Sometimes I think about how Fiora and get house are apparently the only ones in Demacia with French accents. And that just makes me think, why? Why is there this one house with French accents, are they an older house? This is what keeps me awake, why is there French?

I think about that a LOT because i see no actual sense of that. Like i actually thought demacians were french in this fantasy world context just like Ionians are (not specificated) asians. Some Ixtal champions are hispanic. There's a lot of nationalities and cultures scattered around WICH is marbelous cause hey, representation, but its still a bit silly when you think about it.

Yeah that's what's leaving me miffed. Like force of habit is one thing, but he just showed he was capable of apologizing and walking it back in the moment like 2 hours prior. Uncomfortable to have to hear Etoiles having to respond with "I'm not a terrorist." Like Etoiles gave him an out the first time with making it into a joke... I really didn't like it much the second time.

Oof, yeah. I think people can dislike whatever they want, whatever their personal relationship is with how they interpret and consume media is beyond my control (WITHIN REASON...!!!). Which is also why I'm like sure you can express that dislike... that is human... but at least be considerate about it haha.

A lot of what people dislike about ♣️🌹comes down to personal taste or straight up projection because that is an insane thing to claim lol. 'Coded' lost all its meaning to a lot of people who really mean 'this is what I want their relationship to be'. Getting really into TMA is so funny because I feel like I've just been desensitised to everything. Part of being Canadian is how similar we are to the US, and honestly not a single person on earth I think could genuinely pin point the difference between Canadian and American culture but the average Canadian. Americans assume we're the same as them (we aren't), even a bunch of Canadians think we're Americans, especially around voting seasons, and about half our cultural identity is "we're Not American!" but there are some cultural differences and if we all spoke French equally we could have had a language distinction but nooooo.
