Guysss February Fast aka fuck food is lost whoops. I can't find it and I'm too lazy to scroll through my notifications.

Anyways, I realized that I gotta lose 30 pounds (min 20) in 2 months and then learn to maintain. Whoops??? I'm pumped for this actually because this is a test to see if in really fit for the job. Of I am maybe I can start doing tllong term things I enjoy?? Anyways....yeah. I broke my fast today but feel hella gross. I hasn't stepped on the scale for a while actually and I don't want to because of an irrational fear that I gained all the weight back.

Anyways....I'm going to eat and it's 3:04 am. Idk what there is but I'm hungry but not that hungry, you know? Anyways Ana's Secret here I come! Or Jimins...I feel in more control with Jiminie's diet...Maybe xiumins??? Fast two days and live off coffee, have a small meal every two days and then repeat??? And workout?? Can I please???

Please enjoy! ============================================================ It was supposed to be a care-free day. None of the guys had schedules. It was nice outside. And Tao even planned to pay you a surprise visit later that day. He certainly did not plan to have a dozen people present for one of the most awkward, embarrassing conversations of his life. He'd woken up early, did some yoga, and even got a little shopping in before the shops would be filled with fans. He returns to the dorm with a smile on his face and an iced coffee in hand. "Guys, you have to try this. Starbucks has a new flavor." With his eyes closed as he takes in what is perhaps the most perfect sip of coffee known to mankind, he vows to himself that he needs to get a temporary job at Starbucks, at least long enough to find out how to make the drink. He's more than surprised as he's brought out of this happy state when the cup is suddenly knocked out of his hand, the straw poking him in the gums before falling to the floor along with the rest of his drink. "Yah, why would you do that?" he yells, assuming it was Baekhyun or Sehun trying to ruin his day off. But then he sees the manager's stone-cold expression and he profusely bows and addresses her accordingly before bending down to pick up ice cubes. Telling him to leave it, she slaps his wrist away, making some ice and drops of coffee fly over onto Kyungsoo's pants. He brushes it away quickly, the ice cracking as it hits the floor, several segments spreading out further and making an even bigger mess for someone later. Tao allows himself less than a second to mourn his lost drink, which, sixty seconds ago, he thought he'd still be drinking. He then apologizes again, taking a seat next to Baekhyun on one of the couches. All eleven of the other guys are there, so he knows it must be some sort of meeting―one not called by Suho this time. He looks around to see if he can gauge the reason for the meeting from anyone's expression, but they're all looking at the floor or anywhere but at him. The manager, however, stares right at him, her lips pressed into a straight, tight line. “What’s this about?” he asks calmly, so as to not anger her any further. She holds up a magazine, turning it to face Tao. "This came out today, and there's more online.” His eyes settle on what's depicted on the cover, and he squeals, immediately blushing and throwing his hands over his eyes when he recognizes a somewhat grainy photo. It was a nude he'd sent you months ago, from when he was still on tour. Sure, his naughty bits were blocked out with bright neon stars, but he was sure that the online version wasn't so generous. Who knows how many photos are out there, how many people have seen them? “Tao.” The manager clears her throat. He apologizes again and bows further than he has in his life―further than touching his toes in gym class. “Tao,” she says again, wanting him to look up at her. He weakly nods, his eyes still glued to the floor. “Yeah, like, next time, make sure to take your nudes as a Polaroid,” Baekhyun says, clapping his hands together in front of his chest, thinking he's hilarious. Since you're free today, how about you come over and I can cook you something special? He hiccups and another round of tears refuses to be contained. He slams his eyes shut, pressing the lock button and putting his phone back on the bedside table. There's no way he's seeing you now. He faces the wall, not moving his gaze from a spot that looks like a bolt of lightning until his phone starts ringing. He bites his lip. It could be a manager, so he checks the caller i.d., but he has no intention of answering if it is. He sighs when he sees your name, number, and photo pop up. He can't ignore you, because he knows how you worry, and a text remaining unanswered for five hours on a day off is just unheard of for him. But he presses decline and starts to wipe at his eyes and clear this throat. A string of mucus is dripping down his face, and he wipes it with a tissue before tossing it into a wastebasket. He tries to calm down and breathe deeply to ensure that he won't cry again. With a final clearing of his throat, he dials your number, then presses end again, hoping the call didn't go through yet. His lips quiver and his tears come back. He grips a fistful of hair in frustration. You'd probably call again, and he couldn't ignore you all day without you thinking something was seriously up. Communication with you is important to him, and his busy schedule only makes that harder, so he always updates you at least weekly, but sometimes daily, letting you know when he'll be able to talk and when he'll be too busy to even send a quick text. You hadn't received anything like that in regards to today. Quite the opposite, in fact. (Free day on Thursday, yesss followed by a string of emojis, including the sunglasses face, the dancing girl, and the sick face, which you assumed he hit on accident in his violently happy emoji tirade. Totally free? you'd texted back. He'd texted a pigeon back, and it took you a second to realize that he meant free as a bird.) It takes almost another twenty minutes of calming himself down, but he calls you back at 4:43 p.m., practically six hours late to responding to your initial message. “Hello,” you say, and he can hear the concern in your voice. “Hey, baobei. I'm sorry I didn't answer earlier.” He feels bad, picturing you waiting patiently for him as he just acts like a big baby. “But I'm here now. He'd had some tea before yoga―and the coffee of course. He planned on eating a late breakfast after he got home, but that plan was obviously rerouted. “I'm fine, Y/n. I'm a grown man." He scoffs in his head. A grown man who cries for hours straight and can't even manage to respond to his girlfriend, not even by text. “You know, I ate my usual bowl of solid steel for breakfast, followed by a delicious lunch of the tears of everyone I can wushu to death.” You roll your eyes. Does he not know about the pictures? You'd gone straight to Google when he not only didn't answer your call, but also declined it himself before it stopped ringing. “Besides your oh-so-manly diet, did you do anything fun today? Anything interesting you want to tell me about?” “I got that new coffee flavor at Starbucks, but Baekhyun had to be a little bitch and steal it because it was so good. It's not your birthday.” He thinks for a second to make sure, then confirms it again. “It's not your birthday, it's not our anniversary. You don't want to make him talk if he doesn't want to, but you also know him trying to act brave all of a sudden is not good either. “The pictures, Tao,” you finally say. He sucks in a brief, but sharp, breath. “Oh. I guess I shouldn't have been thinking with my dick then, huh?” “Baby, please don't do that.” A knock on the door grabs Tao's attention, and he looks over to see Suho standing there, two cups of coffee in hand. “Suho's here. I have to go, baobei. But I'll talk to you later.” He hangs up the phone and grabs a cup from Suho's outstretched hand. “This is for you too.” Suho holds up the other cup. “I thought it was the least I could do. Let me know if you want another one.” “I think two coffees is enough for one day.” Tao sips at one of them, but isn't as enthusiastic as he was earlier. “Did I not put enough sugar in it? Kyungsoo-ah, is there any sugar in the kitchen?” he calls, stepping out into the hallway. “No, it's fine.” Suho clears his throat. “Are you okay?” he asks with a look of sympathy, but also like he wants to scold Tao. Tao nods. “You have to be careful.” “I know,” he says. He knows Suho doesn't mean anything bad by it. He's being absolutely reasonable. Celebrities have to be extra careful with these matters. Sehun:

You walk into the holding two cups of coffee. A rush goes to your head and you fall forward onto the ground. Sehun looks up and gasps, running over to you and helping you up, walking you to the couch. He’d fan your face and constantly ask if you’re okay. 

Kai:

After EXO’s show, Kai walks into the backroom. He looks at you and notices your face is pale. You fall down and black out, making Kai run to you. He catches you before your head hits the ground, asking the others to get him a bottle of water.

Baekhyun:

You are front row of their show. Baekhyun watches you almost the whole show. He sees you sweating profusely and is shocked when he sees you fall down to the ground. As you are getting carried to the back,Baekhyun runs off stage to find you.

Chanyeol:

The two of you go hiking in the woods. He keeps a close eye on you so you don’t fall. You feel lightheaded and overheated and drop to the ground. Chanyeol picks you up and pulls you into his lap. He fans you while pouring water on your head to cool you down.

You are on a date with Kris when you start to feel a little sick, brushing it off. He notices you getting pale but doesn’t say anything at first. Your head drops down and you pass out. Kris immediately jumps up and runs to your side, trying to give you water to drink.

Tao: 

He has been worried about you a lot lately, since you went on your new diet. You told him your were fine when you went out to eat and only got a small salad. His heart stops when you fall over onto the floor and pass out. He runs to you and picks you up, trying not to cry.

Yixing:

Lay takes you home after you told him you weren’t feeling well. He had to practically carry you up the stairs of your apartment building. When you got the the door, your body gives out and you drop. Lay catches you and carried you inside, taking you to your bedroom.

Suho:

After their show, Suho comes up to you. He notices your sweating profusely and look a sick green. He gives you a bottle of water and tells you to sit down. Before you go, you fall to the ground. Suho panics and stands you up, giving you a lecture on why you should drink more water.

Kyungsoo:

When you pass out in front of Kyungsoo, he thinks you are joking at first. When you struggle to stand back up ,he quickly realizes you need help. He takes you to a chair and sits you down, asking if you need anything like water or something with sugar in it.

Luhan:

You watch behind the set as Luhan films for his new MV. He occasionally glances over to you, making him smile. His smile turns to concern when he peeks and you drop to the ground. He runs off set and over to you, hugging you and asking if you are okay.

Xiumin:

Xiumin takes you onto the variety show he is on to introduce you to the world. You try to say no to him because you feel sick but he drags you on. When he sits down, you pass out and fall to the ground. Xiumin’s eyes widen and he quickly runs to you, completely panicked. 

Chen: 

You watch Chen at his photoshoot. He worries about you being there, since you can’t handle flashing lights. After the last flash, you fell your head spin and next thing you know you’re on the floor. Chen and staff surround you, trying to cool you down.

Minseok has always been quiet.

And for someone who's quiet, no one will have a clue on what he's feeling.

So when he reads something online about what he's really worth,

He became more silent; torturing himself with thoughts,

Minseok looked at his reflection at the mirrors of one of SM's spacious dance practice rooms.

They were just dismissed from practice and everyone's preparing to leave so that they can finally rest. In midst of the chaos of who goes first in the showers and his other members shouting at each other about misplaced and missing items, Minseok stood still and inspected himself from the mirror, his phone in his hand. The screen was showing screenshots of tweets. Comments about his SMStation with Mark. Comments about him going to destroy the collab. Comments about him not doing anything right. Comments questioning people about what he's worth.

He began to think.

Before he debuted into EXO and its sub-unit EXO-M, he first auditioned in JYP two times. He didn't make the cut but he continued to work hard. He entered a contest - S.M. Everysing Contest. He was scouted by SM when he won 2nd place. A lot of people didn't know this, but as an SM Rookie, Minseok was not chubby. He was chubby ever since he was a child, but after being accepted as a trainee in SM, he lost weight, probably because of SM's diet plans for their artists and trainees. He looked the same as he was right now, so there's no such thing as him getting plastic surgery as well.

When he debuted, he was introduced as EXO and EXO-M's Xiumin, the lead rapper and the lead dancer. It was seen that he was a chubbier during MAMA era. A fan called him fat. In a 2016 interview, he revealed that during GROWL era and the previous era, he only ate one meal a day and kept drinking coffee.

During the year 2014, a lot of things happened in the fandom and EXO. With a lawsuit filed and one member, the positions of the EXO-M members were affected. Luhan became the leader, Tao and Xiumin became the rappers, the rest still keeping their positions.

Until they dealt with more losses, however. The second leader left them, and Lay became the duizhang. It was apparent that he was made the point, the center of all of EXO's releases that year. Everyone recognized him this year, so he thought everything will be alright. Everyone thought he'll finally get what he deserves.

EX'ACT came and his presence in the album is well-known, cinematography-wise. Some says he was the mastermind behind all of the experiments happening to everyone in the concept that Lee Sooman picked for them but who knows? Even then, Xiumin still have these doubts lingering somewhere in his mind - what's his position now? He shrugs it off every time it pops in his mind. He doesn't have to confuse himself further. He have better things to worry about. Like the upcoming comeback and the Station. Yeah, right, the Station--

"Minseok-hyung? Are you not going to take a shower yet?" It was Kyungsoo who came up to him. The younger probably wondered why Minseok's still not fighting his way inside the shower rooms. He came up to Minseok, blinking, as if asking why Minseok's not his usual self suddenly.

"I'd probably stay back for awhile. You all can go ahead." Minseok was sheepish as he said the words, something that made Kyungsoo worry - the one already knew why Minseok's acting like this, but he knew Minseok's a private person, so he didn't press on the topic any further. He only gave his hyung an assuring back rub and a soft smile, before he left for the showers while Junmyeon's busy bickering with Jongin and Sehun about who's next in line.

When the main vocalist left, Minseok moved to arrange his things for the meantime, coming out of the practice room afterwards so he can get some fresh air. His heart was beating way too fast, and he coudn't understand why. Why is this happening? He himself is not sure about it. He was trained to not let these kind of things affect him. But why is this getting to him? Because of him, they'll--

Boycott.. the song? This is too much for Mark. He thought as he reread the comments, scratching the back of his head. He's still too young to experience this. I shouldn't have asked the company to make this if this'll happen. Sighing heavily, he read more even though he felt lost, seemingly can't stop scrolling the feed of his dummy account. And he thought the first ones weren't bad--

"Minseok-hyung?" Another main vocal called out to him. Minseok didn't even need to turn around to see who was the one called out for him. He knew that voice. Baekhyun. "Minseok-hyung, why are you still here-- Hyung?"

Minseok didn't know what happened next but Baekhyun's hands were on his face, cupping his cheeks. He considered snarling at the younger male - everyone knows that he hates it when someone holds his face, and Baekhyun's not exempted from that - but the next things he knows Baekhyun was frowning at him. He was taken aback and confused. Why was Baekhyun frowning?

"Why are you crying?" Baekhyun mumbled, eyebrows knitted together in concern.

It's a stupid question. Minseok knew he wasn't even crying. So what the hell is Baekhyun talking about?

Baekhyun slowly caressed the spots under Minseok's eyes and Minseok's vision immediately blurred. It can't be. Was he really crying? He's not crying. Baekhyun's just pranking him right now. Baekhyun's fingers must've been wet. Minseok closed his eyes and more tears kept coming, the drops wetting Baekhyun's delicate fingers. He was crying. He was really crying. When was the last time he cried? He forgot, but who was he fooling? He spent countless nights crying himself to sleep.

"Tell me." Baekhyun's voice was soft, assuring, warm and everything that Baekhyun is. Minseok cried even more at the tone Baekhyun used. He felt safe and assured and he's exploding.

"You have to answer me honestly," Minseok breathed and leaned against Baekhyun's hands, eyes remaining closed as he gripped his phone. "You have to tell me, everything that I'm worth. Tell me please, I am too tired, everyone's saying I have no right to be with you all, they say that everything I do is wrong, always wrong, and will not be right no matter how hard I try.."

Baekhyun's heart ached at the sight of his hyung crying in front of him, the hyung who remained strong for them in the darkest days, the one who kept a smile on his face despite hurting inside, his hyung who was supportive of them and remained watching their backs as they have fun. He wasn't used to this sight. Minseok breaking down in front of him is too much. Minseok looking weak is too much.

"I have no right to say this hyung, but I know-- I know what you're feeling. I may have never experienced it but I know you're doubting yourself and judging yourself way too hard because some things are not so clear to you. Hyung, without you, what would have become of us? You are worth everything, and we deserved you, so please don't say you don't deserve to be with us. You were the one who was behind Suho-hyung who was behind us as well. You were the one who kept us upright with your strength as an individual. You were like the wall who kept our leader upright. You helped him make us alright, hyung." Baekhyun breathed, emotions awakening but he controlled them; craning Minseok's head up so the older was facing him because Minseok gazed downwards. "Hyung, without you, what do you think will become of us? You can sing, and can easily become a vocalist if one us are injured or sick. You can rap -- you have always been EXO's rapper, and you'll always be a rapper even if you don't have bars of your own. You can dance -- hyung, you're one of the best dancers of EXO! To think that you got solo dances of your own, that proves your worth. So stop, stop crying,"

Minseok cried harder, too emotional to even say anything. He was bing enlightened with the things he's too confused to know. He was assured that he was worth it, but what should he do with the information? It hurts him so much. His chest feels heavy.

"You know what, you should go take a shower now," Baekhyun suggested and drew his hands away from Minseok's face. "Afterwards, let's chill with the others in Hongdae. You could use some of it."
