the ‘current world’ where Weiss meets Ruby and begins to explain to her how she’s met ruby before in past reincarnations. She’s reasonably confused but curious enough to listen to Weiss’ past memories.

Top right pannel is the au that started the chain, it shows Weiss receiving a beautiful red rose from ruby at a date in Beacon’s forest.

The middle right is an au in which every person has a special compass that points to their soulmate. The scene here shows the moment our girls’ compasses lock onto each other.

Middle left is my favorite chapter in which weiss reveals to her girlfriend ruby how they’re destined to be together in every life.ruby’s reaction is very heartwarming and sweet and i love it

Lastly, top left is royalty au in which queen Weiss visits queen Yang to try and make up for her dad’s cruel ruling. Princess Ruby then shows up and convinces Yang to give her a chance at reconciliation.

The rose dividers are inspired by the ‘first rose’ and my idea is that a rose bush grows from it connecting all of their reincarnations!

I was doing this before for Pride Month but I didn't have computer to finish this last week... anyway, I draw this weeks ago, and recently watching in Tumblr I saw that my drawing fit with day three, so here you have XD

I did different backgrounds because I was experimenting and couldn't decide wich one to post so I'm sharing different versions XD

She doesn’t think it’d be proper, to get rid of the scar. It was her most obvious one, the biggest—it sat on her face, running down from her brow halfway through her cheek. How odd it was, that it was there, that her skin had been ripped apart to make way for its forming; that Arma Gigas had managed to smash through her aura and leave it there for all to see. And Weiss, well—

Weiss loved it.

Not on purpose, not because it was something she could stand to actually look at, but because it meant something. It felt more concrete than an asymmetrical ponytail and occasional sharp word; it gave her more agency, it was something her father couldn’t take away from her. That didn’t mean he didn’t try, of course, and even though Atlas more than has the means to get rid of it, well—she doesn’t think it’d be proper.
